Kaylee's treehouse started out small when she and Kie were young, but over the years, they've built onto it more since Kaylee was tired of their parents always trying to convince them not to be friends with the Pogues since they believed they were "trash", despite the fact that their father was a Pogue and their mother, a Kook, married him and had both her daughters with him. Kaylee does not like the hypocrisy at all, though their parents' mindset of "our roof, our rules", Kay decides to stay in her treehouse which is in the trees a little bit away from the Carrera house, basically hidden beyond their backyard. Not entirely moving out from her parents hold, but enough to gain a little bit more freedom, though not much since she is still on their property technically. Kie and the other Pogues have made it as it is today, either by using Kie and Kay's allowances and things Kaylee had in her room or other furniture that they found and could move in. Kaylee calls it the Pogue Nest since they all contributed to it, and it is another major hangout for them, especially when any of them need to be under the radar.
