chapter 1 - Heart, Body and Soul
Flashback
Phoenix, Arizona
Eleven Years Ago
Night - Prison Hospital
Ella was giving birth where the doctor and nurses were attending to her. The clock struck 8:15.
Emma was there to be there for Ella and comfort her. "Big breath. Breathe away, breathe away."
"Okay, here we go," a nurse told them.
"You're doing great," the doctor told her. "Big push, big push."
Ella did as told, screaming as she gave birth to Henry.
"You're almost there, one more," a nurse told her.
"You're doing fine," Emma told her. "Keep breathing."
"You're doing fantastic," the doctor assured. "That's it."
Emma let Ella use her hand as a pain outlet. "Breathe, breathe, breathe. Doing great. You're doing great. Here you go. Keep going. Yep. Breathe, breathe. Take a deep breath."
"Okay, big push," the doctor told her. "Big push." Ella was doing as told, screaming. "Push, push, push!" The lights began to flicker and go out as Rose was born, foreshadowing the fact that both Ella and Rose would have magic in the future. Ella sighed in exhaustion and relief. "Great. Here you go. That's good. That's beautiful. How you doing?"
Emma looked at the babies. "Ella, you have a girl and a boy." Ella was crying. "Ella?"
"I just want to hold them," Ella told them. "Just once."
"Ella, we can't raise them from inside prison," Emma told her.
"I know, Emma," Ella told her in annoyance. "I just wanna hold them. One time."
Ella got to hold Baby Henry and Rose, crying because she knew she couldn't keep them while in jail. When the doctors and nurses took the babies away, Ella cried harder. Emma held Ella comfortingly, calming her down, heartbroken to see her sister devastated like this.

Now
Tori and Saphira's Siren Crowns Portal
While Killian was sailing the ship through the portal of the sea created by Tori and Saphira's Siren Crowns, Gold, Freya, Jefferson, Lisa, Regina, Alcina, Snow, David, Saphira, Tori and Mathias were holding tight to the ropes of the Jolly Roger.
ღ
Neverland
Night - Sea
They finally landed on the waters of Neverland. The group looked around in confusion.
"Is that it?" Freya asked.
"Aye," Mathias answered. "Neverland."
Everyone looked at the island in determination to get Henry, Rose and Grace back.
ღ Worlds Colliding (Once Upon a Time) ღ
Neverland
Island
Henry, Rose and Grace landed on the shore after falling through the portal, getting up to run. Greg and Tamara grabbed their coats to stop them, shoving them.
"No, uh-uh-uh-uh-uh," Greg told them. "Slow down, kids. You got nowhere to go."
Grace and Rose tried to take off the anti-magic cuffs on their wrists to no avail.
Tamara sighed. "We made it. Mission accomplished."
"Are you sure about that?" Henry asked. "'Cause our families and friends are coming to get us. All of them."
"You might wanna take a look around, kids," Greg told them. "Do you see any clock towers? You're a long way from Storybrooke."
"It doesn't matter," Rose replied. "Our family's been to the Enchanted Forest before. They can get here again."
Tamara heard a howling noise, looking around. "Well, we're not in the Enchanted Forest. This is Neverland."
Grace looked at them in disbelief. "Neverland? You're here to destroy Neverland?"
Tamara nodded. "It's the mother lode of magic." She looked at Greg. "Where's the communicator? We need to signal the home office."
Greg took the communicator out of his backpack. "Here you go, T."
"An office in the jungle?" Grace asked sarcastically. "Huh. Who works there?"
Greg stood, walking toward the three kids. "Who we work for is not your concern, kids. Just know that they take care of us."
"Do they?" Henry asked. "Can they tell you how to get back home after you destroy magic?"
"We don't ask questions," Greg told them. "We just believe in our cause."
Tamara was trying to operate the communicator. "Greg?"
"Yeah?" Greg asked.
"I'm not getting a status light on this thing," Tamara told him, handing the communicator to Greg.
"Did you check the batteries?" Greg asked, opening the batter compartment, only to see sand fall out.
"What the hell is this, a toy?" Tamara asked.
Rose smirked sarcastically. "It's a good thing you guys don't ask any questions."
Greg looked at Tamara. "Let's go." He looked at the kids. "Walk!"
ღ
Jolly Roger
Killian was manning the helm, slowing the ship.
"Why are you slowing down?" Alcina asked. "In case you didn't know? My nieces and nephew's lives are in danger."
"Oh, we know," Tori told her. "Hot-headed Sorceress."
"Well, what's the plan?" Saphira asked.
Tori sighed. "The plan is to bring us to the far side of the island. Link up with the widest part of the river and then we sail right through, take him by surprise."
Killian sighed. "The irony."
"What irony?" Saphira asked.
"Oh, I spent more time than I care to remember trying to leave this place to kill Rumplestiltskin, and here I am, sailing right back into its heart with him as my guest of honor," Killian answered.
Saphira smirked sarcastically "Oh, is it not quite the happy ending you were hoping for?"
Regina looked at Mathias, Tori, Saphira and Killian. "Greg Mendell said something funny to me. He said I'm a villain, and that villains don't get happy endings. You believe that?"
"I hope not, or we've wasted our lives," Mathias told her.
The camera followed Killian's gaze as he looked over at Ella, who was standing along the ships railing, gazing out at the sea. Emma, Snow and David approached Ella.
"Hey," Snow told her. "What happened to Neal, Henry, Rose and Grace? It's not your fault. You can't blame yourself."
Emma looked at Snow and David. "You're right. I blame you. All this happened because we listened to you. You say good always wins. It doesn't. Ella and I didn't grow up in some fairy tale land. Our experience is different."
Ella gave her sister an annoyed look. "Emma, shut up. This didn't happen because of them, or us. It happened because of people that we don't even know, people that we can't control, so you don't get to blame them."
Emma looked away, annoyed.
"All we have to go on is our experience," David told them. "So if you would just let us share our wisdom..."
Ella turned to face them, overwhelmed, but she was not being a bitch like Emma. "I appreciate you trying to be parents, but we're the same age; we have equal amounts of wisdom, and all we want is Henry, Rose and Grace back."
Emma sighed. "Ella, we should never have broken the Curse. I shouldn't just taken you, Henry and Rose and--"
"And what, let everyone else suffer and die because you'd rather be a runaway than a hero?" Ella asked, shaking her head.
"And don't fool yourself, Emma," Jefferson told her. "You didn't do anything to break the Curse. Ella, Henry, Rose, Freya, Lisa, Tori, Saphira and I did, by getting Lisa's wand back by slaying a Dragon, and Ella kissing Henry and Rose to wake them up and create enough magic for Lisa to break the Curse."
"Thank you, Jefferson," Freya told him.
Emma was hurt by that, but knew that she deserved to hear that.
"Emma?" David asked. "Ella? We missed you growing up, and it haunts us every day."
"And that's why we're here now," Snow told them. "We don't want you to have to go through the same thing, too. And you won't. We are gonna get our families back."
Lisa walked to the center of the ship. "They're right. We're gonna get Henry, Rose and Grace back."
"How can you be so optimistic?" Alcina asked.
"It's who I am," Lisa answered.
"I know for you, Lisa," Alcina told her. "For the Light Bringer. The purest one of us all. But why for the rest of you? Ever since we all got out, got our memories back, our lives? They've, well, they've sucked."
Jefferson shrugged. "Maybe. Maybe not. We found our families."
"And lost Henry, Rose and Grace and Neal and countless other people, Jefferson," Freya told him, freaking out, turning away.
Jefferson knew what was wrong, walking closer to help, concerned, worried, holding her hand so that she could calm down. "Freya, hey. The minute we let go of the belief that things will get better is the minute that we know they won't. I'm sorry about Neal, but we'll find Henry, Rose and Grace."
Gold appeared at the helm, garbed in his old Rumplestiltskin outfit, looking to the Charmings. "No, you won't."
"Oh, that's a great use of our time," Freya told him sarcastically. "A wardrobe change."
"I'm gonna get Henry, Rose and Grace," Gold told them.
"We agreed to do this together," Regina told him.
"Actually, we made no such agreement," Tori replied.
Saphira looked at Gold. "Why are you doing this?"
"Because I wanna succeed," Gold answered, glancing at Emma specifically.
"What makes you think I'm gonna fail?" Emma asked.
"Well, how could you not?" Mathias replied. "You don't believe in your parents. Or your sister. Or magic. Or any of us. Or even yourself."
Tori looked from Emma to Ella. "You only believe what was shown to you. When have either of you ever taken a real leap of faith? You know, the kind where there's absolutely no proof?"
"I've known you some time, Miss Swans, and sadly, despite everything you've been through, you're still just that bail bonds-people, looking for evidence," Gold told them. "Well, dearies, that's not gonna work in Neverland."
"I'll do whatever it takes," Ella told them.
"We know you will, Ella," Saphira told her. "But Emma just needs someone to tell her what that is. Sorry. Our foes are too fearsome for hand holding."
"Neverland is a place where imagination runs wild, Emma, and sadly, yours doesn't," Freya told her. "Papa, if you're going to look for Henry, Rose and Grace, I'm coming with you. Jefferson and Lisa are too."
"Let's go," Lisa told them. "What are we waiting for?"
Gold spun his cane, which fell to the deck. In the next second, Gold, Freya, Jefferson and Lisa were gone, and only Gold's cane remained.
ღ
Island
In a clearing in the jungle, Greg started a fire.
"We making s'mores?" Rose asked sarcastically.
"No," Greg answered, patting his palms. "Building a signal." He looked at Tamara. "Help me gather some dry leaves. We need to let the home office know that we're here."
"And what if that's not enough?" Tamara asked. "What if the empty communicator wasn't an accident?"
"Don't let the kids get in your head," Greg warned. There were rustling leaves in the background. Greg turned his head. A group of teenagers came from the trees, surrounding Greg, Tamara, Henry, Rose and Grace. "Who are you?"
"We're the home office," Felix answered. "Welcome to Neverland."
"The home office is a bunch of teenagers?" Tamara asked skeptically.
"They're not teenagers," Grace told them. "They're the lost boys."
Felix smiled. "Look at that."
"Why do the lost boys want to destroy magic?" Henry asked.
"Who said we wanna destroy magic?" Felix asked.
"That was our mission," Greg told them.
"So you were told," Felix replied. "Yes. Now, the kids, hand them over."
"Not unless you tell us the plan for magic, for getting home," Tamara argued.
"You're not getting home," Felix answered.
"Then you're not getting the kids," Greg replied.
Felix chuckled. "Of course we are."
They heard a roaring from above, looking up. Something came flying from the sky, revealed to be Pan's shadow, which ripped Greg's shadow out. Greg collapsed to the ground, dying. The shadow took Greg's shadow away into the sky.
Rose looked at Henry and Grace. "Run!"
Rose, Henry and Grace started to run. Tamara followed.
Felix spoke to the lost boys. "Get the kids."
The lost boys chased after the kids and Tamara. A lost boy fired an arrow into Tamara's back, making her gasp for air as she fell to the ground.
ღღ
Henry, Rose and Grace continued to run as the lost boys chased after them.
Grace was leading Henry and Rose through the woods, and since her parents were skilled in hunting and hiding, and because of her time in the Infinite Forest having to survive on her own, Grace knew how to hide from the lost boys, and protect Henry and Rose from being found. "Come on."
A boy they didn't know was Peter Pan helped them into hiding.
"Thanks," Henry told him.
"Pan and his forces are in tune with every grain of sand on the island," Peter told them. "We must be careful."
"Are--are you a lost boy?" Rose asked.
Peter nodded. "I was." He removed the zip ties on their hands. "But I escaped, and now they're after me too."
"How?" Henry asked. "What happened?"
"No time for questions," Peter told them. "We must keep moving."
"Come on," Rose told them.
They ran off into the distance.
ღ
Jolly Roger - Belowdeck
Ella was doing pull ups on a bar above. Killian walked in. Ella saw him, lowering herself down.
Killian smirked. "Oh, don't stop on my account."
"Wouldn't think of it," Ella replied sarcastically, continuing to do pullups.
Killian walked closer. "What are you doing?"
Ella stood back down on the platform. "Getting ready for a fight."
"Well, I've never known you to need to get ready for a fight," Killian told her. "I thought it was a natural state. Don't let Rumplestiltskin get you down, love."
Ella jumped down to the floor. "What do you want?"
Killian took a key out, walking over to a locked chest to open it. "To give you something. You know, Baelfire and I once spent a lot of time together, and he spent a lot of time with Tori, Saphira and Mathias as well."
Ella sighed. "He was always Neal to me."
Killian grabbed a sword from the table to bring it to Ella. "Yeah, right, well, this was his."
Ella took the sword. "I didn't realize you were sentimental."
Killian chuckled. "I'm not, I just thought you could use it where we're going, you know, to fight."
Killian gave Ella a shot glass, uncorking the flask, pouring rum into her glass.
"Thanks," Ella told him.
"To Neal," Killian told her.
Ella nodded. "To Neal."
They clinked their glasses, drinking.
ღ
Enchanted Forest
Aurora's Palace
Neal was lying on the bed, waking up, realizing he was alive.
"Who are you?" Mulan asked.
"Neal," Neal answered.
Aurora and Philip approached.
"Is he well?" Aurora asked.
"Well enough to be questioned," Mulan answered.
Aurora poured a glass of water for Neal. "Here, drink. Drink. You must be thirsty."
Aurora gave Neal a sip of water.
"Where am I?" Neal asked.
"You're in our kingdom," Aurora answered.
"Where's your--where's your kingdom?" Neal asked.
"The Enchanted Forest," Philip answered.
"I'm back?" Neal asked.
"Back?" Aurora repeated. "You mean you're from here?"
"He's lying," Mulan told them. "Look at his clothes. He's from the same world Emma, Ella, Snow and Freya are from, the one they took Mathias back to to reunite with Saphira and Tori."
"Freya?" Neal repeated. "Oh, you know Emma and Ella Swan, Snow, Mathias and Priscilla, Tori and Saphira?"
"We know Emma, Ella, Freya, Snow and Mathias," Mulan answered. "I know Tori. We heard a lot about Tori and Saphira. How do you know them?"
"Priscilla--Freya's my sister, and so is Ally--Alcina," Neal answered. "Mathias, Tori and Saphira taught me, took care of me when I was a kid. Ella's... she's my... I--I don't know. But they're in danger, and I have o get back to them. I have to help them."
Neal tried to get up. Aurora helped him.
"You have to rest," Philip told him. "You were gravely injured when we found you. Were you hit by some kind of arrow?"
Neal scoffed. ".45 caliber arrow. Look, I--I need your help. I need to know that Freya, Jefferson, Grace, Alcina and Lisa, and Ella, Henry and Rose are all right."
"You're--you're Henry and Rose's father?" Aurora asked. Neal nodded. "I was once under a sleeping curse. Snow taught me how to control the nightmare, and with practice, I'm able to walk the dream world, find others who have passed through. It's possible I can make contact with them." Neal stood up. "If I can, what would you like me to tell them?"
Neal sighed heavily. "Tell my family I'm alive and I love them."
ღ
Neverland
Jolly Roger
Alcina was speaking to Tori, Mathias and Saphira. "How long was he with you? Neal, Bae, whatever?"
"Long enough for us to know that we miss him, too," Saphira answered. "We knew him for centuries, Alcina."
"You barely knew him as your brother, but I'm sorry," Mathias told her. "You lost him too."
Alcina didn't answer, looking down. The Jolly Roger creaked and banged.
"What was that?" Regina asked. Snow and David struggled to control the ship, falling toward the left and right. Regina approached them. "What the hell are you two doing?"
"Trying to keep it steady," Snow answered.
"Hold on!" David told them.
Killian and Ella joined everyone up here. Killian helped control the helm.
Tori knew what was coming, worried. "Prepare for attack!"
"Be more specific," Regina told her.
"If you've got a weapon, then grab it," Tori told them.
Screeching could be heard from the ocean.
"What's out there?" Emma asked. "A shark? A whale?"
"Worse," Saphira answered. "Mermaids."
A group of mermaids swam toward the Jolly Roger.
ღღ
Everyone was trying to keep the boat steady.
"Mermaids?" Regina asked incredulously.
"Yes," Mathias answered. "And they're quite unpleasant."
"You think?" Saphira asked.
"They're natural enemies to Sirens," Tori explained. "They're here because they sensed me and Saphira."
One of the mermaids submerged from the water, hitting the boat.
"I'll try to outrun them," Killian told them.
"How many of them are there?" Emma asked.
Several mermaids bashed into the Jolly Roger with their tails.
"We will not be capsized by you fishes!" Tori told them defiantly.
Saphira and Mathias exhaled fireballs from their mouths to hit the mermaids in the water to make them back away.
"What are you doing?" David asked.
"Fishing," Mathias told him sarcastically.
Alcina used magic to catch a mermaid in a net, dragging her up. "Caught one!"
"One?" Regina repeated. "There are dozens of them."
Saphira rolled her eyes. "Enough of this."
Saphira and Mathias were still blowing fire into the water to make the mermaids retreat. Tori and Saphira sang a Siren Song loudly to override the screeching of the mermaids, sending them away.
"There," Tori told them. "They're gone."
"Not all of them," Snow told them. "What about that one?"
Alcina used her magic to teleport the mermaid she had caught onto the ship. They all looked from the mermaid to each other.
ღ
Island
Henry, Rose, Grace and Peter were running.
Grace led them into hiding where they couldn't be caught by the lost boys, waiting for them to pass before she knew the coast was clear. "I think we lost them."
"For a little girl like yourself, you sure know how to run and hide in forests you barely know," Peter told her.
"Her parents taught Grace and our friend Lisa," Rose explained. "And because she spent so much time in the Infinite Forest alone, trying to survive on her own, so she knows how to hide and survive in wilderness. Okay. We can rest for a minute."
Peter nodded. "You're new. Did the shadow take you too?"
"No," Henry answered. "We were kidnapped by some people that work for Pan."
"I'm sorry," Peter told them. "If he sent for you, he wants you, and if Pan wants you, he will get you."
"Why does Pan want you?" Grace asked.
Peter pulled out a vial of pixie dust. "Pixie dust. I stole it from him because I thought I could use it to fly away and go home, but it doesn't work. It's useless."
"Don't worry," Grace told him. "Our families are coming to rescue us. And you could come with us."
"You really think you're the first kids to believe their family's actually coming for them?" Peter asked.
"Our family's different," Rose explained. "We always find each other."
"You better hope they don't, or else Pan will rip their shadows into oblivion," Peter told them.
Henry stood, patting him on the shoulder. "It's gonna be okay. I promise. Don't lose hope."
"All we need is time," Rose told them. "Is there a place we can hide from the lost boys?"
Peter nodded. "There's a place they can't track us. The echo caves, but it's far."
"Then what are we waiting for?" Grace asked. "Lead the way."
Peter nodded, leading them to the echo caves at a run. Henry, Grace and Rose followed just as fast.
ღ
Enchanted Forest
Aurora's Palace
Aurora was sleeping on the bed.
Mulan was checking on Neal. "Feeling better?"
"Yeah," Neal answered.
"How did you get here?" Mulan asked.
"I fell through a portal," Neal answered. "I thought--I thought I was gonna die, and--and I thought about this place. I thought about growing up here, the fun I used to have with little sister Priscilla, who you know as Freya, and our friend back then, Jefferson, who turned out to be Cilla's husband, and they had my niece Grace and took in Lisa, and we found out about Alcina, Ally, being our sister. That's how portals work. They take you to wherever you think of."
"Well, what's it like, the other world?" Mulan asked.
"Uh, well, for starters, they think this place is just a fairy tale, like--like a legend, like we're all just characters in a story," Neal explained.
"I'm in a story?" Mulan asked.
"Yeah," Neal answered. "They made a movie about you. It's actually pretty good."
"What's a movie?" Mulan asked.
"Uh..." Neal trailed off awkwardly, not knowing how to explain.
Aurora woke up. Philip helped her to the ground.
"It's worse than I feared," Aurora told them. "I couldn't make contact. I wish I could be more help. I--I fear no one can."
"My father and Freya can," Neal told them. "They always had a plan. So did Alcina, Jefferson and Lisa. Uh, they would've left something behind if they or Grace ever found themselves back here. Something that can be used to contact them, to get to them. I know it. I just need to get to the dark castle."
"Who's your father?" Philip asked.
Neal sighed. "Rumplestiltskin."
ღ
Neverland
Island
Freya, Lisa, Jefferson and Gold found Tamara on the ground. Tamara was crawling across the ground.
"So where are they?" Lisa asked. "Henry? Rose? Grace?" She noticed the arrow in Tamara's back. "There, there. I can help you speak."
Lisa waved her hand, making the arrow in Tamara's back magically disappear.
Tamara gasped in relief. "Thank you."
"Where's Grace?" Jefferson asked. "Henry? Rose? They kill them?"
"I don't think so," Tamara answered. "Rose told Henry and Grace to run and they took off."
"Where?" Freya asked, furious at Tamara for what she did to Neal, barely able to control her anger.
"The jungle," Tamara answered. "Pan wants them. He's behind all of this. Look, Freya, I didn't know who I was working for. I'm sorry about what I did to you and to Neal. I'm so sorry."
Freya knelt next to her. "I know. You were merely a pawn."
"Can--can you forgive me?" Tamara asked.
"No," Freya answered.
Lisa used her power to heal the wound in Tamara's back. "I've healed you. But we're not helping you."
"You're on your own," Jefferson told her, taking Freya and Lisa by the hands. "Let's go."
Freya couldn't take her glare away from Tamara, nodding. "Yeah. Come on."
Jefferson wrapped an arm around Freya to lead her away, still having Lisa's hand as they left Tamara. Gold approached Tamara, ripping out her heart, crushing it, watching in satisfaction as Tamara died.
ღღ
Jolly Roger
Everyone else was the ship, looking at the mermaid trapped.
"Get that thing off my ship," Killian told them.
"No," Regina told him. "Now we have a hostage."
"I hate to say it, but I'm with Hook," David told them. "Those things just tried to kill us."
"And perhaps we should find out why," Alcina told them.
"How?" Snow asked. "By torturing her?"
"Well, if need be, sure," Regina answered.
The mermaid picked up a seashell, blowing into it, making everyone cover their ears.
"What the hell was that?" Alcina asked.
"A warning," Mathias answered.
There was a loud clap of thunder.
"Let me go," the mermaid told them. "Or die."
ღ
Enchanted Forest
Sandy Desert
Neal and Mulan were walking across the desert.
"Can I ask you a question?" Mulan asked.
"Yeah, I don't know how to explain what a movie is," Neal told her.
"You say you're fighting for your family and for Ella, but she never mentioned you when she was here," Mulan told him. "Why is that?"
"Because I broke her heart," Neal answered. "I let her and Emma take the fall for something I did, letting them go so they could help Lisa break the Curse and fulfill their destiny, and when it was broken, I could've gone after her, I could've told her I loved her, but I was afraid she would never forgive me, so I wound up taking the easy way out, which is not trying."
"Your belief in love wasn't strong enough to overcome your fear of rejection," Mulan realized.
"Yeah," Neal answered. "Greatest regret of my life, not one I wish upon anyone."
ღ
Neverland
Island
Henry, Rose, Grace and Peter were running, while the lost boys followed them. Henry fell, tripping. Rose and Grace helped him up so they could keep running.
"They're close," Henry told them. "I can see them."
"We're almost to the caves," Peter told them. "Come on, follow me."
An arrow was fired at the tree right next to them, making the four of them step back.
"They cut us off," Rose told them.
Grace nodded. "They know about the caves. So we have to go this way."
Grace led them the other way.
ღ
Jolly Roger
David snatched the seashell from the mermaid. "What is this? What did you do?"
"Let me go," the mermaid told them.
"Not until you tell us, or we can make you tell us," Regina told her.
"Threatening her isn't the way to motivate her," Snow told them.
"Well, I'm all out of fish food," Alcina replied, glancing at Saphira and Tori before looking at the others. "No offense to Tori and Saphira."
Saphira and Tori gave Alcina a look, scoffing.
"Doesn't matter if you get her to talk," Mathias told them. "You can't trust her. Mermaids are liars."
Ella nodded sarcastically. "Of course they are."
"Maybe they're just scared of Pan," Snow told them. "If we let her go, maybe they'll be on our side."
"Or maybe she and her friends will come right back to kill us," Regina replied.
"Oh, I don't need my friends to kill you," the mermaid taunted. "You'll kill yourselves. Now let me go."
A storm began to surround the ship. Lightning and thunder started.
"What the hell?" Emma asked.
"It's a storm," Tori answered. "She called it."
"Don't let her go," Saphira told them. "She'll swim off and leave us all to die."
Killian nodded in agreement. "At least with her, we've got leverage."
David grabbed his sword, holding it to the mermaid's neck. "Stop the storm. Then we let you go."
David came up behind the mermaid, holding the sword lower down her neck.
Regina smirked, impressed. "That's more like it, Charming. Filet the bitch."
David took his sword away. "No. We are not barbarians."
"What we're going to be is dead," Alcina replied.
"Hold on," Tori told them. "Hook, turn us around."
Killian turned the ship around. "Tori, Saphira, Mathias and I've outrun many a storm."
Saphira looked at the mermaid. "Make it stop or die."
"We are not killers," Emma told them.
"Yes, you are," the mermaid disagreed. "And you brought this death upon yourselves."
"This is why we should free her," Snow told them.
"That feel good nonsense, Snow, might play in the Enchanted Forest, but this?" Mathias asked. "This is Neverland."
The ship lost balance. Everyone was caught off guard.
"Hook, keep your grip," Ella told him.
Killian struggled to control the ship. "It wasn't me, love, it was the ship. We're taking on water."
"Now may we resume killing her?" Regina asked.
The Charmings answered together. "No!"
"You kill her and her kind will have a personal vendetta on us," Snow told her.
"The Queen is right," Saphira told them. "They've already tried killing us."
"Stop!" Alcina told them. "That's enough. They came here because they sensed Tori and Saphira, because they hate Sirens. We need a plan in case they come back."
"We need to think this through," Ella agreed.
"I already have," Regina told them, turning the mermaid into wood. "There. That should stop the storm."
"Regina!" Alcina told her. "What did you do?"
Everyone turned around to see a huge wave forming in the distance.
Ella was worried. "No!"
Emma looked at Regina. "What have you done?"
The ship ascended the wave, and everyone grabbed a rope. Water soaked the ship and everyone on it.

Enchanted Forest
Dark Castle
Neal and Mulan walked in.
"It appears abandoned," Mulan told him.
Neal tasted some drink. "No, someone's here." An arrow whooshed by him. "Whoa!"
Robin Hood and his little brother Derek approached.
"The first was a warning, m'lady," Robin told her. "Chivalry and all that."
"Who are you?" Mulan asked.
"The name's Derek," Derek answered. "This is my brother. Robin."
"No way," Neal told them. "Robin and Derek Hood?"
"I'd bow, but this quiver's rather tight," Derek told him sarcastically. "Now, what are you doing trespassing in our castle?"
"This castle belongs to the Dark One," Mulan told them. "It is you who trespasses."
"He hasn't been seen since the Queen's Curse," Robin replied. "If he ever shows up, Derek and I'll be happy to vacate."
"No need," Neal told them. "In fact, you can have it. I just--I need to look around for a bit."
"And who would you be to grant such title?" Robin asked.
"In this land, I'm known as Baelfire," Neal answered. "Rumple's son, Priscilla's brother. And Alcina's."
"Alcina?" Robin repeated. "As in the Dark Sorceress?"
"As in the reformed, good girl version of the Sorceress," Neal answered. "Ally's a lot better than she used to be, trust me. But, yes, son of Rumple, brother to Cilla and Ally. Brother in law to Jefferson. And uncle to Mad Hatter and Light Witch's daughter, Grace."
Derek lowered his bow, chuckling. "Apologies. Go ahead."
Neal frowned, looking around. "You don't wanna see ID?"
Derek spun the arrow in his hand around, reaching behind him to put it in his quiver. "Who would claim to be that if he wasn't?"
Neal nodded in acknowledgement. "Yeah, good point."
"Your father would not stand for impostors," Robin told him. "He had quite a temper."
"You knew my father?" Neal asked.
"We crossed paths once, yes," Robin answered.
"Most crossings with my father don't end well," Neal pointed out.
Robin chuckled. "We made a deal that saved the mother of my son, my wife."
"Your father hired me for a job that I fulfilled on," Derek added. "We owe him a debt."
Neal nodded. "I'm happy to collect. I'm looking for something they left here. Magical item."
"Well, I'm very sorry to disappoint, but Derek and I arrived shortly after the Curse," Robin told him. "The place was cleared out. Nothing of any value remains."
Neal shook his head. "No, thieves and looters would only take what they could see."
Neal picked up a cane.
"What's magical of a knotted old cane?" Derek asked. "Probably belonged to one of the looters."
"No, it belonged to my papa," Neal answered. "See these markings? He was keeping track of me and Priscilla growing. Keep in mind this was before we found out that Alcina was his daughter and Cilla's and my half-sister, Jefferson's sister-in-law, and the aunt to Grace, and my kids, Henry and Rose."
Neal twirled the stick like a staff. A painting in the corner of the room disappeared, revealing a large cupboard.
"Derek and I've handled that walking stick a dozen times," Robin told him. "It never released a cloaking spell before."
"My father enchanted objects so that what might be a useless piece of wood in the hands of a looter would become magical in his," Neal explained.
"Or in the hands of his children," Derek realized.
Neal nodded. "Yeah, he called it blood magic. Might not always seem like it, but family was important to dear old dad."
"So what's in there?" Robin asked.
Derek smirked, shrugging. "Let's find out."

Neverland
Jolly Roger
Ella and Killian were struggling to control the ship at the helm.
"I thought you said you could outrun a storm," Ella told him.
"This isn't a storm, it's bloody damnation," Killian replied.
Snow looked at Regina. "Why would you do this?"
"You're going to blame me?" Regina asked.
"You turned the mermaid into wood," Snow pointed out.
"I did something about it, which is more than you can say," Regina replied.
"Undo your spell," David told her. "Bring back the mermaid!"
"And what, you'll win her over with your rainbow kisses and unicorn stickers?" Tori asked. "The mermaids came after us because they sensed Sirens, and they'll keep coming till they kill us."
"Considering that Regina's plan failed, at least we could try," Snow replied.
"You're such a naive princess," Regina told her.
"And you are such a..." Snow trailed off, punching Regina in the face.
"That your best?" Regina asked.
"Not even close," Snow answered. She looked from Alcina to Regina. "I'm so tired of you ruining my life."
Alcina scoffed. "We ruined your life?"
Mathias separated Snow from Regina. "Hey!"
"Mathias, let the slags go," Killian told him. "I need you at the mast."
David punched Killian in the face. "Don't call my wife a slag."
David and Killian started fighting.
"Stop it!" Emma told them.
They looked to the lighting and thunder while the others kept fighting.
Saphira realized. "It's not the mermaid, it's us. If you don't stop fighting, we're all gonna die."
"Don't you see we're causing the storm?" Tori asked.
Ella tried to get everyone's attention. "Hey! Stop! You need to listen to us."
Tori and Saphira saw that the mermaids were coming back to the ship while everyone was distracted with fighting.
"Mama, they're gonna keep coming unless we do something about it," Saphira told her.
"I know, Saphira," Tori told her. "Let's do it."
Saphira nodded. "Okay."
Tori and Saphira a look, nodding, grabbing their Siren Crowns, standing up on the edge of the ship, diving into the water.
Mathias ran to the edge of the ship worriedly in horror. "Tori! Saphira!"
Everyone stopped fighting in shock and worry, knowing that the mermaids were going after Tori and Saphira, and now that they went into the water, the mermaids would try to kill them.

Island
Henry, Rose, Grace and Peter were running through the woods, finding themselves on the edge of a cliff.
Rose held out both her arms to stop them. "Watch out!"
A lost boy called out to the others. "They're over here!"
"What do we do?" Henry asked. "Is there any other way to the echo caves?"
Peter shook his head. "No, we're done for. I'll give them the pixie dust. Maybe they'll let us live."
"You want to give up?" Grace asked.
"We don't have a choice," Peter told them. "They got us. This is the end."
"No, it's our way out," Rose told him.
Henry, Rose and Grace backed away from the cliff.
"What are you doing?" Peter asked.
"Getting a running start," Grace answered.
"For what?" Peter asked.
"Everyone knows pixie dust is for flying," Rose told him.
"Don't you remember, the dust doesn't work?" Peter asked.
"That's because you have to believe," Henry told him.
"I definitely do not believe," Peter told them.
"That's okay, because we do," Henry told him. "Our friend Lisa got us to believe, and now I believe everything with all my heart."
"Grace and I can't use our magic while we have these cuffs on," Rose told him. "We can't get them off."
"Maybe we can't use magic right now, but they're right," Grace told him. "We have to believe."
Henry opened the pixie dust bottle, and with a running start, he used it to fly himself, Rose, Grace and Peter off the cliff moments before the lost boys arrived. They smiled as they flew away.

Jolly Roger
The others were no longer fighting while looking for Tori and Saphira in the water.
Mathias called out worriedly. "Tori! Saphira!"
Regina shook her head. "Jumping into the sea against their natural enemies to save us. Risking their lives doing so. Idiots."
"More like heroes, Gina," Alcina corrected.
"What's the difference?" Regina asked.
"Regina!" Alcina chided.
Emma sighed worriedly. "Regina. Mathias. Alcina. Get them up here."
"We can't," Alcina told them. "Not in this storm. I can't even see them. We'll just bring up water and half their legs."
While underwater, Tori and Saphira could breathe because of being Sirens, using their power of the Siren Crowns to push the mermaids away from them. The mermaids used their tails and talons to scratch and strangle Tori and Saphira, trying to kill them, but Tori and Saphira sang their Siren Song to make them let go. In a swirl of fiery orange smoke, shifting into her Dragon form while underwater, Saphira spun around underwater to hurl fire from her lungs at all of the mermaids surrounding them, burning them all, making them back away and scream. Her Dragon form was weighing her down, almost making her drown, because even if her Siren side couldn't be drowned, her Dragon side could be, so, in another swirl of fiery orange smoke, she had to turn back to human form, using magic against the mermaids to protect herself and Tori.
Mathias heard the screaming, about to jump in.
Killian stopped him. "Mathias! Wait!"
"They'll die!" Mathias told him.
"And so will you," Killian replied. "Mathias, you're a Dragon, not a Siren, and you can drown, so let me help."
Ella grabbed a rope. "Here. Tie him."
They tied Mathias, after which he jumped into the ocean, swimming down below, blowing a hurl of fire at the mermaids, helping Saphira burn them all, while Tori sang her Siren Song loud enough to where the mermaids had the choice to make to either leave or die. Some of the mermaids killed while the others escaped. Mathias grabbed the weakened and injured Tori and Saphira, unable to fly while underwater, but getting them up to the surface.
"He has them," Killian told them. "Pull!" They pulled until they could get the three Matthews up. "We've got them."
Everyone sighed in relief.
"Mathias?" Snow asked. "Tori? Saphira?"
"We're okay," Tori answered. "Oh... We're okay."
"We're fine," Saphira agreed. "Thanks." They looked up as the storm cleared. "We told you."
Mathias held Saphira and Tori close in relief, sighing, as they returned the embrace in just as much relief, all of them breathing heavily. "Bloody hell." He cupped Tori's cheeks to kiss her passionately in relief. Tori was only slightly surprised, returning the kiss, chuckling. "Don't either of you ever scare me like that again."
"Okay, Papa," Saphira told him.
Tori chuckled. "Sorry, Mathias."
Everyone else chuckled in amusement and relief. Killian smiled slightly.

Island
Freya, Jefferson, Lisa and Gold were waiting for Felix.
"Come out and say hello, lost boy," Freya called.
Felix walked toward them. "Hello, Priscilla. Rumplestiltskin. Jefferson. And Vasilisa, the Light Bringer herself." Lisa waved her hands in a bow sarcastically. "Pan welcomes you to the island. He wanted me to tell you he is excited to see you all."
Jefferson nodded sarcastically. "Oh? Yeah. I'm sure he is."
"And why exactly would he be excited to see us?" Lisa asked. "He doesn't know me. Or Freya. Or Jefferson." She looked at Freya and Jefferson. "Right?"
Freya shrugged. "As far as I know of? No. I know Papa knows him. I've never met him."
"He wanted to let you know you're welcome in Neverland, for as long as you wish to stay, with one caveat," Felix explained.
Gold nodded sarcastically. "There's always something with him."
"If you're here for the children, well, taht makes you Pan's enemies," Felix told them.
"Then nothing's changed," Gold replied.
"You took Freya's and my daughter," Jefferson told him. "Our nephew and niece. Of course we're here for Grace, Henry and Rose."
"If you go against him, you will not survive," Felix warned.
Freya nodded sarcastically. "Oh. Really? I wouldn't bet on it."
Gold approached Felix. "Cilla, Jefferson, Alcina and Lisa will survive. As will everyone else. The question isn't will I survive, because we both know I won't." Freya, Jefferson and Lisa looked at him in confusion. "No, no, the real question is... how many of you I take with me?"
"So, is that your answer?" Felix asked.
"That's our answer," Lisa answered.
"Well, then, I suppose that means I'll see you again, in less friendly circumstances," Felix told them.
Lisa nodded in agreement. "Count on it."
Lisa, Jefferson and Freya left to look for Henry, Rose and Grace. Gold went to follow.
Felix stopped Gold. "One last thing." Gold turned to face him. "There's something he wanted you to have." Felix threw a straw doll on the ground. Gold slowly knelt down, picking it up. "Isn't it funny the things we haven't thought about in years still have the ability to make us cry?" Felix started to laugh, while Gold started to cry. "See you and your family around, Dark One."
Felix walked away.

Enchanted Forest
Dark Castle
Neal opened the secret cabinet. "I spent my entire life running from magic, and it's the only thing that can help me. Now I know how Cilla felt when she had to start using magic to save our family even though she used to hate magic as much as I do." He grabbed the magic snow globe. "It's not working. Why isn't working?"
Neal put the globe down.
"Don't think of a place," Derek told him. "Think of your family. And more than that of how you feel about them. Connect to a memory of them. Good or bad."
Neal grabbed the magic snow globe again, and was shocked to see them in Neverland. "Oh, no. It can't be."
"What's wrong?" Derek asked. "Aren't they there?"
"Yes, but that's not Storybrooke," Neal answered. "They're in Neverland."

Island
After getting off the Jolly Roger, the group arrived to the island, meeting up with Freya, Jefferson and Lisa.
"Where the hell have you guys been?" Ella asked. "Did you find them?"
"Not yet," Jefferson answered. "We're still trying."
"We don't have to do it this way," Regina told them. "We can fix the Jolly Roger. Magic is powerful enough."
"We can execute the pirates' plan," Alcina told them.
"Sneak attack?" Mathias asked. "Let's not be naive. We need to save magic. We'll need it later, because Pan already knows we're here. It's time we stop running."
Alcina sighed. "Like Gold, Freya, Jefferson, Lisa, Saphira, Tori and Mathias were saying earlier, this land is run on belief."
"All of us have been too busy being at each other's throats to be believers," Tori told them. "We were as wrong as anyone else. It's time for all of us to believe. Not in magic, but in each other."
"You want to be friends?" Emma asked. "After everything that's happened between all of us?"
Saphira shrugged. "I don't want or expect that. I know there's a lot of history here. A lot of hate."
Killian pointed at Ella. "Actually, I quite fancy Ella from time to time. When she's not yelling at me."
Ella looked at Killian sarcatially, which made him smirk.
"We don't need to be friends," Freya told them. "What we need to now is the only way to get Henry, Rose and Grace back is cooperation."
David pointed at Regina and Killian. "With her? With him. No, Freya. We have to do this the right way."
"No, we don't," Lisa told them. "We just need to succeed. And the way we do that is by just being who we are." She looked at Snow and David. "Heroes." She looked at Emma and Ella. "The Protector and Savior." She looked at Killian. "A pirate." She looked at Tori, Saphira and Mathias. "A Siren, Dragon, and Siren/Dragon pirates." She looked at Regina, Alcina and Freya. "Sorceresses." She looked at Jefferson. "And the Mad Hatter."
Freya placed a hand on Lisa's shoulder proudly. "And the Light Bringer."
"It doesn't matter which," Jefferson told them. "We're going to need all those skills. Whether we can stomach them or not."
"We're going to find Snow and David's grandkids, Jefferson's and my daughter, and Emma, Ally's and my nieces and nephew, slash Ella and Regina's kids," Freya told them. "And being that Tori, Saphira and Mathias know this island better than anyone because they spent the most time here, they can lead us. So either help us get them back or get out of the way."
Freya turned around, leading the way further onto the island. Lisa and Jefferson followed first. Everyone else was impressed, following.

Further Inland
Henry, Rose, Grace and Peter were flying. As the pixie dust ran out, Peter pointed to the ground, suggesting they should land. They then fell to he ground, getting up.
"See?" Henry asked. "If you believe, anything is possible."
"You couldn't be more right, Henry," Peter told him. "Luckily you have Rose and Grace to help with magic as long as they don't have those irritating cuffs on."
"How--how did you know our names?" Henry asked. "We never told you my name or Rose's, but we did tell you Grace's."
"Let's make it a game," Peter told them. "A puzzle to solve."
Grace stood in front of Henry and Rose protectively. "You lied to us. You are a lost boy. You work for Pan."
"Not exactly," Peter answered. "I am Peter Pan."
"But you told Greg and Tamara that magic was bad," Henry told him. "That you'd help them destroy it. Why?"
"Because I needed their help," Peter answered. "And it's so much easier to get people to hate something than to believe."
"Why did you bring us here?" Rose asked.
"For quite some time, I've sought somethings extremely important," Peter told them. "Somethings more elusive than the greatest of all mysteries."
"What?" Rose asked angrily.
Peter looked at Henry. "The heart of the Truest Believer." He looked at Grace. "The body of the Illusionist." He looked at Rose. "And the soul of the Enchantress." He knocked on a tree. "And when you took that pixie dust, Henry, and jumped off that cliff, you proved yourself." Grace was getting angry and protective, her power starting to make the cuff spark and nearly destroyed it. "And Grace right now, is proving that she is one strong sorceress, because her magic is starting to power through that cuff that restrained even the Evil Queen and her mother's powers, Priscilla. The prophecy called Grace the Illusionist because even though she looks like the most innocent of girls, her power is some of the most dangerous and chaotic magic there is. That's why she hasn't learned how to control it yet." Rose's power nearly broke free like Grace's was doing. "And Rose, they called you the Enchantress because your power began to show while you were in a sleeping curse in the Netherworld. You were able to use your magic to control the flames, when no other person could do that, and your magic is almost breaking free as well, but your power isn't as destructive as Grace's, but more pure because you're the Savior's daughter, and Protector's niece, not just lineage from the Stiltskins like Grace. That kind of unique power comes from the soul. And now your heart, body and soul, and all of you, are mine." Peter pulled out a knife. "Come on, boys!" The lost boys surrounded Henry, Rose and Grace. "Let's play!"
Grace's destructive power nearly completely destroyed the cuff she was wearing, making light purple/almost pink power leave her body in a wave, just as Rose's magic was doing, making rose red power leave her body in a wave as they pushed the lost boys away. However, Grace's power being more destructive and chaotic, nearly pushed the lost boys off the cliff, creating a mini earthquake. Peter used his magic to restore the cuff so they wouldn't break free, smirking in amusement, impressed.
