chapter 10 - The Cricket Game
From 2.09 "Queen of Hearts", in Gold's shop, Gold, Regina and Alcina were talking.
Freya/Priscilla: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (Once Upon a Time)."
"You mean to try to kill Cora when she comes through, but leave everyone else unharmed," Alcina realized.
"We could use the blood of me and Alcina to enchant the portal so that when Cora comes through, our blood could kill our mother," Regina told them.
From 2.09 "Queen of Hearts", at Lake Nostos, the battle between Cora/Killian, and Freya/Snow/Ella/Emma/Mathias to try to get through the portal.
Alcina: (voice over from 2.09 Queen of Hearts) "And leave everyone else free to come home."
From 2.09 "Queen of Hearts", in Rumplestiltskin's cell, the group was trapped, talking to Cora and Killian.
"Why do you think I kept locking Alcina away when I never once locked Regina away?" Cora asked. "And how I started to lock her away when I realized that she was starting to form communication and a bond with you and your father? Why would I continue to lock Alcina away to keep her away from you and Rumple? So you wouldn't steal her away from me."
Everyone was in shock.
"You kept locking Alcina away because she's your and Rumple's daughter," Snow told her. "Not just Regina's sister, but Freya and Baelfire's, too."
From 2.09 "Queen of Hearts", at Lake Nostos, with everything they needed, and holding onto each other so they would all go to the same place, Freya, Snow, Emma, Ella and Mathias jumped into the portal.
Tori: (voice over from 2.09 Queen of Hearts) "Freya is going to make it through. Alcina's blood in the vortex will kill anyone who's related to her."
From 2.09 "Queen of Hearts", at the wishing well, this seemed to finally break Gold out of his shock, as he was absorbing the magic from the well into himself.
Jefferson: (voice over from 2.09 Queen of Hearts) "Tell us how to turn it off. Otherwise Freya is gonna die. Gold, Priscilla will die."
Everyone was reuniting, happy but in shock from the news that Alcina was Gold's daughter and Freya's half-sister.
Regina: (voice over from 2.09 Queen of Hearts) "Congratulations, Alcina. You're officially part of the Stiltskin/Gold/Hatter family."
From 2.09 "Queen of Hearts", on the lake, the Jolly Roger arried in Storybrooke, with Killian and Cora on it.
"There it is," Killian told her.
Cora smiled. "Storybrooke."

Day One
Night - Harbor
The ship docks at the harbor where Killian and Cora were climbing off of the Jolly Roger.
"Well, my dear Cora, this is where we should part ways," Killian told her. "Thank you for... everything. It's time for me to skin a crocodile."
Killian started to walk away.
Cora magically transported from behind him to in front of him in a swirl of black smoke. "You might want to rethink this."
"We had a deal," Killian told her. "Get out of my way."
"Believe it or not, I'm doing you a favor," Cora told him.
"By preventing my vengeance?" Killian asked.
"Ask yourself how I'm doing that," Cora told him.
Killian realized. "By using your dark magic."
Cora nodded. "Exactly. Magic is here, and that makes matters a bit more complicated. If you go off half-cocked after an empowered Rumplestiltskin, do you know what'll happen?" Killian looked away, a troubled look on his face. "So you do. Good."
A fisherman approached. "Hey. You folks need anything? Tackle shop don't open until morning, but if you want to go out and try and snare some of New England's finest pescetarian creatures, I'd be happy to open early for you."
"No, thank you," Killian told him. "We're fine."
"It's a fine vessel you got there," the fisherman complimented. "When'd you get in?"
"What vessel?" Cora asked.
"Why that one right..." the fisherman trailed off when Cora magically made the ship disappear from sight. "Hey, that's a neat trick. You some kind of magician back in our land?"
Cora turned the fisherman into a fish.
Killian kicked the fish into the water. "What did you do with my ship?"
"I hid it from prying eyes," Cora answered. "For what we both want to do, we need the element of surprise. Mathias in his Dragon form and Priscilla alone almost defeated me, and now here, they have the help of Rumple, Tori, Saphira, Vasilisa, Emma, Ella, Jefferson, God knows who else, especially if Regina and Alcina decide to side with them. They can't now we are here until I know I have the advantage over them. Now are you ready to listen to me?"
Killian nodded sarcastically. "Go on, your majesty. What now?"
"Let's go have a little look at this Storybrooke, shall we?" Cora asked.
Killian nodded. They walked off together.

Day Two
Morning - Matthews Apartment
Mathias and Tori were laying in bed, under the covers, kissing.
"What are you thinking?" Mathias asked.
"Oh, that it's good to have you back, Mathias," Tori answered, smiling happily.
Mathias raised an eyebrow knowingly, smirking. "Yeah?"
Tori nodded. "Uh-huh."
"Tori, what else are you thinking?" Mathias asked.
Tori smirked, leaning closer to kiss him sweetly but passionately. "28 years is too long to wait to see you again."
They continued to make out passionately, until Saphira and Belle walked in with groceries, awkwardly stopping and pulling the covers up to their chests.
Belle smiled. "Tori, Mathias, guess what? Taco shells were on sale. Tacos weren't a big item in our lands, but Saphira got me to try them here and..." They noticed them, looking away awkwardly. "What are you guys still doing in bed? It's the middle of the afternoon."
Mathias chuckled awkwardly. "The trip here was tiring, and I needed to rest."
Tori cleared her throat. "And I needed to help him... rest."
"Uh-huh," Saphira told them sarcastically. "Uh, Aunt Belle, let's--let's go make the tacos. We have to make a lot because there's gonna be a ton of people at Granny's welcome back party tonight."
Tori whispered awkwardly, nervously. "We thought you were gonna be back later."
"Yeah, well, we weren't, so maybe next time you could put a tie on the door or send a text, or..." Saphira trailed off. "You know what? I'm--I'm gonna go make some tacos."
"But, uh, it's good to have you back, Mathias," Belle told him awkwardly.
"Good to be back with my family, Belle," Mathias replied. Belle and Saphira left the room to go to the kitchen. Mathias looked at Tori. "It's impressive that we can still provide Saphira with a few traumatic childhood memories at this stage of the game. After 28 years of being apart, and so many years, 2 centuries, in Neverland." They both laughed. "Come on."
Mathias and Tori kissed once more before getting out of bed.

Hatter House - Kitchen
Jefferson and Freya were making breakfast for Lisa and Grace, who weren't in the room yet. Jefferson was gazing at her.
Freya took his hand. "What's wrong?"
Jefferson chuckled. "Nothing."
Freya raised an eyebrow. "Jefferson..."
"Cilla," Jefferson replied. Freya tilted her head. Jefferson held her from behind, kissing her head, whispering her nickname many more times, causing Freya to smile and lean back into his arms. "I just missed you so much."
Freya smiled. "And now you don't have to."
Jefferson smiled. "You're right. I don't. I never once doubted that you would find your way home, Freya. Because you're a survivor and always have been. But I didn't expect it to come back with news that Alcina is the half-sister to both you and Regina. The aunt to Grace. The other daughter to Gold."
Freya laughed. "Yeah. Me neither. No one did." She turned to face him. After a moment of looking at each other, Jefferson kissed her passionately as if it was for the first time. Surprised but happy, Freya smiled, laughing lightly. "What was that for?"
Jefferson laughed lightly. "I'm making up for lost time. For us being apart. In this world and that."
"I know," Freya told him. "I don't ever wanna be forced away from you again, Jefferson."
Jefferson smiled, shaking his head. "Neither do I. It will never happen again. We have to make sure of that. Because I love you."
Freya smiled. "I love you."
They kissed passionately once more, before they heard Lisa and Grace giggling as they were about to run into the kitchen, pulling away to continue cooking.
Lisa and Grace ran in. "Good morning."
"And good morning to you, too, Lisa," Jefferson replied.
Freya held Grace close, kissing her head. "Oh, my Grace, my Grace, my Grace, my Grace." Grace laughed happily. Freya embraced Lisa as well, kissing her head. "I missed you both and Jefferson so much."
Lisa and Grace smiled, holding her close. Jefferson smiled at this.
"We missed you, too, Mama," Grace told her.
"Freya, did you still plan to invite Regina and Alcina to the welcome back party?" Lisa asked.
"Yes, I did," Freya answered. "They will be there."
Grace smiled. "Good. I know the things they've done, but they proved that they wanna help and they wanna change. And since Alcina is now family... or more correctly that we know she's family... we all wanna give her a chance."
Lisa smiled. "And a chance we shall give Alcina. And Regina."
They all smiled.

Flashback 1
Enchanted Forest
Night - Village
Evil Queen and Vasilisa overlooked a burning village, Vasilisa forced to be there because of Regina.
A knight approached them from behind. "My Queen, we've received word. Now that Lancelot has helped free Priscilla from control, with her help, Snow White and the Prince have defeated King George. His army has fallen. The kingdom is theirs."
Vasilisa hid a smile. "And what of George?"
"His fate is unknown, but without his forces, we are now alone," the knight answered. "We cannot defeat them."
Evil Queen turned to face him angrily. "Do not tell me what we can or can't do. With Vasilisa here, I still have leverage over Priscilla."
Vasilisa gave her a look, looking at the knight. "Where is she now?"
"Alone, on her way back to meet Snow White and the Prince," the knight answered.
Evil Queen smirked. "Excellent. I don't care how many men you lose. Keep Priscilla away from them long enough for me to find her. I will not let them defeat me. The only reason they've gotten this far is because my mother once again entrapped Alcina. Vasilisa, you will help me against Priscilla."
Vasilisa rolled her eyes. "I can't wait for the day that you don't have my wand anymore."
ღ
Road
Priscilla was walking alone, seeing knights walking toward her, using magic to dispel them and throw them to either side with a wave of both her arms, making them all fall unconscious. Evil Queen and Vasilisa arrived.
"Leaving the battle so soon?" Evil Queen asked.
"The battle's over, Regina," Priscilla told her. "With Alcina locked away again, you don't stand a chance. Our army is too great. You can't win."
"Well, that all depends on your definition of victory," Evil Queen replied.
"I offer you parley to negotiate the terms of your surrender and your relinquishing Vasilisa's wand to me," Priscilla told her.
Evil Queen scoffed. "Fair enough. My terms are quite simple. Vasilisa."
Vasilisa fought hard against the Queen's control, refusing to hurt Priscilla if she had the choice.
Priscilla used magic to trap the Evil Queen, rendering her unable to move, and making her control on Vasilisa weakened. Snow and David approached, standing next to Priscilla.
"It was all a trap," Vasilisa realized.
Priscilla looked at Evil Queen. "You should have surrendered when I gave you the chance."
Vasilisa smiled in realization. "You knew the Queen couldn't resist going after Priscilla. You took it as advantage to trap her and help me to freedom."
"Not complete freedom," Priscilla answered. "Not until we find your wand, Vasilisa. But the closest to freedom you've been since being taken from me, Jefferson and Grace and our separation."
Snow smiled. "I told you I would help you reunite with Vasilisa, and Jefferson and Grace, Priscilla."
Priscilla smiled happily in gratefulness and relief. "Yes, you did. Thank you, Snow."
Vasilisa and Priscilla laughed in relief as they embraced, holding each other close.
David approached Evil Queen. "And now because of your bloodlust and thirst for power, the kingdom is ours. Your reign of evil is over."

Day - Granny's Diner
(Song:) Timeless - The Airbourne Toxic Event
Townspeople were gathered, cheering when Snow, Emma, Ella, Freya and Mathias walked in with their families at their welcome home/welcome for Mathias, which caused everyone to smile.
Ruby ran over to hug Snow and Freya, who happily returned the embrace. "I wasn't worried a bit."
"I can tell," Freya told her sarcastically.
"Oh, we all missed you, girls," Archie told them. "Mathias, welcome to Storybrooke."
Ella saw the food Saphira brought, sighing in relief. "Tacos. I cannot tell you the relief of cooking something that I didn't have to kill first."
Jefferson chuckled. "Don't I know it. Meatloaf back home? What a bitch."
"I just wanted to, uh, thank you all for joining us tonight," David told them. "Mary Margaret and I, we have a saying, that we will always find each other, just like Freya, Jefferson, Lisa and Grace, or Tori, Saphira and Mathias always seem to find each other no matter how many times they've been separated, and while I believe that with all my heart, I'd like you all to raise your glasses and join me when I say, here's to not having to look for a while."
Everyone did as told, laughing in amusement.
Lisa raised her glass of soda. "To Freya. Emma. Ella. Snow. And to Mathias."
Everyone cheered, drinking. Regina and Alcina walked in. Everyone quieted down, looking at them.
Alcina smiled sheepishly. "Sorry we're late."
Grumpy picked up a knife. "What are they doing here?"
"I invited them," Freya answered. The ones who knew about Alcina being Freya's half-sister weren't surprised, but the ones who didn't know yet looked at her in shock. "We're celebrating today, because of Regina and Alcina and my father. They helped us get home. And after the discovery of Alcina being my half-sister, Jefferson, Grace, Lisa and I decided to give them a second chance."
Lisa, Grace and Jefferson nodded in agreement.
"No matter what they did in the past..." Grace trailed off. "We owe them our thanks now. Especially since Grandpa and Alcina helped save Mama. Since Alcina's my aunt."
"Didn't you think to tell us about it?" Snow asked.
"What was there to tell?" Jefferson asked. "Freya invited her newly discovered half-sister and the half-sister of her half-sister. And Alcina's clearly been trying to change."
"I think we all have to agree to that," Saphira agreed.
"Aunt Ally helped us save Ruby," Rose explained. "She wants to help Mom change, too. I promise."
Ella sighed, nodding. "All right. She's trying to change for Henry and Rose."
"Freya, Jefferson, Lisa and Grace believe in Alcina," Emma told them. "Henry and Rose believe in Regina. And right now, that's enough for me. We couldn't have changed if we weren't given a chance, so they get one too."
Henry smiled. "I'm glad you came."
Alcina nodded nervously. "Me too."
Grace looked up a her. "Do I start calling you Aunt Ally like Henry and Rose do?"
Alcina couldn't help but laugh at the cuteness. "You can call me whatever you want, Grace."
Grace couldn't help a small, awkward smile. "Okay. Aunt Ally."
Alcina and Lisa smiled. Regina, Freya and Jefferson, although a little awkward, couldn't help small smiles.
"Oh, I made lasagna," Regina offered.
"What's the secret ingredient?" David asked. "Poison?"
Regina gave him a sarcastic look. "Red pepper flakes. Gives it some kick."
After a while, everyone had had some of the lasagna, and Alcina was talking with Freya, Jefferson, Grace and Lisa, and though it was a slightly awkward atmosphere, they were giving this a chance. Regina was happy that they were giving Alcina a chance, but feeling a little left out, and she knew that was because she was the one that destroyed there family to save Alcina once, sighing, leaving the restaurant.

Outside
Alcina and Freya followed Regina.
"Jefferson made a cake," Freya offered. "You don't want to stay for a piece?"
"I'm fine, thank you," Regina told her.
"Okay," Freya told them.
Alcina chuckled a bit, nervous. "Thank you."
"Your sister just said that, sister," Freya told her.
Alcina smiled a little at the fact that Freya called her sister, which Regina also smirked to. "I meant for inviting us. We literally just found out we were half-sisters all of five minutes, and you're already trying to give not only me a chance, but Regina, too, so thank you, Priscilla. Or Freya, whichever you prefer."
Freya smirked. "One more thing you have in common with Papa already, that you don't know whether to call me Freya or Priscilla."
The three chuckled in amusement.
"You don't have to be nice to me, you know," Regina told her. "I destroyed your life, and Jefferson, Lisa and Grace's, and I made your life a living hell in both worlds."
"Yeah, well, I knew who you both were before you became evil, and I have always believed and still believe that you both can find your way back to those girls," Freya admitted. "And if Alcina's gonna be my half-sister, I'm gonna have to learn how to interact with her other half-sister nicely." Regina and Alcina managed small smiles, nodding. "Archie said you were trying to change, and well, you are."
"Dr. Hopper said we were trying?" Alcina asked.
"He said you came to see him, that you're trying not to use magic, that you're trying to be better people," Freya answered. "You understand, Jefferson and Grace were hesitant to invite you because they were hurt more than Lisa and I were by you, and we were hurt by you a lot, so I asked Archie, and he thought it was a good idea."
Alcina nodded. "Thank you, it was."
"We should be going," Regina told her.
Freya nodded. Alcina and Regina walked away. Freya sighed, returning to Granny's. Killian and Cora were on a building rooftop, spying on the three girls.
"Well, are they broken?" Killian asked.
"Not yet," Cora answered. "Just as I feared, Priscilla is building a bond with Alcina. Only a matter of time before Rumple does too, and Grace, even Jefferson."
"So you're going to lock Alcina away again?" Killian asked.
"No," Cora answered. "She has too many people who are willing to set her free now. Priscilla, Rumple, Vasilisa, Regina, Rose even, if she learns to control her powers more. No, if I'm going to stop this, I need to turn them all against her so I can keep my daughter."

Day Three
Morning - Storybrooke Docks
Archie was walking his dog Pongo, running into Regina and Alcina. "Regina. Alcina, hi. Beautiful day, isn't it?"
"Why should we answer you, bug?" Regina asked.
"Because I'm making friendly conversation," Archie answered.
"That you'll just repeat to anyone with an ear," Regina told him.
Alcina rolled her eyes at her sister's attitude. "Regina's just in a mood because you told Priscilla... Freya about our sessions."
Archie nodded. "I was made aware of Freya discovering you're half-sisters, and I was simply trying to help you."
"By telling Freya what?" Alcina asked.
"I--I mentioned only that you had come to see me as an example of your commitment to change," Archie answered.
Regina gave him a look. "We came to you in confidence. How are we supposed to prove to people we've changed when you're there to chirp in their ears and remind them of our past?"
"I said nothing specific," Archie assured. "I would never betray the doctor-patient confidentiality."
Ruby was seen jogging in the distance.
Alcina looked at Archie in amusement. "Doctor? Doctor, need I remind you you got your PhD from a curse?"
Ruby reached them. "Hey, is everything okay here?"
"Private conversation," Regina told her. "Go take yourself for a walk."
Ruby, annoyed and offended, walked away.
"I can be trusted," Archie promised. "I assure you."
"You're lucky I've changed," Regina told him.
Alcina rolled her eyes, walking away.

Enchanted Forest
Day - Royal Castle
A group of people were gathered for a war council meeting.
"I fear the Queen will never change," Jiminy told them. "We must dispense justice."
"Agreed," David told them. "What are our options?"
"How about giving me five minutes alone with her and my ax?" Grumpy asked. "She's still restrained, right?"
"Yes," Priscilla answered. "But the magic that we used to capture her will only keep her powerless for a short while."
"How about banishing her to another realm?" Granny asked.
"We can't," Vasilisa answered. "It would be unconscionable to condemn another realm to the suffering that we've endured."
"Vasilisa's right," Red agreed. "She's our problem, and we have to deal with her."
"And only one thing is certain," David told them. "As long as the Queen lives, the kingdom is in danger."
"Are you saying..." Snow trailed off.
"Yes," David answered. "We must kill the Queen. Thank you all."
"Are you sure this is what we must do?" Snow asked.
"What choice do we have?" David asked. "As long as she draws breath, she will come after us, all of us."
"There's always a choice," Vasilisa disagreed. "You stopped Snow from killing Regina and Alcina once. Took an arrow to save them. Why is this different?"
"I took that arrow to save Snow's life, not theirs," David corrected. "That was an assassination. This is an execution. If we don't stop her now, there's no telling what she'll live to do."
Priscilla stood. "We're not killing her." Everyone looked at her. "With Alcina locked away again, the only one who knows where Jefferson and Grace are, is Regina. If we kill her, we lose any chance we have at saving Grace and Jefferson, and I will not lose my daughter and husband again. Give me some time."

Archie nodded, standing. "Sure. Come on in." Pongo started barking. "Hush, Pongo. You know Alcina." Archie walked over to a filing cabinet. "I know how hard it is. Real change can often be... a struggle."
Alcina chuckled. "I couldn't agree more."
Archie turned to face her. "Alcina, is there something..."
Alcina started to strangle Archie, and when Pongo started barking, she stunned him silent with magic, enveloping Archie with black smoke as she continued to strangle him.

Alcina walked down the alley, dropping the disguise in a mist of black smoke, revealing it was actually Cora, who smirked.

Day Four
Morning - Granny's
Ella, Henry and Rose were sitting together, eating.
"So, what was it like?" Henry asked. "Over there?"
Ella chuckled. "Well, let's see. There were ogres, the dead rising, people trying to kill me. And more ogres."
Henry smiled. "Awesome."
"Henry, we gotta work on your sense of awesome," Rose told him.
Ella smiled. "Come on. It's time for school. I'll walk you to the school bus."
"It's okay," Rose told her. "We can go on our own. Meet up with Lisa and Grace."
"I know that you can," Ella told them. "That doesn't mean that you should."
"David let us," Henry told her.
"Well, I'm not David," Ella replied.
"You used to let us," Henry pointed out.
Ella thought about that. "Well, I am not me. I'm walking you because I just got back and want more time with you, and that's what mothers do, and I'm doing it."
Henry and Rose smiled.
ღ
Outside
Ella, Henry and Rose walked outside, meeting up with Freya, Jefferson, Grace and Lisa so they could walk toward the bus stop, seeing Ruby and Emma along the way.
A rattled Pongo ran up to them.
"Hey, Pongo," Lisa told him, petting him as the dog continued to bark. "It's okay."
"Where's Archie?" Grace asked.
"Guys," Ruby told them. "Something's wrong."
"How do you know?" Grace asked, noticing that Ruby could tell something was wrong because she could feel it from Pongo.. "Never mind. The wolf thing."
Emma looked at the four kids. "You know what? 11 is old enough to walk to the bus stop. We'll pick you up later."
Lisa nodded. "Okay."
Henry, Lisa, Rose and Grace walked away together, leaving the adults. Pongo ran off, and the adults followed.

Archie's Office
They ran in.
"Archie?" Jefferson asked. "Archie?" They found his body, in shock. "Oh, hell."
Emma followed them in. "What? What is it?"
"Archie," Jefferson answered.
Emma was in shock. "Who would do this?"
Ruby remembered seeing who she thought was Alcina the night before walk in. "I think I know."

Evil Queen's Prison Cell
A guard let in Henry, Regina's father, and now recently discovered Alcina's stepfather. "You have a visitor."
Evil Queen stood in relief. "Daddy."
Henry walked closer. "This is all my fault. I failed both you and Alcina as a father. I should have done more to protect you. Can you ever forgive me, Regina?"
Evil Queen tried not to cry. "There's no need. How could I blame the one I love most? Besides Alcina, who is constantly taken away from me by Mother and locked away. The only ones to stand by me to the end are you and Ally."
"It doesn't have to be the end," Henry told her.
"Snow and her Prince seem rather determined to make it so, but Priscilla and Vasilisa are trying to convince them to let me live," Evil Queen explained. "They need me alive to find Jefferson and Grace."
"Show them regret for what you've done, the pain you've caused," Henry instructed. "Show them you can change. They will spare you. Just give them a reason. I beg of you."

Day - Sheriff's Station
Alcina was sitting in an interrogation room, while Regina stood nearby. Emma, Ella and David walked in.
"Glad to see the sheriff's station's now a family business," Alcina told them. "Where's Freya? Priscilla works here too."
"We told her to stay outside with Jefferson and Snow," David answered. "She may have a biased view of what's going on."
Behind the glass, Snow, Priscilla and Jefferson were watching, forlorn.
"You know why you're here," Emma told them. "Because of Archie."
"Oh, it's now against the law to get into an argument with someone?" Regina asked.
"It is if you go to their office later that night and kill them," David answered.
Alcina looked at them in shock. "Archie's dead?"
Regina was also completely shocked.
"Stop it, Alcina," David told her. "Ruby saw you going into his office last night."
"Then she's lying," Regina told them. "Alcina was at home with me all evening."
"After everything Gina and I've done to change, to go back to the girls we were before the Queen and Sorceress, especially after finding out I have a half-sister in Freya/Priscilla, and my real father is Rumple, and that I have a niece in Grace and brother-in-law in Jefferson, also making Gina my half-sister, why would I toss it all away now?" Alcina asked. "Why would I toss away Cilla, Gina, Rumple, Grace, Jefferson, Henry, Rose?"
Regina scoffed. "And if Ally did, and she was going to kill Archie, you would never know it. The fact that he's dead and you 'caught her' shows sloppiness."
"You've both been caught before," David replied. "Emma, Ella, come on. Who do you think is lying? Ruby or them? They're incapable of change, no matter how many times we've given them the chance. Why should this time be any different?"
Alcina gave David a look. "Because I have more family to lose this time."
Alcina looked at the mirror, knowing Freya would be watching, to prove her point. Freya watched, worried and conflicted.

Flashback 4
Enchanted Forest
Day - Royal Castle
At the Evil Queen's public execution, everyone was gathered.
"Regina, this is your opportunity to meet your end with a clear conscience," Jiminy told her. "Do you have any last words?"
"Yes," Evil Queen answered. "Yes, I do. I know I'm being judged for my past, a past where I've caused pain, a past where I've inflicted misery, a past where I've even brought death. When I... look back at everything I've done, everything I've made Alcina do, I want you all to know what I feel and that is regret. Regret that I was not able to cause more pain, inflict more misery, and bring about more death, and above all else, with every ounce of my being, I regret that I was not able to kill Snow White!"
David glared at her. "Arrows!" Knights loaded their arrows. The Queen was blindfolded. "Take your aim." Knights aimed at the Queen. "Fire!"
The arrows were released.
Vasilisa knew she couldn't let Regina die no matter what she had done, using her magic to freeze the arrows before they could kill her. "Stop!"
"Vasilisa," David told her.
"This is not the way," Priscilla told them.
"Priscilla," David told her. Vasilisa and Priscilla walked away. "Take her back to her cell."
When the guards removed Evil Queen's blindfold, she was only slightly surprised that Vasilisa and Priscilla had stopped them from killing her, as she was taken away back to her cell.

Day - Sheriff's Station
David, Snow, Emma, Ella, Freya, Jefferson, Mathias, Tori and Saphira were talking.
"So what do we do with them now?" Snow asked.
"Well, Alcina's the one that killed Archie," Saphira told them. "Regina's lying to cover for her. Obstruction of justice. Isn't the normal thing to do be locking them up?"
"We can't lock them up," Freya told them. "They didn't do it."
"You really believe them?" Mathias asked.
"I watched them when you told them Archie was dead," Tori told them. "They didn't know."
"I don't know why you would think that, Tori," Snow told her. "But, Freya, I know that you want to believe that Alcina and Regina can both change. Because of what you just found out about Alcina being your half-sister. But..."
"I know what I saw," Tori told them. "Look at them in there."
"The old Regina and Alcina would've reduced this building to ashes," Mathias pointed out. "Those are women who want to change. They just want everyone else to see it. I know that look. I've had it."
Tori nodded in agreement. "Mathias did have it. So did I. And so did our daughter. I mean... we had it when we wanted to change from being murderous, thieving pirates."
Saphira nodded in agreement. "We changed. So can they."
"I know that look," Jefferson agreed. "Priscilla and I know them better than almost anyone. I believe them."
"Let's hear them out," Emma told them. "I know in your kingdom, they were the Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress, but here, they're Regina and Alcina. And Ella and I are still Sheriffs, and Freya's still a deputy, and I say they're innocent until proven guilty."
Snow sighed. "So, uh... what do you suggest we do?"
"We let them go," Freya answered.
Snow gave her a look. "Freya. They..."
"We let them go," Jefferson repeated. "And then we find the truth."
The others nodded in agreement. They all looked toward the interrogation room where Regina and Alcina were sitting.

Enchanted Forest
Day - Royal Castle
When the doors were magically pushed open, Priscilla and Vasilisa walked in together. Snow and David followed them.
"Priscilla?" Snow asked. "Vasilisa? I thought we agreed what had to be done."
"You decided," Priscilla corrected. "We told you that we needed her alive so that we could find Jefferson and Grace."
"She's never going to tell you where they are," Snow told them. "You know that. You showed her mercy. She doesn't deserve it. You heard her. She's completely unrepentant."
"What I heard was a woman who didn't want to appear weak in her final moments," Vasilisa told them.
"I've seen her and Alcina kill," David told them. "I've seen them terrorize. Every moment I've seen of them has been one of evil."
"Exactly, that you've seen," Priscilla told him. "But I knew them before. I knew them when they were good, learning magic from my father, who is the reason why they turned into monsters. My father turned the Queen, and Alcina, into the monsters they are, and their mother Cora did the same to them as well."
"So you feel responsible for them because of what your father did?" Snow asked. "Priscilla, that doesn't make any sense."
"It does," Vasilisa disagreed. "Alcina was kind to me in secret, without her sister knowing. She was kind to Priscilla. She's always been kind to us unless the Queen forced her not to be. They've both changed before. Why can't they change back?"
"You can't be serious, Vasilisa," David told her. "You want to rehabilitate the Queen and Sorceress?"
Priscilla nodded. "I believe that wherever Cora locked Alcina away, she is being punished and that she is being rehabilitated as we speak."
"And I believe we can do the same for the Queen," Vasilisa agreed. "Maybe showing her mercy is the first step."
"But if you fail, the entire safety of the kingdom is at stake," Snow told them. "We cannot take that risk."
"You're so sure of her black soul?" Vasilisa asked. "Sure enough to kill? Because there's no going back from killing."
'This is the right thing to do, and it's what we shall do," Priscilla told them.
David sighed. "Fine. But know that your path is one that we cannot come back from either."

Execution Site
Priscilla and Vasilisa looked at the wood block the Queen had been tied to.
Rumplestiltskin appeared behind them, sitting in Charming's throne. "My, my, aren't we troubled, dearies? Priscilla, I would expect a different emotion after being freed from control and nearly getting Vasilisa free as well, if only you could find her wand."
Vasilisa sighed, unsurprised that he had appeared. "Rumplestiltskin. What brings you here?"
Rumplestiltskin stood, walking closer. "You have to ask? I came to witness the Queen's execution. Even had my heart set on a wee souvenir. It's all very disappointing."
Vasilisa turned to face him, giving him an incredulous look. "I won't apologize for sparing her life. Not when there's a chance she might change."
Priscilla nodded. "Like Alcina can change."
Rumplestiltskin giggled, speaking in a singsong voice. "Regina and Alcina redeemed... what a novel thought. And, um, how do you plan to accomplish such an impressive feat?"
"For Alcina, I believe that she's being changed from wherever she was locked up by Cora," Priscilla answered.
Vasilisa sighed, conflicted. "For Regina? I don't even know if it is possible. I'm probably just fooling myself."
"Fooling yourselves into thinking that you can save her and Alcina, or save Jefferson and Grace?" Rumplestiltskin asked.
Priscilla gave him a cold look, walking closer. "This is not just about Jefferson and Grace, though I will admit that they are a large part of it. I knew Regina and Alcina before they were the monsters that you turned them into, Papa."
"So you believe it's your duty to try to save them to atone for the sins of your father?" Rumplestiltskin asked. "How poetic. Maybe you need someone to show you if it is possible."
"What do you mean?" Vasilisa asked.
Rumplestiltskin paced around. "Simple. I provide you with a test to help determine whether the Queen can truly change."
"Why would we trust you when we know you want the Queen dead?" Vasilisa asked. "You never make a deal without a price."
"Maybe I just want her alive," Rumplestiltskin answered.
Priscilla gave him a skeptical look. "That I doubt. You've wanted her dead since she did what she did to me, Vasilisa, Jefferson and Grace to save Alcina."
Rumplestiltskin giggled in amusement, tilting his head. "Things change, Priscilla. Question my motives all you like, dearies, but they shall remain mine. What is yours now is opportunity. I can help you. Do we have a deal?"
Priscilla gave him a look, tilting her head, exchanging a look with Vasilisa, both considering, sighing.

Day - Archie's Office
The group was looking through evidence.
"Ah, Regina and Alcina's files are empty," Saphira told them.
"So they did it," Snow told them. "They killed one of the kindest souls in this town, a man who only cared about helping."
"I promise we'll find whoever really did this," Freya told them.
"Isn't it time you admit we already have?" David asked. "Regina and Alcina had a fight with Archie, Ruby saw Alcina outside last night, and now their files are empty. That's a lot of evidence."
"Maybe that's the point," Tori told them.
"What do you mean?" Mathias asked.
"Well, I don't know how it is in fairy tale land, but in the real world, it's usually hard to find evidence," Emma told them. "But this has been way too easy. Unless someone wants us to find evidence."
"So you think Alcina was framed?" Snow asked.
Ella shrugged. "Well, it wouldn't be the first time that happened in this town."
"Who would want to frame her?" Saphira asked.
"That's a long list," Snow pointed out. "Present company included."
Ella realized something, looking at Freya and Jefferson. "Yeah. But there's only one name on that list that would resort to killing to get what they want."
"Why would Gold kill someone to frame Alcina, his nearly discovered daughter?" Tori asked.
"I don't know," Snow told them. "Why don't you go ask him? I'm sure Belle will be with him."
ღ
Gold's Pawnshop
Gold and Belle were about to have sandwiches.
"Oh, well, that looks delicious," Gold told her. "Thank you very much, Belle." Freya, Jefferson, Tori, Saphira and Mathias walked in. "Ah. Nothing warms the heart more than a family reunited, mine included with two daughters now instead of just one, although only one is here at the moment with her husband who she is constantly getting separated from, who are both constantly getting separated from their daughters, by blood or caring alike." Freya and Jefferson nodded. "Glad to have you Hatters reunited thanks to me." Gold looked at Tori, Saphira and Mathias. "And what about the other reunited family that may as well be mine already thanks to my love being your family? You have your mother's beauty, Saphira."
"Do you know who killed him?" Saphira asked.
"And your father's boldness," Gold told her.
"I think you mean directness," Mathias told him.
Gold nodded in agreement, pointing at Mathias and Saphira. "That too."
They smirked in amusement.
"Someone's dead?" Belle asked.
"Dr. Hopper," Mathias answered.
"Why on earth would you think I had anything to do with that?" Gold asked.
"We're not sure," Jefferson answered. "But all the evidence points to Alcina."
"And she's not possibly capable of doing something so vile?" Belle asked sarcastically.
"We're giving her the benefit of the doubt since we just found out that Alcina's my sister, thank you very much," Freya replied. Belle looked down, nodding, looking slightly shamed. "And most of the horrible deeds done to everyone in town were done by Regina, and they've both clearly changed since then."
Gold smiled slightly. "Nice to see your sense of family and kinship is still intact to even those who have a monstrous history and a history of hurting you, Priscilla. You don't think I had anything to do with it either, but you want to know if I know who did so you can clear our newly discovered family member's name. Touching, dearie."
"Can you help us figure it out?" Tori asked.
"I think indeed I can," Gold answered. "Ask the witness."
"No one was there," Saphira told him.
Mathias remembered Pongo. "Well, that's not strictly true, now is it?" Later, he brought Pongo into the store by leash. "Hey, boy. Good boy. Good boy. Good boy."
"I, uh, I didn't know you were such a dog person," Belle told him.
"Well, a long time go, in another land called Oz where I grew up, I got to know a sheepdog or two," Mathias explained.
"Fascinating story," Tori told them. "But unless we speak dog, how is Pongo gonna tell us anything?"
"Through magic, of course," Gold answered. "It won't allow us to communicate, but it will allow us to... extract his memories."
"Extract?" Jefferson repeated.
"You don't have to worry," Gold assured. "He won't feel a thing. But I'm not gonna be the one using magic."
Jefferson sighed. "Priscilla, Saphira, Mathias? Would one of you like to do the honors?"
"I'm not as good at using my witch side as I am at using my Dragon and Siren sides," Saphira admitted.
"Saphira, you don't have to do this," Mathias assured.
"No, I want to,' Saphira answered. "I wanna get better at the witch thing. I wanna be better like you, Papa."
The others were impressed, smiling slightly.
Gold removed something from the cabinet in the background. "Now, do you know what this is?"
"A dreamcatcher," Tori answered.
"Well, it's capable of catching so much more," Gold explained.
"What is that?" Jefferson asked.
Gold looked at his daughter knowingly, knowing she knew about it.
"Memories," Freya answered. "Now, Saphira, you show us how."
"How?" Jefferson asked. "It's just a jumble."
"Will it," Gold answered. "Will it, and we shall all see."
"You really wanna see if Alcina is innocent too, don't you, Papa?" Freya asked.
Gold looked a little sheepish by that fact, but the others were understanding, amused. Saphira willed the dreamcatcher to remove Pongo's memories.
Tori smiled in proud awe. "Saphira, you're doing it."
They could see it happen in the dreamcatcher, seeing Cora posed as Alcina "killing Archie".
Jefferson was shocked. "Alcina."
Freya turned away, frustrated, in denial, toward Jefferson, who reached out to comfort her and calm her down. "No."
Gold was frustrated as well, sighing, hanging his head, both still reluctant to believe.
Tori sighed worriedly. "No. Snow and David were right all along."
Freya looked disappointed and upset, but still reluctant to believe.
Jefferson knew the conflict, taking her hand in understanding and sympathy. "I'm sorry, Freya."
Freya and Gold exchanged a look, both conflicted beyond words.

Freya, Jefferson, Saphira, Tori and Mathias had to tell Emma, Ella, Snow and David what they had seen, who were starting to walk away.
"Emma, Ella, wait," David told them. "Where are you going?"
"To get Alcina," Ella answered.
"Well, can we talk about this?" Snow asked.
"What's there to talk about?" Emma asked. "She killed Archie. Regina lied about it. Now they've gotta pay."
"Emma, Ella, how do you plan on doing that?" Snow asked. "They have powers back here."
"Well, you saw what happened back at Lake Nostos," Ella told her. "So do me and Emma."
"Yeah, you have something, but you don't even know what the hell to do with it," David pointed out. "And now you're gonna go take on two of the most powerful women in town?"
"Excuse me, weren't you both the ones who've been pushing on the 'It's Alcina' kick the whole time?" Ella asked. "You should be happy you were right."
"They may have been right, but we also know that going after them without a plan is a mistake," Saphira told them.
"So what do we do?" Emma asked.
"Even if the dwarfs construct a cell to hold them, we need a way to contain their magic until then," David explained.
"Freya's done that before," Snow explained. "She did it to Regina. I'm sure she, Saphira and Mathias can do it to both her and Alcina."
"And are you just gonna set Freya, Saphira and Mathias after them after Freya just found out Alcina's her sister?" Jefferson asked.
"You can't ask that of her," Tori pointed out.
"You can't," Saphira agreed.
"Jefferson, Tori, Saphira, we might have a choice," David told them. "Freya, Saphira, Mathias, please."
Freya was looking away from them, shaking her head slightly. "If it comes to that. Only if."
"Freya, you saw yourself what happened," Emma told her. "How can you still believe in them?"
"After all that they've done to you?" Snow asked. "To Jefferson, Grace, Lisa?"
"Freya just found a half-sister she never knew she had, who's always been kind to her despite what Regina put us through," Jefferson answered. "Give her a break."
"I just don't get it," Saphira admitted. "Alcina's been working so hard for redemption."
"She's helped us get all of you back," Tori agreed. "She's helped us save Ruby from the town."
"So why would she turn around and kill someone?" Mathias asked. "Throw all that away?"
"Maybe Alcina being locked away for too long by Cora really made her lose her mind," David told them. "Either way, we have to stop her and Regina."
Freya shook her head, looking down.
Gold approached them. "I think the answer is the simplest solution. Did any of you sense that Alcina was lying?"
"No," Emma answered. "But you guys saw the dreamcatcher. It was obviously her."
"Possibly," Gold corrected. "And how can you be so sure that she's aware of what's happening?"
"What do you mean?" Mathias asked.
Freya realized what her father meant. "Like David did after he woke up after the coma, when he went out looking for Kathryn, when he called her, he didn't remember any of that."
"And Alcina had something similar happen to her," Gold pointed out. "Escaping captivity in darkness for 28, while being imprisoned by her mother many times before that, and after just finding out why could have set something off."
"An insanity plea?" Tori asked. "Really?"
"It's the only thing that makes sense why none of you felt like Alcina was lying," Gold countered. "If this is what's happening, if, then someone has to talk her down. Which is why I'm exactly the worst person for the job considering my past and madness. And I'm one half the reason why Alcina and Regina turned into the monsters they did. This is up to you."

Evil Queen's Prison Cell
A guard led Snow inside. "Your highness."
"Leave us, please," Snow told him.
"But I have direct orders from the prince," the guard told her.
"And now you have direct orders from me," Snow replied.
The guard left.
"First Vasilisa and Priscilla stop my execution, and then you defy your Prince to see me," Evil Queen pointed out. "Should I be worried there's trouble in paradise?"
"I'm not here to talk about my fiance," Snow told her.
"Then why are you here?" Evil Queen asked.
"I know you weren't always like this, Regina," Snow told her. "Neither was Alcina. The women who saved my life all those years ago had good in them."
"Those women lost much, and now they're gone," Evil Queen told her.
Snow shrugged. "Maybe, but as hard as you've both tried to bury them, I think they're still inside you."
"No, they're not," Evil Queen disagreed.
Snow opened the cell door. "All you need is someone to help you let your old self out."
Evil Queen stood. "What are you doing?"
Snow took a deep breath. "I'm letting the woman who saved my life go. This is a chance to start fresh, Regina. To leave the evil behind in this cell."
Evil Queen walked up to the cell door. "Just like that?"
Snow nodded. "Just like that."
Evil Queen walked out of the cell, gripping Snow's throat, pushing her against the wall, strangling her. "You make change sound so easy." Snow drew a dagger. "Did you really think this would protect you? Since I can't use magic, I can think of no better way than to kill you with the blade you had meant for me. Goodbye, Snow White."
Snow was disappointed, heartbroken. "No."
Evil Queen stabbed her in the stomach. "Yes."
Snow shook her head firmly with sadness. "No."
Evil Queen was in shock that Snow wasn't hurt in the least. "That's impossible."
"No, that's magic," Snow corrected.
David, Vasilisa and Priscilla walked in.
"And this time, it wasn't thanks to Priscilla or Vasilisa," David told her. "Rumplestiltskin. He took one of your hairs from this and used it to fashion a protection spell."
Evil Queen shook her head in denial. "No."
"Now there's nothing you can do in this land to hurt Snow or the Prince," Vasilisa told her. "You're powerless against them."
Evil Queen glared at them angrily. "You tricked me."
"It wasn't a trick," Vasilisa disagreed. "It was a test. One we had truly hoped you'd pass."
"We wanted to give you a chance to change, Regina," Priscilla told her.
"Regina, you are banished," Snow told her. "Banished to live alone with your misery."
"As long as you're alive in this world, you can't hurt us," David agreed.
"You saved my life once, you and Alcina, and now I've saved yours," Snow told her. "So we're even. And if you ever try to hurt anyone in my kingdom again, or Vasilisa and Priscilla more than you've already had, by taking Jefferson and Grace away from them, I will kill you."

Day - Mills House - Outside
Emma, Ella, Snow and David went up to the house without the others, waiting for Regina and Alcina to open the door.
"Hello," Alcina told them. "I assume you're here to apologize."
"Saphira, Tori, Mathias, Jefferson and Freya saw you do it," Emma told her.
"What?" Alcina asked.
"They saw it," Emma told her. "You choked the life out of Archie."
"What are you talking about?" Regina asked. "How is that even possible?"
"Magic," David answered.
"You..." Alcina trailed off.
"They saw what happened, and it was you," Snow told her. "Although, Freya and Jefferson, and even Saphira, Mathias and Tori are still hesitant to believe. Gold even got them to think it's because of insanity that you don't even remember."
"I didn't do it," Alcina told them. "I wanna talk to Priscilla."
"Why?" David asked. "So you can take advantage of the fact that she's not thinking clearly about you after what you all just found out?"
"No," Snow told them. "Not gonna happen."
Regina scoffed. "Well, I hope you know that magic always comes with a price."
"Yeah?" Ella asked. "Well, that's a price we're all going to pay."
"How's that?" Regina asked.
"Lisa, Henry, Rose and Grace," Ella answered. "They believed in you, both of you. Their hearts are going to break. That's all our prices."
Regina shook her head worriedly. "No. I will not let you poison Henry and Rose against me and turn Grace against the aunt she just found out she had, and turn Lisa, the one little girl, the only person aside from Freya that thought we always could be redeemed even after we all we did to them, against us both."
"It's an interesting word choice, since you both already did," Emma told them.
"I want to see them," Regina told them. "Let Alcina see Freya, Jefferson, Lisa and Grace, and Henry and Rose. They deserve to hear our side of the story. Henry and Rose are my kids!"
"They're not," Ella argued. "They're mine. And after this, you're not getting anywhere near them, because you are sick."
Freya, Jefferson, Saphira, Tori and Mathias ran closer.
Freya magically pulled Emma, Ella, Snow and David away from the Mills sisters before a fight could start. "Stop! Stop!"
"We said don't do this," Jefferson told them. "And now you've screwed everything up."
"Freya, you have to believe me," Alcina told her. "I did not do this. Please, Jefferson."
"I know what I saw, Alcina," Saphira told her. "But I don't believe that you're doing it on purpose."
"You spent so long locked up," Tori told her. "And we already know it effected your mind and your powers."
Mathias sighed. "Even I have to agree you're not the girl you used to be. Neither one of you are. But if your mind's unstable after spending so long in the darkness... that Cora put you in to keep you away from Priscilla and Rumple, Jefferson and Grace... it's not really your fault."
"Can you tell us for certain that you don't think something could have been seriously damaged in you?" Tori asked. "After everything you went through in the darkness? What if it broke you and you're not even aware?"
Alcina shook her head in denial, completely overwhelmed, backing away. "Freya, Jefferson, please. You know I didn't do this."
"Alcina, please calm down," Freya told her, trying to soothe her. "I'm not saying that you did it."
"You know that Freya and Lisa have always believed in you two," Jefferson told her. "Even when you didn't deserve it. They still do, Alcina."
"But we have to make sure that you are you," Saphira told her. "That you're okay. I saw you in that vision, but maybe it wasn't your fault because it didn't seem like you."
Regina wasn't even sure if Alcina was completely okay because she had noticed her sister had changed so much since being set free. Alcina was worried that they may have been right.
Freya shook her head worriedly, walking closer. "Alcina..."
Alcina backed away. "You might want to stay away from me right now, Freya."
Alcina disappeared in a whirl of black smoke.
Regina looked at Emma, Ella, Snow and David, annoyed, almost angry. "Nice going. If you're all right about this, about Freya's and my half-sister losing her mind, you may have been the ones that just drove her over the edge. Even if you're only trying to protect everyone else."
"Regina..." Freya trailed off worriedly.
Regina nodded. "I'll go after her."
Freya nodded. Regina disappeared in a whirl of black smoke. Freya turned to give Ella, Emma, Snow and David an annoyed, almost angry look, pushing past them to leave, who felt guilty but were sure that they were just doing the best they could to protect everyone else.
"Freya..." Snow trailed off, but Freya just kept walking. "Freya!"
Jefferson followed Freya. Saphira, Tori and Mathias exchanged a look, following.

Emma, Ella, David and Snow were waiting for the school bus.
"Henry, Rose, Lisa and Grace's bus is going to be here any minute," David told them.
"You can do this," Snow assured.
"Tell the kids that someone they loved was killed by someone else they care about?" Emma asked. "I don't know if I can."
Ella shook her head. "Yeah, I don't think I can do any of this. This is like real parent stuff. How can I be a parent if I never was one?"
David sighed. "I know. I've been asking myself the same question."
Emma tilted her head. "Oh, no. You guys don't have to... it--it's different."
"No, it isn't," Snow disagreed. "And yes, we have to. We can figure it out. So can you."
"You don't know what I was before Storybrooke," Ella told them. "And trust me, I was not parent material."
"Yeah, but we know who you are since you've been here," David pointed out.
"What if we revert?" Emma asked.
"You're not going to," David assured. "And the Ella I know was great with Henry and Rose, even Lisa and Grace."
"I was Henry and Rose's parent for five minutes," Ella pointed out.
"And I was Emma's for a year, and yours for five minutes, too, but things are different now, for all of us," David told her. "We don't have to go through any of it alone. We're family."
They saw Freya and Jefferson down the street waiting for Lisa and Grace, looking at them in guilt.
"I don't know if Freya and Jefferson are going to forgive us," Snow admitted. "Freya just found out Alcina's her half-sister, also Grace's aunt, and Henry and Rose's by adoption, who may have not realized she killed Archie. And we may have just sent her over the edge. And turned Regina against us again."
"Even if we did?" Emma asked. "I know one thing. Henry, Rose, Lisa and Grace are all better off not being around that insanity."
Ella wasn't so sure, looking down sadly in regret for what was going on.
Down the street, Lisa and Grace walked up to Freya and Jefferson.
Grace smiled. "Mama. Papa."
"I still don't get why I have to go to school when I'm you know what," Lisa pointed out. "But I'm glad you guys were waiting out here for us. We wanted to tell you something about today."
"Yeah?" Jefferson asked. "Well, we need to tell you two something, too. Something happened, and..."
"We wanted you to hear it from us first," Freya told them.
Lisa and Grace knew something was wrong. "What is it? Freya? Jefferson?"
Jefferson sighed, taking their hands to lead them closer. "Lisa, Grace, come here."

Day - Evil Queen's Palace
Evil Queen was trying to summon Vasilisa's wand to her from long distance, but still had issues with magic after being captured.
Henry announced. "You have a visitor."
"Who?" Evil Queen asked.
Rumplestiltskin appeared nearby in a chair. "You need to ask? What other friends do you have, dearie?"
Evil Queen glared at him. "You're no friend. Have you come to relish my suffering?"
Rumplestiltskin stood. "I thought you'd want someone to help raise your spirits, after you retrieved Vasilisa's wand so you could have full control over her today. Especially on a day like today."
"What's so special about today?" Evil Queen asked.
"Vasilisa is wedding Snow White and Prince Charming, of course," Rumplestiltskin answered. "Didn't you get an invitation? Me neither. Priscilla will be there obviously. Still nice to be able to see them declare their twoo love in front of their entire kingdom. A happy ending after all."
"And because of you, there's nothing I can do to stop it," Evil Queen replied. "No way to harm them in this land ever again."
Rumplestiltskin giggled. "Yes, yes, I suppose that's true, in this land."
Evil Queen tilted her head curiously. "What?"
"The deal I made with Priscilla and Vasilisa was explicit," Rumplestiltskin explained. "You can never harm them in 'this' land. Now, were you to bring them to another land, well..." Evil Queen smiled. "Told you I was your friend."
Rumplestiltskin disappeared in a puff of blood red smoke.
"Father?" Evil Queen asked. "Bring my carriage. I have a wedding to get to."

Night - Docks
Killian was sitting, sharpening his hook, looking up to see Cora arrive. "You're back. So did you get what you wanted?"
"Yes," Cora answered. "My daughters have lost everything now. Everyone believes Alcina was driven insane by her time locked away in the darkness, severing her ties with Priscilla, Rumple, Jefferson, Grace, Vasilisa, and everyone else. Even Alcina and Regina believe that Alcina is insane."
Killian rolled his eyes. "Ah, well, aren't you mum of the year?"
Cora gave him a look. "I did what was needed."
"What about what I need?" Killian asked. "You promised you'd help me get my revenge on Rumplestiltskin."
"And I've already started," Cora told him. "Or didn't you notice the little gift I left you in the hold of your ship?"
"A gift?" Killian repeated. "What is it?"
Cora smirked. "Not what. Who."
They entered the ship which was still cloaked. Inside, Cora lead Killian to a crate which she then opened, revealing to him her gift, which was not yet seen.
"Who's that?" Killian asked.
"Someone privy to Storybrooke's deepest secrets, including Rumplestiltskin's," Cora answered. "Someone who can help us determine his weaknesses here, besides Priscilla, Jefferson and Grace." Archie was shown bound and gagged in the crate. "Can't you, Dr. Hopper?"
"If that's him, then who did you kill?" Killian asked.
"How do I know?" Cora replied. "It's my first day in town."
Killian realized. "You disguised the body to look like him. If death wasn't punishment enough. Marvelous work."
Cora smiled. "Thank you. Now you'll have all the knowledge you'll need. It may take some work, but this cricket will chirp."
Killian held up his newly sharpened hook, nodding in agreement. "Aye. That he will."
