chapter 21 - Second Star to the Right
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in the clock tower, Tamara and Greg had Killian tied to his chair.
Freya/Priscilla: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (Once Upon a Time)."
"I need you to help me find my father," Greg told him. "Do we have a deal?"
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in the field, Snow, David and the Matthews found the beans ravaged.
"The beans, they're gone," Tori told them.
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in Regina's office, she showed the beans to Killian. "This is how we're going to escape the destruction of Storybrooke."
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in the tunnels, Regina found the brown diamond/trigger.
Regina: (voice over from 2.20 Queen & Sorceress) "There's a fail safe built into the Curse, a trigger."
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in the Hatter House, everyone was talking.
Alcina looked at Neal. "Tamara."
"We think she's the 'she' August was trying to warn us about," Mathias told him.
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in the tunnels, Regina took the cuff off of Killian, putting it on her wrist.
Regina: (voice over from 2.20 Queen & Sorceress) "It belonged to my mother, and I want it back."
From 2.20 "Queen & Sorceress", in the library, Regina realized. "The cuff."
Killian smirked. "They rigged it with something that blocks your magic."
Greg scoffed. "Bag her."
Tamara put a bag over Regina's head.
From 1.19 "The Return", in flashback, Rumple grabbed Young Priscilla's hand to keep her up, pulling her toward him.
"Papa, Cilla, we have to go through," Baelfire told them.
"Papa, please," Young Priscilla told him desperately. "It's the only way we can be together."
"I can't," Rumplestiltskin told them.
"You coward!" Baelfire snapped. "You promised. Don't break our deal." He was sucked into the portal. "Cilla!"
Young Priscilla tried to get to him in time, without her or her father realizing that he was still holding her, preventing her from doing so. "Bae!"
The portal closed before they could reach him, taking Baelfire with it.

Night - Street
Baelfire had just come out of the portal, taking a look around. "Priscilla? Cilla? Cil!"
A horse drawn carriage rode by. "Out of the way!"
Baelfire leaped out of the way as the carriage rode past. He noticed a sign which read: Kensington Gardens. "What is this place?"

Passage of Time
An unknown amount of time had past. Baelfire was now living on the streets, cold and hungry, when he eyed an open window to a wealthy family's house.

Darling House - Kitchen
Baelfire noticed several loaves of bread, beginning to eat when an enormous dog barked from under the table.
Wendy Darling walked inside. "Stop!" She picked up a heavy object. "Who are you? What do you want?"
"Please, I don't mean any harm," Baelfire told her. "I was just..."
Baelfire dropped a loaf of bread.
"Oh, you're hungry," Wendy realized, handing him the tray of bread. "Here, take a much as you like."
"Really?" Baelfire asked.
Wendy chuckled. "Well, I'm not about to let you starve to death. What's your name?"
"Bae," Baelfire answered.
"Bae?" Wendy repeated. "How unusual. I'm Wendy. Wendy Darling."

Morning - Hatter House - Neal's Room
Neal was in bed, when he was woken up by Tamara, who was getting ready to go for a run. "How about you sleep in just this once?"
"Marathon's in three weeks," Tamara told him. "I have to train."
Neal smirked. "Come back to bed, I'll give you a workout."
Tamara kissed him goodbye. "I'll see you later."
Tamara ran off.
Neal sighed. "Okay, bye."

Rabbit Hole - Outside
Gold was holding Dr. Whale under his foot while Lacey looked on. "Wait, wait, wait, no, if you don't kiss it, you are gonna taste it anyway."
"Come on, Gold," Whale told him. "I didn't do anything."
"You stared at her, and I know how you think, so kiss... my... boot," Gold told him.
Freya arrived to see this, pulling Gold away from Whale. "What the hell are you doing?"
Gold sighed. "Stand aside, Freya, this doesn't concern you."
Freya looked at Whale. "No, go!"
Whale stood, running away.
Alcina and Neal walked closer.
Neal sighed, looking at Gold. "I'm surprised you didn't turn him into a snail."
"A snail?" Lacey repeated. "What are you talking about?"
"Lacey, why don't you go and wait for me in the shop?" Gold asked. "I'll be along shortly."
Gold handed her the keys. Lacey walked away.
Freya gave Gold an annoyed, exasperated look. "You're unreal, you know that? You spend years helping me, Jefferson, Grace and Lisa look for Bae, he comes to town, you disappear. You've thrown away your good behavior attitude because of some cheap knockoff version of Belle gets off on this."
"You haven't even bothered to meet Tamara," Neal told him.
"Why should I concern myself with her?" Gold asked.
"We're getting married," Neal answered.
"That's never gonna last, not as long as you carry a torch for Ella," Gold replied.
Freya, Alcina and Neal scoffed.
"You know, you haven't changed one bit," Alcina told him. "Over all the years that you've tutored me and Regina, taught us, helped us grow, you're the one that helped turn us into the monsters that we became. For a second, we all thought you might have changed. We started to think maybe you were worth our time. I guess we were wrong."
"And yet, you're all still here," Gold reminded them.
"I'm here for Freya, Alcina, Grace, Lisa, Jefferson, Henry and Rose, not you," Neal told him.
"The only reason why Freya let you around her family in the past was because you at least tried to be good," Alcina told him. "But you're throwing all of that away, aren't you?"
"So until you start trying to be a better man again, you can stay the hell away from all of us," Freya told him. She said 'Papa' in a sarcastic tone like she used to in book one. "Gotta learn sometime, 'Papa'."
Alcina, Neal and Freya walked away.

Town Hall - Mayor's Office
Tori, Saphira and Mathias walked in, looking around to make sure everything was clear.
Saphira called out of the room. "It's okay. She's not here."
The Charmings and Hatters walked in.
"When you find her, you're not gonna hurt her, right?" Henry asked.
"No," Ella answered. "We just want the beans she stole from us."
"I don't get it," Mathias told them. "Why would Regina leave her office unlocked?"
"Especially when she's keeping the beans here,' Tori agreed, walking over to a small plant that the beans should have been growing on. "Or was keeping them here. They're gone."
"Something's not right," Emma told them. "Regina would never leave evidence like this behind."
"Maybe she already used them to portal out of Storybrooke?" David asked.
"Without Alcina, Henry and Rose?" Lisa asked. "I don't think so."
"What if something bad happened to her?" Rose asked.
"Security system says the last time someone was in the office was around 6:00 this morning," Snow told them, pressing a key to reveal the system was overridden. "They used an override code to get in."
"Why would Regina need an override code on her own alarm?" Alcina asked.
"She wouldn't," Jefferson answered.
"You think someone else broke in?" Grace asked. "Took the beans?"
"Well, we haven't found Regina anywhere," Alcina told them. "Haven't heard from her."
"So something bad did happen to her," Rose told them.
"Henry, Rose, Alcina, we're gonna find her," Jefferson told them. "I promise."
Emma looked at Freya, Alcina and Lisa. "There's only one person who cold overpower Regina. Well, other than the three of you, Tori, Saphira and Mathias."
"Gold," David agreed.
Freya shook her head. "He's too busy with his new/old girlfriend."
Lisa sighed worriedly. "No. This wasn't Gold. This was Tamara."
"Haven't you already gone down that road?" Snow asked.
"Maybe not far enough," Ella answered.
"Or?" Snow asked. "Maybe it's time for you to let it go."
"August was attacked the day Tamara came to town," Saphira told them. "I don't think that was a coincidence."
"What if you're wrong?" David asked. "If Regina's in trouble, we can't just drop everything else because of a hunch."
"Which is why we're not gonna drop everything else," Mathias told them. "We go to Gold. I'm sure together we can find some kind of magic that can help locate Regina."
"Where are the rest of you going?" Rose asked.
Tori sighed. "Back to Neal and Tamara's room."
Alcina sighed worriedly. "Regina..."

Cannery Co.
Tamara walked in, finding Greg waiting for her in front of a window into the next room over, through which Regina could be seen strapped down to a table talking to Killian.
"Did you get into her office?" Greg asked.
"Have I ever let you down?" Tamara replied. "Look what I found."
Tamara showed him a pod full of magic beans.
"Are these what I think they are?" Greg asked.
"Magic beans," Tamara answered. "Neal told me all about them. They open portals."
"I bet he told you a lot, huh?" Greg asked.
Tamara gave him an amused look. "Don't be jealous. As soon as we're done?" She pointed to her engagement ring. "This is coming off."
"Yeah, well, you can have this one instead," Greg told her, handing her a small pouch containing the brown diamond/trigger.
"What the hell is that?" Tamara asked.
Greg shrugged. "I don't know. Regina had it on her."
"We'll send it back with the rest of the data," Tamara told him. "I think the home office is gonna have a field day with everything we've collected so far."
"I still have on thing that I have to do," Greg told her.
"Make it quick," Tamara told him. "We'll be getting our instructions soon."
"Oh, this isn't gonna take long," Greg told her, walking toward Regina and Killian, bringing with him a large electric device.
Regina looked at Killian. "Whatever they're offering you, it's not worth it."
"Well, considering they're offering to have me kill Rumplestiltskin, I'd say it is," Killian told her.
"And you actually trust them?" Regina asked. "You don't even know who you're working for."
"Good morning, Regina," Greg told her.
"This part of your 'mission'?" Regina asked.
Greg connected Regina to the machine. "No, this--this is personal. See, this is about my father."
"I already told you, he left town," Regina told him.
"Yet he never came to find his only son?" Greg asked. He looked at Killian. "Look, would you mind lending me a hand, and preferably your good one?"
Killian shook his head. "Sorry, mate. Gonna have to say no. When you're interested in killing Rumplestiltskin and not torturing the Queen, find me."
Killian walked away.
Greg looked at Regina. "Well, I guess it's just me and you."
Greg turned the machine on, switch by switch.
"Is that supposed to frighten me?" Regina asked.
"Well, it should," Greg told her. "You see, this is how we deal with your kind. And yes, it's going to be unpleasant. Now, exactly how unpleasant, well, that depends on you. Now, where is my father?"
The machine was now fully activated. We did not see Regina, nor what the machine was doing to her, but it was clear she was in severe pain.

Wendy carried some food into the nursery, going over to a cupboard, knocking, opening it, revealing Baelfire inside, handing him the food. "I brought as much as I could."
"And your parents don't suspect anything?" Baelfire asked.
Wendy smiled. "They're grownups. They can't see anything that's not right in front of them."
They heard a man's voice. "We can't, can we?"
Wendy and Baelfire turned to see Wendy's mother and father, Mary and George Darling.
"Please, Father, let me explain," Wendy told him.
"How long have you been hiding in my house?" George asked.
"Only a little while, Father," Wendy told him. "He was hungry on the streets."
"I was talking to him," George told her. "Where's your family?"
"My mother died," Baelfire answered. "My father and sister... they're gone. Look, I'm sorry. I--I'll leave right away, sir."
"You're not going anywhere," Mary told him. "The streets are no place for a boy."
"Please don't send me to the workhouse," Baelfire begged.
"We'll do nothing of the sort," Mary assured. "You'll stay right here."
"What?" George asked.
Mary ignored him, looking at Baelfire. "Welcome to our home."

"We need to search your room for real this time," Ella told him.
Neal sighed. "You wanna tell me what this is about, cops?"
"Where's your fiance?" Ella asked.
"She's on a run," Neal told them. "What do you think she did this time?"
Emma started looking in Neal's closet. "Regina's gone missing."
"And you think she--you're still on Tamara?" Neal asked. "You've gotta be kidding me. She came to town to support me, her fiance, she's not a kidnapper."
"Well, considering that the kidnappee is Alcina's other half-sister, you can't blame us for looking in every direction," Freya replied. "Where'd Tamara go running?"
Neal sighed. "The same place she goes every morning, the woods."
"How long has she been gone?" Ella asked.
"Couple of hours," Neal answered. "Does it matter? She's training for a marathon."
Freya found sand on the floor. "If she runs in the woods, then why'd she track sand in here?"
Neal shrugged. "Maybe she likes to run along the beach instead. What does that prove?"
"That she lied to you," Emma answered. "If she lied about this, you can bet that she's lied about other things too.'
"Maybe she just likes to run on the beach," Neal told them.
Ella sighed. "One way to find out."

Night - Darling House - Nursery
Wendy was staring out the window. Baelfire was lying asleep, nearby Wendy's brothers, John and Michael.
Wendy whispered. "Bae! Come to the window."
Baelfire slowly got up, still half asleep, followed by John and Michael. "What is it?"
"The Shadow?" John asked. "Is it coming tonight?"
"Oh, I hope so," Wendy told them.
"The what?" Baelfire asked.
"Right about the time you got here, this shadow, it came to the window, only it's not attached to a body, and it can do so many wonderful things, like change its shape and fly and travel between worlds," Wendy explained. "And do you know why? Because it has magic?"
Baelfire was alarmed. "Whatever you do, promise me you'll never open that window again. Promise me you won't talk to that shadow."
"Don't be silly," Wendy told him.
"Magic is dangerous,' Baelfire told them. "It always comes with a price."
"You're just saying that 'cause you don't believe," John told him.
"No, I do believe," Baelfire disagreed. "That's the point. I come from another land, a land where magi is everywhere."
"Is that really true?" Wendy asked. "Because that sounds wonderful."
"It isn't what you think," Baelfire told them. "Magic is the reason I left. I lost everything because of it."
Wendy realized what he meant. "Your mother, father and sister."
Baelfire nodded. "Magic destroyed my family. I don't want it to do the same to yours. If the shadow comes back, promise me you won't go anywhere near it."
Wendy sighed. "All right, Bae, I promise."

Day - Gold's Pawnshop
Gold and Lacey were drinking together. Alcina, Grace, Lisa, Jefferson, Saphira, Tori and Mathias walked in.
"Sorry to interrupt the party," Jefferson told them sarcastically.
"Well, I certainly don't remember inviting you," Gold told them. "We're closed."
"Not to family," Grace replied.
Alcina sighed. "We need your help. Regina's missing. We think she may be in danger."
"Just the way I like her," Gold told them. "Now if you'll excuse me--"
"No," Saphira told him. "I don't think so. Whatever your feelings about Regina are, you know you'll lose Alcina for good if you let something bad happen to her."
"And you still owe all of us a favor," Tori added. She looked at her cursed sister. "So, Lacey, if you could excuse us? We have some business to attend to."
Lacey nodded. "Make it quick."
Lacey left the room.
Lisa looked around like she knew what she was looking for. "Where is it? Where is it?"
Mathias picked up a vial. "I'm sure this is what you're looking for?"
Lisa looked up. "Yes, it is."
Mathias started to mix the vial into a potion. "I'm sure with this I can whip up something."
Alcina nodded, sighing. "To find Regina."
Gold handed another ingredient to Alcina. "That should help."
"What is that?" Jefferson asked.
"This is one of Regina's tears," Gold answered.
"Why do you have one of Regina's tears?" Alcina asked.
"Because I do," Gold answered.
Alcina gave him a look.
Mathias got an idea. "The spell I'm working on, however, would require two tears."
"You want one from Aunt Ally?" Grace asked.
Jefferson looked at Alcina. "Well, just think of a dark moment. Something bleak and hopeless. I know you have more than a few."
Thinking of more than one moment, Alcina shed a tear into the bottle.
"Perfect," Saphira told her.
Alcina sighed. "Now, when we drop this into my eye, I will be connected to Regina wherever she is."
Saphira nodded. "Whatever she sees, you'll see. Whatever she feels, you'll feel."
"How long does the spell last?" Lisa asked.
"Long enough for us to lead her," Tori answered.
"And with that, I've fulfilled my end of the bargain," Gold told them. "Goodbye."
"Always a pleasure, Grandpa," Grace told him sarcastically.
The group left.
Lacey walked in, clearing her throat. "So, it's, uh, so it's true? I heard everything. You, uh, you really can do magic. All of you."
Gold sighed. "I think you might want to pour yourself another drink."

Hatter House - Living Room
The group had come back to Henry and Rose.
Jefferson looked at Henry and Rose. "Hey. Where are Freya, Neal, Emma and Ella?"
"They left looking for Tamara," Henry answered.
"You found the solution?" Rose asked.
"Thanks to Mathias, Saphira, Lisa and Gold's spellwork," Tori answered.
Alcina sighed. "I will put this potion into my eye. It'll be like a linking between me and Regina."
"Alcina?" Mathias asked. "Got to warn you. It might be painful."
"More painful than anything else Aunt Ally's been through?" Rose asked. "Didn't think so."
Alcina sat down.
"Aunt Ally?" Henry asked. "You don't have to do this. You know?"
"You've been through enough already," Rose told her. "You shouldn't have to go through any more."
"My sister's in danger," Alcina replied. "I'm finding Regina."
Henry nodded in understanding. "No matter what it takes. Okay. We're with you."
"We just don't want you to be hurt, Aunt Ally," Grace told her.
"Yeah," Rose agreed.
Alcina managed a small smile, holding Henry, Rose and Grace by the hands, kissing their hands reassuringly, which caused them to smile. She leaned her head back. Lisa dropped the contents of the vial into Alcina's eye. At first, she seemed fine, but she nearly collapsed in pain, beginning to feel what Regina was feeling, pain unlike any other. She screamed in agony.
Lisa held her up worriedly in horror. "Alcina!"

Baelfire walked over to the window, alarmed to see that the shadow had indeed arrived. "No, no, Wendy, get away from there."
"You don't have to be afraid," Wendy told him. "He doesn't want to hurt us. He's from another land, a land with magic, but it's different from where you came from."
The shadow gave his hand to Wendy, which she accepted.
"Wendy, please," Baelfire told her. "Don't listen to him."
"It's called Neverland," Wendy explained. "And there are no grownups there, and children never grow old, and we can do anything we want, even fly."
Wendy began to leave into the sky with the shadow.
Baelfire grabbed Wendy by her other hand to prevent it. "It's a trick. Don't go with him. You don't need magic. You have a family right here. That's the only thing that matters."
"This is what I've always dreamed of," Wendy told him. "You just don't believe."
Wendy slipped her hand out of Baelfire's, flying away into the night sky with the shadow.
Baelfire called after her helplessly. "Wendy! Wendy!"

"Freya, uh, where do you think she's hiding Regina, in a sand castle?" Neal asked.
"They have to be somewhere," Freya told them.
Tamara jogged up to them. "Neal? Freya? Emma? Ella?"
Ella looked at her suspiciously. "Hey."
"Hey, what are you doing down here?" Tamara asked.
"We were..." Ella trailed off. "We're just..."
"I thought you go running in the woods," Neal told her.
Tamara nodded. "Yeah, I start in the woods but then I run along the beach. Is everything all right?"
Emma shook her head. "Regina's missing."
"Oh, my God," Tamara told them. "That's terrible."
"We thought maybe she was down here," Emma told her. "But we were wrong."
"Well, I'm sure she'll turn up somewhere," Tamara told them. "Let me know if I can help at all. See you later."
Tamara gave Neal a kiss, continuing to run away.
Freya sighed, completely overwhelmed, rubbing her forehead, turning away.
Neal was concerned. "Cilla?"
Freya turned to him. "I used to hate Regina. I'm trying so hard to give her another chance for Ally. Me, Jefferson, Grace, Lisa, we all are."
"You're doing a damn well job at it, too," Ella told her. "So are Jefferson, Grace and Lisa."
Neal sighed. "Freya, this is not our fault. And it's not Jefferson, Grace and Lisa or Ally's fault." He realized why Freya was freaking out so much. "You want to help save Regina so badly, not just her life, but her morality, so that Ally doesn't have to lose her."
"Yeah," Freya answered.
Neal nodded. "All right, then I'll help with whatever it takes, because Ally's my sister, too."
They managed small smiles.

Tamara walked in, seeing Greg still torturing Regina. "Everything's taken care of."
"They bought it?" Greg asked.
Tamara nodded. "As far as Freya, Neal, Emma and Ella are concerned, I'm just running along the beach. How are things going with the Queen?"
"You know, she's not exactly cooperative," Greg answered. "But that's all about to change, right, Regina?"
Greg turned on the machine again, this time even more powerful, and painful than before.
Regina groaned in excruciating agony until Greg turned it off, though she was still extremely weak. "You have no idea who you're dealing with."
"Actually, no, you have no idea who you are dealing with," Greg told her.
"A couple of fools over their heads who go around stealing magic?" Regina asked.
Tamara chuckled. "Stealing magic? That's what you think we're here to do?"
"We're not here to steal magic," Greg told her. "We're here to destroy it."
"Magic does not belong in this world," Tamara told her. "It's unholy. We're here to cleanse this land of it."
Regina chuckled. "You think you can destroy magic? Just the two of you?"
"Well, who said there's only two of us?" Greg asked. "Oh, we're everywhere, Regina. See, after I left Storybrooke, as a boy, I was babbling about magic, about what I had seen, and what had happened to my father. Most folks, they wrote me off, but some didn't, and they found me."
"They?" Regina repeated.
"Believers," Greg answered. "People that know that magic is real."
"And that it doesn't belong in this world, and are willing to do something about it," Tamara told her.
"This little quest of yours, to cleanse the world of magic, it's not gonna work," Regina told them.
"No, of course it will," Greg told her. "We've done it before, and we'll do it again. Do you think that Storybrooke was the first time that magic has crossed over?"
"Magic has been doing its damage for a long time," Tamara told her.
"And people like us, we're here to stop it," Greg told her, turning the machine back on.
Regina was overwhelmed with pain all over again.

"Alcina?" Lisa asked worriedly.
"Are you okay?" Henry asked.
"Aunt Ally?" Rose asked.
"Hey," Grace told her.
Alcina spoke in a tired whisper. "It was awful. The worst pain I've ever felt. Wherever Regina is, she's powerless. She can't fight back."
"Could you--could you see where she was?" Jefferson asked. "Could you see who was keeping her there?"
Alcina shook her head. "I just remember pain and screaming."
"Okay, okay, okay," Saphira told her. "It's okay."
"Concentrate," Mathias told her. "The smallest detail might lead us to her."
Alcina breathed heavily, trying to get her thoughts under control. "I don't know. Oh, my hands were tied down, and my legs... it was cold and it smelled weird, like sardines. I don't know. I wish I could remember more."
Tori helped calm her down. "Shh. Shh."

"So she didn't see anything?" Emma asked.
"Uh, not much," Snow answered. "She could sense Regina was in pain. It was cold. She was strapped down. She said she could smell sardines."
Ella saw the Cannery Co. "Tell Lisa, Jefferson, Alcina, Saphira, Tori and Mathias to get down to the docks right now. We were right. Tamara was not down here for a run."
Emma shook her head in agreement. "She was in there. With Regina."

Baelfire sighed in relief. "I thought I'd never see you again."
"How long was I gone?" Wendy asked.
"Just the night," Baelfire answered.
"It felt like so much longer," Wendy admitted. "As though time works differently in Neverland."
"So what was it lie over there?" Baelfire asked.
Wendy smiled. "It's an island, where there are no grownups to tell you what to do, but there are mermaids and fairies and all sorts of mystical creatures."
"Then why did you return?" Baelfire asked.
"Because when night fell, that's when all the children started to miss their parents, and cried through the night," Wendy answered.
"Well, why don't they go home?" Baelfire asked.
"The shadow won't let them," Wendy answered. "There's a reason it's called Neverland, because once you set foot on its soil, the shadow never lets you leave."
"How did you escape?" Baelfire asked.
"He let me go," Wendy answered. "Because he didn't want me. He wanted a boy. He's coming back tonight to take one of my brothers in my place. You said magic was bad, and you were right, Bae. It's going to destroy my family."

"So why didn't you tell me sooner?" Lacey asked.
"Because magic always comes with a price, tends to drive away the people I care about most," Gold answered.
"Well, then you've been caring about the wrong people," Lacey told him. "What else can you do?"
Gold summoned a diamond necklace out of thin air, putting it around Lacey's neck. "Anything. There are many perks to being the Dark One."
"Immortality being one of them, right?" Lacey asked. Gold nodded. "Could you, uh, could you keep me young?"
"Yeah," Gold answered.
Lacey chuckled. "'Cause, uh, 'cause then we can be together forever. Nothing can keep us apart. What?"
"There is one thing," Gold told her.
"What is it?" Lacey asked.
"Immortal means to live forever, it doesn't mean one can't be killed," Gold explained. "There was a prophecy that some people might be my undoing."
"Do you know who these people are?" Lacey asked. Gold nodded. "Then get rid of them. Stop them."

They heard a clatter ahead, cautiously running up to investigate, rounding the corner, only to see Lisa, Jefferson, Saphira, Mathias, Tori and Alcina there, all of them calming down when they saw each other.
"What the hell, guys?" Jefferson asked.
Freya handed them walkie-talkies. "Here, so that doesn't happen again."
"Lisa, Jefferson, help Ally take the basement," Neal told them. "Ally needs your help while she's going through the spell process. Tori, Saphira and Mathias will take the upper level."
"Emma, Ella, back way," Tori told them. "We'll meet you back there."
"Guess that leaves Neal and Freya for main floor," Saphira told them.
"Hey, Ally," Neal told her. Alcina looked up. "It's okay. Regina's gotta be here somewhere."
Alcina managed a small smile at him trying to reassure her.
Lisa took Alcina's arm. "Don't worry. We'll find her. Come on. Jefferson..."
Jefferson helped Lisa lead Alcina along. "Yeah, I got it. Come on."

Inside
Tamara saw security camera feed of everyone showing up. "Time to go." She grabbed a few things, knocking on a window to the adjacent room where Greg was torturing Regina. Greg walked over to her. "They've found us."
"Who?" Greg asked. "I thought that you took care of them."
"Yeah, so did I," Tamara told him. "We need to go."
"No, no, no, no, no," Greg told her. "I need more time with her."
"Greg, if you get caught, this whole thing is blown," Tamara pointed out.
"We wouldn't even know about this town if it wasn't for my dad," Greg replied. "I'm not leaving until I find out where he is."
Greg walked away, beginning to activate the machine.
"Fine," Tamara told him. "Meet me at the rendezvous point when you're done."
Tamara left the room.
Greg turned on a dial on the machine. "I'm moving up the timeline." Regina looked worried. "Now I'm going to give you one last chance." Greg approached her. "Tell me where my father is. Okay, time's up."
Greg turned to the machine, about to turn it on.
"Wait," Regina told him weakly in a whisper.
Greg turned to face her. "Where is he?"
Regina slowly started to smile. "Dead." Greg was horrified. "I killed him the minute you ran away."
Greg shook his head. "No, you're--you're lying to me."
"Don't believe me?" Regina asked. "Go see for yourself. I buried his body at your campsite." Greg shook his head. "I doubt he gets many visitors there. Now go ahead and kill me. I just wanted to see the look on your face when I--"
Greg slammed a button on the machine. Regina screamed in agony. Elsewhere, when Alcina felt the pain, she screamed in agony, only able to stay standing because of Lisa and Jefferson helping her.

London, England
Night - Darling House - Nursery
Mary was wishing her children goodnight. "Good night, my treasures."
Mary turned out the lights, leaving the nursery.
Baelfire sat up in bed. "We have work to do." He pulled out a basket filled with several assorted items, and he, Wendy, John and Michael set to work preparing for the arrival of the shadow, arming themselves, lighting oil lamps, with Baelfire putting the box of matches into his pocket, putting jacks on the windowsill, and finally locking the window. "Okay, don't worry, the shadow's not taking anyone tonight."
Wendy gave him a hug. "Thank you, Bae."
"You can thank me in the morning," Baelfire told them. "Okay, everyone to their beds."
The children all went to their beds, when the oil lamps and the fireplace were blown out one by one.
"Bae..." Michael trailed off.
Baelfire looked at them reassuringly. "Don't be frightened." The house started to shake. The dog started to bark. "The shadow, he's here." The window opened by itself, letting a gust of wind into the house. "Get in the crawlspace. Come on, let's go!"
The children hurried toward the small crawlspace in the corner of the room. The shadow glided in.
John was in the crawlspace with Baelfire and Wendy. "Where's Michael?"
Baelfire looked out of the crawlspace. "Michael..."
Michael was still in the nursery staring up at the shadow as it floated closer and closer toward him, extending his hand.
"Don't do it!" Wendy told him. "Don't go with him!"
Baelfire ran over to Michael, pushing him away from the shadow. "Michael. Michael, step back." He turned toward the shadow. "You want him? Take me instead!"
Wendy ran out from the crawlspace. "Bae, no!"
Baelfire glared at the shadow. "You have to promise never to bother this family again."
"No, Bae, you can't," Wendy told him.
"I won't let magic destroy this family," Baelfire told them. "This is the only way. You have to let me go." Wendy, John and Michael looked on, horrified, as the shadow took Baelfire's hand, beginning to lift him out of the window. Wendy grabbed Baelfire's other hand. "Thank you, Wendy. For making me a part of your family."
Baelfire pulled his hand free of Wendy's as the shadow succeeded in pulling him out of the window.
Wendy ran up to the window. "Bae! Bae!"
Wendy, John and Michael looked on, helpless, as the shadow ascended higher and higher with Baelfire in tow. After one last shot of the Darling children, transitioning to Baelfire being flown over the London rooftops, coming dangerously close to several chimneys. The skyline opened up to reveal one last look at Big Ben before the shadow made a course for the second star to the right, which glimmered in the distance.

Day - Cannery Co.
Greg slammed a button on the machine while Regina screamed in pain. "You feel that? Huh? That's the end of you!" He slammed the button again as Regina groaned and convulsed on the table. "That's scary, ain't it?" He finally turned the machine off as Regina collapsed onto the table, turning to her. "Now you're never gonna hurt anyone, ever again."
Greg turned to the machine so that he could kill Regina, but Jefferson and Lisa helped Alcina inside, Alcina who was in just as much pain as Regina from the shared connection. Jefferson pushed Greg away from the machine, punching him in the face. Greg tried to punch him in the face. Jefferson blocked the move, kicking Greg in the gut, slamming his head against the wall, pushing him away, kicking him in the face.
Lisa used magic to push Greg into the wall, pinning him. "Don't move."
Alcina went to untie Regina with her powers, still weakened. "Gina..."
Regina sighed in relief, still in as much agony. "Ally."
When Jefferson and Lisa went to help Alcina free Regina, Greg made a break for an escape. Jefferson almost went after him.
Lisa stopped him. "Jefferson. We can't leave them. Regina will die if we don't get her help, and with the connection spell still going, Alcina's in no shape to fight. We gotta get them home. Tori, Saphira and Mathias have got to help heal Regina and the damage done to Alcina."
Jefferson spoke through their walkie-talkie. "Tori? Saphira? Mathias? We need your help with healing Regina and Alcina at home. Emma? Ella? You gotta block the exits."
Emma and Ella were covering the exits already. The three Matthews were heading out to help heal Regina and Alcina.
"Already on it," Saphira told them. "You guys all right?"
"Oh, we're fine," Jefferson said with sarcasm. "We found Regina with Mendell. He's coming your way."
"Greg Mendell?" Tori asked. "So Neal was right?"
"Was it Tamara?" Mathias asked. "Or not?"

Elsewhere
Neal and Freya were listening to the conversation over the walkie-talkies.
Out of nowhere, Tamara appeared behind them, hitting Freya over the head with a pipe, making her fall to the floor, locking an anti-magic cuff on her wrist like Regina's, picking up Freya's gun, aiming it at Neal. "Actually, it was. I just had some help."
Neal was completely bewildered. "What are you doing, Tamara?"
"I have to keep magic out of this world, Neal," Tamara told him. "It doesn't belong here. You more than anyone would understand that. It's a poison."
Neal whispered. "You've been lying to me." He raised his voice. "How long have you been lying to me?"
Tamara shook her head. "This is more important than any--"
Neal raised his voice to a near shout. "How long?"
"Since the beginning," Tamara answered calmly. "Since I spilled coffee on you."
Neal was in shock, shaking his head. "It wasn't an accident. You planned it all, none of it was real."
"Neal, you're a good man, I know that," Tamara told him. "So please try to understand, I had a job to do, an important one, one I think you can agree with."
"You never loved me," Neal told her.
"No," Tamara answered.
Neal paused for a second, approaching her. "I can't let you leave here, Tamara."
Tamara scoffed. "Neal, please don't make me..." Freya was waking up, pushing herself up, realizing she couldn't use magic while with the cuff on. Tamara shot Neal in the stomach, which he clutches as he knelt down to the floor, approaching him, this time with the gun aimed at his head. "I'm sorry, Neal."
Freya ran up beside Tamara. "You should be." She kicked the gun out of Tamara's hand, punching her in the face. Tamara tried to punch her. Freya blocked the move, twisting Tamara over to slam her knee into her gut, turning her around to slam her head against the wall, pushing her away, kicking her in the stomach. Tamara ran at Freya to try to tackle her. Freya sidestepped to grab Tamara and turn her around, slamming her on the ground, trying to pull the cuff off of her wrist, but realizing she couldn't, she ran toward the gun on the floor, turning to aim the gun at Tamara. "It's over."
Tamara pulled a magic bean from her pocket. "No, it's not." She threw the magic bean onto the floor by Freya's feet. A portal started to open where the bean landed. Freya nearly fell into the portal, and she tried to escape by climbing onto an adjacent pipe on the wall, but the pipe began to bend under her weight, causing her to drop closer and closer to the gaping portal. "Bye."
Tamara ran away. Freya was lowering closer and closer into the portal.
Neal slowly struggled to stand, next to the edge of the portal vortex. "Cilla!" Freya slipped off the pipe only to have Neal catch her arms and pull her to safety. "I got you. Papa's not here to hold either of us back this time."
Freya barely managed to chuckle in relief, looking at her brother's wounds worriedly. "We gotta get this thing off of me so I can heal you." The floor suddenly collapsed beneath them, making them both fall. Freya caught Neal by the hand as she was hanging onto the edge of the hole where the portal had opened. "Bae!"
Neal was trying to stay up, in agony. "Cilla!" Freya was clearly struggling to hold onto him. "You can't hold both of us!"
Freya tried unsuccessfully to crawl up to safety with Neal. "I'm not letting you go!"
"You have to!" Neal told her.
"Bae, you're shot," Freya told him worriedly in horror. "If you fall through that portal, you'll die, no matter what world you land in."
Neal nodded sadly. "I know. But, Cilla, your family needs you. Our family. They can't lose both of us. Don't make my kids and yours grow up like we did. Ally, Jefferson, the kids, they all need you."
Freya was near tears at having to relive one of the most painful moments of her life, shaking her head. "Please don't let go! I can't lose you again!" Neal gave her a sad smile, letting go, falling to the portal below. Freya screamed in devastation and horror, anger. "No!"
Freya looked on in horror and shock as the portal dissipated revealing a deep dirt hole beneath the floor. She collapsed to the floor in tears, like she had collapsed to the ground the first time this had happened to them in they were children, crying.

Greg was digging furiously, finally striking something solid, beginning to dig for it with his hands. "No, no, no, no, no, no!" He pulled a tattered piece of red fabric out of the dirt, then continued digging. "No!" He brushed aside some dirt to reveal a human skull in the ground, looking on in horror. "Dad..."

Hatter House - Living Room
Saphira, Mathias and Lisa were using magic to heal Regina and Alcina. Regina was asleep. Emma, Ella and Jefferson looked on.
Mathias used his Dragon power to burn the black cuff off of Regina's wrist. "Now that the cuff is off, she's gonna be fine. Given time and rest. Her magic will return."
Freya walked in, looking dazed, forlorn, devastated.
Jefferson looked up, worried by her expression. "Freya?" When she didn't answer, he walked closer. "Priscilla. Hey. Cilla?"
Tori walked closer. "What happened?" She stopped after seeing her face. "What is it?"
"Where's Neal?" Alcina asked.
Freya was still stunned. "He's gone. She killed him."
Everyone looked at her in shock and denial. Lisa, Jefferson, Alcina and Ella were the most devastated along with Freya. Saphira, Mathis and Tori were also very saddened after their friendship with Bae/Neal in Neverland, but were more in shock and denial than anything. Freya was trying not to cry again, closing her eyes. Jefferson pulled Freya into his arms. Freya held him back, leaning her head against his chest to keep from crying or from lashing out. After a long moment, they finally pulled away. Alcina walked closer to embrace Freya, almost crying as well after just finding their brother and losing him all over again.

Neverland
Night
The shadow was still flying with Baelfire in its grasp. It was headed toward the island in the middle of the rough ocean. The sounds of crying children were heard, emitting from the island.
"Neverland?" Baelfire asked, flailing against the shadow. "No! No, you're not taking me there!"
Baelfire grabbed the box of matches from his robe pocket, lighting one near the shadow, which dropped him immediately. Baelfire fell into the ocean below with the shadow in pursuit. Once Bae was under the water, the shadow circled a few times, searching for him, before flying off. Baelfire floated up to the surface, unconscious. Tori and Young Saphira dove into the water, swimming easily as Sirens, grabbing Baelfire, pulling him aboard the ship, where Mathias and Killian helped them up onto the Jolly Roger.
"What do we have here?" Young Saphira asked.
Baelfire gasped, coughing up water, returning to consciousness.
Tori knelt next to him, helping him recover and calm down. "Good lad. Get the sea out of your lungs."
Baelfire looked up. "Who are you?"
"The name's Mathias," Mathias answered. "Mathias Matthews. This is my wife, Tori, and our daughter Saphira."
Young Saphira waved. "Hi."
"I'm Hook," Killian told him. "Captain Hook. Welcome aboard the Jolly Roger, my boy."

Day - Hatter House - Living Room
The group was still recovering from the news of Neal.
Saphira saw the cuff on Freya's wrist, using her magic to burn it away. "Freya... I'm so sorry."
Tori and Saphira wrapped a comforting arm around Freya and Alcina. Jefferson held an arm around Lisa, who was saddened deeply.
Ella was in complete shock. "How... are we gonna tell Henry, Rose and Grace?"
Lisa and Mathias were still using magic to tend to Alcina and Regina's healing.
Regina woke up, looking at Emma, Ella and Matthews in disbelief. "You... you saved me."
"Yes, we did," Saphira agreed.
"You really think you'd let you die?" Jefferson asked. "Despite our differences, we're family."
Regina looked around. "Where are they? Where are Greg and Tamara?"
"They got away while Freya almost nearly died alongside Neal and the others were busy trying to save you and Alcina," Emma answered.
Regina sighed. "So they still have it."
Tori frowned. "Still have what?"

Tamara was walking, holding the brown diamond/trigger, meeting Greg, who was burying the remains he had found. "I'm sorry about your father."
Greg turned to her. "Me too." Tamara handed the stone to him. Greg looked at it worriedly. "Do the folks back at home office know anything about it?"
"Yeah, they did," Tamara answered. "And you're never gonna believe what it does."

Hatter House - Living Room
Regina was explaining to the others.
"A trigger?" Lisa asked.
Regina nodded. "That will destroy Storybrooke."
Lisa shook her head worriedly. "No."
"I had a fail safe built into the Curse," Regina explained.
"Why exactly were you carrying it around?" Ella asked.
"She was going to destroy us, Ella," Emma answered.
Regina sighed. "I was going to use the beans to take Henry, Rose, Alcina, Freya, Jefferson, Lisa and Grace back to the Enchanted Forest."
"And in the process, kill everyone else," Mathias told her.
Regina looked at Emma and Ella. "You wanna discuss justification? Your parents were going to lock me in a jail cell without telling anyone."
"What?" Alcina asked. "Seriously?"
"Yeah, really," Regina answered.
"How about we focus here?" Jefferson asked.
Lisa nodded, still sad. "Yeah."
"Okay," Saphira told her. "How about we just discuss the more pressing issue?"
"Right," Tori agreed. "Which is that she no longer controls the trigger."

Greg was holding the trigger. "What are we supposed to do with it?"
"They want us to move to the next phase," Tamara answered.
"Already?" Greg asked.
"Yeah," Tamara answered. "There's only one way to get what we all want." She took the trigger. "We have to blow Storybrooke off the map."
