chapter 10 - There's a World Where Your Dreams Come True
From 1.07 "Death Keeps Knocking on My Door", On the monitors, a pit of black goo was visible.
Lyla: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (Legacies)"
A person with black gloved hands was typing on the keyboard, seemingly rewinding the footage, which showed the knife appearing over the pit, before it fell into the goo, and a bright, white light started to glow before it faded.
Necromancer: (voice over from 1.07 Death Keeps Knocking On My Door) "If I return the knife to Malivore, I will be free."
From 1.08 "Maybe I Should Start From the End", in the motel room, Landon frowned in confusion. "What's Malivore?"
From 1.08 "Maybe I Should Start From the End", Triad HQ, Seylah walked into the room with Malivore, standing on a balcony over the black pit, hanging onto the railing as she watched the tar bubble ever so slightly.
Hope: (voice over from 1.08 Maybe I Should Start From the End) "It's a hell dimension that consumes creatures and wipes their existence from the collective conscience."
From 1.08 "Maybe I Should Start From the End", in Tory/Luke's office, Tory and Hope sat on either side of the desk. Hope put the urn on the desk. The urn started to glow red.
Lindsey: (voice over from 1.09 What Was Emma Doing In Your Dream?) "We came into possession of another Malivore artifact."
From 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09, there were flashes of the Dragon, the gargoyle, the Arachne, the Dryad, the Necromancer and his zombies, the Mer Man and shadow monster, and the Oneiroi.
Kaylin: (voice over from 1.08 Maybe I Should Start From the End) "Now monsters that shouldn't exist have been coming after it."
From 1.09 "What Was Emma Doing In Your Dream?", in the school library, Kaylin, Nicola, Lindsey, Tory, Luke and Ryan were talking.
"So now that we have psychics predicting more monsters coming, how long do you think it'll be before the next one shows up?" Ryan asked.
Lindsey shrugged. "It's hard to say."
From 1.02 "Some People Just Want to Watch the World Burn", in the school, Lizzie and Josie were walking together, dressed for the game.
"Madison loves her other family more than us," Lizzie told her.
"You're being melodramatic, okay?" Josie asked. "Madison went through a lot more stuff with her other family. It made them closer, but doesn't mean she doesn't love us."
Lizzie gave her a look. "The Mikaelsons, Kaylin, Nicola and Rae Salvatore-Mikaelson, and Ariara Nata are her favorite. Madison even likes Lindsey, Tory, Luke, Ryan, Lyla, Emma and Danny more than us. Davis-Thompsons. And Kacie and Mikayla Labonair-Lockwood. She's not just a Mikaelson, she's a Fell, too, and a Forbes, thanks to Aunt Eliza, and yet..."
From 1.01 "This is the Part Where You Run", in Lizzie/Josie/Madison's dorm room, Lizzie looked at Alaric. "Do you think I'm broken?"
Alaric realized how bad this was bothering Lizzie, smiling ruefully. "Of course not." Lizzie didn't look convinced. Alaric sighed. "I think your biological mother's crazy ass witch ancestors left you with a legacy of darkness that you have to work through."

Day One
Morning - Salvatore Boarding School - Lindsey/Ryan's Office
Tory, Luke, Lyla, Lindsey, Ryan, Emma and Danny were gathered, talking.
"Are you sure it glowed again?" Danny asked.
"I sleep with the damn thing under my pillow," Ryan pointed out, grabbing his crossbow, loading it, raising it up to aim.
"What do you think it's gonna be this time?" Lyla asked. "Hmm? Cyclops? Slender Man?" She smiled. "Santa?"
Lindsey chuckled. "Well, given our luck, I think it's safe to rule out Ol' Saint Nick." Lyla frowned, opening her mouth to speak. "And no, Lyla, not meaning to compare him to Nick Mikaelson, the half brother to Emma and Danny and your cousin thanks to me and Ryan helping Freya and Keelin have their son."
Lyla shrugged. "Oh."
Emma shrugged. "I don't know. I mean, Santa Claus is kind of terrifying when you think about it. Breaks into your home. He sees you when you're sleeping. Not to mention, judgey."
Lyla gave Emma a look. "Shut up, Emma."
Emma and Danny laughed lightly.
"Lyla, you're nine, almost ten," Danny told her. "Pretty sure it's about time to have a talk about Santa."
"Danny," Tory warned. "Let her have a little more innocence, please."
"Emma, Danny, I know that people think that Santa's not real," Lyla told them. "But given everything that comes out of Malivore, can you blame me for thinking that Santa actually might be real?"
Luke shrugged. "Lyla's got a point."
"Luke, not helping," Ryan told him. "Kids, we need you to focus."
"Look, we're trying," Tory told them. "I just wish that Satan's nightlight would give us some rest."
"Yeah," Lindsey agreed. "And I wish that knife was never in our school to begin with, but it's not like we can change that now."
"All we can do is make sure we're not blindsided by another monster waltzing through our doors," Luke told them.
A creature was watching them from outside the room, visible through the open double doors, just outside the doorway, though she was invisible to the Davis-Thompsons. She was tall, blue-skinned, with a slim build. She had dark brown eyes and wore an orange and gold old fashioned tunic which wrapped loosely at the top. She wore an orange oval-shaped ring on her left index finger and a ring with three teal colored circles on her right middle finger. She also wore an assortment of gold jewelry and accessories in her hair, both upper arms, and around her skirt. She had dark blue-black hair and on her left upper arm appeared to be tattoos that looked similar to henna. This creature would be known to be a Jinn/Jinni. Or what other people would know as a Genie. Her name was Ablah.
Tory and Lyla seemed to sense something from psychic abilities, turning their heads to look at the open doorway, but Ablah had already disappeared.
Emma noticed their distraction. "What's wrong?"
Lyla frowned. "I don't know. I just felt something weird. I thought someone was there."
Tory walked toward the door to look out into the hallway, not seeing anything. "Yeah. So did I."
"Aunt Tory?" Danny asked. "Lyla?"
Tory and Lyla couldn't shake off the feeling, both looking concerned.

Gym
(Song:) Give Me What I Want - Rayelle
Kaylin, Rae and Hope were training, while Nicola, Owen and Landon walked in to see them training, all the girls and Owen in work out clothes, while Kaylin, Rae and Hope had staffs and were sparring, fighting each other off.
"You girls always like to train and be all like ninja and stuff, don't you?" Landon asked.
Rae smirked, shrugging, tilting her head. "It comes naturally."
Hope swung at Rae while she wasn't looking, but Rae easily raised her staff to block the move, twisting Hope's staff away from her.
Hope looked at Owen and Landon. "Comes naturally to Rae, because she likes to cheat by reading our thoughts to see what we're gonna do so she can stop it before we do."
"Not my fault that I am just too good," Rae replied. "And I don't need mind reading to be that good."
"Wow, Rae," Nicola told her sarcastically. "Sound more like Kaylin."
Kaylin smirked, shrugging. "What can I say? I taught Rae well."
Owen and Landon laughed.
Kaylin spun around her staff, spinning closer to Hope and Rae to try and hit them both with either side of her staff, but Hope and Rae both raised their staffs to block the moves. Hope spun around to swing at Kaylin. Kaylin jumped back to make her miss, breaking her staff over her knee into two halves. Hope and Rae swung at Kaylin from either side. Kaylin raised both her halves of the staff to block the moves, spinning their staffs away, making Hope and Rae turn away, but they both spun back.
"You guys are so good at this," Owen told them. "I wanna be that good."
Nicola smiled. "You wanna talk about training again, so you can learn how to fight and hopefully learn what you are, Owen? And what Landon is?"
"Hell yeah," Owen answered. "I've gotta learn. I used to fight a lot in school. I was good at brawling. But I need to get better at actually fighting."
"Yeah, I'm more of a lover than a fighter, so whenever you're ready to start beginner's class, I'll be waiting, but Owen can probably start at a higher level than I can," Landon pointed out.
Hope chuckled. "Don't worry. If anyone can teach you, it's Aunt Nikki."
"Hope, go high," Rae told her.
Hope swung high at Kaylin's head, and Kaylin ducked, but Rae used her staff to hit Kaylin's legs out from underneath her, making her fall, as both Hope and Rae spun closer to aim their staffs down at Kaylin.
Kaylin laughed, smiling. "That's my girls." Hope and Rae smiled. "Really proud of you two." Kaylin grabbed their staffs to pull herself up. "Oh, yeah. Our years of training have really paid off."
Nicola took off her jacket, turning to face Owen, tilting her head, chuckling. "If you're really ready to start your training..."
"Oh, I definitely am," Owen answered. "I just need to start, Nicola. I need to be able to be strong and fight and defend. And be as badass as you, Kaylin, Rae, Hope and Madison. And Tory, Luke, Lindsey, Ryan, Emma, Danny and even Little Lyla, since Davis-Thompsons are super badass too. And Ariara Nata. Like I'm sure that Lucien Castle, Kacie Lockwood, Mikayla Labonair-Lockwood and Eliza Forbes-Mikaelson are just as badass and the rest of the Mikaelsons, and Madison is born a Fell, but she's badass because of you guys." Kaylin, Rae, Hope and Nicola smiled. "Like Hayley and Riley Grey used to be." They nodded sadly in confirmation. "I've got to meet Kassandra and Elijah, and saw a glimpse of Kol two years ago when I danced with Madison in the square, before I fell for her, though I didn't get to meet Klaus, Rebekah or Freya. Or the other Salvatores, though I know that Stefan, Damon, Alex and Elena were here with Liv and Cristian Hunter and all their kids, and Eliza were here for Lizzie and Josie's birthday after Landon and I left to go find our mother. Lan and I barely got to meet Noah and Caitlin Dumaine, previously Caitlin Harris, Marcel Gerard and Auria Rayvnne, but they all seem really badass too."
"That they are," Kaylin agreed.
"Where is Madison, by the way?" Landon asked.
"Hanging out with Ariara, waiting for Lizzie and Josie to get back," Rae answered. "They should be back with Ric any second now."
"Here come the monsters that aren't from Malivore," Hope told them.
Rae nudged Hope with her staff. "Easy. They're still Madison's other step adoptive cousins."
"True," Hope answered. "And I know that Madison's been trying to get you, me, Emma, Danny and Ariara to get along with Lizzie and Josie for years, Rae. But they just don't like us because they think that we steal Madison away from them, but they like Lyla for some reason."
"Well, that's because no one can resist the charms of Little Lyla Thompson," Kaylin told them.
Nicola chuckled, nodding in agreement. "Everybody loves Lyla. All right, Owen." Owen took off his hoodie, tossing it to the floor. "You ready?"
Nicola took the staffs from Hope and Rae, tossing one to Owen, spinning the other in her hand.
Owen caught his staff, swaying it, nodding. 'Yeah. Been beyond ready for this."
Nicola and Owen started to train while Hope, Rae, Kaylin and Landon watched in intrigue to see what all Owen could do.
(Song Ends)
Ablah was standing in the doorway to the room, watching them train, locking her gaze on Rae as if she sensed something about her, but not seeing anyone she could manipulate, she left the room.
Rae, like Tory and Lyla, had sensed something, but when she looked toward the door, Ablah was already gone. She frowned in confusion.
Owen noticed her distraction. "Rae? You okay?"
Rae frowned. "I don't know. I just felt something. I guess I was wrong. Maybe it's nothing."
-
Hallway
Madison and Ariara were walking together down the hallway, chuckling lightly.
"Are you already missing Mikayla and Kacie?" Madison asked.
"Yeah," Ariara answered. "I know it's silly, considering that they just left everything..."
"It's not silly," Madison answered. "I know that you miss them, Ariara. I mean, they're always gone helping my adoptive parents, Klaus, Elijah, Kassandra and Lucien look for answers to help you, Rae, Nikki, Emma and Danny. And they try to be here when they can, and they came back to help you with the treatment that started to help you get control back, but..."
"Yeah," Ariara agreed. "Yeah, and I'm so grateful to Kacie and Mikayla that they spent that long looking for something to help me. Two years, to be exact. And Eliza helped them find it. And Klaus, Elijah, Kassandra, Kol and Lucien were helping them too. So I'm grateful to all of them, that they would do that for not only Rae, Nicola, Emma and Danny, but for me, too. And I know that you miss Eliza and Kol a lot too, since they hardly get to be here."
"Yeah," Madison agreed. "But I'm glad that I got to see Mom on Lizzie and Josie's birthday."
"And I know that you miss them since you haven't seen them since they left after everything with their mother," Ariara told her.
"True, but Lizzie and Josie are supposed to be here soon with Ric, so..." Madison trailed off.
Ariara looked at the doorway, pressing her lips together. "Looks like you don't have to wait for Josette and Elizabeth any longer." Madison turned to follow her gaze, seeing Josie and Lizzie by the door. They walked toward them. "Hi, Josie. Lizzie."
"Hey, Ariara," Josie greeted.
Madison smiled, immediately going to embrace her cousins. "Josie! Lizzie!"
Josie and Lizzie smiled. "Madison!"
"I missed you two so much," Madison told them. They pulled away from their embrace. "It was so lonely in the dorm room with you guys gone."
"We missed you too," Josie told her.
"Why haven't you been answering your phone?" Lizzie asked.
"I'm sorry," Madison told them. "It's just... it--it's been chaos around here."
"It's okay, Maddie," Josie told her. "We know that you're overwhelmed. But Europe was amazing. And seeing Mom was really good."
"Jo's covered the bright side," Lizzie told her. "Far less sunny was not speaking to you for a while."
"In Madison's defense, we've been in crisis mode around here," Ariara told them, defending Madison.
"Oh, we've heard all about it, Ariara," Lizzie told her. "You and Rae got bamboozled by Rosalita and one of the monsters and now only two keys separate the entire supernatural community from being consumed by a hell portal. And the last thing that Madison said was that the next key was a vase or something."
Ablah was watching the four girls by the doorway, locking eyes on Lizzie as she listened to her complain, finally finding someone she could manipulate.
"It's an urn, actually," Ariara corrected.
"I don't care what it is," Lizzie replied. Ariara nodded, tilting her head, sighing, trying not to get annoyed. "I care that all the while we were in Europe with our parents, our cousin Madison was here, yet again choosing her other family over us. You, Hope, Rae, Kaylin, Nicola, Kacie, Mikayla. Even Lindsey, Tory, Luke, Ryan, Lyla, Emma and Danny. Aunt Eliza's part of that family too, not just as a Forbes anymore, and she's hardly here, but at least she has an excuse to not be here or to talk because she's trying to save all of you, instead of being here with us, kinda like Madison is doing by always choosing all of you over me and Josie. And if it's not you, it's her new boyfriend Owen."
"That's not what--" Madison started.
"So thanks a lot, Ariara," Lizzie told her. "Way to ruin life for the rest of us. The Salvatores, Mikaelsons and Davis-Thompsons are used to ruining lives, but as a Nata, I'm not so sure you are, but now with us, you get to be just like your Lockwood-Labonair mothers and the others."
"Lizzie, that is enough," Madison told her. "I'm not 'choosing' either side of my family. I love all of you."
"I know that, Maddie," Lizzie told her. "I just wish that you, as a Fell, would be able to spend half the time that you do with them with us."
Lizzie stormed off, leaving Josie, Madison and Ariara completely speechless.
Ablah smirked, having found her target.
-
Madison/Lizzie/Josie's Dorm Room
Lizzie stormed into the room, slamming the door behind her, walking up to her mirror. "Breathe. Just breathe."
Ablah was sitting on Madison's bed. "Come on, you beautiful beast. Say the magical words."
Lizzie looked up at her reflection. "I wish Ariara Nata, the Salvatore-Mikaelsons and Davis-Thompsons were never at this school." Ablah smiled, appearing in full view behind Lizzie. Lizzie screamed, turning to face her. "Where did you come from?"
Ablah chuckled. "First things first. I'm..."
"Blue," Lizzie told her. "You're so blue."
"My name is Ablah," Ablah introduced herself.
"And you're obviously a monster," Lizzie told her.
"Would a monster grant your wish?" Ablah asked.
Lizzie realized what she was, starting to smile. "Holy crap. You're a freaking genie."
"Hmm, Jinni," Ablah corrected, raising her hand. "And your wish is my command."
Ablah snapped her fingers, causing both her and Lizzie to disappear in bursts of blue smoke.

First Wish World
Day - Salvatore Boarding School - Josie/Lizzie's Dorm Room
Lizzie and Josie were laying in bed, sleeping.
Alaric was heard knocking on the door. "Elizabeth. Josette." He opened the door to walk in. "Rise and shine. What, you taking the day off, girls?"
Lizzie started to sit up. "Dad, what time is it? I had the weirdest dre--" She stopped when she saw that this Alaric had put on a few pounds, and he had a large beard. "What happened to your face?"
Josie sat up, looking at Alaric. "He looks the same as always."
"Quit stalling," Alaric told them. "Now get dressed. You're giving a tour in ten minutes, and I really need need you to sell the new recruit on our place. He's not sure he wants to go here."
"Who wouldn't want to go here?" Lizzie asked.
"Exactly," Josie told them nervously. "We'll reel him in, Dad. Don't worry."
Alaric smiled. "Good. The school's not doing so good, so I called in some help."
"Help from who?" Lizzie asked.
"The Davis-Thompsons," Alaric answered. "You know, your Aunt Liv's best friends? Tory and Lindsey? Their husbands Luke and Ryan. Their kids, Lyla, Emma and Danny. You don't know them much since they don't go here, but we all used to be close. They can help with the school."
Lizzie narrowed her eyes.
-
Outside
Now dressed, Lizzie and Josie were introducing themselves to Jed.
"Welcome to the Salvatore School," Lizzie greeted. "We're your tour guides."
"I'm Josie," Josie introduced herself.
"I'm Lizzie," Lizzie introduced herself. "Sisters."
"Twins," Josie clarified.
Lizzie smiled. "Fraternal, obvs."
"Come on," Josie told him. "We'll show you around. Everybody gets along with everybody here. For the most part."
-
Inside
Lizzie and Josie both hand an arm linked with Jed's, leading him inside.
"The wolves are pretty cliquey," Lizzie told him. "They mostly like to hang with their..." She took in the sight of the damaged boarding school that looked filthy and horrible. "Oh."
"This place is a turd stain," Jed told them.
Lizzie was stunned. "The maintenance staff must be on holiday or something. Um, why don't we introduce you to your pack?" Josie smiled. Jed nodded. Lizzie looked at Josie. "Where's the pack?"
Josie gestured forward, managing a small laugh.
A nerdy, small and frail boy walked up to them. "Hey, Jed. I'm Luis." He offered a hand to shake. "Your alpha."
-
Later
Lizzie and Josie were sitting on a couch, eating bland food.
Josie looked toward Jed while he was talking with Luis. "Do you think he'll stay? It's so hard to get anyone to stay."
"Well, if these are the breakfast offerings, it's no wonder," Lizzie told her. "Where are the pastries? The Belgian waffles? The smoothie station?"
Josie laughed. "Right. I'll tell Dad to add that to the budget after he pays the gas bill."
Lizzie realized what she was saying, scoffing. "Wait. Are we... poor?"
"Lizzie, you know how expensive it is to run this place, how hard it is to get benefactors," Josie told her. "I mean, Damon and Stefan Salvatore have been as generous as they can be, but they have their own kids with Aunt Elena and Aunt Alex that they need to take care off. And so do Aunt Liv and Uncle Cristian, who are both busy at the public high school, as the guidance counselor and principal Hunter. And Aunt Alex is becoming a lawyer soon after she gets done with law school. But at least the Davis-Thompsons are going to come over to help Dad with the school. Lindsey and Ryan were always good with research and stuff, and Tory and Luke are always good with kids. Emma, Danny and Lyla, we don't know them well, but I hear they're good kids."
"What about Madison?" Lizzie asked. "Why isn't Madison here?"
Josie gave her an appalled look. "You know why Madison can't be here. She's with Ariara Nata, Rae Salvatore-Mikaelson and her step sister Hope. And they don't want to be anywhere near us because they could hurt us, since they fell so hard, so far after... I'm gonna make sure that Dad eats. He works so hard."
Josie stood, walking away.
Lizzie made a face in frustration. "Oh, crap." She sighed, looking around. "Genie? Genie?"
Jed was sitting at a table with Luis, seeing Lizzie. "Is she, like, uh, talking to herself?"
"The Saltzman twins are blazing hot, but the blonde one?" Luis asked, making a crazy sign next to his head. "Es muy loco."
Lizzie looked around, whispering. "Genie."
Ablah appeared next to her. "Yeah?"
"This place sucks," Lizzie told her. "When Lindsey and Ryan were running this school, they got benefactions from Tory and Luke, and Kaylin and Nicola to fund the school, and Kacie and Mikayla and Aunt Eliza could keep the funding going with Lockwood-Labonair or Forbes money, so no Ariara Nata or Davis-Thompsons or Salvatore-Mikaelsons, no Madison Fell-Mikaelson, no funding, no fun. Fix it."
"Oh, is that to be your next wish?" Ablah asked.
Lizzie nodded. "Yes, that will be my--" She realized something. "Wait. I know how this goes. I waste my first wish by not being specific enough. I waste my second one trying to clean up my first, only to make things worse, and then my third gets wasted by wishing that I had never had any wishes in the first place. I won't fall for it, Genie."
Ablah cleared her throat. "It's Jinni."
"That's what I said," Lizzie dismissed. "I'll beat you at your old game. Make the best of this rat trap. Send me back in."
Ablah snapped her fingers.
-
Lounging Area
The Davis-Thompsons had just arrived, meeting up with the Saltzmans.
Emma looked around in distaste. "This place looks like hell. And we've seen hell up close, so..."
"Emma," Lindsey warned.
Danny shrugged, looking around, looking distant and reserved. "Guess that's why no one stays."
"Well, that's why we're here to change that, Danny," Lindsey told him.
"Hey, Ric," Ryan told him. "What did you need?"
"Thanks for coming, guys," Alaric told them. "I know that you're busy, trying to find Ariara, Hope, Rae and Madison, so..."
Lizzie frowned in confusion, but knew not to ask what that was about since she didn't want to blow her cover.
Tory looked down sadly. "Yeah. Well, Hope and Rae are strong enough to block the locator spells that Lindsey, Emma, Danny, Lyla and I cast. Luke and Ryan are basically the only things that keep us together."
Lyla walked around the room, looking upset. "Why is everything here so dirty?"
Luke walked up to Lyla to pick her up. "That's because this place sucks. But we're gonna fix it, Lyla. Trust me."
"Why is it so bad here?" Lyla asked.
"Because it's not an exact science," Alaric answered. "And we only have so much to go on."
Josie was going through newspaper clippings.
"This is how you find new recruits?" Tory asked.
"Well, no wonder your school is lame," Luke told them.
"All right, so how do we fix this?" Ryan asked.
"I guess we can try and cast a spell," Lindsey told them.
Lizzie realized what they could do, looking at Tory, smirking, looking around at the group. "Fear not, people. I know how to help."
-
Later
Lizzie had brought a huge globe to the group, uncovering a cloth from it.
"Where did you get that?" Emma asked.
"In the archive room," Lizzie answered.
"We don't have an archive room," Alaric told her.
"Well, now it's more of just like a storage closet, but no matter," Lizzie told them. "This is the solution to all of our problems. It's like a locator spell, only it's interactive. The instant a new, young supernatural being is awakened to their powers, this bad boy lights up."
"That's cool," Danny told her. "How did you know how to do that?"
Lizzie glanced at Tory secretively. "A tr--witch with an annoying habit to always sacrifice herself I knew in another life created it, so I just copied her spell."
"A witch with an annoying habit to sacrifice herself?" Lindsey asked. "I know a tribrid like that. It's my best friend."
"My sister in law," Ryan added.
"My wife," Luke added.
Emma and Danny both said, "My aunt."
Lyla pointed at Tory. "My mom."
Tory gave her family a look. "Okay, I sacrifice myself a lot. We get it. Let's move on."
Alaric, Lizzie and Josie smiled in amusement.
Lyla looked at Lizzie. "How does this solve all our problems?"
"It will help us find new recruits, and since you guys said that Tory, Lyla, Lindsey, Emma and Danny's locator spells for Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara can be blocked, maybe this can find them," Lizzie explained. "Josie and I can get Madison back, and you guys get Hope, Rae and Ariara."
This made them lighten up ever so slightly.
"All right," Luke sighed. "Let's give it a spin."
Ryan put his hand on the globe, spinning it around, making it light up, and several beacons of light glowed along the maps. "There's so many of them."
Lyla looked awed by the lights. "So pretty."
"They're all waiting for us to come to their rescue," Lindsey told them.
"So how do we know which ones are Rae, Hope, Madison and Ariara?" Tory asked.
"The bigger the glow, the more powerful the being," Lizzie answered.
"So since Rae's a powerful psychic with Rosalita inside her, Hope's a tribrid, Madison's a powerful Banshee, and Ariara is a strong as hell, out of control animal shapeshifting princess from Egypt..." Emma trailed off.
"They should be glowing the biggest and brightest," Danny finished, looking hopeful. "We could finally find Rae, Hope, Madison and Ariara."
Josie pointed to a spot. "Here. There's four huge lights gathered together. They're so huge. That's gotta be them. Where is that?"
Alaric read the location from the map. "Las Vegas."
Lindsey, Tory, Luke and Ryan exchanged a look, nodding.
"All right, then we have our work cut out for us," Luke told them.
"What do you mean, you?" Josie asked. "We're going with you."
"No, you're not," Tory told them.
"Look, right now, Rae, Hope, Madison and Ariara are dangerous," Ryan told them. "After Rosalita made Rae lose control of Hellfire, and she was forced to kill the Originals, Kaylin, Nicola, Eliza, Kacie, Mikayla, Hayley, Riley, Marcel, Noah, Caitlin, Auria, Lucien... and forced to kill Hope and make her trigger her vampire side..." Lizzie looked at them in shock and horror. "They took off and they never stopped running. Rae's out of control with Hellfire and Rosalita. Hope's delving into full murder spree of being a tribrid. Madison was driven insane by the visions of being a Banshee, and not being able to save their family. And Ariara is out of control because of her shifting issues."
"They didn't want to be helped before because they thought they deserved it after their family died," Emma told them. "And they went so dark..."
"But we finally have a chance to get through to them," Danny told them. "Mom, Dad, you have to let me come with you, Aunt Tory and Uncle Luke. If anyone can get through to Rae, and get her to help us get through to Hope, Madison and Ariara... it's me."
"Mom and I can help with mind control," Lyla offered.
The Davis-Thompsons looked at each other sadly for a moment, also giving a sad look to the Saltzmans who looked just as sad because of Madison and Eliza in this situation, before the Davis-Thompsons left to go find the four girls.

Las Vegas
Casino
(Song:) Joke's On You - Charlotte Lawrence
Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara were all here, having killed everyone in the casino, acting like dark, twisted gangsters after having losing so much, and having lost all control given Hope's nature, Rae with Rosalita, Madison's visions and grief, and Ariara's animalistic sides, losing everyone she loved, and her shifting problem never having been fixed. They were all wearing black, and all had very dark makeup.
Hope had been feeding on men to death. She ripped them apart as she fed, transformed facially as a tribrid. Her eyes were blood red with an underglow of werewolf gold at the irises. She had fangs and veins underneath her eyes that spread from her eyes to her cheekbones, more prominent and throbbing. She let her face and eyes return to normal, wiping the blood from her lip, looking around.
Rae turned around to face a group of men, at least ten, looking completely numb as she let her eyes and veins glow with Hellfire, holding out both her hands, shooting Hellfire out to ignite the men with Hellfire, watching them burn out of existence as they screamed. While her eyes still glowed with Hellfire, she watched as flames danced from the palms of her hands, closing her fists, making the Hellfire extinguish, and making her eyes and veins stop glowing at the same instant.
A lot of men with guns ran up to Ariara, shooting at her. Ariara was not killed, and not very hurt by the gunfire because of her kind and her quick healing, but she was very angry. Ariara glared at the men, as her eyes turned dark golden, with snake slit pupils. Her nails were like eagle talons but also claws like a lion. Long pointed horns started to grow from her head as pure golden eagle wings, shimmering and glowing with magical energy, started to grow from her back before her body transformed into the shape of the lion, with a huge, deadly serpent tail whipping around. The men looked at her in absolute shock and horror. Animal!Ariara roared at them furiously, flying up with her wings to tackle the group of men to the floor, using her serpent tail to bite into the men and poison them, delivering painfully fatal venom filled wounds, roaring in their faces, starting to tear them apart with her claws/talons, horns and canines in animalistic rage.
Madison could see and feel every death as a Banshee but did nothing to stop it because the visions and losing everyone had driven her to this point, and them. She had grown to like the feeling, but was devastated that she liked it. The entire time, her eyes glowed silver. She turned to see the last couple of men, five, behind her, releasing a devastatingly powerful scream that created airwaves of energy, throwing the men to the ground, pinning them. She walked closer, still screaming, until she could liquefy their organs, making blood leak from every orifice until they were dead.
In the front of the casino, Tory, Luke, Lyla, Emma, Danny, Ryan and Lindsey walked in. Luke and Emma kept Lyla shielded from whatever they could see, knowing it could be bad.
Lyla knew it was bad. "Gross."
Emma looked around. "You've got to be kidding me."
Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara heard them. Hope, Rae and Madison were able to help Ariara return to human form.
When Ariara returned to human form, she stood up, covered in blood.
Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara turned around.
"Who the hell is there?" Hope asked. "Whoever's there, you need to leave unless you want to be dessert."
The Davis-Thompsons walked in. Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara looked at them in shock.
"What are you doing here?" Ariara asked.
"How can you even ask that?" Danny asked.
"We've been looking for you four for a very long time," Lindsey told them.
"How did you find us?" Rae asked.
"It doesn't matter how we found you, girls," Tory told them. "It just matters that we can help you."
"We know where all this darkness you're feeling comes from," Ryan told them.
"If you just let us, I really think we could help," Luke told them.
"Unless you four wanna continue on losing the rest of the Frankenstein family and continue spinning down this endless black hole that you'll never get out of," Emma told them. "Please. We can help you get back."
Madison swallowed, tears in her eyes. "How? Kol and Eliza, Kaylin and Klaus, Kacie and Mikayla, Hayley and Riley... our parents... they're all dead. Kassandra, Elijah, Nicola, Rebekah and Freya too. Marcel, Noah, Caitlin and Auria, Lucien."
Rae had tears in her eyes as she was breathing shakily. "I killed them. I killed all of them. Our family, even Lucien, Marcel, Noah, Caitlin and Auria."
"That wasn't your fault, Rae," Hope told her. "That was Rosalita's."
"I can't control this," Ariara told them. "The three animalistic sides of me conflicting with each other, driving me out of my mind, after losing my kingdom, my new family. Never learning how to control the shift again."
Lyla and Tory walked closer, using mind control to help calm them down.
"It's okay," Tory told them. "We can help."
"We can give you a home," Ryan told them. "We can make sure that nothing like this happens again."
"We just have to let us," Danny told them. "Please."
"Please, just let us help," Lindsey told them.
The girls were slowly calming down because of the mind control and the Davis-Thompsons getting through to them, since they were like family once too, like they were still in the real world.
"Are you okay?" Luke asked.
"Nowhere near okay," Madison answered. "But better."
"Lizzie and Josie really miss you, Madison," Lyla told her. Madison shed a tear. "They wanna see you."
"Come back with us," Emma told them. "We can fix everything."
Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara looked at them worriedly, scared they could hurt more people, but wanting a family again with the Davis-Thompsons since they were the only ones that they had left, besides Madison having the Saltzmans.

Mystic Falls, Virginia
Salvatore Boarding House - Dock
Tory and Luke were training with Hope. Rae was training with Danny. Ryan and Lindsey were training with Ariara. Emma was training with Madison. Lyla was sitting and watching.
Alaric, Lizzie and Josie were watching them from across the way. While Lizzie was sad about what Madison had gone through in this world, she was annoyed that she was with the Davis-Thompsons again.
Josie looked at Lizzie. "You really saved the day. I mean, I know that nothing will bring back Kaylin, Nicola, Kacie, Mikayla, Aunt Eliza, from the Forbes side, the Originals, Lucien, Hayley, Riley, Marcel, Noah, Caitlin and Auria. But now we have Madison back. And Tory, Luke, Lindsey, Ryan, Emma, Danny and Lyla can get through to and help Rae, Hope and Ariara get better."
Lizzie looked numb. "Yay us."
"And we have a couple of tours later today," Alaric told them. "Now that we have an all power psychic, two tribrids, two werewitches, an animal shapeshifting princess, and a Banshee, we're in the game for real."
They watched the training some more.
"Lyla, Emma and Danny are gonna come to this school, girls," Lindsey told them. "You four can come here, too. Madison, your cousins are here. You, Hope, Rae and Ariara are welcome here."
"You guys belong here, too," Danny told them. "This could be your home."
"The family you lost?" Tory asked. "I lost them too, you know. Kacie was my sister, not just Mikayla's wife, or your adoptive mother, Ariara. Kaylin and Nicola, they were distantly related to me and Lyla, like you are, Rae."
"I miss Aunt Kacie and Aunt Mikayla and everyone," Lyla agreed.
"The Originals, Eliza, Kacie, Mikayla, Hayley, Riley, Lucien, Marcel, Noah, Caitlin and Auria?" Luke asked. "We miss them too."
Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara looked on the verge of tears, as the Davis-Thompsons were upset as well.
"I can't stay," Rae told them. "I could lose control again and kill more people."
"We've done so many awful things," Hope told them.
"That's because no one was there to guide you," Ryan told them. "We don't blame you girls."
"We should have found you sooner," Emma told them.
Madison shook her head. "That wasn't your fault. We didn't want to be found because we were scared of hurting you guys. And I was scared of hurting Josie and Lizzie. I couldn't risk hurting them like we hurt everybody."
Josie and Lizzie heard this, both looking heartbroken by the pain Madison had been through.
"I can't risk turning and hurting someone," Ariara told them. "I could do so much destruction. More than I already have."
"But we can help you, Ariara," Lyla told her. "We can help all of you. Please let us."
Hope, Rae, Madison and Ariara started to cry. Upset by their pain, and grieving what they had all lost, Tory, Lindsey, Emma and Lyla embraced the four other girls, as they cried in their arms, starting to cry themselves because of how much they had all lost and the complicated feelings of being reunited. Luke, Ryan and Danny looked at them and each other sadly, also giving the girls a hug.
Lizzie walked away to talk alone and call out to Ablah. "Oh, screw this. Genie! Genie?"
Ablah appeared behind her. "Jinni." Lizzie jumped, turning to face her. "J-I-N-N, adding I at the end..."
"To sound exactly like Genie," Lizzie told her. "Now, tell me something. Are all J-I-N-N-Is this terrible at their jobs, or did you completely miss the part where I wished for Ariara Nata, the Salvatore-Mikaelsons and the Davis-Thompsons to never be here, only leaving to the Fell-Forbes part of that family to be here? Aunt Eliza's not here, but her adoptive daughter Madison is."
Ablah quoted Lizzie's wish. "'I wish Ariara Nata, the Salvatore-Mikaelsons and Davis-Thompsons were never at this school. And they hadn't, until today. Fascinating that this school, created by the Davis-Thompsons, would be a total disaster without Lindsey, Ryan, Tory, Luke, and their children. Emma, Danny and Lyla. And since Rae was never at this school, and she never was able to learn how to control Rosalita inside of her, she was forced to lose control of the She-Devil and burn Kaylin and Nicola, along with the rest of the Originals, their friends, and Kacie Lockwood and Mikayla Lockwood-Labonair, and your step aunt Eliza Forbes-Mikaelson, to ash with literal Hellfire that could kill the strongest of vampires and hybrids. Even Original and Enhanced Originals such as Kassandra and Lucien. Which also means that Ariara Nata was driven insane because of her three animal natures, and never learning how to control her broken animal form again, because she was never here at the school."
Lizzie glared at her. "Go back inside your lamp."
"You must choose your words carefully," Ablah told her. "Precision is key. I can only grant what it is you wish for, so... you should figure out exactly what your heart desires, or in your case, what it does not."
Lizzie thought for a long moment. "Well, what I don't desire is Madison spending all her time with the Davis-Thompsons and Salvatore-Mikaelsons. She's a Fell/Forbes, linked to us Saltzmans too, you know. But I don't want all those deaths to happen and be responsible for all that pain. Including Aunt Eliza. So... I wish there was never a Salvatore School to begin with, but that Rae had learned to control Rosalita inside her completely, and Ariara is able to learn complete control of her animal side, so that none of that death ever happened, not Kaylin, Nicola, not Kacie and Mikayla or Aunt Eliza, none of the Mikaelsons, or their friends. and that Madison would be going to school with just me and Josie."
Ablah smirked. "Your wish is my command."
Ablah snapped her fingers.

Second Wish World
Day - Mystic Falls High School - Outside
Alaric was driving Josie and Lizzie to school. They got out of the car when they met up with Madison. Madison and Josie were dressed in cute clothing, clearly popular in normal high school in this world. Lizzie was dressed in drab clothing, like an outcast.
Lizzie looked at the school. "Public school. Makes sense."
Liv and Cristian walked closer so they could begin to work.
Liv smiled. "Hey, Lizzie. Josie."
Lizzie and Josie smiled. "Aunt Liv." Liv, Lizzie and Josie embraced, before the twins embraced Cristian. "Uncle Cris."
Cristian chuckled. "Hi."
"Liv," Madison greeted. "Cristian."
"Hi, Madison," Liv replied.
"All right, ready?" Cristian asked..
"Yeah," Madison answered.
"Remember, if you anybody starts messing with you, just play it cool," Liv told them. "If you need any help, come to me. I'm a guidance counselor, after all."
"Long way from the attitude giving Little Liv," Alaric remarked.
"You know what, Ric?" Liv asked.
The girls laughed.
"And I just got promoted to principal," Cristian told them. "You let me know if anyone gives you any trouble, but don't use your powers."
"Don't worry, Cristian," Madison told him. "We know. Now powers allowed. Blah, blah, blah."
"All right, well, I hate to sound like a broken record, but if you expose your powers..." Alaric trailed off.
"We risk becoming a target," Josie finished. "We got it."
Liv and Cristian chuckled.
Liv tilted her head. "They grow up so fast, don't they?"
Josie, Madison and Lizzie tilted their heads. "Liv..."
They laughed.
Alaric chuckled. "All right, girls, I'll see you in class."
"You teaching history again," Cristian told him. "Like you did back when Tory, Luke, Lindsey, Ryan, Alex, Nicola, Stefan, Liv, Kacie, Eliza, Elena, Caroline, Bonnie, Matt and Tyler were still in school, even a bit of Kaylin, though against her choice. Things really do come full circle."
"Fitting for homecoming weekend," Liv pointed out.
They smiled, before heading into school for the day.
-
Inside - Gym
Josie, Madison and Lizzie walked into the gym, seeing that there was dance prep for Homecoming.
"So, do we like it here?" Lizzie asked.
"Where?" Madison asked.
"This school," Lizzie answered.
Josie turned to face her sister. "Lizzie, do me a favor and try to keep it together today, okay? It's important."
Madison gave her a sidelong glance. "Josie, don't be a bitch."
"Sorry, Madison, but you know why," Josie told her.
Connor and Dana were shown to be alive in this reality.
Connor called over to the three girls. "Homecoming queen! Big night."
Josie and Lizzie both smiled. "Thanks."
Josie and Madison looked at Lizzie, confused as to why she thought that Connor was talking to her. Connor walked over to them.
"That wasn't an invitation, Connor," Lizzie told him.
Connor and Josie kissed. Lizzie looked at them in shock, appalled.
Madison rolled her eyes at the couple. "And so not in the mood for you two to make me sick, so can you please stop that?"
Connor and Josie smirked.
"That is inappropriate," Lizzie agreed.
Connor looked at Josie. "Your sister's being weird again. No surprise that your cousin's being a bitch."
"Bite me, Connor," Madison replied.
"Cut them some slack," Josie told him. "It's hard being the only ones on Homecoming without dates."
Lizzie looked at Madison, alarmed. "Wait. We don't have dates?"
"Lizzie, you know that me and Chase broke up," Madison told her.
"And tried to gas light you right out of popularity," Connor mocked. "He really lit your fuse."
"Luckily for me, I don't even need a match to gas light you," Madison replied.
Connor looked at Josie. "I can't wait to see what you have planned for tonight."
Josie smiled, tilting her head. "I'm pretty sure you're gonna like it."
They kissed again. Josie giggled. Connor backed away.
"I am so confused," Lizzie admitted. "Who's Chase?" She looked at Josie. "And you're into Connor?"
"Chase no loner exists to me, so don't worry about it," Madison told her.
"Lizzie, we talked about this," Josie told her. "Connor's QB1. I'm head cheer. It just makes sense."
Dana walked closer with two lattes. "Here's your skinny vanilla lattes."
Lizzie was appalled to see her old nemesis. "Not now, Dana. My sister and cousin are obviously on drugs, and I despise vanilla latte."
Dana handed the lattes to Madison and Josie.
"Thanks, D," Madison told her. "Somebody's clearly having one of her off days. But go easy on her."
"Trust me, Madison, I will," Dana told her. "Lizzie-Bear, relax. There's only so much a doctor can raise your dosage before my mom's pharmacy will plumb run out of pills." She led Josie and Madison away. "Come on."
-
History Class
Alaric was day drunk, teaching his class, which included Madison, Josie and Lizzie. "Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Just ask our principal, Cristian Hunter. He knows all about this time. Almost like he was there." Madison, Josie and Lizzie gave the drunken Alaric a look for nearly outing Cristian for being one of the tomb vampires before he turned human. "And the truth is, those 28 civilians, they weren't... casualties of, uh... uh... does anyone remember the name of the battle? Anyone? Anyone?"
Lizzie spoke to Madison and Josie. "Is it just me, or is Dad a little day drunk?"
"When isn't he?" Madison replied.
Alaric cleared his throat. "Josie?"
"The Battle of Willow Creek," Josie answered.
Alaric pointed at her. "Exactly." Josie flipped back one of her pig tails, making it hit Lizzie in the face. "All those 28 civilians, they were just rounded up by their friends and neighbors, all because they were different."
Liv knocked on the door, walking in to give Alaric a note, whispering indistinctly so that the students didn't hear.
"Hey, Aunt Liv," Lizzie whispered.
Liv waved to the girls.
Josie noticed the bracelet that Liv was wearing on the hand that she waved at them. "Why is she still wearing her bracelet?"
"Why wouldn't she be?" Lizzie asked.
Josie and Madison both looked at her.
-
Hallway
After class, Josie, Madison and Lizzie were walking down the hallway together.
Madison looked at Lizzie. "Did you forget?"
"I'm sure I didn't forget," Lizzie stated. "Just remind me?"
They stopped at Madison's locker so she could get other books.
"Homecoming dance is tonight," Josie told them.
"I know," Lizzie told them. "How do I not have a date?"
"This isn't about you, Lizzie," Josie told her.
Lizzie looked down. "Yeah, I'm totally getting that."
"What I need you to do is just get Aunt Liv's bracelet, like you promised," Josie told her.
Lizzie looked confused.
"Liv's best friends, Tory and Lindsey, gave her the bracelet for her birthday," Madison explained. "It's a magical object."
"I can siphon the bracelet so I can take things to the next level with Connor," Josie told them.
Madison gave Josie a look. "And by, um, 'take things to the next level', you mean..."
"I'm gonna show him I'm a witch," Josie answered.
Lizzie sighed. "Oh, thank God. I mean, don't get me wrong, that is a terrible idea, but for a second, I thought..."
"Then I'm gonna have sex with him," Josie told them.
Lizzie nodded awkwardly. "Yeah, that was it."
"You promised you wouldn't let me down," Josie told her. "Actually do it for a change."
"How am I supposed to get the bracelet from Aunt Liv?" Lizzie asked.
Madison held her hand toward Lizzie. "Here. Siphon from me. You can get it with magic. Josie won't be able to keep magic she siphons from me long enough to show Connor magic when they're alone, but you can use it to get the bracelet."
Lizzie sighed, managing a small smile at Madison being nice and not mean like Josie, taking Madison's hand so she could siphon from her.
-
Liv's Office
Lizzie peaked into Liv's guidance counselor office, making sure that no one was coming, and making sure that Liv was busy talking with Cristian, as they were both smiling and talking indistinctly. She sighed. "This is so lame."
Ablah appeared next to Lizzie. "Yeah, tell me about it."
Lizzie glared at her. "You suck at granting wishes."
"No, you suck at making them," Ablah disagreed.
Liv leaned against her desk, looking at Cristian flirtatiously, smiling. Cristian smirked, tilting his head.
Lizzie scoffed. "You are totally manipulating things to make me miserable. There is no world in which this would happen."
"Shh!" Ablah told her. "If you don't keep your voice down, Liv and Cristian are gonna hear you. The Hunters might not be vampires anymore, but they are still hyper alert. But, for the record, I can't lie. Everything you are experiencing is, in fact, a potential reality that has occurred as a direct result of your wish."
Lizzie rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
Lizzie turned her attention to casting a silent spell that transported Liv's bracelet into her own hand.
"This world does make sense, when you think about it," Ablah told her. "The Salvatore School existed so that creatures like you could thrive. You and your sister were born of a dangerous coven known for breeding..." She whistled. "Psychotics. And Madison, as a Banshee, could have been driven mad from all the visions of death and loss, as we've seen in the last wish world, that she fell that far, especially since she grew up with the Originals and Eliza Forbes, before and after she became a Mikaelson by marriage, proven she could be just as psychotic when she went insane alongside the crazy-from-harboring-the-Devil Rae, who is born from a family of Salvatore vampires that have all been through the darkness more than once, since Kaylin is literally known as the Queen of Torture, Nicola is the raging Huntress, Stefan was the Ripper of Monterrey, and Damon was... well, himself. The lunatic shapeshifting princess Ariara Nata with three conflicting animalistic natures and losing all of her kingdom... And the tribrid born from the psychotic Original family... Even Emma and Danny, even though the aren't as mad, the Davis witches are known for getting addicted and lost to dark magic, like Lindsey herself once did, and added with the Thompson anger and reckless like Luke and Ryan, plus the manipulation from Rosalita on both those twins, Emma and Danny could have just as easily lost their minds. Tory, as a direct descendant and the Doppelganger of Rosalita, and a Lockwood with pure anger, and her own past of dark magic, twining with a Thompson, and giving birth to the Little Lyla... such dangers could apply to her as well. So what did Lindsey and Ryan do? With the help of Tory, Luke, Kaylin and Nicola? They built a safe place to shield their children and other children like them from their darkest impulses. And then you went and wished that dream away because it wasn't perfect. Well, now the students here don't care about protecting your fragile ego. So you are the school freak, and your sister and cousin get to shine. You always knew that Madison, as a Fell, could easily become popular if she tried, and now you know that Josie could too."
Lizzie turned to face her, sighing. "Just tell me how to get out of here."
Ablah sighed. "Well, you could use another wish. But like I said, language is important. Besides, you think I want to be here?" She scoffed. "I've spent nearly 500 years granting awful wishes to self-involved humans before we even met..."
"This isn't about you," Lizzie told her, walking away.
Ablah gestured a hand toward Lizzie. "I rest my case."
-
Outside
Madison was outside, leaning against the brick wall of the school, on the phone. "Mom? Yeah, I think Lizzie's on the brink of a meltdown, and Josie's being a bitch again, and I don't know how to help. I mean, we talked about going to the supernatural school before, but Lizzie's never wanted to go because it freaks her out, and Josie likes being popular here, and..."
On the other line, Eliza was out of the country, resting on a bed while she was doing research, speaking to Madison over the speaker phone. "Well, have you talked to Ric about it?"
"He's passed out drunk in his class again," Madison answered.
"And I'm guessing that Liv and Cristian are busy with the school as guidance counselor and principal Hunters," Eliza told her.
Kol walked over to sit next to Eliza on the bed, to speak to Madison. "Why don't I call Kaylin and Nicola? They're busy at the other school with Hope, Rae, Emma, Danny, Ariara and Lyla. While Lindsey, Ryan, Tory and Luke are trying to secure the Europe division, but they could be there in time to help deal with the aftermath."
"That would be great," Madison answered, smiling a bit. "Thanks, Dad."
"No problem, Madison," Kol told her. "Kassandra, Niklaus, Elijah, Eliza, Kacie, Mikayla and I may be busy with Lucien looking for answers to help Kassandra, Nicola, Rae, Emma and Danny, but things are better now, and Ariara's pretty much completely back in control. We can help out with your other cousins."
Madison smiled. "Thank you. I miss you guys."
Eliza chuckled, smiling a bit. "We miss you too. We wish to see you soon, though. We love you."
"I love you too," Madison told them.
Kol smiled a bit. "Don't worry. I'll make sure that Kaylin and Nicola get the call. If they don't go to the school themselves, you know that Hope, Rae, Emma, Danny, Ariara and Lyla will. Help will be there soon. And I love you too."
The three of them smiled, before hanging up.
Madison turned to go back inside, but she stopped when she saw Connor and Dana across the parking lot, seeing them kiss, looking at them in anger, though not surprised that they would hurt Josie like that.

Night - Mystic Falls High School - Hallway
(Song:) Fire - Peking Duk
That night for homecoming, dressed up, Josie, Madison and Lizzie walked into the school.
Madison looked at Josie. "I can't let you go through with this."
"You need to stop," Josie told her. "Dana and Connor denied it, and I believe them."
"Why would you believe them over me?" Madison asked.
"Because you never liked me and Connor together," Josie answered.
"Because he's a player and I knew that he would break your heart," Madison replied. "This is proof of that."
"Listen to her, Josie," Lizzie told her.
"Don't you start too," Josie told her. "You always do this. Anytime things are going well for me, you have an episode, and you ruin everything just to steal the spotlight. I mean, honestly, Lizzie, if I believed every paranoid delusion that came out of your mother, I'd be just as crazy as you. But looks like Madison's been listening."
Madison scoffed, giving her an offended, incredulous look. "Jo."
(Song Ends)
"Look, I'm sorry," Josie told them. "I don't want to hurt your feelings." She looked at Lizzie. "But I have spent my entire life trying to make you feel okay about yourself. Watched Dad kill himself trying to do it, too. And why do you think that he drinks all the time? He hates his job. The only reason why he works here is to keep an eye on you. Mom makes any excuse that she can to be out of town, because seeing him like this makes her sad, 'cause he's completely given up. It ruined their marriage. So I am done making excuses for you. I am done worrying about when you are going to snap. And I am done letting you control my happiness."
"Jo--" Madison started.
"No, Madison," Josie told her. "She's holding you back too. And I'm not going to let either of you hold me back tonight. I love Connor, and tonight I'm going to show him just how much." She looked at Lizzie. "Now give me the bracelet."
Lizzie looked heartbroken, while Madison closed her eyes, angry at Josie and sad for Lizzie, but knowing how much Josie went through because of everything she just said too, though knowing that she was pushing Lizzie to a meltdown.
Lizzie held the bracelet up. "I'm sorry." She closed her fist around the bracelet, her hand glowing red as she siphoned the magic in the bracelet away. "It's for your own good."
Josie glared at Lizzie. "I hate you."
Josie walked away.
"Josie..." Lizzie trailed off. She turned after her twin. "No, wait. Please just..." Starting to cry and lose control, Lizzie made the building start to rumble. Madison looked around in worry, knowing what was about to happen, and knowing that she couldn't stop it. Lizzie snapped, screaming. "Stop!"
Lights all over exploded, making sparks rain down all around the hallway. Everyone screamed and ducked. Madison ran closer to Lizzie, trying to get her under control. Josie turned to look at them in shock.
Liv, Cristian and Alaric walked into the hallway to see what was going on, dressed for the dance as chaperones.
"What the hell?" Liv asked.
Liv, Cristian and Alaric realized what happened when they saw the panic on Josie, Lizzie and Madison's faces, running toward them.
"We got to go," Alaric told them. "We got to go now."
"Now, go on," Cristian told them. "Come on."
Liv, Cristian and Alaric quickly led Madison, Josie and Lizzie toward the exit at the end of the hallway.
Outside, they saw a black van pull up.
(Song:) I Am Woman - Willa J
The black van had a logo with the Salvatore S and the Mikaelson M crests interlocking. The doors opened up. In slow motion, all wearing black, badass super hero like outfits, Kaylin stepped out of the driver's seat, Nicola stepped out of the passenger seat, and in the second row, Rae, Hope and Ariara stepped out, while in the back row, Emma, Danny and Lyla stepped out. They all walked toward the school.
Madison smiled in relief to see them.
Liv and Cristian sighed in relief.
Lizzie was completely exasperated to see the teens since she blamed them for always "stealing" Madison away.
Kaylin, Nicola, Hope, Rae, Emma, Danny, Ariara and Lyla walked into the school.
"Looks like you guys could use some help," Rae told them.
Lizzie shook her head. "Uh-uh. No, we are all good."
"What are you guys doing here?" Liv asked.
"Madison called Kol and Eliza, and they called Kaylin and Nikki, so we're here because Madison knew that Lizzie was about to have a meltdown," Emma answered.
"Kol and Eliza knew that Kaylin and Nikki would bring us here to help clean up the damage," Danny explained.
"Rae, mind control the students to forget what they've seen," Kaylin told her.
Rae nodded. "On it."
Rae walked away.
"Emma, Danny, establish a perimeter," Nicola told them. "Lock the place down."
Emma and Danny nodded. "Copy."
Emma and Danny walked away.
"Lyla?" Hope asked. Lyla looked up. "Call in the chopper, then help Rae with the mind control."
Lyla put a hand up to her ear which had an ear piece in it, walking away. "Green light, Maverick."
Madison walked toward Kaylin, Nicola, Hope and Ariara. "Thank you guys for getting here so soon."
"You might have chosen to come to human school for your cousins, but you're still our family, Madison," Ariara told her. "Of course we came. Salvatore-Mikaelson School always looks out for their own, even one that is born of Fell, or Forbes like Eliza."
Hope, Ariara and Madison smiled. Kaylin and Nicola chuckled a bit.
"Uh, I--I said that we're good," Lizzie told them. "Okay? Madison, Josie and I do not want to be superheroes."
Lizzie reached out to Josie and Madison.
Josie pushed Lizzie back. "Yeah, speak for yourself."
Nicola looked at Josie and Lizzie. "We came to help you, but that's not all we're here for." She looked at Liv, Cristian and Alaric. "We're here for them."
Liv, Cristian and Alaric looked at them in surprise.
Josie looked at Ariara, and Ariara raised an eyebrow as they both checked each other out.
Madison offered a hand to Josie and Lizzie for them to come with. Josie smiled, walking closer, taking one of Madison's hands. Lizzie scoffed. Alaric followed.
Liv and Cristian walked toward the exit with the others.
Lizzie sighed, giving in, following. "Son of a bitch."

Salvatore-Mikaelson Boarding School - Entrance Hall
Kaylin, Nicola, Hope, Rae, Emma, Danny, Ariara and Lyla led Madison, Lizzie, Josie, Alaric, Liv and Cristian into the school.
Kaylin smiled. "Liv. Cristian. Been a while."
"Sure has," Cristian agreed, confused but amused. "Kaylin, what is this?"
"We'll get to that in a second," Nicola told them. "Make yourselves at home."
Alaric looked around. "This place, it's like a... dream come true."
"Perhaps you've heard the Salvatores and the Mikaelsons have had a checkered past," Hope told them. "But when my father had me, and Kaylin had Rae, and they were married, along with Aunt Nicola and Uncle Elijah, things changed. Especially when Rae had trapped the famous She-Devil Rosalita inside her."
"There wasn't a school we could send someone like Hope and Rae to, let alone how to teach Rae how to control Rosalita inside her so that no one got hurt, and there wasn't a school to help Ariara regain control of her animal abilities after the kingdom Nata was wiped out, so we built this one," Kaylin explained. "And as you can see, it's been quite the success."
"But we didn't do it on our own," Nicola told them. "The Davis-Thompsons, they helped us so much. Lindsey, Tory, Luke and Ryan knew a lot of what to do, so they were able to help, and that's why Emma, Danny and Lyla are with us."
"Lindsey, Tory, Luke and Ryan are currently overseas establishing our European branch," Rae explained. "Which is why we're in need of new teachers for here, and for the Europe school."
"Liv, Cristian, you're both well versed in the supernatural, having been vampires yourselves before, and Cristian's been around for 500 years," Emma pointed out. "And Alaric is an occult studies professor."
Liv smiled. "So you want us to come teach for your school, here or in Europe?"
"We definitely do," Danny answered. "You guys all know so much about human school stuff too, which could help us with this."
Lyla rolled her eyes, sitting down. "Because not only do we learn power stuff, but we learn stupid human stuff too. Stupid school."
The others chuckled.
"And Madison, you can come to this school, and so can Josette and Elizabeth," Ariara told her.
"Josie and Lizzie," Madison corrected.
Ariara shrugged, nodding. "I'm getting used to using nicknames around here. Back in my kingdom, we weren't big on nicknames."
"Either way, we'd love to have you guys work with us, or be with us," Kaylin told them. "What do you, Cris? Best friend and his wife working with his best friend?"
Cristian smirked. "Why not?"
Liv smirked, tilting her head, nodding in agreement, shrugging. "I'd love to."
Lizzie looked away. "I think I'm gonna be sick."
"Sorry if the chopper ride was too bumpy," Ariara told her. "Bathroom's down the hall."
Lizzie stormed past. "I know where it is."
Ariara turned her head to look at Josie, clearly not torturing herself as much in this reality as she was in the real one.
-
Hallway
Lizzie walked down the hall toward the bathroom, only to be stopped when Ablah appeared in front of her. She leaned against the wall. "Screw this world. I want my final wish."
"Have you even noticed how pleased the rest of your family seems with this reality?" Ablah asked.
Lizzie turned to look in the other room, seeing that Josie and Madison were laughing it up with Hope, Rae, Emma, Danny, Ariara and Lyla, and that Kaylin, Nicola, Liv and Cristian were smiling and talking. She turned to look at Ablah in annoyance. "They're my freaking wishes, right?"
"Indeed," Ablah answered. "But if this is to be your third wish, might I suggest you wish for what you truly want? Isolate your biggest problem, or problems, show them no mercy. Who keeps taking away your beloved Madison? How do you get them out of the equation for good so they can never take her away from you again? You saw how hard she fell before. You can stop that from happening again."
Lizzie turned to look at the others once again, before looking back at Ablah. "I wish Hope, Rae, Emma, Danny and Ariara were never born."
Ablah smiled wickedly. "Your wish is my command."
Ablah snapped her fingers.

Third Wish World (Apocalypse World)
Day - Middle of Nowhere
Lizzie was sleeping on a bench.
Kaleb was waking her up. "Hey. Hey. Hey, what's your name? Sun's almost down. We can't stay here."
Jed walked closer. "Patrols will be out soon. We gotta move."
Lizzie sat up, looking around, seeing that they were in a little shed, and newspapers of people were lining the walls, including of Kaylin, Nicola, Lindsey, Tory, Luke, Ryan, Kacie, Mikayla, Eliza, Caroline, Riley, Landon, Rafael, MG, Marcel, Noah, Caitlin, Auria, Liv, Cristian, Stefan, Damon, Alex, Elena, Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah, Kol and Freya. All their eyes were scratched out. "Where the hell are we?"
Kaleb scoffed. "Damn, white girl. Mystic Falls. It was ruined by Hellfire like 11 years ago, but things have been rebuilt since. You said your father could help us get out of here. Maybe down to Mexico."
"Dr. Saltzman is your father, right?" Jed asked. "And you know where to find him?"
"Why are their eyes all scratched out?" Lizzie asked.
Kaleb sighed. "'Cause they're finally free."
"Hey, come on," Jed told him.
"Death is better than being hunted by Rosalita, Maia and Kassandra until you starve, bruh," Kaleb replied. "They have an army of Triad soldiers. Not like they need them, because they can kill armies on their own."
"Rosalita?" Lizzie repeated, realizing she already made a huge mistake by wishing Rae was never born because Rosalita would have never gotten trapped inside Rae. "Oh, no. And her descendant Maia? She should be dead. And you can't be talking about Kassandra Mikaelson."
Kaleb and Jed were both weirded out by Lizzie's seemingly forgetfulness.
"It's time to bounce," Jed told them. "Lead the way, blondie." They started to walk away. "I hope the Supernatural Railroad isn't just a fairy tale."
-
Salvatore Boarding House Ruins - Library
The Salvatore Boarding House had been nearly completely destroyed, only in ruins. Lizzie, Kaleb and Jed made their way into the library, seeing that there was a candlelight vigil being held.
Penelope greeted Kaleb and Jed. "Welcome to the Resistance. I wish I could say it was under better circumstances." She saw Lizzie, not happy at all. "You've got a lot of nerve, showing up here."
"Penelope, what's going on?" Lizzie asked.
"At least you earned this mental breakdown," Penelope told her. "Leave, before I feed you to the vamps."
"Please, just tell me what's happening," Lizzie told her.
"Out!" Penelope snapped.
Lizzie saw a coffin behind everyone. "Who died?" Penelope scoffed. Alaric walked into the room behind Lizzie. Lizzie turned to face him. "Dad, what's going on? Why is this world like this?"
Alaric embraced Lizzie. "Sweetie, you can't be here."
-
Kitchen
In the ruins of the kitchen, Alaric placed down his crossbow, turning to face Lizzie. "You ran away. I've been worried sick, looking for you."
"Why would I run?" Lizzie asked.
Alaric looked at her in confusion. "You don't remember what happened? Must be some sort of amnesia triggered by the trauma."
"What trauma?" Lizzie asked.
"It doesn't matter now," Alaric told her. "All that matters is that you're home. Not that we can stay much longer. Rosalita, Maia and Kassandra are closing in every day."
"Why is Kassandra working with Rosalita and Maia?" Lizzie asked. "Why does the world know about supernaturals?"
"You've forgotten more than I thought," Alaric told her.
"Where are Kaylin and Nicola?" Lizzie asked. "Lindsey, Tory, Luke and Ryan?"
Alaric looked completely stunned. "How do you know those names? They died when you were five years old. I didn't think you would remember them."
"What?" Lizzie asked.
"Rosalita came back from the dead 11 years ago, as a ghost, the Queen of Hell," Alaric explained. "She was planning on burning Mystic Falls and everyone in it to the ground with Hellfire. I managed to get you and your sister to safety, but Kaylin, Nicola, Stefan and Damon Salvatore, and Alex, Liv and Elena Gilbert and Cristian Hunter were trapped in the school by a spell Rosalita had done, and Lindsey Davis-Thompson, while pregnant, Bonnie Bennett, and Tory Donovan had been trying to stop Rosalita and the Hellfire. Ryan Thompson and Eliza Forbes were by Lindsey and Bonnie's sides, and Luke Thompson and Kacie Lockwood were by Tory's. Their plan almost worked, but Rosalita was able to overpower Tory because she was just a werewolf-witch, even though she had help from her ancestors. Rosalita burned everyone alive in the town." Lizzie gasped in shock as she realized the gravity of what her wish had changed. "Kassandra Mikaelson had been hexed to turn off her humanity and kill her entire family."
"And with Kaylin, Nicola and Tory dead, no one could figure out how to save them," Lizzie realized. "Kassandra remained hexed. That's why she's working with Rosalita and Maia. She's still hexed."
"Yes," Alaric answered. "They killed Mikayla Labonair, her sister Hayley, her husband Riley Grey, their friends Marcel Gerard, Noah Dumaine, Caitlin Harris and Auria Rayvnne, Caroline, and many other supernatural, and non supernatural beings. Kassandra, Rosalita and Maia have Triad as an army of soldiers to hunt us down. Nothing's been safe ever since. Started a war that no one could stop."
"Like Ariara's kingdom," Lizzie whispered. "And Lyla was never born."
"Who's Ariara?" Alaric asked. "Or Lyla?"
Lizzie shook her head. "Nothing. Where's Madison?"
"Who's Madison?" Alaric asked.
Lizzie realized that Madison would have been burned alive in the Hellfire 11 years ago, gasping in shock and pain, trying to hide her pain. "She's a Fell."
"Fell?" Alaric repeated.
Lizzie nodded. "Where's Josie?" Alaric looked down. "Dad. Where is she?"
"She's dead, too, Elizabeth," Alaric told her. "The vigil's for her."
Devastated with the thought of Josie and Madison, Liv, Cristian, Alex, Caroline, Eliza and all the others being dead, Lizzie leaned into the cabinet, starting to cry. "No. No, no. This... this--this can't be. This is not what I wanted."
Alaric walked closer. "I know. But, right now, you just... need to get some sleep."
Lizzie started to get hysterical. "No. No, no. I--I can--I can fix this. I can make this whole miserable world go away. They're not really gone. None of them are. I promise, okay? I'll fix it. Genie. Genie? Genie!"
Alaric tried to calm her down. "Elizabeth, please, please..."
Lizzie gasped. "This was my last wish. I can't take it back." She cried harder. "Oh, I've ruined everything. Oh, no. It's my fault. It's all my fault!"
Alaric called out for help. "Penelope. Penelope!"
Penelope ran into the room, blowing powder onto Lizzie, which caused Lizzie to fall asleep.
-
Basement- Cell
In the familiar old cell from the Salvatore Boarding House in TVD, Lizzie woke up on a cot, sitting up, seeing Ablah sitting in a chair nearby. "Damn you, Genie."
Fed up, Ablah started to correct her before giving up. "It's Jin--never mind. Don't be so hard on yourself, even if your father did just lock you up in a cellar for your own safety. Third wish is always tricky. Better luck on your next one."
Lizzie looked at her in shock. "My next one? I get another one?"
"Whoever told you a jinni only grants three?" Ablah asked.
"Aladdin," Lizzie answered. "Every genie story ever."
"A jinni can grant or ignore any wish they choose," Ablah explained. "We won't work against our own self-interest, so you can forget about wishing me dead. But if you'd like another wish to reset your life right back to where we began, you can."
"Good," Lizzie told her. "Because wishing Hope was never born? That meant that Tory could never use her blood to become a tribrid. Meaning she couldn't become stronger as a psychic, meaning she couldn't overpower Rosalita, meaning that Rosalita burned down everyone in Mystic Falls with Hellfire 11 years ago. Madison as a baby, Kaylin, Nicola, Rae, Lindsey, Tory, Luke, Ryan, Kacie, Aunt Eliza, Aunt Liv, Aunt Alex, Uncle Cristian, Elena, Stefan, Damon. Emma and Danny were never born because Lindsey gave birth to them that night after they defeated Rosalita. Their ages matched up with Hope and Rae when they were linked through the Hollow when they were seven. But that also means Tory never got the answer on how to save the Originals and break Kassandra's hex from Rosalita, meaning the Originals died, Kassandra remained hexed, and she apparently joined Rosalita and Maia for a bad girl trio murder war mayhem. Wishing Hope, Rae, Emma and Danny were never born meant that they were never able to lock Rosalita away inside Rae and even more death would happen, and this war continued. Lyla would never be born because they had never been born. And without Madison alive to play peacekeeper with me and Josie, I killed my sister during one of my episodes. Talking about felling a dark way. Since Kacie and Mikayla were killed, they were never able to save Ariara and she died with the rest of her kingdom and the Nata family, or she was never born at all, I don't know."
"Does it matter if Ariara was born at all when your wish would have killed her either way along with the rest of the Nata family, and the other teens you wished death for?" Ablah asked.
"And you knew this would happen when you told me to get rid of them," Lizzie accused.
"I can fix it," Ablah replied. "On one condition."
"Anything," Lizzie told her. "What?"
"You give me the urn," Ablah answered.
Lizzie stood, pacing in frustration. "I knew you were gonna screw me. You used my words against me, right from the start."
Ablah laughed. "Like you said, I'm a monster. Should've trusted your gut."
Lizzie turned to face her. "You trapped me in the worst situation imaginable, just so you could get what you want!"
"The urn is a small price to pay to cease suffering like this," Ablah told her.
Lizzie glared at her. "You don't know anything about suffering."
"Don't I?" Ablah asked. "As all Jinn are, I was born into five centuries of suffering. 500 years of realizing other people's dreams before I'd ever have the chance to pursue one of my own. And in the 499th year of my turn, I crossed paths with a true monster, and it consumed me, sent me to a place of total isolation, utter damnation."
"Malivore, I know," Lizzie stated. "So what?"
"I wondered there, lost and alone, until I was given one final chance to win my freedom," Ablah explained. "So accept my offer and wish me the urn."
"If I wish you the urn, I'm giving you the key to a supernatural apocalypse," Lizzie told her. "Isn't that technically against your self-interest?"
"Quite the opposite," Ablah answered. "It's my only hope. Because if I return the urn to Malivore, then I am free and at peace. Whatever happens after that is not my problem."
Lizzie scoffed. "Selfish."
"Said the pot to the kettle," Ablah replied. "I don't know why we're debating. This life is dreadful, so wish it away."
Lizzie held her head in pain, turning away. "Shut up, okay? I just... I need to think. I need to find a loophole."
"There is no loophole," Ablah told her.
"Magic always has a loophole," Lizzie told her. "Lindsey taught me that. She says 'there's always a loophole' all the time."
Lizzie turned to face her.
"Yeah?" Ablah asked. "Well, you better find it quickly. Things are taking a hell of a turn up there, literally, since the Queen of Hell is wreaking havoc with Kassandra and Maia."
Ablah snapped her fingers.
-
Upstairs
Lizzie was transported upstairs to see that the other supernatural beings and Alaric were gearing up for a battle. "Dad?"
Alaric turned to face her in surprise. "Lizzie? Did Penelope let you out? We've been working on getting the right dosages for you."
"What are we doing?" Lizzie asked. "Are we hiding?"
"No, we're fighting," Alaric answered. "Rosalita, Maia and Kassandra got wind of our location. With Josie gone, we decided to take a stand and put an end to this once and for all."
Lizzie realized what would happen. "Oh, God. You're gonna get slaughtered. And it's all my fault."
Alaric turned to face her. "No, it's my fault. I should've never kept that secret from you."
"What secret?" Lizzie asked.
"Your mom and I had been waiting for the right time to tell you a piece of your family history, but..." Alaric trailed off, sighing. "We waited too long."
"What family history?" Lizzie asked.
"There's something that happens to twins born into your coven, like you and Josie," Alaric explained. "When you turn 22, the Gemini must merge."
"Merge?" Lizzie repeated.
"It's a battle of will," Alaric clarified. "Only the strongest of the twins will survive it."
"So one of us would have to kill the other one?" Lizzie asked.
Alaric nodded. "Until the day your mother died, we had been trying to find a way to prevent it ever since you were little kids. That's why she was always off traveling. We tried to keep it from you as long as we could. But when I turned the house into a rescue operation, one of the witches who was passing through told you the story of the Gemini, and you..."
"Dad, what did I do?" Lizzie asked.
"You got scared," Alaric answered. "You had one of your episodes, and you went dark, paranoid. To you, Josie became your biggest threat. You became obsessed with winning, and then you lost control."
Lizzie started to cry in devastation, self-hate and guilt. "I killed her."
"It was an accident," Alaric told her.
Lizzie sobbed. "No matter how you say it... I killed her. You must hate me so much."
Alaric looked at her in concern. "No. The only person I hate is myself for failing you both."
Lizzie shook her head. "No, Dad, I've been to other places, other realities, and I know that that sounds crazy, but you need to believe me. You always do everything that you can to protect me and Josie. Time after time. World after world. The world where I live, everyone is alive. Kaylin, Nicola, Lindsey, Tory, Luke, Ryan, Kacie, Mikayla, Stefan, Damon, Alex, Liv, Elena, Cristian, Eliza. The Originals. Stefan and Alex, and Damon and Elena, and Liv and Cristian got to have kids of their own. Kaylin had a daughter named Rae and a stepdaughter, and Lindsey and Ryan had twins, Emma and Danny, and Aunt Eliza adopted a daughter named Madison, and Kacie and Mikayla adopted a daughter named Ariara. Tory and Luke had a magical ritual baby named Lyla. They were all able to save Kassandra and the other Originals and lock Rosalita away. Things were so much better.
"Then I wish we could be in that world right now," Alaric told her.
Lizzie started to cry again. "Compared to this, it was so beautiful. We were safe and loved. And I was just too stupid and jealous to see it."
"In this other world, did I tell you about the merge?" Alaric asked. Lizzie shook her head. "Then I guess we were both pretty stupid, huh?"
Penelope walked closer. "It's time."
Alaric started to walk away
Lizzie turned after him. "No, Dad, wait. I can get us out of this. I just need to think."
"That's a good idea," Alaric told her. "You think, baby." He kissed Lizzie on the forehead, managing a small smile, his voice breaking. "I love you. I love you so much." He walked toward the supernaturals. "Let's go give them their war."
Everyone cheered, walking away. Lizzie watched them go as she cried.
-~-
Lizzie was sitting down, wracking her brain trying to find a solution. "Think. Think."
Ablah appeared nearby. "Not exactly your strong suit." She sat next to Lizzie. "This would all go so much easier if you'd just accept my offer."
Fed up, Lizzie turned her head toward Ablah furiously. "Zip it, Smurfette. I know there's a way we can both get what we want. I just have to think of the perfect wish."
"As I've told you, I will not grant you anything unless it involves me finding peace," Ablah told her.
"And I said quiet!" Lizzie snapped.
They heard an explosion from outside.
Ablah looked toward the door. "Maybe you need a little incentive. Maybe seeing Kassandra, Rosalita and Maia tear apart the rest of the supernaturals will be enough for you."
Ablah snapped her fingers.
-
Outside
Hexed Kassandra, Rosalita and Maia were fighting against the remaining supernaturals of the world, along with their Triad army.
Penelope ran to take down a Triad soldier, kicking him in the leg, pushing him down, holding out her hand toward another to use a blast of light to push him to the ground.
Alaric was shooting down more soldiers.
Vampires were feeding.
When Kaleb tried to punch Kassandra, Kassandra grabbed his arm, breaking it, turning to where he had his back to her, transforming as the Enhanced Original beast, her eyes glowing red, and veins trailing down from her eyes to her cheeks, hissing as she bit deep into his neck, poisoning him with her venom, making him scream in agony. She smirked, pulling back, licking the blood from her lips, throwing Kaleb to the ground.
Kassandra looked at the ruins of the boarding house. "Fitting to come back here after the death of my family. I thought that Kaylin and Nicola Salvatore would become family one day. But they've been long dead with the rest of Mystic Falls residents."
Jed tried to attack Kassandra. Kassandra punched Jed in the chest, throwing him into the wall of the boarding house with such strength she made his neck snap, and his body fell dead to the ground. Two vampires punched Kassandra in the back, kicking her forward toward two more, who both spun around to kick and punch Kassandra from either side. Kassandra easily gripped those two vampires by the throats, lifting them up, slamming them on the ground, turning to throw them into the other two vamps, making them all fall to the ground. They rushed to stand, but Kassandra could easily use vampire speed to rip out all of their hearts, and behead another vampire with her arm as she turned around. She turned to the rest of the opposing side, transforming again, letting out a roar of anger and hunger.
Very pleased to have a hexed, insane beast on their side, Rosalita and Maia exchanged a look of satisfaction, before they released psychic screams of energy to throw supernaturals to the ground, making them land hard on their stomachs, the screams making the supernaturals scream in agony.
Maia held out her hands, using magic to rip wood off the trees to make many makeshift stakes, shooting them into the hearts of many vampires, witches or werewolves, at least 20, killing them all the same.
Rosalita threw her arms out, sending streams of Hellfire out in what seemed to be like slow motion over the field. Everyone was able to back away enough to get away before they could be killed, but not able to flee with Rosalita and Maia in their minds.
With a wave of her arm, Rosalita magically threw supernaturals to the ground, raising her other arm, smirking, letting her eyes glow with Hellfire, hands aimed out, shooting out Hellfire from her hands to engulf many supernaturals, at least 10, setting them on fire with Hellflame that could kill most creatures, even Originals.
Maia flicked her wrist, magically snapping the neck of Penelope, watching her fall with a pleased look on her face.
Rosalita, with her hands still raised and aimed at the burning supernaturals, let the fire fade from her hand and the glow from her eyes, smirking evilly, lowering her hand, laughing.
There were explosions of magic exploding everywhere as Rosalita and Maia killed 10 more people, and Kassandra ripped 10 others apart while she was feeding, transformed.
Lizzie was watching everything in absolute horror.
Rosalita turned to see her, looking at her curiously. "Well, hello." Lizzie backed away from her in fear, knowing exactly who she was since she knew that Tory was her Doppelganger. "You're not from this world, are you?"
"How do you know that?" Lizzie asked.
"Do you have any idea who I am?" Rosalita replied. "I've been around for 2000 years. I'm the Queen of Hell. I know when something is out of place." Lizzie swallowed. Rosalita read her mind, realizing where she came from, laughing. "Lizzie Saltzman. I see all about your world, all the damage I caused there. And you see that I caused a lot more damage here. You came here by way of a Jinni's wishes, and you thought that you could trust it to give you what you wanted. A life with your cousin Madison Fell-Mikaelson only focused on you and your sister, rather than her other family? You should have known that she would go for the urn too."
"Yes," Lizzie agreed. "And you know what? Bouncing through her wonky worlds taught me something. I am selfish. I've made mistakes. But giving her the urn would be the biggest mistake of all. It could ruin everyone's life, like you ruined everyone here. It's bad enough that I did that to my own family time after time. I can't do it again."
Rosalita smirked, looking behind her. "You sure about that?" Lizzie followed her gaze, seeing that Alaric was being beaten down by Triad soldiers. Ablah appeared. Rosalita smirked. "Hello, Jinni."
"Hello, Rosalita," Ablah replied. "I've heard a lot about you. Interesting to finally get to meet you, in whatever reality."
Rosalita smiled, tilting her head. "Of course it is." She looked at Lizzie. "You're right. This world is where I destroyed it completely. And you have a chance to go back to a world that you didn't know that you loved until you wished it away. There's a world where your dreams come true. It's just not this one."
"Stop mocking me," Lizzie told her angrily. "You've tried to kill everyone in the other world, but you didn't because you enjoyed breaking them and toying with them too much."
Rosalita nodded, tilting her head. "Sounds like me."
"And I won't give you the satisfaction of breaking me like you've broken everyone else at one time or another," Lizzie told her defiantly.
Rosalita laughed. "You are already broken, my love. I don't need to break you."
"That just means that you can't break me anymore," Lizzie replied. "So read my lips, literal She-Devil. I am going to get out of this world, and there's nothing you can do to stop me."
"Why would I want to stop you?" Rosalita asked. "When you go back to your own world, the other version of me will just torment you and all you love even more."
"Not when she's locked away in Rae Salvatore-Mikaelson," Lizzie replied.
Rosalita smirked, raising her eyebrows. "You really think that someone like me, someone like her, would be locked away by someone like her if she didn't let her? The other me is up to something, I have no doubt about it."
"Whatever," Lizzie replied. She looked at Ablah. "I am never wishing you that urn. You want it so bad? Why didn't you just take it when it was right in front of you?"
In the background, Kassandra was ripping more creatures and humans to shreds. Maia caused a basically explosion behind Rosalita as she killed many more, at least 10 each.
"Because she can't," Rosalita answered. "Jinn can only do what someone wishes them to do. That's her curse. And she's just as broken as I was. Still am. Just as broken as Kassandra. As you. And everyone you love back home."
Lizzie realized what she could do, looking at Ablah. "But I know how to fix you."
"How?" Ablah asked.
"By winning your dumbass game," Lizzie answered. "I wish that you had never met the monster that sent you to Malivore."
Rosalita looked impressed by the wish, looking at Ablah, smirking. "If you never went to Malivore..."
"I'd had completed my 500 years of service," Ablah finished. "I'd be free."
Lizzie smiled. "That's my wish. Take it or leave it."
Ablah smiled. "Your wish is my command."
Lizzie laughed at Rosalita mockingly. "Boom! Suck on that! Now I know why Rae needs all the help she can get trying to control you, now that I've seen you live and in person. Why Emma and Danny need help after you screwed them over with mind control and visions. And everyone else for that matter. Now I know why Madison is always with them trying to help them, paying more attention to that side than the Forbes-Fell side."
Rosalita smirked in amusement, laughing sarcastically at what she knew would happen. "There's always a catch. You would never have met the Jinni either, you never would have come on your journey across wish worlds, which means..."
Lizzie realized, horrified. "I won't remember the merge."
"Not consciously," Ablah agreed. "You'll be just like all those poor souls I helped over the centuries who used their final wishes to reset their realities."
"What happened to them?" Lizzie asked.
"They found their worlds just as they left them," Ablah answered. "Only their minds weren't. Because somehow, our journeys stayed with them and slowly drove them insane. Kind of like what Rosalita likes to do with her playthings."
Giving a smile to Ablah, before turning to Lizzie, Rosalita mocked a gasp. "Like there's always a catch, there's always a loophole with magic. And when you find out your father's secret, as you inevitably will, history will likely repeat itself and you'll kill Josie all over again. But you have Madison in that reality, so maybe she could keep you and your twin from killing each other. Maybe not, since you technically killed everyone by wishing that Madison's other family teens weren't born, because they and Tory weren't able to stop me, since Tory was only able to even get close to my level because of using Hope's blood to turn into a tribrid. You killed everyone in this reality the second you made that third wish. Even Little Lyla. Maybe you'll have better luck back home." She smirked. "Goodbye, Lizzie."
Lizzie shook her head worriedly in horror. "I take it back. I--I wish to--"
Ablah raised her hand. "I thank you for my freedom."
"No, I said wait!" Lizzie cried.
Ablah snapped her fingers.

Real World
Day One (Same Day as the beginning)
Day - Salvatore Boarding School - Madison/Josie/Lizzie's Dorm Room
Lizzie woke in the real world, staring wide eyed into space.
She heard Josie and Madison, their voices echoing three times in her mind as she was disoriented. "Lizzie?"
Josie and Madison walked in.
"Please don't be mad at Madison," Josie told her.
Lizzie ran over to embrace Josie and Madison instantly.
Madison was surprised since in the real world, they had just had a fight not even five minutes before. "Oh. What's happening? Why are you suffocating us?"
Lizzie was very emotional. "I have no idea."
Josie and Madison exchanged a look, but were happy with the embrace, wrapping their arms around Lizzie and each other so the three girls could hold each other tightly.
-~-
Kitchen
Lizzie was making a sandwich, venting to Lyla, who was sitting on a counter to eat her own sandwich. "Look, I don't know when it started, but on a fundamental level, I think I'm broken. And I realize this is all very sudden, but I just, for whatever reason, have this feeling that something terrible is gonna happen if I don't change."
-
Lindsey/Ryan's Office
Lindsey, Ryan, Tory and Luke were talking.
"Klaus, Elijah, Kassandra, Kol, Eliza, Kacie, Mikayla or Lucien have anymore luck with finding answers for Nicola, Rae, Emma, Danny, Kassandra, a permanent fix for Ariara?" Luke asked. "I know Eliza's multitasking with Caroline to try and find a fix for Lizzie and Josie and the merge."
"Yeah, Eliza's multitasking, but no, none of them have had much more luck," Lindsey answered. "But they're gonna keep at it on their ends."
"Then we gotta keep at it on our end," Ryan told them.
"We'll find a way to fix everything, everyone," Tory told them. "We have to. We will find a solution."
-
Madison/Lizzie/Josie's Dorm Room
Madison was lying on her bed, studying.
Lizzie and Josie walked in.
Josie chuckled. "Hey, Madison. You got a sec?"
"Yeah," Madison answered, putting her books aside, sitting up. "Lizzie, despite what you may believe, I always want to have time with you and Josie. I know that I'm mostly with Rae, Emma, Danny, Ariara, Hope and Lyla, and Kaylin, Nicola, Tory, Luke, Lindsey and Ryan, and now Owen as a boyfriend, but... that does not mean that Nata, the Davis-Thompsons and the Salvatore-Mikaelsons are stealing me away from you. It's just that I'm trying to help them, and you and Josie."
"That's what I wanted to talk about," Lizzie told her. "I'm sorry about earlier. Look, I don't know what happened exactly, but after I snapped at you and Ariara, I realized how hard it must be for Rae, Emma and Danny given their damage from Rosalita, trying to control her. And Ariara after her Nata family/kingdom thing, and her animal conflicting sides trying to drive her out of her mind thing. And how awful it must be to feel and see every death that you can sense coming, like it's happening to you. You don't feel like it could drive you insane?"
Madison was surprised by the question. "Uh... yeah. Sometimes. I mean... I try to make it seem like it's nothing, because it's nothing compared to what you, Rae, Emma, Danny and Ariara have to go through, but..."
"It is not nothing, Madison," Josie told her. "I'm so sorry. I had no idea that it was that hard on you."
"Yeah, well, I try not to let people see how hard it is," Madison replied. "I don't want anyone to worry about me when they need to worry about everyone else a lot more. I'm not the one that can lose control and hurt or kill people."
Lizzie frowned, puzzled by that, since Madison had been insane and killing people in the first wish world because of losing her mind to grief and being a Banshee with the visions and feelings of all that death, but Lizzie didn't remember that world.
Josie gave Madison a look. "Still."
"Where is this coming from, Lizzie?" Madison asked.
"I don't know," Lizzie admitted. "But now I understand more about your other family and things they went through. And why they need all the help they can get. And how they can help you with what you see too. I wish I could help you with that. Like the way you and Josie help me with everything. I just wish we can hang with just you more." Josie nodded slowly in agreement. "Mom gave me all of these tools to manage my ups and downs, but... they all go out the window when it came to 'sharing you' with your other family."
Josie raised her eyebrows, taking a deep breath. "That seems pretty self-aware. What brought this on?"
"I have no idea," Lizzie confessed.
"Well, maybe it will come to you," Josie told her.
Josie and Lizzie sat next to Madison on her bed.
Madison nodded. "I promise that I will spend more time with you two."
"And I promise that I will try to get along more with your other family," Lizzie told her. "Try to be less of a bitch. Emphasis on the word 'try'. I know that there's still gonna be times when I wanna snap at them, mainly Ariara, Hope, Emma, Danny and Rae. But I actually like Little Lyla, so I'll start talking to her more."
Madison smirked, tilting her head. "Everybody loves Little Lyla."
Josie smiled. "Yeah, even I can say that everyone loves Little Lyla. And I'll try to get along better with Hope, Rae, Emma and Danny, too. I already get along with Ariara."
Madison looked at them gratefully. "I appreciate you trying."
Lizzie smiled. "I love you two."
Madison smiled. "Aw. I love you too."
Josie smiled. "I love you two too."
Madison, Lizzie and Josie couldn't help but laugh, as the three embraced.

Hallway
Lizzie was walking alone, coming across the gym, where Kaylin and Nicola were training with Hope, Rae and Owen, and Landon was watching intently to see what all they could do so he could hopefully do it in the future too.
Lizzie: (voice over, to Lyla) "The thoughts in my head, I think that they have something to do with you Davis-Thompsons and Salvatore-Mikaelsons."
Nicola chuckled. "Not bad, Owen. You're actually better at brawling than I thought you would be."
"Wanna teach me really how to fight now?" Owen asked.
"We can start today," Nicola answered.
Kaylin clapped. "All right, let's go again. Landon, feel free to take notes while you sit and learn from the masters."
Landon nodded sarcastically. "Thanks, Kaylin."
Hope and Rae laughed.
"Come on," Rae told them. "I'm getting restless here."
"And when Rae gets restless, entire buildings can burn," Hope pointed out.
Rae gave her an amused look. "Shut up, Hope."
Hope smiled.
Lizzie walked away from the gym, coming across Ariara, Emma and Danny.
"Hey," Danny told her. "What's up?"
"Hey," Lizzie replied, noticing they had a lot of books in arms. "What's all that?"
"Oh, we were thinking we could spell a barrier around the urn and set a trap, so when the next monster shows up, we can trap it," Emma answered.
Ariara made an effort to get along for Madison and Josie's shake. "Want to help?"
Lizzie, making an effort to be nice for Madison's sake, politely decline. "Pass."
Lizzie walked away. Danny, Emma and Ariara were not surprised she declined, but surprised that she was halfway decent to them.
Lizzie: (voice over) "But I can't put my finger on it."

Night - Salvatore Boarding School - Kitchen
Lyla was sitting on the counter, eating her sandwich.
Lizzie was making her own, venting. "I feel like I'm losing my mind. Any thoughts?"
"I don't know, Lizzie," Lyla told her. "Sounds like you got a lot going on. But, hey, if it makes you feel any better, so do I, Emma, Danny, Ariara, Hope and Rae. And definitely Madison too. And you and Josie promised Madison to make an effort to be nice to us, and we made the promise."
Lizzie smirked. "Like you need to make any promise to be nice. You're so sweet and innocent, Lyla."
Lyla frowned, giving her a look, determined. "I can still be a badass."
Lizzie smiled. "Yes, you can. And don't worry, I won't tell Tory and Luke you said that."
"I don't care if you do," Lyla told her, taking a bite of her food.
Lizzie watched her in amusement. "Isn't it past your curfew, Lyla? Go to bed. And leave the sandwich."
Lyla tilted her head. "But you said you wanted to talk."
"Did I?" Lizzie asked. "I can't imagine why."
Lyla slid off the counter. "Fine. I'll go." She walked up to Lizzie, looking up at her pointedly as she took a bite. "But I'm keeping the sandwich."
Lyla tilted her head sassily, turning around, walking out of the room. Lizzie watched her go, amused, shaking her head, chuckling, taking a bite out of her own sandwich.
