chapter 12 - Souls of the Departed
From 1.02 "The Thing You Love Most", in flashback, Evil Queen added her father's heart to the Curse, using Vasilisa's power to cast it.
Freya/Priscilla: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (Once Upon a Time)."
From 1.02 "The Thing You Love Most", in flashback, in the cell, Evil Queen looked at Rumple. "What must I do to enact this Curse?"
Rumplestiltskin chuckled. "The heart of the thing you love most."
From 1.02 "The Thing You Love Most", in flashback, Evil Queen reached into Henry's chest and removed his heart, letting him fall to the floor. "I'm sorry."
From 1.17 "Hat Trick", in flashback to the Hatter Home, Priscilla, Jefferson and Evil Queen were talking.
"I have a job for you," Evil Queen told them. "Something of mine was taken and found its way over there. I want it back."
From 1.17 "Hat Trick", in Wonderland, Evil Queen put a mushroom into the box. In a whirl of black smoke that escaped the box, Alcina appeared.
Jefferson looked at Evil Queen worriedly. "This is what the Queen of Hearts took from you? Alcina?"
From 5.11 "Mad Witch", in the park, Freya drove the sword through Jefferson, both of them crying out in pain as she held him tightly. On the ground, she held him in her arms, crying. Lisa, Grace and Blake ran closer to kneel next to Freya and Jefferson, crying, holding onto them and each other.
Saphira: (voice over from 5.11 Mad Witch) "We're getting him back. This isn't fair to Jefferson, Freya, Lisa, Grace or Blake."
From 5.11 "Mad Witch", in Hatter House, everyone was talking.
"You're going to Hell?" Snow asked, shocked.
"The Underworld," Alcina corrected.
From 5.11 "Mad Witch", on the lake, everyone arrived on the boat.
Grace held Freya by the hand. "Don't worry, Mama. We'll find Papa. We always find each other."

Freya's Dream
Day - Hatter House - Living Room
In her dream, Freya woke up on the couch, looking around in confusion, sitting up.
Neal walked closer with food. "Hey, Cilla."
Freya gasped when she saw him. "Bae?"
"Yeah," Neal answered. "It's really great to see you, sis."
Freya was confused, suspicious. "Why am I back here? Why are you here? This is either a dream, or a hallucination because of all the madness being in my head now that Jefferson's dead."
Neal found the fact she thought this was a hallucination somewhat amusing, but was more worried and concerned about her than anything. "If this were a hallucination brought on by the madness, there'd be, like, talking doughnuts or demons running around or something weird like that." He sat down next to her. "Think of this as a long distance call from your older brother."
Freya realized this wasn't the madness, but was still confused, relieved to see her brother. "It's really you."
Neal smiled. "How's Henry and Rose?"
"Good," Freya answered. "They miss their dad. They're growing up."
Neal chuckled. "I bet. Henry's being an all out Author now hanging out with a bunch of boys his age, like Blake, Cyrus and Axel, and Rose is a badass Enchantress. And my niece Grace has finally gotten control over her Illusionist powers, huh?"
"For the most part," Freya answered. "Um, I've been helping her, and Ally, Regina, Emma, Ella, Lisa, Rose, Saphira and Mathias have been too."
"I'm glad that Ally found love and that she's a mom now, too," Neal told her. "And that Lisa finally found her family, and even though if she lost her mom, she found her brother. Blake becoming part of your family is something I'm not surprised about, actually. Henry and Lisa finally together, also no surprise. Rose and Grace finding crushes in Cyrus and Axel? Guess it's about time for them. Papa marrying Belle and having her, Tori, Saphira, Mathias and even Faye apart of the family is cool. Look, I don't blame Faye for what Zelena did, okay? And Faye's changed. She has a kid with Derek, has a thing with Blake. I'm happy for our family, you know, except for Papa, who I am very pissed at given what he's done to all of you. And Jefferson." Freya looked at him in surprise. Neal smiled innocently. "What? I watch over you guys, obviously. I miss you guys."
Freya managed a small smile. "We miss you, too."
Neal chuckled. "I know you do."
"Is this the Underworld?" Freya asked. "I was on my way to the Underworld."
"Yeah, I know that's where you're headed," Neal told her. "That's kind of why I'm here. I'm so sorry, Cilla. About everything."
Freya had tears in her eyes, shaking her head. "No, I am. What I did, what Jefferson did... I'm sorry, Bae. I know you never wanted us to end up like that, and when we did, it feels like I failed you, because I became just like Papa."
Neal embraced her. "Hey, that's not your fault okay?" Freya was crying, leaning her head on his shoulder. "I know that, and you should too. You did not end up just like Papa, and you know why?" They pulled away. Neal wiped her tears away. "Because even when you were the Dark One, even when Jefferson was, and even when you lost control of the madness because of it, you came out of it, and you did the right thing. Even if it meant that you had to kill the man you've loved since you were kids, which was like two centuries ago. I know you feel guilty for what happened, because you wouldn't be you if you didn't, but what happened wasn't because of you. And I know you and your family, our family, are going down to the Underworld to save Jefferson, and I get that. I want you to be happy and to get your husband back. Without him, I know your mind's filled with the madness you can't control."
Freya scoffed. "I don't care about what happens to me."
Neal chuckled at her reaction. "I know you don't. You never have. With you, it's always thinking about what everyone else needs, and doing whatever you can to help, and sacrificing yourself for your family is the first thing you always do, which is what makes you different from Papa, okay? You try so hard to be good because you're afraid of losing it. I know you're saving Jefferson for him. For your family. You don't care about the madness inside your head because you love him and your family more than anything. I am so sorry for what happened to the both of you but don't be too hard on yourselves. Once you get there, it is not an easy place to get out of. Just be careful, all right?"
"If you're there, I can help you," Freya told him.
Neal shook his head. "You can't. I'm not there. I'm not in limbo."
Freya sighed. "Does that mean Jefferson's there? We can get him?"
"Yeah, he's there," Neal answered.
"Then help me," Freya told him. "I can split my heart and give it to him. It could work. If you're not there, where are you?"
"The Underworld's for people with unfinished business, and that isn't me," Neal explained. "That's why I'm not there."
"Where are you?" Freya asked.
"Someplace... someplace where I'm happy," Neal answered. "I only came here because I care about you, Cilla. I had to make sure you were okay after what happened, that you were gonna be okay, and our family. Tell them I love them, all of them, and I hope you do save Jefferson, and yourself. And tell Papa if he doesn't clean up his act, I'm gonna make him my unfinished business, and I'm gonna haunt his ass."
Freya couldn't help but chuckle, which was his goal. "Bae..."
"And if you see our mother down there, tell her I'm fine," Neal told her.
"Mama's down there?" Freya asked. Neal nodded. "Who else?"
"A lot of people," Neal answered. "I know you're afraid of the thought that you failed me, but you didn't. Papa did. Are you gonna be okay?"
Freya didn't know the answer, sighing, shaking her head. "I don't know."
Neal looked at her sadly. "I figured. I love you, Cilla, and our family. I always have, and I always will."
Neal embraced Freya one last time, kissing his sister on the head, standing, walking away.
Freya stood, watching him go in confusion. "Bae?"
Freya walked toward the door where Neal had left, trying to follow him, walking out of it.

Charon's Boat
The group was on the boat, heading to the Underworld. Freya woke up, breathing heavily.
Derek looked at her in concern. "Freya? Are you okay?"
David sighed. "Yeah. You passed out."
Freya looked around. "Yeah. I'm fine."
"Good," Emma told her. "Because we're here."

Dock
The group walked on the boardwalk off the boat, entering Underworld.
ღ
Main Street
In the Underworld's version of Storybrooke, the group walked down the street. The clock tower was broken and on the ground. Dead people walked in a zombie like manner by them.
"I don't think we're in Maine anymore," Faye told them.
"Wizard of Oz joke?" Axel asked. "Really, Faye?"
"How is this possible?" Ella asked. "How does the Underworld look like Storybrooke?"
"Your questions are pointless," Cyrus told her. "All that matters is, all these people in this Underworld are dead and trapped because they have unfinished business."
An engine revved, and in the distance, they saw Cruella drive past in her car.
Lisa was nervous to see her since she and Grace had been the ones to kill her on accident. "Cruella."
Seeing how upset Lisa looked at seeing Cruella, Henry reached out to take her hand. Lisa looked at him, managing a small smile that didn't reach her eyes.
"That's right," Gold told her. "And she's here because of you and Grace."
Grace glared at him. "Wow. Be more sensitive, Grandpa."
Saphira scoffed. "More like because of you making Lisa turn dark and making Grace lose control. But I imagine there are many here because of all of us."
"Right," Tori agreed. "So let's not lollygag."
"Split up," Mathias told them. "We'll cover more ground."
Killian nodded. "Agreed. The sooner we get out of here, the better."
Regina and Alcina both saw someone from their past.

Flashback 1
Enchanted Forest
Day - Village
Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress approached a small village with several of black knights.
Dark Sorceress smiled confidently. "Greetings, subjects."
A woman bowed. "Your majesties. Happy birthday, Sorceress."
Dark Sorceress walked over, dipping her finger into the pie, tasting it. "Blueberry. Not bad. But I prefer apple. Luckily for you we're not here for the pie. The present we want, none of you have."
"But you will get it for us," Evil Queen told them. "Snow White's heart on a plate. We know she's been here, and if someone doesn't start talking..."
Evil Queen went to rip out the woman's heart.
The voice of the man Regina and Alcina had seen in Underworld, named Blacktooth, stopped her. "Wait. I think I can help you. I can tell you where Snow White is."
"Then tell us," Dark Sorceress told him.
"I want something in return," Blacktooth told them.
"How's this for a deal?" Evil Queen asked. "Tell us, and I'll kill you quickly instead of slowly." She began to start magically choking him. "Tell me where that wretched girl is."
Snow, Priscilla and Jefferson were making their way through the village, stopping when they saw this.
Priscilla used magic to make Evil Queen release Blacktooth. "Behind you. Regina. Alcina. We're right here, and we won't let you hurt anyone else."
Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress turned to face them.
Dark Sorceress smirked. "Priscilla. Jefferson. Why am I not surprised to see you two here?"
Dark Sorceress produced a magic fireball. Priscilla used her magic to put it out.
Jefferson smirked. "I wouldn't do that if I were you. You two know that your magic is nothing compared to Priscilla's. You've never been able to defeat her even when you were together."
"So, what do you say?" Snow asked. "Shall we wend this ridiculous conflict?"
"You're lucky it's my birthday and I'm feeling benevolent," Dark Sorceress told them.
Evil Queen gave Priscilla and Jefferson a look. "We'll just have to find your friend another time when she's not hiding behind the two of you."
Priscilla and Jefferson smirked. Jefferson waved bye sarcastically. Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress disappeared in whirls of black smoke.
ღ
Dark Palace
Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress were talking to Regina's father, Alcina's stepfather who she had believed was her real father up until 2.09.
"Is this really the way you want to spend today?" Henry asked. "Perhaps it's time for a change. Perhaps it's time to give up on revenge and move on."
Evil Queen shook her head vehemently. "I will never give up. Not until Snow White's heart is in one of these boxes."
Henry looked at them sadly. "I know you loved Daniel and Rave, but if anyone is to blame it's your mother. She ripped out their hearts so you would become as merciless as she always wanted. For both of you to become royalty. Don't let her win. Don't let her control you."
"Mother does not control us," Dark Sorceress told him. "I banished her to Wonderland, remember?"
Henry sighed. "Until you give up this quest for vengeance, Cora will always have a hold on you."
Evil Queen refused to listen, but Dark Sorceress took his words to heart, looking down sadly.

Town Hall - Mayor's Office
Blacktooth walked in. "Your majesty. They're here."
Cora swiveled in her chair to turn around. "Thank you for bringing me this information. Now tell me, how are my daughters and granddaughter?"

Granny's Diner
The Underworld's version of the diner was ran by the Blind Witch from 1.09. Snow made her way to the counter.
Blind Witch smelt her. "Is that... I know you. Aren't you Snow White?" She gasped. "Can you imagine? Uh, well, what can I get you? Do you like gingerbread or children? Kidding. But the... the gingerbread's actually not bad."
"I'm looking for a very good friend of mine, my best friend's husband, actually," Snow explained. "He would have gotten here recently, and he has dark hair, kind of... insane."
Blind Witch gasped. "Mad Hatter."
"You know him?" Snow asked.
"No, no," Blind Witch answered. "But I've heard of your best friend, Priscilla, and I know her husband is Jefferson."
David's twin, James, walked in, approaching Snow.
Snow sighed. "David, you changed. What happened? Is everything okay?"
"Everything's fine," James told her.
"Good, because I'm not," Snow told him. "This place is creeping me out."
James pulled Snow in for a kiss. Sensing something wrong, Snow pulled away.
James chuckled. "I see why my brother likes you."
Snow stepped back in realization, shocked. "James."
"Indeed," James answered. "So, Snow White's in town. I'm guessing that means my brother is, too. All right, when you see ol' Dave, tell him there's a new sheriff in town."
James picked up a drink, walking away.
David walked in, catching sight of James disappearing around the back. "Was that... my brother?"
"Yeah," Snow answered.
Emma, Ella, Killian, Saphira, Derek and Faye walked in.
"Mom?" Emma asked. "Dad? You find anything?"
Ella sighed. "'Cause there's no sign of him at the park. Or the own hall."
"This is hopeless," Derek told them. "We don't even know if Jefferson's here. What if he has no unfinished business?"
"He died a Dark One, Derek," Saphira told him. "Trust me. He's here."
"Mama Tori and Papa Mathias are out in the streets looking," Faye explained. She realized who was missing. "Hey. Where's Freya, Lisa, Grace and Gold?"
"They're checking the pawnshop," Saphira answered. "They want things done. They're doing it their way."
"They may have something down here that can help us," Derek explained. "Blake, Henry, Axel, Cyrus and Rose are looking elsewhere. I think Henry and Rose went to Hatter House."
Rose walked in. "We're here."
Ella sighed in relief to see her daughter. "Rose. Where's Henry?"
"With Axel, Cyrus and Blake at the counter," Rose answered. "No luck yet?"
"Not yet," Killian answered, seeing that Rose was holding a key. "What's that?"
Rose looked down. "Henry and I were just checking the rooms at the Hatter House. We didn't find anyone."
"Anyone?" Killian repeated. "You and Henry were looking for more than just Jefferson, weren't you, Rose?"
"Your dad," Emma realized. "You and Henry are looking for him?"
Rose nodded. "Henry and I wanted to let him know we were okay."
Ella put her hands on Rose's shoulders. "I'm sure he knows. He knows."
"How can you be sure?" Rose asked.
Ella shook her head, sighing. "I just am."
At the counter, the circle was sitting together.
Blake noticed something wrong with Henry. "What's wrong?"
"Me and Rose went to see if our father was here, but he's not," Henry answered.
"Oh, I'm sorry, Henry," Axel told him.
"Yeah, but at least now you know if he is not here he's at peace, and he's happy," Blake told him.
"Yeah," Henry agreed.
Cyrus was thinking, lost in thought.
"Cyrus?" Axel asked. "Underworld to stone boy."
Axel snapped his fingers in front of Cyrus, calling him out of his daze.
Cyrus sighed. "Hey. Axel..." He pushed his hand out of his face. "Don't do that. I'm just thinking."
"About what?" Axel asked.
"Nothing," Cyrus lied.
"Really?" Blake asked sarcastically.
"Come on, tell us," Henry told him.
Cyrus sighed. "I'm just thinking, I mean, Henry and Rose's father might not be here, but you know who might be?"
"You wanna find out if Merlin is here," Axel realized.
Cyrus nodded. "Yeah, but if he was here, where could be be?"
Blake shrugged. "The mansion."
"What, our mansion?" Axel asked.
"Yeah," Henry answered. "I mean, before it become ours, it belonged to Cyrus and Merlin."
"And since we're still all alive, down here, it must still be the Sorcerer's mansion, so if Merlin was here, that is where he would be," Blake agreed.
Axel stood. "So let's go find out."
"Wait, guys," Cyrus told them. "I mean, this could be for nothing. We should be looking for Jefferson."
"The others are looking for Jefferson," Axel told him.
Cyrus looked at Henry and Blake. "And you should look. I know you wanna help me, but your family needs you a lot more than I do."
"Cyrus is right," Axel agreed. "I mean, you saw Freya, Lisa and Grace break down that night. They need you, and Jefferson's still your family, even if it's by marriage or adoption."
"Thank you, Axel, I do like hearing that I'm right," Cyrus told him.
Axel looked at Henry and Blake. "Don't worry about us. You guys go help find Jefferson. Me and Cyrus will go find his father."
Cyrus sighed. "Axel--"
Henry shushed him. "Don't say anything. This is not up for discussion. Axel will go with you, but if anything goes wrong, call us, and we'll go there in a second to help you. Even though we have to find Uncle Jefferson, we're still here for you guys, too."
"Exactly," Blake agreed. "We're your circle, and this is important to you, and what's important to you, it's important to us, even if we can't be here right now, stone boy. Don't ever doubt it."
"Yep," Axel agreed.
"Hey, Axel, since you're looking for Merlin, you should try to see if your family is here, too," Henry told him.
"Yeah," Blake agreed. "I mean, who knows, they could be here."
Axel looked scared, guilty about finding his family after what he had done to them while losing control on the full moon.
"Axel, don't be scared," Cyrus told him. "You're gonna be there for me with my father, and I'm going to be there for you with your family, and so are Henry and Blake, even if they can't be right now, they'll be there in spirit."
Henry nodded. "True."
Blake put a hand on Axel's shoulder. "We're with you, Jacob."
"You realize I still have no idea who that is, right?" Axel asked.
"Yeah, but you're better off not knowing," Blake answered.
Axel chuckled. "Thanks, guys. Or should I say, thanks, circle?"
They smiled.
Cyrus stood. "All right, Axel, let's go find my father and your family. Henry, Blake, good luck with finding Jefferson."
Henry smiled. "This sounds like a mission for the circle."
They all put their hands in the middle. "Circle."
They split up to do their missions.
ღ
Street
Tori and Mathias were walking together.
"It's uncanny," Mathias told her. "It's so similar, yet so off."
"Well, when Regina used Lisa's power to conjure Storybrooke, it was with the Dark Curse," Tori explained. "Whoever created that Curse, looks like this is where they got their inspiration."
"Or vice versa," Mathias countered. Tori stopped walking. Mathias turned back. "Tori? What is it?"
"Just thinking about when we got our memories from Camelot back," Tori answered. "We were talking about having another kid, Mathias. Saphira and Faye approved. Hoping for it to be a boy."
Mathias nodded in agreement. "I remember. And I remember the trying."
Tori chuckled. "Yeah. Just wondering what will happen if we do have another."
Mathias stepped closer to her to look her in the eyes, both smiling slightly. "I'll tell you how I'll feel. I'll be ecstatic."
Tori smiled. "Me too. I love you."
Mathias placed a hand on her cheek. "I love you."
They kissed slowly, passionately.

Another Street
Regina and Alcina were walking, stopping when they saw Blacktooth, turning to face him.
"You, you've been following us," Alcina told him. "Why?"
"Someone wants to see you," Blacktooth answered. "You and your niece, Faye."
Regina and Alcina exchanged a look.

Flashback 2
Enchanted Forest
Day - Dark Palace
Evil Queen was sitting at her dressing table picking petals from a black rose. "I hate her pasty complexion, her insufferable sincerity, and her friends willing to die for her."
Dark Sorceress walked closer. "Gina. You know that we've known Priscilla and Jefferson since they were kids, and they have a daughter now, Grace, and we've both heard the rumors that they took in Vasilisa, the Light Bringer, but of course they don't trust us enough to let us know that. You and I used to help teach Priscilla magic, like our mother used to. And we knew she was best friends with Snow White since then, so why are you acting like it's such a surprise and hating her so much now for protecting her, Gina?"
"It's not a surprise," Evil Queen told her. "And I don't care about any of that."
Henry walked in.
Dark Sorceress sighed. "Daddy, if you've come here to talk about Mother again, we're not interested. I just want this birthday to be over."
Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress left the room.
Henry walked over to the mirror. "Mirror, mirror on the wall, we must do something about my daughters."
Magic Mirror appeared. "How can I be of service?"
"I need you to summon... her," Henry answered.
Magic Mirror shook his head worriedly. "I'm sorry, no. I don't have a death wish."
"If you care for my daughters at all, you will do what I ask," Henry told him.
Magic Mirror gave him. "As you wish."
Cora appeared in the mirror. "Oh, hello, Henry."
"Cora, are you aware of what day it is?" Henry asked.
"Of course," Cora answered. "I'm well aware it's Alcina's birthday. Let me guess, Regina is wasting her sister's birthday and dampening her mood by tormenting them both over Snow White."
"You have to talk to them," Henry told her. "They listen to you. Tell them to let go of his feud."
Cora chuckled. "They don't need to let it go. They need to finish it. If Regina and Alcina won't be happy until they crush Snow White's heart, then we must help them do just that."
Henry shook his head. "This was a terrible idea."
Henry turned away.
Cora appeared in the other mirror in his vision. "Where do you think you're going?"
"To talk to Snow White," Henry answered. "Goodbye, Cora. I don't need your help."
Henry left the room.
Cora sighed. "No. But Alcina and Regina do."
Cora managed to climb out of the mirror.

Now
Underworld
Town Hall - Mayor's Office
Cora was waiting. Regina, Alcina and Faye walked in.
Regina was in shock. "Mother, you're here."
Cora chuckled. "Yes."
Alcina was in pain from seeing her mother after all Cora had done to her, and after Ally had been the one to kill her. "I had hoped you were okay. Mother, I'm so sorry."
Cora smiled. "I know, darling. I know. But I do have unfinished business, and that would be all of you. Hello, Faye."
Faye sighed, looking around. "Hi."
"There's no need to be nervous," Cora told her.
Faye smirked. "I don't get nervous. Too good for that. For you. I'm just wary of you, pissed almost. You did abandon my mother at birth, killed the first loves of Aunt Gina and Aunt Ally, and locked Aunt Ally up all her life every time she got close to her real family just so you could keep her from the truth. And you also almost killed Tori, Saphira and Mathias, who are also my family."
Cora sighed. "Yes, I did all of those things, but that was without my heart, and I have that now. And whatever you think of me, Faye, I am happy to meet you, and I wish I would have a chance to see your mother."
"Mother, you don't have to worry about us," Regina told her.
Cora looked between them. "I'll always worry about you. I want you to be happy."
"Then help us find Jefferson and get out of here," Faye told her. "He's the brother in law to Aunt Ally, so you know that finding him is the only way that she'll leave, the only way Aunt Gina and I'll leave."
Cora shook her head. "It's too dangerous. You need to leave now."
"I promised Cilla, Grace, Lisa and Blake that I would help them get Jefferson back," Alcina told her.
Cora gave her a look. "Your other family. Priscilla, Jefferson, Grace. They're what's holding you back. Sweetheart, you must do what's best for you."
Alcina scoffed. "I am."
"No, you're not," Cora told her. She looked at Regina and Faye. "None of you are. And if you won't, I'll see to it that you do. It wasn't easy, but I've arranged for a boat to take you home. It departs in one hour. Take Henry and Rose, take Tori, Saphira and Mathias, and go before it's too late. Faye, take Derek as well, so you both can go home to your baby, where Robin is waiting with his and Alcina's twins."
"Mother, we can't," Regina told her.
"I refuse to leave without Freya, Jefferson, Grace, Lisa and Blake, or anyone else," Alcina told her. "You told us to leave with Henry, Rose, Tori, Saphira, Mathias and Derek, because they're family but the Hatters are my family too, Mother so I can't leave them."
"You must," Cora told them. "I know it's hard to--to put aside all suspicion after how I raised you, Regina, or kept locking Alcina away, or abandoning your mother, Faye, but..." She looked at Regina and Alcina. "Do you remember the last thing I said to you before I died?"
Regina nodded. "That we would have been enough."
"You would have been," Cora told them. "It just took me too long to realize it. Don't make the same mistake. Go."
"What would happened if we stayed?" Faye asked.
"Sometimes a woman has to do what's best for her children, or grandchildren, even if it's reprehensible," Cora told them.
Faye scoffed. "Are you threatening us? Believe me, you don't want to pick a fight with me. You've lost every fight you've had with a Dragon, or Siren, and I'm of both, so..."
Cora shook her head. "No, I'm not threatening any of you, but there's something I have to show you."
ღ
Fiery Cave
Cora used her magic, in a swirl of black smoke, to poof herself, Regina, Alcina, Faye and Blacktooth to a safe section in the fiery cave. Blacktooth was standing on a small rock ledge.
"Mother, where are we?" Alcina asked.
"What are you doing?" Regina asked.
Cora raised her hand, magically raising flames from the fiery pit below the rock ledge, making them surround Blacktooth, making him scream in agony. "Showing you your fate if you don't return to Storybrooke."
Cora used her magic to throw Blacktooth off the edge of the cliff, and he was still engulfed by flames as he fell, before landing in the fiery pit below.
"You--you killed him," Faye told her.
Cora turned to face the three girls. "'Killed' is, um, a relative term down here. This Underworld, most can only leave it in two ways, to a better place, or a worse one, but you have another option. However, not for long. Go home, or there will be a cost. Someone will suffer."
"Who?" Regina asked.
"Your father," Cora answered. "You all would regret staying here, especially that Divine Pair of yours. Tell them to watch their backs. They're in more danger than they know."
They looked at her in confusion.

Pan's Pawnshop
Freya, Grace, Lisa and Gold walked in.
"You better be right about what we need being here," Grace told him. "I don't like wasting time."
Gold sighed. "Grace--"
"I don't want to talk unless it's to find what we're looking for," Grace told him.
"You're the reason that Jefferson's sacrifice was meaningless," Lisa pointed out. "And that he's even dead in the first place. That Freya's losing more of her mind. Can't blame us for being angry."
"No, but to be fair, I didn't know that Jefferson would take the sacrifice on himself," Gold told them. "I cast the spell on the sword to move the darkness into me, when I thought Cyrus was going to be the one to sacrifice himself."
Freya glared at him. "So you would have a kid sacrifice himself for nothing. No, you should have known that Jefferson would stop Cyrus from sacrificing himself. So that we both could make up for what we did to him. To Merlin. All because of you."
Gold sighed, stepping closer. "Cilla..."
Freya used magic to push Gold back, backing away. "Don't."
"Would you at least let me help control the madness inside your head before you do something you'll only further regret?" Gold asked. Freya hated admitting that she needed his help, but gave in, sighing, nodding. Gold used magic to do as he said, helping her control it, but a side effect of the spell was like Freya was on medicine for this, and she was dazed and confused, not able to focus completely. Gold sighed heavily, looking between them. "You may not believe me, and I don't blame you that you don't, but I am sorry."
"You're right," Grace told him. "I don't believe you. Because every time we find a way to forgive you, you do something that always makes us regret it."

Gold was in the process of telling Belle they were all leaving for the Underworld.
"The Underworld?" Belle asked.
"We'll only be gone for a day, just long enough to retrieve Jefferson," Gold told her. "Belle, I'm the only one who's been there. Plus, my blood can summon the ferry. And after everything I've done to my family, this is the least I owe to them."
Belle nodded, kissing him. "Just come back to me. And bring my family home too. Tori, Saphira, Mathias and Faye already told me goodbye, but I just want to make sure you all come back. And now Derek is part of that family, too."

Pan's Pawnshop
Gold placed down the chipped teacup, noticing his childhood doll. Freya, Lisa and Grace were looking for something.
Peter walked in. "Looking for something?"
They all looked at him.
Freya scoffed. "You've got to be kidding me."
Freya, angered to see her grandfather after everything he had done to them and the others, picked up a knife, throwing it at Peter.
Peter narrowly moved his head to make the knife hit the wall next to him instead, which impaled the wooden wall, chuckling in amusement. "I see that even if Rumple tries to help Cilla with the madness, it's still out of control."
Gold was amused by Freya's reaction to Peter, like he was proud that that was her first response to seeing his father.
Lisa rolled her eyes. "Peter Pan. We certainly weren't looking for you."
"You're the last person in this world I wanna see right now," Grace told him.
Peter chuckled in amusement. "Oh, come on, Grace, don't be like that. Aren't you glad to see your dear old great-grandfather?"
"Not after you kidnapped me, Henry and Rose, possessed me and tried to kill everyone we love," Grace answered.
"And just because you're my grandfather, doesn't make you family," Freya told him. "Don't forget you tried to have Jefferson killed in Neverland just to make this happen to me back then."
Peter nodded in agreement. "That is true. Though never would have guessed that your father, my son, would have been the one to have Jefferson killed to make you lose your mind completely, did you, Priscilla?"
Gold glared at him. "That was not my intention."
"No one cares about your intentions," Peter told him. "It's what happens because of your actions that they care about. Speaking of, how is Henry, Rose and Alcina? I've heard Ally is also a half sister to the Wicked Witch, aunt to Fatale. How many half-siblings or nephews and nieces does that make for her now? Faye's also Tori and Mathias's daughter, Saphira's sister, and they're all apart of our family because of Rumple's marriage to Belle. And here I thought our family tree was confusing and conflicting before I died."
"Step aside," Lisa told him.
Peter moved aside. "Keep looking for as long as you like, but down here, this is my shop, and you won't find anything unless I want you to."
"Be careful with your threats," Gold told him.
"Or what, you'll kill me again?" Peter asked. "Maybe it's time to put the past behind us." He showed them a potion. "This is what you're looking for, right?" He placed it down next to the wooden doll. "Go on. Take it."
Lisa looked at him suspiciously. "How generous. How many strings are attached?"
Peter shook his head. "No strings. Rumple, I meant what I said before I died. I... I do want to start over. Maybe our whole family can."
"Never gonna happen," Freya told him. "Papa sent you here for a reason, and I'm inclined to send you to a place worse than the Underworld."
Peter chuckled. "I miss the world above, the tastes, the smells."
Grace shook her head. "Sorry. You can't go back."
"Not unless I trade places with a living soul," Peter told them. "And some of those people you came down with, some you just met, and some are not your friends, and they are living, for now. Maybe one of them doesn't make the trip back, but I do."
"Not interested," Lisa told him. "Never gonna be."
"Fine," Peter told them. "I could always find my own way."
"If you hurt any one we care about..." Freya trailed off angrily.
Grace took her hand. "Mama."
Peter smirked. "So this is what would've happened in Neverland if I had succeeded in killing Jefferson to make all the madness go to Priscilla's head and make her go all the way mad. Then again, it's worse for you now, Cilla, since after Rumple here made both of your mentalities worse and then you both became Dark Ones. Good for you." Freya glared at him, rolling her eyes. Peter picked up the potion. "But this one's one the house for today." He held it out for Freya. "A gesture of goodwill, from a man to his family. Maybe even helping reunite it with a missing member."
They all looked at him in surprise and suspicion, not trusting him one bit, but knowing they needed the potion.

Granny's Diner
The Charmings, Matthews, Blake, Derek, Killian, Regina and Alcina were gathered. Regina, Alcina and Faye had just finished explaining what had gone down with Cora.
"She'll really do that?" Emma asked. "She'll throw her husband, Regina's father, Alcina's stepfather, Faye's step grandfather, into the fire?"
"Of course she will," Faye answered. "She thinks she's giving us our best chance."
Regina shook her head. "I can't let my father suffer because of us."
Rose looked at her in concern. "Mom. It's all right."
Regina sighed heavily. "No, it's not. He's here because I killed him. The only way I've been able to deal with that is by imaging he went to a better place, but he didn't." She sighed. "Maybe I should get on that boat."
"Yes," Saphira agreed. "You should. Faye. Alcina. Henry. Rose. Derek. You should too."
"Absolutely not," David told them. "We're not leaving until we find Jefferson. Together."
"He's my brother in law," Alcina told them. "No way I'm leaving him, Freya, Grace, or any of you."
"It's dangerous here," Killian told them.
"Which is why we're not leaving them alone," Ella told them.
Freya, Grace, Lisa and Gold returned.
Blake looked at Freya, Grace and Lisa in relief, walking closer. "There you are. Are you okay?"
They shrugged.
Gold showed them the potion. "Perhaps we can cut through this little squabble."
"What the hell is that?" Derek asked.
Rose sighed. "I'm used to Uncle Jefferson saying that, Derek."
"This is the way to find our deceased Hatter," Gold told them. "The Ale of Seonaidh from the land of DunBroch."
Emma looked at them in surprise. "That's a mouthful."
"It lets you communicate with the dead," Lisa explained. "Pour this over Jefferson's grave, and we can stop guessing where he is and simply ask him."
"You're saying Jefferson has a grave here in the Underworld?" Derek asked.
"Everyone down here has a grave," Gold answered. "You'll find the cemetery right where you remember it."
"Well, if this works, we could find Jefferson before the boat leaves," Snow told them.
"A fine idea," Killian told them. "I suggest we all get moving."
Gold turned to leave.
Ella walked toward him. "No way. you're coming with us."
Gold handed the potion to Freya. "You can do this part on your own. I've done a spell to calm the madness inside Cilla's head, but it won't last long, and the more I'm around her, the more angry and out of control she becomes until we find Jefferson and his madness leaves her head and goes back to his."
"So I'm sure we all agree that him going away is for the best," Emma told them. "At least until we find Jefferson."
Gold left. Freya took a step after him.
Tori stopped her. "Freya. There's no time to argue. If there's even a chance that will work, we have to risk it."
Rose looked around. "Blake. Henry. Where's Cyrus? Where's Axel?"
"They went out looking for Merlin," Henry answered. "And Axel's family. They should be back soon."
ღ
Sorcerer's Mansion
Cyrus and Axel were looking around.
Axel was disappointed. "I miss our chocolate fountain."
"Axel?" Cyrus asked. Axel looked up. "Focus. Anything?"
"Nope," Axel answered. "Sorry. I don't think your father's here." Cyrus sighed, looking down. Axel frowned walking closer. "That's a good thing, right?"
"Right," Cyrus answered. "I just..."
"You wanted to say goodbye," Axel finished.
"Yeah," Cyrus answered. "Come on. Don't worry about me. Let's just find your family, Axel. Maybe they're here, maybe they're not. Which do you prefer?"
"Well, if they're here, then they have unfinished business, and that's probably because I killed them when I lost control of the shift on wolfstime," Axel told him. "If they're not here, then they've moved on, and I don't get the chance to apologize."
Cyrus sighed. "Axel. Whatever happened... it's not your fault. I'm sure they know that, whether they're here or they're not."
Axel sighed, nodding. "I hope you're right."

Night - Woods
Cora, disguised as Henry, was waiting in the woods.
Snow approached, bow and arrow aimed. "I got your message. Are you alone?"
Cora/Henry nodded. "Alone and unarmed, as promised."
"Well, I'm alone, but I don't go anywhere unarmed," Snow told him. "Sorry."
"I'm here because I care about my daughters," Cora/Henry told her. "And if the war continues, it will destroy the kingdom, but more importantly, their souls."
Henry approached. "Snow White."
Snow turned to face Henry, who looked shocked.
Cora/Henry suddenly moved forward, ripping Snow's heart out, making her gasp, dropping the disguise. "You see? The only way to truly achieve peace is through war."
Cora placed Snow's heart in a box.
Henry was in shock. "Cora, how--how are you here?"
"Why, because of you, Henry dear," Cora answered. "You played with magic you didn't understand, and I never let a good mistake go to waste."
"Please, I beg you," Henry told her. "Don't do this."
Cora controlled Snow through her heart. "Now forget this ever happened and go enjoy your last few hours." Snow forgot, walking away. "Come along, Henry. Regina and Alcina need this present."

Cemetery
The group, minus Gold, were looking at all the graves. Axel and Cyrus had joined them.
"All right," Mathias told them. "Let's do this."
They searched the cemetery until they found Jefferson's grave.
"You okay?" Ella asked.
Grace shook her head. "I just hope Papa is."
Freya stepped forward, pouring the potion over Jefferson's grave. After a few moments, Jefferson appeared in front of them, but he kept flashing in and out, battered, bruised, bloody and burnt, clearly having been tortured, causing everyone to be in worried shock and horror. Ella and Regina instantly shielded Henry and Rose from the sight of their uncle like that, while Alcina, Faye and Axel tried to shield Lisa, Blake and Grace as well, but they stepped forward to look at Jefferson in shock and horror.
Freya was horrified to see him like this, completely stunned and in shock. "Jefferson? Jefferson, we're here to help you."
"We just can't find you," Lisa told him. "Where are you?"
"Guys..." Emma trailed off in concern. "The spell's not steady. He can't hear you."
Grace was trying not to cry from seeing her father like this. "Papa? Just tell us where you are."
"Something's happening," Derek told them.
"It's not holding," Killian agreed.
Blake looked at Jefferson. "Talk to us. Talk, please."
Jefferson suddenly disappeared back into the ground, the potion not having been successful.
Freya fell to her knees in an attempt to follow him, devastated, horrified and worried. "Jefferson!"
Everyone was in pain to see her like this, so broken and defeated, completely filled with devastation and madness.
ღღ
Freya was nearly crying. "He doesn't know we came for him. He doesn't know we're here."
Alcina walked closer to kneel beside Freya, holding an arm around her. "Yes, he does. And, Cilla, we will find him."
Alcina helped Freya to her feet, holding her as she was close to crying. Freya leaned her head against her shoulder. While Grace and Lisa were crying, Axel and Henry tried to help them. Faye placed a hand on Blake's arm.
Grace was crying. "Will we? Did you not just see that? He's in pain. He's suffering."
"And look at this place," Lisa told them. "We have half an hour." She took a deep breath. "You all have half an hour."
"Cora has a boat coming," Blake told them. "You have to take it, or we might all be stuck here."
"If she can arrange a way out, so can we," David pointed out. "After we find Jefferson. We are not giving up on you. Freya, all of us are so sorry for pushing you too far in Camelot, which led to you and Jefferson both becoming the Dark Ones, and led to him dying. We're staying here to make up for that."
"I'm sorry," Freya told them. "For what we did."
"It's not your fault," Snow told her, taking her by the hand. "Okay, we know that. You have to, too." Since those words were so much like what Neal had told her in her dream, Freya nearly started to cry. "We will find Jefferson, Freya. I promise." She embraced Freya, looking at Grace, Lisa and Blake. "I promise all of you."
Axel walked up to Grace in concern. "Grace? Are you okay?"
Grace shook her head, looking down, tears spilling, but not fully crying. "He's in pain, Axel, he..."
Axel embraced her in concern and sympathy.
Cyrus looked at Henry and Rose. "You guys okay?"
Henry and Rose shook their heads in answer.
"He's still our uncle," Henry told them. "We have to find him."
"We've got all this magic," Rose told them. "Why can't we find Uncle Jefferson?"
"Maybe somebody doesn't want us to find him," Cyrus answered.
Axel shrugged. "It would explain why the spell didn't work. Someone doesn't want us to talk to him."
They all considered this.
Ella was thinking. "Regina. Alcina. Faye. Derek. Most of us are staying. But you should go."
"What?" Faye asked.
"No," Derek told them. "I... I mean..."
"Ella's right," Emma told them. "Take Henry and Rose." She looked at Regina and Alcina. "Because if you don't, whatever your father is going to face..."
"It probably looks a lot like what Jefferson is facing," Regina told them.
"So it's settled," Saphira told them. "Get them out of here. Get yourselves out of here. We'll be okay. I promise."
Rose shook her head. "I'm not going anywhere."
"Rose..." Cyrus trailed off.
"No," Rose told them. "I'm not leaving my family here. And Uncle Jefferson is family."
"She's right," Henry agreed. "I can't leave Uncle Jefferson either." He looked over his family, and Lisa. "I can't leave you here."
"We'll figure it all out," Tori told them. "Let's just get moving. We can't stay here. We have to keep looking."
"Alcina, you just had your twins with Robin," Mathias told her. "Faye, Derek, your baby was just born. I know you're here for us, for your family and friends. But we can do this. We just need to make sure most of us are safe."
Alcina looked at Freya, Grace, Lisa and Blake. "I'm not leaving without finding him, because I'm not leaving without my family."
Derek looked at Tori, Saphira and Mathias. "And like it or not, Faye and I aren't leaving without you." He looked at Regina and Alcina. "And Faye's not leaving without you. Or Blake."
"Shut up, Derek," Faye told him.
"After everything that happened, we did it together," Derek told them. "This isn't any different. Belle and Robin are back there with the babies."
"We only came down here all together because of the dangers that are everywhere," Killian told them. "And we all only thought we were gonna be here for one day."
"Doesn't matter if we're gonna be here longer," Saphira told them. "Guess none of us are willing to give up on Jefferson."
Tori managed a small smile. "Nope. Luckily not."
Tori took Freya and Grace by the hands reassuringly.
"We're not willing to give up on you," Mathias told them.
Ella sighed. "I just don't want anything bad to happen with all of us down here."
Emma nodded in agreement. "And we should definitely worry about whatever Cora's gonna do to try to convince Alcina, Regina and Faye to go back with Derek, Tori, Saphira, Mathias, Henry and Rose. Come on."

Enchanted Forest
Night - Dark Palace
Dark Sorceress was looking at her birthday cake, while people were gathered around her, ready to celebrate her birthday.
A jester was trying to get her to smile, very annoying and creepy. "Make a wish! Make a wish!" Dark Sorceress glared at the jester in annoyance, clearly creeped out by him, and hating that he was in her face, blowing out the candle. "What did you wish?"
"That you were amusing, jester, and it didn't come true," Dark Sorceress told him, using magic to make him fall to the floor, dead. "Let's wind this up. I've had enough revelry."
Cora approached. "Oh, don't go yet."
Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress looked at her in shock.
"Mother?" Evil Queen asked. "How did you get out of Wonderland? Where's Daddy? Did you do something?"
Cora stopped in front of them, holding a present box. "Oh, I lost track of him hours ago when I had him wrap... this." She held the present out for them. "For both you and Regina, Alcina. Happy birthday, darling."
Dark Sorceress glared at her. "I don't want anything from you."
"Oh, you'll want this," Cora told them. "Regina, Alcina, I did what no one else could do. I've brought you your revenge." She opened the box to reveal a heart. "Snow White's beating heart."
Evil Queen leaned forward, inspecting the heart. "Really?"
Cora nodded. "Crush it, and she dies at last. You don't believe me? Let me show you. Bring the Magic Mirror." Two black knights went to collect the mirror, bringing it closer. Evil Queen picked up the heart, laughing evilly. Alcina smirked. They both turned to the mirror. "Show us Snow White."
The mirror showed where Snow, Priscilla, Jefferson, Grace and Vasilisa were happily having dinner, all laughing.
Jefferson held up a tankard. "To Regina and Alcina. May they spent the rest of eternity searching for you, Snow. Always having us to help you when you need it."
Priscilla laughed. "To the Queen and Sorceress."
They clinked their cups, drinking, while Vasilisa and Grace were drinking water.
Grace looked at Jefferson hopefully. "Can you do it?"
"Do what?" Jefferson asked. Vasilisa and Grace gave him a look, tilting their heads. Jefferson smiled knowingly. "Oh, that."
Jefferson placed a hat on his head, doing a little dance that amused and uplifted Vasilisa and Grace's spirits, causing Priscilla to smile, and Vasilisa and Grace to laugh happily. Jefferson took Priscilla by the hand to spin her around in a dance, making her laugh in surprise as he lowered her into a dip, pulling her back up. Priscilla and Jefferson continued to dance happily. Vasilisa and Grace smiled and laughed, dancing around as well, holding hands as they twirled and spun each other around. Snow watched this family happily with a smile.
Evil Queen began to crush the heart. Snow stood, gasping.
"Snow?" Grace asked.
Snow gasped, frantically pawing at her chest. Evil Queen continued to squish the heart. A few moments later, Jiminy came out of Snow's shirt, causing Priscilla, Jefferson, Grace and Vasilisa to laugh.
Vasilisa let Jiminy land on her hand. "Jiminy, hi."
Evil Queen looked away from the mirror, down to the heart angrily squeezing it into dust, and one of her black knights fell over, dying.
Cora realized. "Someone switched the hearts."
"Who?" Dark Sorceress asked.
Cora already knew.

Dining Room
Evil Queen and Dark Sorceress were waiting. Dark Sorceress was inspecting apples. Henry walked in, carrying a box.
"You gave Snow White her heart back?" Dark Sorceress asked.
"I had to for your own good," Henry answered.
"How could you say that?" Evil Queen asked. "She'd be dead right now, and all this would be over. Don't you want us to be happy?"
"Of course, but not like this," Henry answered. "Regina, Alcina, if you crush her heart, you could be dark forever. You'll be just like her, your mother. That's what she wants. Please, Alcina. Please, Regina. Please, you have to listen to me. You can be happy."
Evil Queen shook her head angrily. "Killing Snow White is the only way I will ever be happy."
"I'm sorry you think that," Henry told her.
"You betrayed us, Daddy," Evil Queen told him.
"Do what you will, dears," Henry told them. "It matters not, because Snow White lives, and now so does your chance at redemption. Whatever happens to me was worth it. This box is as empty as your pursuit. I pray it stays that way."
"It won't," Evil Queen told them. "Until Snow White dies, I will never be what you want, let alone what I want." Alcina looked at her. Evil Queen gave her a look. "Don't tell me you're falling for this."
"Falling for blaming our mother instead of a girl who told a secret?" Dark Sorceress asked. "I wanted to be angry at Snow White just as much as you do, Gina, because you blaming her would mean you don't have to blame Mother, because you still love our mother. She never locks you away like she does with me. I don't have the same relationship with her as you do. Sue me, Gina."
Dark Sorceress walked away, leaving Evil Queen in shock, but Henry was proud, smiling a little.
ღ
Hallway
Dark Sorceress was pacing, sighing heavily.
Cora approached her. "There you are. Is Regina with your father?"
"Yes, Mother," Dark Sorceress answered in annoyance. "And I don't want to be around you right now. I just want to be alone. That's all I want for the rest of my birthday."
"I'm sorry you feel that way, dear," Cora told her, walking closer. "I've heard of your somewhat close relationship with Priscilla and her family. Jefferson and Grace. Of Rumplestiltskin teaching you magic."
"What do you care?" Dark Sorceress asked. "You wanted me to be just like you, and I'm turning out just that way, no matter how hard I try to fight it. I've taught Priscilla magic, and so has Regina, just like you used to, and Rumple's been teaching us more. Priscilla and Jefferson won't let us anywhere near Grace, or their newest addition to the family."
Cora paced around her. "I wish you didn't have anything to do with that family."
"As I've said, why do you care?" Dark Sorceress asked.
"Oh, it doesn't matter why I care," Cora told her. "It only matters that I do." She showed her the box. "And this box was made to hold something precious, and that's exactly what it's going to do." She used her magic to shrink Alcina so she could fit into the box. "Don't worry, Alcina. You're safe in here. I just want to keep you safe. But I would never do anything to hurt you."
Dark Sorceress was trying to get out, but her magic was as small as she was in this small form. "Mother, please. Don't. No!" She tried to call for her sister, who wouldn't hear her voice with how small she was. "Gina! Gina, help me, please! Gina!"
Cora sighed, closing the box lid, muffling out the sounds of Dark Sorceress still calling out for her sister, calling Gina over and over.

Regina and Alcina were at the grave of their father/stepfather, pouring the potion over his grave.
Henry appeared, and the potion had worked perfectly with him, unlike it did with Jefferson. "Regina. Alcina."
Regina was crying in guilt and self-loathing. "Daddy, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry."
Alcina was nearly crying from seeing him in the first time in so long, after finding out he wasn't her real father, but still loving him just as much.
Henry walked closer, placing his hands on their shoulders, embracing them both. "It's okay, dears. It's okay, it's okay. It's okay."
"Is it?" Regina asked. "Am I really forgiven?"
"Of course," Henry answered. "I love you no matter what. That's what fathers do."
They pulled away.
"Not all fathers," Alcina told him. "Not my real one. Did you know about Rumplestiltskin being my real father? About Priscilla, Jefferson and Grace being my family?"
"Yes," Henry answered. "It doesn't matter, because I love you just as I always have, as my own daughter."
Alcina started to cry from relief after hearing this, nodding. "I think you're very special. I don't understand how you can be so good."
"Oh, I'm not perfect," Henry told them. "I have many regrets. I don't even know which one is keeping me in this place."
"Well, it doesn't matter," Regina told him. "Your suffering will not get any worse, and Ally and I are going to see to it."
Henry shook his head worriedly. "Regina, Alcina, that's what I came to tell you. Your mother is using me to get you and Faye to leave with Henry, Rose, Tori, Saphira, Mathias and Derek, but I want you to stay. You've got a job to do. Helping your family, Alcina, like Priscilla, Grace, Jefferson, and all your friends. They need you. They need your strength. You finally put vengeance aside to be heroes. I'm not gonna stand in the way of that, and I am so happy you have found a relationship with your family, even if not with your real father."
"But Mother's going to send you someplace worse," Regina told him. "I-I-I can't cause you pain again. Mother made her decision, we all know we can't change her mind, but she's given you a way out, and me and Ally."
"When you tore my heart out, it was driven by the worst motives," Henry told her. "But if you both stay, you spread hope. That's the best thing anyone can do. Let your old man see you doing the right thing. Then I truly will not have died in vain."
Henry disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Regina and Alcina were both crying, holding each other in an embrace.

Cora walked into Regina's chambers with the box. "Regina? Where's your father run off to? I still owe him a thank you for spoiling Alcina's birthday surprise."
Evil Queen stood. "None of your business. You know, Daddy may have been wrong to ruin Ally's and my revenge, but he was right about you."
"When are you going to get it in that thick head that I do everything for you, especially the things you can't do, like Snow's heart?" Cora asked. "How long have you been trying to get it? Because it only took me a day."
"And it only took you an hour to lose it," Evil Queen replied. "When Ally and I get our revenge, it will be our victory. You won't be around to steal it away. Where is Ally?"
Cora held the box close to her. "Oh, she's in a place where no harm can come to her."
Dark Sorceress could be faintly heard yelling for Regina's name, by continuously calling out, "Gina!"
Evil Queen heard her sister, glaring at their mother, magically taking the box from Cora. "No. You're not locking Ally away. I will send you back to Wonderland before I ever let you lock Ally up again."
"You don't have the power to push me back to Wonderland, but your sister did," Cora told her.
"I don't need it," Evil Queen told her. "There's someone who'd be happy to lend a hand."
Magic Mirror appeared in the mirror. "Hello again, Cora. Ready for your trip?"
Magically, arms suddenly came out of the mirror, grabbing Cora around the waist, attempting to drag her back to Wonderland.
Cora struggled fiercely. "Don't do this!"
"It's done," Evil Queen told her. "I've already cast a spell to seal this portal once you're through. Not even I can reopen it. And you'll be out of my life and Ally's life forever so you can never take her away from me again."
"Without me, you'll fail," Cora told her.
"Better that than with you," Evil Queen replied.
"You think so?" Cora asked. "Let's see how you feel when you're alone."
Cora used her magic to take the box from Evil Queen, with Dark Sorceress still inside.
Evil Queen gasped, running forward to grab it back, but Cora was sucked through the mirror with the box, with Dark Sorceress, before she could. "No! Ally!"
Evil Queen grunted angrily in horror.
Magic Mirror was startled by this turn of events. "Well... you always have me."

Fiery Cave
Henry 1 was on the rock ledge over the fiery pit. Cora was watching on. Regina, Alcina, the Matthews, Henry and Rose ran inside.
"Let him go, Cora," Faye told her.
"I'm glad you brought your family, Faye, but you all should be on that boat with Derek," Cora told her. "Nice to see you again, Mathias. And Henry, Rose, Tori and Saphira."
"We can't turn our back on those we love," Tori told her.
"I know that seems like the right choice, but life doesn't work that way," Cora told them. "I implore you, leave this place."
Henry 1 looked at his daughters worriedly. "Regina, Alcina, no, stay here, help your family, friends. She's trying to bait you."
"We didn't come back just to help our friends," Mathias told them. "We came back to help everyone."
Cora chuckled. "You've changed so much, Mathias. And that's not possible. You have to trust me."
"Let him go," Saphira told her.
"Oh, please listen to reason," Cora told them. "Listen to me. Either way, my time in the Underworld is done. Yours can be, too. Just do what I say."
"Henry, Rose, stand back," Alcina instructed. "Rose, Mathias, Saphira, Faye, don't use magic. It can hurt us all in here."
"Please don't force my hand," Cora told them. "I don't want to do this."
"Then don't," Rose told her.
Cora sighed. "I'm sorry."
Cora used her magic to command the fire to surround Henry 1. The others ran closer to try to stop it, but were stopped by a barrier of fire, and when Mathias, Saphira and Faye tried to fly over it, they were blocked by an invisible barrier. "No!"
Cora looked at her daughters and Faye sadly. "One day, you'll understand."
Cora disappeared in a cloud of black smoke.
Alcina turned to Henry 1. "Daddy!"
Regina was crying. "I'm so sorry." The fire stopped surrounding Henry 1. "Daddy?"
"Stop," Henry 1 told them. "Stay there. I'm okay."
The walkway completed itself so that Henry 1 could cross to the other side, into Mount Olympus. Everyone was in shock.
"What's happening?" Faye asked.
"I don't know," Henry 1 told them. "There's something down here. It's so... it's beautiful. It's where I belong." He walked toward his daughters. "I know what my unfinished business was now. It was you."
"Me and Ally?" Regina asked.
Henry 1 nodded. "For so long, I let your mother get in the way of who you really are. I never told you who your real father, that you had another family, because I was scared of what she would do. It was the biggest regrets of my life, but now... you're both free of her, and you have your other family, Alcina. And I've never been more proud." Regina and Alcina were crying in relief. Henry 1 chuckled. "Faye, I know you're Cora's granddaughter, and that makes you mind by marriage, so even if I don't know you, I'm glad you found a family with your own. Tori, Saphira, Mathias, Derek."
Faye managed a small smile, nodding, looking at her family. "Me too."
They all smiled sadly. Henry and Rose walked closer.
"Hi," Henry told him.
"Is that..." Henry 1 trailed off.
Regina nodded. "These are your grandchildren, Henry and Rose."
"Thank you, Grandpa, for believing in them like we do," Rose told him.
Henry 1 smiled. "Rose, Henry, thank you, for being there when I couldn't. You take good care of them." He looked back at the entrance to Olympus. "It's time for me to go."
Alcina shook her head. "Daddy, no."
Henry 1 looked at them reassuringly. "Alcina, Regina, I love you. Never forget who you really are."
Alcina and Regina nodded, still crying, as they watched Henry 1 turn and cross the bridge into Olympus, holding onto each other.

Street
Regina, Alcina, Henry, Rose and the four Matthews walked down the street to join the others.
"Tell me he's okay," Freya told them.
"He's better than okay," Tori answered.
"He's in a better place now," Saphira told them.
Freya sighed in relief, embracing Alcina and Regina. "Ally. Regina..."
Regina chuckled in surprise. "We're fine, Freya. Thank you."
"It's you who we're worried about," Alcina told her.
Snow looked around. "Wait. That means everyone here..."
"Can be saved," David finished.
Lisa nodded. "Every soul in this town has unfinished business. And chances are, for a lot of them, we're that business. We can help them. And speaking for myself, I wanna help them."
Blake chuckled. "Of course you do, Lisa. The Light Bringer is in a purgatory of unhappy endings. Of course her first thought would be to do her job and bring them happiness."
Lisa smirked sarcastically.
Gold approached them. "You've all deluded yourselves if you think these people are worth your time. They're not the dearly departed. They are dead, wretched souls, and I want no part of it."
"What you want doesn't matter," Freya told him. "Faye, Tori, Saphira and Mathias weren't bluffing. And neither was I. We're happy to tell Belle about your return to Dark One-ness."
Gold gave her a look. "Our agreement was to find Jefferson and get the hell out of here. If you want to distract yourself with this other asinine pursuit, be my guest. I'm out."
Gold walked away, leaving the group.
"So..." Grace trailed off. "Who's ready for Operation Firebird?"
Ella laughed. "Is that what we're calling it?"
"You referring to the mythological bird or the muscle car?" Emma asked.
Derek smiled. "Come on."
As everyone began walking away, Grace looked at Axel. "Axel? Did you find sign of your family here?"
"Not yet," Axel answered. "Part of me hopes that they're not here. Another part of me wants the chance to apologize."
"It's not your fault, Axel," Grace told him.
"I know," Axel agreed. "It doesn't change what happened. But for you, I promise we're gonna get your father back, Grace. It might not happen as fast or the way we want it to, but we're gonna get him back."
Grace managed a small smile. "Thank you Axel."
Rose was walking with Cyrus. "Did you find Merlin?"
"Nope," Cyrus answered. "I don't think he's here, Rose. I think he moved on. And I hope he did. I just... the only thing I can see whenever I think of him is my mother brainwashing Freya and Jefferson to cast the Curse and murder him to bring us all to Storybrooke." Rose looked down. "Rose." Rose looked up. "I know it's not their fault. They didn't have control, or a choice. And even so, they made up for what they did to all of us when Freya had to kill Jefferson to try and destroy the darkness, when Jefferson made sure that I wasn't sacrificing myself for all of you."
"My uncle saved you to make up for what happened," Rose agreed. "And it all turned out to be for nothing because of my insane grandfather. At least he's here now trying to help us get him back and helping my aunt control her madness, otherwise he knows no one would ever be able to forgive him."
"It's all right, Rose," Cyrus told her. "We'll figure it all out. We can still fix this."
Rose nodded. "I hope so. I'm really sorry about your father, about what your mother did."
Cyrus sighed, nodding. "I'm sorry about your family, too, Rose."
They managed small smiles as everyone walked down the street. Regina and Alcina stopped to watch the clock for a few moments. The clock ticked, and the two sisters smiled, following the others. The group was unaware that Cora had been watching them.

Library
Cora walked into the library, up to the elevator, getting in, using her magic for it to send her underground.

Hades' Lair
(Song:) Violin Concerto No. 2 in B Minor, Op. 7, Ms 48: I. Allegro Maestoso - Niccolo Paganini
Cora walked through the tunnel, into a private lounge area.
Hades was sitting at a throne like chair, drinking wine, having someone clean his feet. "Mm." He chuckled. "Did you hear that, Cora?"
"The music?" Cora asked. "Yes, but I've never been very fond of the violin."
Hades chuckled. "I wouldn't expect a miller's daughter to appreciate a virtuoso like Paganini, but, no, I didn't mean the music. I was talking about the clock. Did you hear that little tick up there? It was the sound of your incompetence."
"Why do you want my daughters and granddaughter gone?" Cora asked. "What threat could they pose to you?"
Hades shook his head. "It's not your family I'm worried about. I was more concerned with Faye being here than I was with Regina and Alcina, anyway."
"Why do you care about Faye?" Cora asked.
Hades didn't answer, changing the subject. "Did you see them?"
"Who?" Cora asked.
"You know who," Hades told her. "Lisa and Blake. Did you see them?"
"Yes," Cora answered.
Hades smirked. "So they're here. Perfect."
"Why do you care so much about them?" Cora asked.
"Let's just say that I've been waiting a long time for them," Hades told her. "But listen to that sound. Ah. Tick, tick, tick. You see, each clock tick means a soul has left my domain. Do I look like I like to lose anything?"
Cora sighed. "I did what you asked. I didn't want to. I--I jeopardized my relationship with my family."
Hades nodded. "Yes, because you thought you could get them to do what I wanted, which you couldn't. If it makes you feel any better, they're going to regret their decision."
Cora glared at him. "Don't threaten them or me. Now, I want what I was promised."
Hades scoffed. "Really, Cora? I know how much you love Regina and Alcina, even after everything you did to Alcina, but I'm surprised you care so much about Faye, especially after what you did her mother."
"How do you know about Zelena?" Cora asked.
Hades was getting annoyed with all her questions. "Oh, I know about everything, including why you gave her up. All so you could claw your way out of a miserable peasant life. Which suggests the perfect punishment." He chimed his glass, using magic to change Cora into peasant clothes, having her filthy. "Look at that. A miller's daughter once again. Hurry now, Cora. You... you have flour to deliver. That's what they do at mills, isn't it? I never paid much attention. It seems like such dull work."
Cora was horrified. "No. No, you... promised you'd save us. Just..."
Hades stood. "And you promised not to fail. Something to think about for eternity. Bye."
Cora sobbed, beginning to push the heavy wheel barrow full of flour. Hades watched in amusement, before his hair turned into blue flames.
