There was a screen shot of a Gossip Girl article announcing Serena and Noe's return and Noe's amnesia, with a picture of them at the Ivy League Party in 1.03.

Gossip Girl: (voice over) "Gossip Girl here. Your one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite."

From 1.05 "Noe Exit", outside Visconti, Jenny looked at Hope and Dan. "I know who Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra, and those other girls are, but I know who I am, and I'm not gonna forget that just 'cause I hang out with them."

From 1.04 "Black Diamond Thyra", in the art gallery, Rufus looked at Bex. "The previously mentioned excited artist is my wife."

"I thought you said the artist lived in Hudson," Bex told him. She handed Rufus his card. "if the trains ever stop running."

From 1.12 "School Lies", in the gallery, Lily looked at Rufus. "He proposed before we left, and I'm going to say yes. Take care, Rufus."

From 1.12 "School Lies", in the Waldorf Apartment, Chuck looked at Blair. "You telling Nate that you would like to make things work as well does sort of send the wrong signal to both of you. You're leading him on."

Dylan, Wyatt, Brooklyn and Thyra were standing nearby, listening, rolling their eyes.

"You're one to talk about leading someone on, Chuck," Brooklyn told him. "Dylan and I saw you last night trying to get with Noe before she brushed you off in an incredibly badass way for an amnesiac."

Wyatt looked at Chuck, raising his eyebrows. "And she's supposed to become your stepsister, not to mention the other girl Nate has feelings for. You are seriously twisted."

"Let's not waste time denying," Dylan told him.

Thyra rolled her eyes. "You know what? I'm tired of the blackmail you two keep springing up on us to keep us quiet, too."

"Oh, wait, the only blackmail you had on us was outing us to everyone, but, hey, we did that ourselves on Christmas Eve, so you don't have any leverage on us anymore," Brooklyn reminded them. "So how about Thyra just tells Nate since she's like family to him and Alex and have this all be over and done with?"

"Really?" Chuck asked. "You want to tell him how Blair slept with me and then faked her virginity for him?"

"I'll just tell him you're lying," Blair replied. "Who do you think he'll believe? You, who bangs anything in his field of vision, or me, his pure and honest girlfriend of many years?"

"Well, now he'll believe me," Chuck told her.

"Why?" Dylan asked.

"I have proof," Chuck answered, pointing at the door, where Vanessa had been standing and filming the entire conversation, holding out his hand.

"You knew she was watching?" Dylan asked.

Vanessa looked from Blair and Chuck to Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt, to Noe and Nate out in the living room. "Actually, quite a few new angles." She pointed at Chuck, then Blair and Noe. "Forceful playboy taking his best friend's girlfriend's virginity and trying to hook up with the amnesiac girl who could turn out to be his stepsister in soon future and also the other holder of his best friend's affections in a tale of forbidden love until she regains her memory." She pointed at Blair. "Spoiled rich girl manipulating everyone and helping the forceful playboy blackmail their little siblings, by blood and adoption alike, with their sexuality until they outed themselves on Christmas Eve, the golden boy and the black Diamond having other issues as well, dating the bisexual playboy and his twin sister, princess of the Upper East Side. While Nate and Noe over there have criminal fathers and have no idea that half of this is going on."

From 1.12 "School Lies", outside of school with Nate, Noe let her smile fade, nervous and confused, sighing. "We were more than best friends... before I lost my memory. Weren't we?" Nate didn't know how to answer, sighing. Noe nodded, looking down. "Did anything happen between us?"

"One time," Nate answered. "That's all I can say without Serena killing me."

Nate's goal to cheer her up worked. Noe smiled, laughing. Nate smiled.

From 1.12 "School Lies", on Noe's balcony, Noe and Eric were talking.

"I've been trying so hard to convince everyone that I'm fine, but after everything that happened the last few days..." Noe trailed off.

"You don't have to keep trying to convince us, Noe," Eric told her. "It's okay that you're not okay after what happened to you."

Noe turned to face him, sighing. "Yeah, but I want to be okay, Eric. And I don't want anyone else to worry about me because they all have their own lives to deal with."

From 1.12 "School Lies", in Alex's room, Alex and Hope were talking.

"Starting to see why Gossip Girl calls you the Upper East Side's Romeo and calls me Brooklyn's Juliet," Hope told him. "I don't love you for the money, about any of this. I love you for you."

They both realized what she said, chuckling in shock but happiness.

Alex nodded, smiling a little. "I know."

"Nothing can tear us apart," Hope told him. "I promise."

Alex stepped closer, placing a hand on her cheek. "What you said before... I love you, too."

They both smiled, starting to kiss slowly and passionately, more heatedly and deep, pulling away, leaning their foreheads together, smiling.

From 1.11 "Holiday Hope", in the room Serena had created "snow" in, Dan and Serena started to make out passionately. Serena pulled back the straps of her dress.

"Are we really gonna do this?" Dan asked.

"Yeah," Serena answered.

They continued to make out, laying down, not noticing in the sky light above them, that it was actually snowing.

From 1.08 "17 Candles", on the roof, Blair and Chuck were talking.

"Do you like me?" Blair asked.

From 1.08 "17 Candles", inside, Thyra and Brooklyn were walking down the hallway, pushing the door open, seeing Blair and Chuck kissing on the bed, stopping in shock, looking at each other in confusion.

Chuck: (voice over from 1.08 17 Candles) "Define like."

From 1.10 "Hi, Society", at the ball, While Blair led him to a room, Nate saw Chuck saw them, smiling, winking, thinking his best friend would be happy for him.

In the closing, there was a screen shot of the Gossip Girl website, with a picture of Nate and Blair at cotillion in 1.10.

The Headline read: King N and Queen B Rule Again

The caption underneath the picture read: No one thought that these two would get back together, but no one can be surprised either. What's Blair without Nate? He's the Jimmy to her Choos. The Dom to her Pengnon. But how long will it last this time?

Day One

Morning - Store

(Song:) Got Your Number - Nadio Oh feat. Space Cowboy

Serena was going through the store, looking through pregnancy tests, asking which one was better. A girl saw her, taking pictures of her.

Gossip Girl: (voice over) "What's the difference between gossip and scandal? So glad you asked, UES forever. Anyone can commit a minor indiscretion and generate a day's worth of buzz, but in order for gossip to birth a true scandal, it requires the right people to be in the wrong place. Take an 'it' girl on a pedestal. Add a crowd eager to see her fall and give them the means to knock her down."

All over the city, people were receiving the Gossip Girl blast about this.

Humphrey Loft - Hope/Jenny's Room

Jenny was sitting at her laptop, seeing the blast, screaming. "Dan!"

Dan, Hope and Rufus ran into the room, worried that something was wrong.

"What?" Hope asked. "What, what? You okay?"

Jenny saw Rufus behind them. "No, I'm fine. I was just testing my screaming to see its screaming efficiency."

Dan was very annoyed. "Hope, Dad, with your permission, now I'd like to kill her, please."

Hope walked toward Jenny. "What are you hiding?"

"Nothing," Jenny told her, stopping her from looking at her laptop. "Hope, stop. You're invading my privacy."

"This is a loft," Dan told her. "We have no privacy."

"Guys, stop," Jenny said. Dan, Hope and Rufus exchanged a look, nodding, lifting Jenny's chair to carry her away from the desk. "You guys. Dan, you're gonna be really sorry you did that."

Rufus opened Jenny's laptop, seeing the Gossip Girl blast. Dan and Hope saw it as well, both in shock.

"Hope, Jenny, would you excuse us?" Rufus asked.

Hope and Jenny left their room.

Street

Serena, Noe and Eric were walking together toward school.

Noe got the Gossip Girl blast, looking at Serena. "Is there something you want to tell us?"

"Am I that obvious?" Serena asked. "Yes, actually. That hair color is all wrong for you. You need to get the original blonde color back. I bet you're getting really tired of hair comments, aren't you?"

Noe nodded sarcastically. "That's funny. This isn't."

Noe held out her phone to show them.

"Since when did you start to get Gossip Girl blasts, Noe?" Eric asked.

"Since now, Eric, so just read it," Noe answered.

Serena and Eric read it, in shock.

Humphrey Loft - Hope/Jenny's Room

Dan and Rufus were sitting down.

Dan was very unnerved. "Please say something. A--anything would be better than this 'I am so disappointed in you' silence."

"Since the time you could walk, your mother and I, we knew you were special," Rufus told him. "You were very smart, very talented, and we promised each other we would do whatever it took to give you a bright future, and that did not include you becoming a teenage father."

"Dad, this wasn't apart of my plan, either," Dan told him. "Seriously not apart of the plan, but whatever Serena decides to do, I-I-I want to be there for her. I--I have to be there for her. I love her."

"Dan--" Rufus started.

"I do," Dan told him. "I do, whether she's pregnant, whether she's not pregnant, I--I love her."

Rufus sighed. "First things first. I think you need to talk to her. Maybe it's not even true."

"Did you hear what I just said?" Dan asked.

Rufus stood. "I heard you, and I hope you heard what I said."

Constance/St. Jude's School - Outside

(Song:) The Dark Side of Indoor Track Meets - Falling Up

Serena was pacing, waiting for Dan, annoyed with everyone looking at her and talking about her. "Yes, I'm pregnant, and it's yours." She saw Dan. "Hey, I've been calling you every two seconds for the past hour."

"Oh, I left my cell at home," Dan told her. "I--I kinda had a lot on my mind."

Serena nodded. "I know, and I'm--I'm sorry."

"No, wait, wait, wait, me first," Dan told her. "I'm sorry that you didn't feel that you could tell me, and no matter what you decide, I want you know to that I'm here for you because I-I-I... because I love you."

"Dan, I'm not pregnant, so you don't have to say that," Serena told him. "I mean, you don't have to, because, um, I get it. You would have done the right thing. Um, thank you, though. That--that's really sweet."

Dan seemed relieved but disappointed. "Yeah, yeah, of course. Well, hey, that's good news. The no baby part." Serena nodded. "That's really good news, like my dad's probably gonna throw a party good news."

"Your dad?" Serena repeated. "Look, can we actually talk later? I'm late to meet Blair, Thyra and Brooklyn. They're on the steps of the Met."

"Oh, yeah, no, go," Dan answered. "It can wait. Unlike Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra, who are waiting on the steps, right?"

Serena nodded. "Exactly, yeah. Okay, I'll talk to you later."

Dan gave her a goodbye kiss. "Okay, all right."

Met Steps

Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra, and their entourage, were sitting on the steps. Jenny walked up to them, sitting down.

"Jenny, hi," Thyra told her.

"You're late," Brooklyn told her.

"Yeah, I know," Jenny told them. "I had to drop some books off at the library. Sorry."

"Would you do me a favor?" Blair asked.

"Anything," Jenny answered.

"Move down a couple steps," Blair told her.

Jenny sighed, doing as told. "You know, this whole hazing thing is a getting a bit old, don't you think, B?"

"First of all, the hazing stops when I say it stops," Blair told her. "And for future reference, only my friends call me B."

Jenny was very annoyed, standing. "You know, I'm actually gonna go. I have to meet with Hope before class."

"Jenny..." Penelope trailed off.

"Please, she'll be back," Brooklyn told her.

Serena walked by Jenny. "Hey, you."

Jenny walked away. "Hey."

Serena walked up to the other girls. "Hey, guys."

"Hey," Thyra told her.

Isabel, Kati, Penelope and Hazel were awkward because of the blast.

"I'm not pregnant," Serena told them.

"Aw, cool," Kati said.

Isabel raised her eyebrows. "Congratulations."

"Celebratory drinks after school?" Brooklyn asked.

"Yeah, sure," Serena answered.

Thyra turned to her adoptive sister. "Blair, we need to talk with Brooklyn and Serena for a moment."

Brooklyn nodded. "Of course we do. Excuse us."

Brooklyn and Thyra took Blair by the arms since she wasn't going to get up, pulling her with them and Serena down the steps so they could talk alone.

"Did you get my text?" Serena asked.

"Of course, yes, we did," Brooklyn answered. "But we've been--"

"So then you know I told Dan I'm not pregnant," Serena told them.

"Yes, and I am so happy for you," Blair told her. "Close call, huh?"

Thyra rolled her eyes. "Are we really gonna play that old game, B?"

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Blair told her.

"Whenever something happens that's not a part of your plan, you pretend like it doesn't exist," Thyra answered. "You act like you're in this movie about your perfect life, then I have to remind you, the only one watching that movie is you."

"You admitted that your period was late," Brooklyn told her.

"Yes, I've been very stressed," Blair told them.

"And you're acting like a total bitch because you're not hormonal?" Serena asked.

"Well, she's a total bitch by personality, but we all think something else is going on here," Brooklyn told them.

Thyra gave her a look. "Brooklyn."

"Just take the test, B," Brooklyn told her.

Serena handed the test to Blair.

Blair hid it. "Stop it."

"Just take the test," Brooklyn told her. "You need to know if you and Chuck are gonna have a baby. If Dylan, Wyatt and I are gonna have a niece or nephew, adoptive niece or nephew to Thyra. Or if it's Nate's baby, and if Alex is gonna be the uncle."

Gossip Girl: (voice over) "And for a scandal to really blow up, all it needs is an unexpected turn."

Courtyard

(Song:) You'll Change - Machine Translations

In the courtyard for the school, Alex was sitting on a stone table, holding Hope close as they were both laughing lightly.

"Would you do me a really big favor?" Alex asked.

"Anything," Hope answered. "I mean, everything that I can do, at least. I don't know if it requires something that I'm not used to or something I can't do but--"

Alex smirked in amusement. "Hope."

Hope nodded, looking down. "Breathing." They chuckled. "What is it, Alex?"

"Nate and I are going to visit our dad in rehab," Alex answered. "Would you like to come with, so my dad has the chance to actually meet you and like you? Please?"

Hope was very surprised. "Really?"

"Yeah," Alex answered. "Just, my parents always found it weird that I wouldn't fall for any girls like Serena or Blair, or Thyra or Brooklyn or even Noe."

"You mean girls with money and popularity," Hope told him.

"Yeah," Alex answered. "I just want to give my dad the chance to get to know the real Hope Humphrey. And I'm sure he'll like you and approve you just like Nate does. Just like my mom will. I mean, all you gotta do is just be yourself. You always know how to make people laugh."

Hope smiled. "Alexander Archibald, you have never asked me for anything, and here you are, officially leaning on me. When you put it like that, how can I say no?"

Alex and Hope smiled, looking at each other for a moment, kissing slowly and passionately.

Classroom

Noe was here when the bell rang, and everybody started to pack up their stuff and leave.

"Exams are on the desk," the teacher called. "Pick them up as you leave." Everyone did as told. Noe was the last one to pick up her exam. "I got to say, Nevaeh, I'm really proud of how your grades have gone up since you've been back, even after everything that happened."

"It's just Noe," Noe corrected, confused, looking at her exam, seeing her grade, gasping silently. "I got an A."

"Yes, you did," the teacher agreed.

Noe smiled. "I can't believe this. Thank you."

"Well, I didn't do anything," the teacher told her. "You did. You don't have to thank me."

"You're right, but I do have to thank someone else," Noe told her. "My tutor, Wyatt Waldorf."

X•O°X•O

Hallway

Noe was looking around, finding Brooklyn, walking toward her. "Brooklyn, hey. Have you seen Wyatt?"

"Oh, hello to you, too, Noe," Brooklyn told her sarcastically. "Nice to see you, too, soon to be stepsister. How are you? Thyra and I are great, thanks for asking. And yes, these shoes are new. So glad you like them. I'm totally rocking them, right?"

Noe smiled. "I'm sorry, Brooklyn, I'm just so excited. I need to find Wyatt."

"He must be with Dylan in the music room," Brooklyn told her. "It's their place."

"Thank you so much," Noe told her. "I have to go. Talk later." She turned to leave, but stopped, turning back. "And by the way, Brooklyn, you totally are rocking those shoes."

Brooklyn smiled. "Thank you, Noe." She smirked in amusement, shaking her head. "Get out of here, girl."

Another Hallway

Noe was walking quickly down the boys' hall toward the music room, running into Dylan.

Dylan helped steady her. "Oh, sorry, Noe."

"Dylan, don't worry," Noe told him. "It's fine. It was my fault."

"What are you doing in this part of the school?" Dylan asked.

"Looking for Wyatt," Noe answered.

"So am I," Dylan told her.

Noe looked at the paper in Dylan's hand. "What you got there?"

Dylan looked at the paper in Noe's hand. "Nothing. What do you got there?"

Noe shook her head. "Nothing."

"Looks like an exam," Dylan told her.

"So does yours," Noe replied.

"Possibly," Dylan answered. "Why are you taking a paper to Wyatt?"

Noe crossed her arms. "No reason. Why are you?"

Dylan shook his head. "No reason."

"Looks like you want him to see your grade," Noe told him.

"Maybe," Dylan admitted. "But so do you."

Noe nodded. "Maybe."

"If you do, then you should know he would see mine first," Dylan told her.

"What if I want him to see mine first?" Noe asked.

"You would be disappointed, then," Dylan told her.

"Okay, how about this?" Noe asked. "First one to get there shows their exam first."

"Deal," Dylan answered.

Noe shook his hand. "Deal."

They were glaring at each other in a friendly showdown way before taking off running, laughing a little, and when they got to a corner, Noe passed Dylan by because a crowd of students blocked his path.

Noe turned around, seeing Dylan behind the crowd of students, smirking victoriously. "Oops, I guess I won. See you later, Dylan."

Noe ran off again.

Dylan pushed his way through the crowd, calling after her in a funny way. "Noe!"

Music Room

Beck: (Froy Gutierrez)

Noe walked in abruptly, surprising Wyatt.

Wyatt was giving lessons to another student. "Jeez, Noe, you scared me."

"Sorry, didn't know you had company," Noe told him. "I've been looking for you everywhere."

"Well, I'm here, and this is Beck," Wyatt explained, gesturing to the student.

"Hi, Beck," Noe told him.

"Hi," Beck told her. "You're Nevaeh, right?"

"It's just Noe," Noe and Wyatt said at the same time, sharing a surprised look, smiling.

"Right, sorry," Beck agreed. "Well, I better get going, then."

"Okay, remember to practice the sheets that I told you, too," Wyatt told him.

"Will do," Beck agreed. "Thanks, Wyatt. Goodbye, Noe."

Noe waved. "Bye." Beck left. "I'm sorry, Wyatt. I should've known the Upper East Side's golden boy would be doing something. You always are."

"You remember that nickname?" Wyatt asked.

Noe smiled. "Yep. But that's not what's important. Here, look at this." She showed him the paper, excited. "Go on, open it, open it."

Wyatt was amused, taking the paper. "Okay." He opened the paper, seeing her grade. "Oh, my God, Noe, you got an A."

Noe smiled smugly. "Yes, I did."

Wyatt smiled, hugging her. "Oh, congratulations. I'm so proud of you."

"Hey, it's all thanks to you," Noe told him.

"No, it's all thanks to how smart you are," Wyatt told her.

"Well, that, too," Noe agreed.

They both laughed.

Dylan walked in hurriedly, pointing at Noe. "That was cheating."

Noe smirked, shrugging. "Hey, all is fair in war, Dylan."

"What are you guys talking about?" Wyatt asked.

"We might have had a race to see who would get here first," Dylan answered.

"Seriously?" Wyatt asked.

"Yeah," Noe answered. "We wanted to see your proud father face."

"My what?" Wyatt asked.

"You know, whenever we do something right, you got this proud father face that makes us feel good about it," Dylan answered.

"I do not," Wyatt denied.

Noe smiled, nodding. "You really sort of do."

Wyatt laughed. "You two are unbelievable, honestly. Hard to believe that you're gonna be future step siblings." Noe and Dylan laughed in response to Wyatt's sarcasm. "Dylan, what did you want to show me?"

"This," Dylan answered, handing Wyatt his paper.

Wyatt opened the paper, seeing Dylan's grade, smiling surprise, proud. "Oh, you got an A too. I'm so proud of you." Wyatt and Dylan embraced, kissing passionately as if they had forgotten Noe was there. Noe was amused but annoyed, walking to the piano, pressing the keys loudly, making the boys pull away. Wyatt blushed. "I'm so sorry, Noe, I forgot you were there."

Dylan shrugged. "I'm not." Wyatt hit him on the shoulder, giving him a look. "What? Noe's gonna learn the hard way by being the stepsister to Dylan, Brooklyn and Chuck Bass."

"It's fine," Noe told them.

"Well, forgetting that moment," Wyatt told them. "I'm really proud of you guys. You know what? I'm going to take you out. Who wants ice cream?"

"We would love to," Dylan answered.

They all smiled, walking toward the door.

Noe looked at Wyatt. "You sound like a proud dad again."

"It's inevitable," Dylan told her.

"Oh, shut up," Wyatt told them.

They laughed, leaving the room.

X•O°X•O

Outside

Wyatt, Dylan and Noe walked outside, laughing, nearly running into Nate, backing off.

Noe laughed lightly. "Sorry, Nate."

"It's fine," Nate told them. "What are you guys doing together?"

"Well, Noe, Serena, Eric, Brooklyn, Chuck and Dylan are gonna be family," Wyatt pointed out. "They might as well get used to being around each other."

"Okay, so why are you all laughing?" Nate asked.

Dylan patted Noe on the shoulder. "I'm sure Noe will be happy to tell you. See you, Nate. Come on, Wyatt."

Dylan smirked, winking at Nate.

Nate knew that Dylan was trying to help set them up and easing into it, giving him a look. "Dylan..." Dylan smirked. Wyatt sighed. Noe frowned, looking between the boys. Wyatt and Dylan walked away. Nate looked at Noe. "What was that about?"

Noe smiled, showing him her paper. "Uh, Dylan and I were excited to show Wyatt that we both got this."

Nate smiled, chuckling. "Never seen you or Dylan so excited about school, Noe."

Noe smirked, shrugging. "Well, Dylan was excited to show his boyfriend how far he had come, and I was excited, given what happened to me, for me to get this. Go ahead, Nate, look at it."

Nate looked at her in amusement, looking at the grade, surprised, laughing lightly. "You got an A."

"Yep," Noe agreed, smiling, laughing, happily hugging Nate.

Nate smiled, picking her up and spinning her around, causing her to laugh, putting her down. "Congratulations, Noe. You're doing better than I am in school, though that's not saying much."

They both laughed.

"Oh, thank you," Noe told him. "I really needed the laughter after everything. You always get to laugh somehow."

They smiled.

"After the accident, I can see why you were so excited about getting that grade," Nate told her.

"Yeah, because it means that I'm not stupid or completely damaged for the rest of my life," Noe told him.

Nate gave her a look. "Hey, you're not stupid. And everyone has damage."

"Not everyone has brain damage from glass going through their temple and having lost all their memories and having to get it all back," Noe replied.

Nate nodded in agreement. "True, but you're proving that you can do this even after everything you went through. You're still smart, Noe."

"Nate, the doctor said I might make stupid decisions that I can't always think through, like at cotillion, or breaking into the pool, or..." Noe trailed off.

"Well, stick around the Upper East Side, and you'll see that practically everyone makes stupid decisions," Nate told her. Noe laughed lightly. Nate smiled. "So don't feel bad."

"Well, Wyatt, Dylan and I are going out to get some ice cream, Nate," Noe told him. "You wanna come along?"

"Oh, can't," Nate answered. "Me, Alex and Hope are gonna visit my dad in rehab later Alex asked Hope to come along so that our dad can have the chance to get to know her and like her as Alex's girlfriend. I mean, it's awkward to go there, since I don't know what to say anymore."

Noe nodded in understanding. "Oh. Well, at the Ivy Week party, your dad was nice to me, so I know that the things people are saying about him aren't completely true."

"No, but some are," Nate answered. "After that party you mentioned, when you told everyone the truth about what happened to you, my dad used that as an advantage to get me another shot at Dartmouth."

Noe nodded, looking down. "You didn't have to tell me that."

"Yeah, but you deserved to know," Nate told her. "You deserve to know everything, Noe, but..."

"But people are worried about telling me too much and making me freak out," Noe finished. "I know, Nate. Plus, Serena would kill anyone who did that." They both chuckled. "So don't worry about it. I'll remember enough to know everything soon. I hope so, at least."

Nate considered all of this. "You know what? On second thought, maybe I do have enough time for a little bit of ice cream with you, Wyatt and Dylan before going with Alex and Hope to see my dad."

Noe smiled.

Humphrey Loft - Living Room

Jenny, Hope and Dan were coming home.

Hope looked at Jenny. "Well, at least now you know."

"Know what, that I've wasted half the year trying to be friends with people that are never going to like me?" Jenny asked.

"Uh, yeah, that's exactly it," Hope answered.

Rufus walked closer. "Hey, guys. So..."

Dan took off his blazer. "Dad, you're not gonna be a grandfather."

Rufus was in too much shock to register that at first. "That's cool. That's really cool." He really processed the news, starting to cheer. "Yes, yes, yes. Yes! Yes!"

Hope, Jenny and Dan laughed.

"And I thought I was relieved," Dan told them. "It's not all good news, though. I--I told her I love her, and she thinks I only said that because I thought she was pregnant."

"Well, son, that's probably a good thing," Rufus told him. "Gives you a minute to stop back and enjoy being 17. You two were moving a bit too fast anyway."

"So is this not a good time for you to tell you that Alex asked me to visit his father in rehab when he and Nate go?" Hope asked sarcastically. "Alex wants his parents to get to know me so they don't judge me for being from Brooklyn with no money anymore."

Rufus pointed at her. "We will talk about that later. You and Alex literally just turned 16 over the last few months. I'm late for the gallery, but we can talk more later."

Rufus left.

Hope stood. "Well, I'm going with Nate and Alex to visit their dad."

"Good for you, Hope," Jenny told her. "Unlike Dan, you never give up easily."

"Can you two not start with me?" Dan asked.

"Can you not be so easy to start with?" Hope replied.

"Why are you taking his advice?" Jenny asked. "He's old and alone."

"What?" Dan asked.

Hope rolled her eyes. "Tell Serena again, without the pregnancy scare, in a quiet, no distractions kind of way. But then again, like Dad said, I'm only 16. What do I know about romance?"

"No, no, no, no, no," Dan told her. "Actually, Hope, that--that's a very good idea."

Hope smiled. "Oh, right. What would you do without me and Jen?"

Dan pointed at both his sisters. "Promise me I will find out one day."

Waldorf Apartment - Blair's Room

Thyra and Brooklyn were talking to Blair.

"Hey, B," Brooklyn told her.

"What are you two doing in here?" Blair asked.

"Serena wanted to come up but Dorota told her that you don't want any visitors," Thyra told her.

"Can we talk later?" Blair asked. "Despite your best efforts to ruin it, I'm actually having a good day, and I don't want anything to spoil it."

"Well, you're doing plenty of spoiling yourself given the fact that you and Chuck blackmailed me, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt with our sexuality just to keep quiet about you sleeping with Chuck, so Nate and Alex and Noe didn't find out," Thyra replied. "Or right after that, how you slept with Nate, and we don't know who could be the father. Not to mention Vanessa's video that had caught Chuck hitting on Noe, the future stepsister to him, Dylan and Brooklyn, and everything else we had already been dealing with."

"Look, B, I understand why you're reluctant to burst your happy bubble, but we're not giving up," Brooklyn told her. "Before you start planning your perfect life, don't you think you should--"

Blair gave them both a look. "Thyra, Brooklyn, I'm not pregnant."

Thyra and Brooklyn scoffed, leaving the room. They didn't see Serena on the stairs with Dorota, who had heard everything, in shock.

Night - Humphrey Loft - Living Room

It was dark in the room. Serena and Dan were eating spaghetti, but Serena was clearly distracted.

"What's wrong?" Dan asked. "Was it something I cooked?"

"No, no, no, no," Serena answered. "I'm sorry. It's honestly the best spaghetti I've ever tasted."

Dan nodded in amusement. "Thank you, even if I did have to drag it out of you myself."

Jenny walked through the room to the kitchen. "Hey, guys."

"Hey, Jenny," Serena told her.

"Go back to your room, Jenny," Dan told her.

"I'm just getting juice," Jenny told them. "It's boring in the room without Hope since she went with Alex and Nate to visit their dad."

Dan noticed that Jenny was spying on them, looking at Serena. "Excuse me." He stood, walking toward his youngest sister. "Hey, Jen, could you do me a favor and drink your juice at Vanessa's, maybe?"

"I'm going back to my and Hope's room, closing the door, putting my headphones on and ignoring you and your date," Jenny lied.

Dan gave her a thumbs up. "Excellent. Thank you."

Jenny went back to the room, listening to everything. Dan went back to the table with Serena.

"Where were we?" Serena asked.

"Um, well, let--let's try this," Dan told her. "Why don't you tell me what's on your mind? Then it can be on our minds, and our minds can worry about what's on your mind, together."

Serena was very amused, giggling. "I have no idea what you just said."

Dan shook his head. "I don't know what I said either, but, um, what I'm saying now... is talk to me."

"I never thought I was pregnant," Serena explained. "The test was for Blair."

"Oh, wait, wait, I'm confused," Dan told her. "She just got back together with Nate, and they're not even sure where they stand. So..." Serena shook her head. "Oh. Then who?"

"Chuck," Serena answered.

"Chuck?" Dan repeated. "And Blair? Blair and Chuck? Then why isn't he the one buying the test?"

"Because..." Serena trailed off.

"Because he's an ass?" Dan asked.

"Who doesn't know," Serena answered.

"Why not?" Dan asked. "I mean, there's no love lost between me and Chuck Bass, but I gotta believe he--he deserves to know."

"Well, I think the reason she hasn't told him is because they both blackmailed Thyra, Brooklyn, Wyatt and Dylan to keep it secret from Nate, and Alex by default since he would tell his brother if he knew," Serena explained. "Using their sexuality and relationships to keep them quiet. I overheard Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra talking about a video Vanessa had about Chuck also hitting on Noe at the pool when he, Dylan and Brooklyn are gonna be our step siblings in the future, and that Blair apparently also slept with Nate. I just--I'm so worried about all of this, and especially now that I know Noe is involved in when she doesn't even know, and Nate and Alex don't know either, or..."

Dan nodded in understanding, pulling Serena into his arms. "Come here."

Jenny had been listening to everything.

Rufus was making a sell to a woman named Bryn. "This may be the most amazing purchase you'll ever make in your entire lovely existence."

"Your day almost over?" Bryn asked.

"Not quite," Rufus answered. 'I've got a few canvases to wrap and a little more paperwork."

"I'm trying to get you to ask me out for after work drinks," Bryn explained.

Rufus was surprised. "Oh, oh. Uh, okay. I'm sorry I didn't realize."

They noticed Bex was here.

Bryn handed her number to Rufus. "I guess you're not done for the day after all, but when you are, call me."

Bryn left. Rufus walked over to Bex.

"Hi, Rufus," Bex told him. "Remember me?"

"Bex, right?" Rufus asked. "Art dealer. Yeah, you bought a very special piece for Lily van der Woodsen."

"I'm looking for some things for a couple other clients," Bex explained. "Any new discoveries since the last time I was here?"

"A few," Rufus answered. "There's a beautiful mixed media piece on this wall over here.

"As I recall, you had a wife in Hudson," Bex told him. "That still true?"

"Uh, she's still there, I'm still here," Rufus answered. "Made things a little difficult."

"Still trying?" Bex asked.

"I'm trying to move on," Rufus answered.

Bex nodded in understanding. "Hmm, tomorrow night too soon to start?"

"I suppose not," Rufus answered.

Bex smiled. "Sounds good."

Rufus chuckled. "Okay."

Brooklyn walked in to talk to her brothers. "Dylan! Chuck!"

"You don't have to shout, Brooklyn," Chuck told her. "Though I suppose that's normal for you."

"I need to talk to you," Brooklyn told them. "And Chuck, we really need to trust you. I'm hoping that deep down inside, you're actually a decent person and won't make me regret this."

"This is about Blair, isn't it?" Chuck asked. "I'm not going to tell Nate about us. I tortured her, got bored and moved on."

"There's no moving on just yet," Brooklyn told him. "The pregnancy test wasn't for Serena. It was for Blair."

"What?" Dylan asked.

"She won't take it," Brooklyn explained. "And we don't know who's the--"

"Well, it's not me," Chuck told her. "We used a condom."

"So what, then, Nate?" Dylan asked.

Chuck nodded. "Obviously. I handle my business. Apparently Nate doesn't. They slept together just after we did. It's him you should be asking for help."

Day Two

Morning - Humphrey Loft - Kitchen

Dan and Hope walked up to Rufus, ready for school.

Hope yawned. "Hey, Dad."

Rufus turned to face them. "I need to talk to you about something."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," Hope told him. "It's a little early in the morning for the teens gone wild contingency plan, isn't it?"

"It's not about your relationships with Alex or Serena," Rufus told them.

"Oh, then what?" Dan asked.

"I need to know how you and Jenny would feel if I went out tonight for a drink with a woman," Rufus answered.

"Well, I guess I feel like you shouldn't wear that shirt, or there will not be a second date," Hope answered.

"Really?" Rufus asked.

"Really," Dan answered.

"Thanks," Rufus told them. "Now I guess I just have to worry about Jenny then."

Jenny walked into the room.

"Good morning," Dan told her.

"Hi," Jenny greeted.

"Good morning, sunshine," Hope told her.

"Dad, where'd you get that shirt?" Jenny asked.

"What's wrong with this shirt?" Rufus asked.

"Nothing, as long as you don't plan to wear it out of the house," Jenny answered.

"It's worse," Hope told her. "He plans on wearing it on a date."

"For drinks, if that's okay," Rufus told her.

Jenny nodded, but gave the shirt a disgusted look. "Whatever. It's awful."

"Guess you have your answer," Dan told him.

"Answer to what?" Jenny asked.

Rufus, Dan and Hope spoke together. "Nothing."

Blair, Wyatt and Thyra were having breakfast with Dorota, ready for school.

Brooklyn walked in, also ready for school. "Morning, Dorota."

"Good morning, Miss Brooklyn," Dorota told her.

"Anybody notice the weather today?" Brooklyn asked. "Take a look outside, B. My first response would be that the sky is a clue blue easy."

"Dorota, you may be excused now," Blair told her.

Wyatt gave Blair a look. "I can't believe you made Thyra and Brooklyn keep me in the dark about this pregnancy scare with Nate or Chuck. We're trying to help you, Blair. Even Serena was, by letting another rumor about her run rampant. The whole school heard, even Dan."

Eleanor walked in. "What's going on?"

"Ask Blair," Wyatt told her. "Her version of the story's always better."

Blair remained silent.

Brooklyn gave her a look. "Fine."

Brooklyn left, leaving the Waldorfs alone.

"You all right?" Eleanor asked.

"Never been better," Blair told her.

"Well, Brooklyn, Wyatt and Thyra have," Eleanor told her. "What's wrong?"

"I don't know," Blair told her. "I can't be held responsible for their mood swings."

Wyatt and Thyra gave her a look.

"Were you arguing about the possibility that your condition may have returned?" Eleanor asked.

Blair shook her head. "No, and it hasn't."

"I heard you the other day, in your bathroom, with the water running," Eleanor told her.

"I'm very stressed," Blair told her. "And with you, Wyatt, Thyra and Brooklyn down my throat, I can hardly think straight, never mind keep food down."

"Wyatt, Thyra, what about the two of you?" Eleanor asked.

"What about us?" Thyra asked.

"The depression, anxiety, anger," Eleanor answered. "I wanted to make sure your medication was working."

"It's working fine, Mother," Wyatt answered.

"Maybe you three just need to take a little break, huh?" Eleanor asked. "Visit Harold? Lyon is beautiful this time of year."

"Maybe this summer," Wyatt told her.

Thyra nodded in agreement. "Summer sounds great."

Eleanor pointed to their food. "Finish your breakfast."

Blair's Bathroom

Wyatt and Thyra were here for Blair as they waited for the pregnancy test results.

Blair sighed. "I'm not pregnant. I command myself not to be pregnant."

Blair looked at the results, making a call on her phone to Brooklyn.

Brooklyn and Dylan were walking down the street.

"Hello?" Brooklyn answered.

"Hey, Brooklyn, it's Blair," Blair told her. "Is Dylan with you?"

"I'm walking with Dylan right now," Brooklyn answered.

"Good, because all four of you need to hear this," Blair told them. "Two things. First, I'm sorry for everything I've been doing to the four of you the last few weeks given everything with Chuck and Nate, and everything the past few days with the pregnancy scare."

"Okay," Dylan said.

"We understand," Wyatt told her. "Apology accepted."

Blair was only a little surprised. "Well, that was fast. If I were you, I would've made me work for it a little bit harder."

"Well, I want to," Dylan told her.

"Ignore Dylan," Brooklyn told her. "I think you've suffered enough."

"And second thing," Blair told them.

"Wait, that's already, like, three things," Dylan told her.

"Blair took the test," Wyatt told them. "She's not pregnant."

Blair, Thyra and Brooklyn squealed with happiness and excitement and relief. Dylan and Wyatt laughed lightly at their reactions.

"Oh, my God, are you kidding me?" Brooklyn asked. "Oh, I am so happy."

"I would have had no idea what to wear to a paternity hearing," Thyra told them.

"Clean slate?" Blair asked.

"Oh, clean slate," Dylan answered.

"Oh, I'm so happy," Brooklyn told them. "See you guys at school."

Blair was walking up to the school, past where Chuck was smoking a joint. Chuck put out his joint, following her.

"Oh, don't stop on my account," Blair told him.

"Oh, I have to," Chuck told her. "Secondhand smoke is bad for the, uh--"

"I'm not pregnant, so goodbye," Blair told him. "Mistake so far in my past I can hardly remember."

"You cannot be serious," Chuck told her, reaching to her stomach.

Blair backed away. "You can't be touching me. Look, if you were gonna tell Nate, you would have done so in Monaco, but you don't want him to hate you, and you know he would, especially after finding out that we blackmailed Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt with their sexuality when it was still secret, and after finding out that you were coming onto Noe at the pool even when you know she's bound to be your step sister, and Brooklyn and Dylan's, and after the way you've been treating her in front of everyone, given her mind state. Game over."

"Game's not over until I say it is," Chuck told her.

"Then have fun playing with yourself," Blair replied, walking away.

Angry, Chuck texted Gossip Girl, sending the tip:

GG. S not pregnant, covering for Blair. Same Blair whose sheets were rumpled by two guys in one week.

Alex was catching papers that were blowing away with the breeze, coming back over to the table where Hope was sitting for their picnic. "Got 'em." Hope chuckled. "Are you cold?"

Hope shook her head. "I'm okay."

"It's pretty cold," Alex told her. "Here, let me get this blanket. This will be better to keep you warm."

Alex put the blanket over her.

Hope smiled, getting something to drink for both of them. "Um, you--you want some ginger ale? Here. I brought this for us. We can have a nice little drink. Um, it might be a little cold, actually."

"Hope, you okay?" Alex asked. "You're doing that, um, thing."

Hope nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I--I know. I'm sorry. It's just, with everything going on with Dan and Serena, my dad thought they were moving too fast, and then he said that he may have thought that you and I were. Alex, we're not moving too fast, are we?"

"We haven't gone further than making out," Alex pointed out. "I don't think so, Hope. In--In the short time we've known each other, you--you've become really important to me, especially how you're there for me given everything happening with my family, and I wanted you to burden me with your family drama the same way I have been burdening you with mine."

Hope took him by the hand. "You're not burdening me with anything, Alex. Trust me. I actually liked going to meet your father with you and Nate last night, even though I met him while he was in rehab."

Alex smiled in relief. "Good. I'm glad, Hope. And now that he actually knows you, I really think that he likes you."

"Well, I like him to, given the circumstances," Hope told him. "Whatever you need from me, like you asked yesterday, you can ask anytime."

"Well, hopefully, I don't have to ask too much of you for anything," Alex told her. "All I really need is you."

Hope smiled. "All I need is you, too. I love you."

Alex smiled. "I love you, too." They kissed slowly and passionately for a moment, pulling away, leaning their heads together. "What do you say after this, we get some ice cream or something?"

"Definitely," Hope answered. "Yeah, but can we eat first? 'Cause I'm starving."

Alex smiled, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, let's eat."

As school was letting out, the Gossip Girl blast Chuck had sent was hitting every phone.

"Can you believe this?" Noe asked. "Oh, my God."

Jenny walked closer. "What?"

"Jenny, come look at this," Noe told her.

Jenny walked closer to look at Noe's phone to read the blast. Inside, Nate, Hope and Alex were reading.

Gossip Girl: (voice over) "Looks like the virgin queen isn't as pure as she pretends to be. Who's your daddy, B? Baby daddy, that is. Two guys in one week? Talk about doing the nasty. Or should I just say being nasty, considering you blackmailed Thyra, Brooklyn, Wyatt and Dylan into silence with their sexuality before they revealed it themselves on Christmas Eve?"

Blair walked down the steps, everyone staring at her and talking behind her back. She looked at Brooklyn and Thyra. "Have you seen Nate?"

"No," Thyra answered, worriedly looking around. "We need to find him and Alex."

Noe and Jenny walked inside, finding Alex, Hope and Nate. Nate looked completely numb. Alex and Hope were in shock.

"We saw it," Noe told them.

"Yeah, Blair's gonna freak out," Nate told them. "So are Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt. I mean, this is a total lie."

Jenny nodded unconvincingly, looking down. "Yeah. Of course it is."

Hope frowned. "You're doing that thing again. Where you look down when you're lying."

"Jenny, look, I know you're friends with Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra, Dylan and Wyatt, and you'd never want to do anything to betray them, but if you know anything..." Alex trailed off.

"Well, Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra were never really my friends, and I barely know Wyatt and Dylan," Jenny told them, tilting her head.

"So..." Noe trailed off.

Jenny nodded. "So, yeah, there's something you guys should know."

Nate stormed at Chuck, pushing him against his limo. "Did you do it, huh? You son of a bitch, I could kill you."

Alex ran up to them, pulling Nate back. "Hey, can we talk about this without your hands around Chuck's neck? Calm down."

Hope and Noe were watching along with others in the crowd.

Chuck stood. "Thank you, Alex."

"What'd you do?" Alex asked. "Did you get what you wanted from Blair, like you do with all those other girls, then blackmailed Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt to stay quiet even with everyone going on with them? With Thyra and Wyatt especially? With their sexuality, really, Chuck? Even Noe?"

"Yes, Alexander, I took what Blair kept throwing at Nathaniel and he kept throwing back, and yes, I did everything to Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan, Wyatt and Nevaeh that you just said," Chuck answered.

"Oh, so somehow you screwing Blair for sport and you blackmailing Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt, and you messing with Noe is my fault?" Nate asked.

"I didn't screw Blair for sport," Chuck told him. "She needed someone, and I was there."

"Oh, so you cared about her?" Nate asked.

Chuck sighed. "You guys were broken up."

"What, for how long?" Nate asked. "A week? An hour?"

"So the cotillion, you started that fight too, used Nate and Noe to do it?" Alex asked. "You did, didn't you? We know about the video, Chuck."

"Look, I am sorry, all right?" Chuck asked. "About what I did to Brooklyn and Dylan, Thyra and Wyatt, Noe. And I know how long you and I have been best friends, okay?"

Nate pushed him away. "No, it's not okay, Chuck. From now on, you stay away from me."

Chuck turned to go after him. "Nate."

"Did you hear what I said?" Nate asked. "You stay the hell away from me, Chuck!"

Nate and Alex walked away, walking past Hope and Noe. Hope and Noe sighed.

Chuck looked at the other people watching. "Show's over." He looked at Noe. "Unless you enjoyed it and would ride home with me."

"You really are sick," Noe told him, walking away.

"So I've been told," Chuck replied, getting into his limo, waiting to be driven away.

Noe scoffed, rolling her eyes, shaking her head and kept on walking. Hope followed.

"What are you doing here?" Alex asked.

"Your mom let me in," Thyra answered. "Look, I know you two are mad, and I wanted to explain."

"You don't have to explain anything, Thyra," Nate told her. "We know that Blair and Chuck blackmailed you, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt, and we know what they blackmailed you with."

"Nate..." Thyra trailed off. "Alex... I wanted to tell you. I really, really did, but things got so out of control."

"And not to mention that Blair and Wyatt are now your adoptive brother and sister," Alex told her. "How exactly can we be mad at you for that, after what Blair and Chuck did to you, Wyatt, Dylan and Brooklyn, what is already going on with you and Wyatt? Is it true about everything Chuck did with Noe, though? The fight at cotillion, the video, at the pool?"

"Yes," Thyra answered. "How did you..."

"Jenny," Alex answered.

"Jenny?" Thyra repeated.

"And I don't want any of the blame falling on her, Thyra," Alex told her. "It doesn't need to be on her any more than it does on you, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt."

"I just wanted to explain," Thyra told them. "I wanted you to know that I wanted to tell you two more than anything but..."

"It's not your fault, Thyra," Nate told her. "We know how Chuck and Blair are with blackmail like that. They deserve each other."

"I just didn't know what to do," Thyra admitted.

"It shouldn't have been up to you to do anything," Alex told her. "They should have never dragged you into this, Thyra. They shouldn't have dragged Wyatt, Dylan or Brooklyn into it either. Or Noe."

Thyra sighed in relief that she wasn't going to lose them over this, closing her eyes. "I'll go now. Give you two some time. I'm just really sorry."

Thyra walked toward the door.

"Thyra," Alex told her. Thyra paused at the door. "You can still come here any time you want. You're still family. Always."

Nate nodded in agreement. "But tell Blair I want nothing to do with her anymore."

Thyra sighed sadly, nodding, leaving. Alex and Nate exchanged a look, sighing.

Serena found them in the other room.

"I can't believe you told Jenny about everything going on with us and Chuck," Blair told her. "We know you overheard us the other day."

"Yes, but I didn't tell Jenny," Serena answered.

"Because of her, everybody knows the intimate details of our private lives, and now Nate told Thyra to tell Blair that he wants nothing to do with her anymore," Brooklyn explained.

"But I--I told you, I didn't tell Jenny," Serena told them. "I don't know how she found out."

"Did you tell Dan?" Wyatt asked.

"What?" Serena asked.

"You did," Wyatt realized.

"You told your low rent boyfriend, and he told his social climbing sister who wears hand me downs from me and Brooklyn, and she blabbed to Nate, Alex, Noe and Hope," Blair told her.

"I can't believe you're attacking Dan and Jenny," Serena told her. "Though I doesn't come as a surprise since you've been attacking Noe, Thyra, Brooklyn, Dylan and Wyatt."

"Don't make this a bigger fight, please," Thyra told them. "Did you or did you not tell Dan?"

"I did," Serena answered. "But only because I found out that Noe was involved, and I wanted advice on how to deal with it."

"I can't believe you don't get it," Blair told her. "The rules are different for the Nevaeh and Serena van der Woodsens of the world. People expect you to party and be wild, sleep with whoever you want, run away, come back."

"Wait, are we really going back there?" Brooklyn asked.

Blair ignored them, looking at Serena. "You and Noe shot your reputations to hell a long time ago. It doesn't matter what you do, but I'm a Waldorf."

"Well, obviously, you don't need me and my low rent taste," Serena told her. "You and the Waldorf name can weather the storm alone."

"With pleasure," Blair replied.

"I would be careful, Blair," Serena told her. "With the way you're acting, you're not even gonna have Wyatt, Thyra, Brooklyn and Dylan to help you after what you keep doing to your brother, the Diamond and the Bass twins."

"Hey, Jenny," Penelope told her.

"Hi," Jenny greeted.

"Are you joining us?" Hazel asked.

Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra walked up to them.

"What are you doing here?" Brooklyn asked.

"I was just leaving," Jenny told them.

"No, stay," Penelope told her. "Blair, given you can barely manage your own messy affairs, and the way you've blackmailed your own brother, adoptive sister and their lovers, Wyatt, Thyra, Brooklyn your protege and Dylan, surely you're not in a position to tell anyone where they can and can't eat."

"Do you realize who you're talking to?" Blair asked.

"You mean a self-righteous bitch who always sat on her own high horse judging everyone else?" Hazel asked. "Sexually blackmailing Wyatt, Thyra, Brooklyn and Dylan to keep your own secrets, and attacking the amnesiac Noe. Pregnant little hypocrite."

"Not that it's any of your business, but she's not pregnant," Thyra told them.

"Nate must be thrilled," Hazel mocked.

"Chuck, too," Penelope added.

"How the hell do you guys seem to know everything?" Brooklyn asked.

"The whole school saw them throwing down yesterday," Hazel answered. "Alex had to keep them apart and they talked about everything."

Penelope looked at Blair. "The boyfriend and the best friend? Blackmailing Wyatt, Brooklyn, Thyra and Dylan like that, attacking Noe? Pretty classy. Consider yourself dethroned, Queen B. Princess BB, black Diamond, we get that you don't have a choice but to forgive Blair and Chuck since they're your family even after what they did to you, so you can get off your thrones and go with her. Especially after what everyone now knows about you two."

The mean girls walked away, even Isabel and Kati. Jenny made move to follow.

"Jenny," Brooklyn told her. Jenny stopped. "It is highly unlikely that B will ever forgive you for going to Nate, Alex, Hope and Noe, but if you walk away from us now, we will also ruin you."

Jenny was very well aware of their ruined reputations. "How are you gonna do that?"

Jenny walked away to sit up with the mean girls, leaving Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra alone.

Noe was listening to the song through headphones, laying on the couch.

Serena stood behind Noe's head, looking at her, making it seem like Noe was upside down from her perspective, taking out her headphones. Noe opened her eyes to see Serena standing behind her head, looking like she was upside down from her perspective.

Serena threw something at Eric, who was sleeping in a chair, to wake him up, looking at both of her siblings. "I'm such an ass."

Noe knew where this was going, sighing, bored. "Let me guess. Dan."

Serena nodded. Noe sat up.

Serena sat next to Noe. "He told me he loved me, and all I did was stand there like a stupid mute. I mean, why wouldn't I want to hear those words come out of his mouth? But it's like it made me trust him less, which is crazy, and even if he is lying about telling Jenny, even though I told him not to tell anyone, I should have come up with a better response to 'I love you'."

"Not that I even know what you're talking about, but why would you think he was lying?" Eric asked.

"Because outside of Brooklyn, Dylan, Wyatt and Thyra, I'm the only one who knew, and he's the only one I told," Serena answered.

"Actually, technically, you were the one who told Jenny without even realizing it," Noe told her.

"What?" Serena asked.

"Do you know how many times I was listening in on your conversations when you thought I wasn't?" Noe asked.

Serena cringed. "Ooh, none, I hope."

"You hope wrong," Noe told her. "I'm a little sister. It's what I do. And you don't have to be a genius to figure out the trust thing."

Eric gestured to Noe. "Right?" He looked at Serena. "I mean, every time Mom brought home someone who said I love you, they would end up married."

"And then divorced," Noe finished. "Didn't leave us with a strong sense of trust, huh?"

Eric shook his head. "But that's Mom's issue, not ours, and Dan's not one of those guys."

"It happens to help that I was with Jenny when she told Nate, Alex and Hope that she overheard you telling Dan at your special date," Noe told her.

"Right," Serena said awkwardly. "Okay, this conversation has to end, because you're both getting dangerously close to being smarter than I am."

Serena stood, leaving.

"I think we've already passed that mark," Noe remarked.

"Yep," Eric agreed, closing his eyes, trying to go back to sleep.

"I heard that!" Serena called back to them.

Noe smiled, putting her earphones in her ears, laying down, closing her eyes. "Sis, you are so clueless sometimes."

"Yeah, she is," Eric agreed. "Hey, Noe, are you okay with everything going on?"

"You mean the part where I'm involved in everything going on right now because Chuck was coming onto me at the pool and something about this secret video?" Noe asked. "I'm fine, Eric. I'm just tired of all the secrets."

Eric nodded. "I get that."

Bar

(Song:) Good Morning, Goodbye - Dan Cray Trio

Chuck was sitting at the bar.

Blair joined him, looking at the bartender. "No, thank you." She looked at Chuck. "I came to congratulate you in person. You ruined my relationship with Thyra, Brooklyn, Wyatt, Dylan, Nate, Alex, Noe, Serena, all of my friends. Even little Jenny thinks she's too good for me. So bravo. Just like you wanted. I have no one to turn to but you."

"Actually, you don't even have me," Chuck told her.

Blair sighed. "Enough."

Chuck stood. "I'll try to be more succinct. You held a certain fascination when you were beautiful, delicate and untouched. But now you're like one of the Arabians my father used to own. Rode hard and put away wet. I don't want you anymore, and I can't see why anyone else would."

Blair was near tears, standing, leaving.

Waldorf Apartment - Living Room

Blair slowly approached Eleanor.

"You okay?" Eleanor asked.

"I'd be a lot better if I could spend a semester going to school in France," Blair told her.

"A semester?" Eleanor repeated. "Well, I--I already talked to Harold about a visit from you, Wyatt and Thyra and he was--he was thrilled."

"Just me for now," Blair told her. "Can I go? Now? Mom, please try."

Eleanor saw how upset she was, worried. "Blair, I am very concerned."

Blair knelt in front of Eleanor, pleading. "So book a flight."

Eleanor nodded. "We'll get you out tomorrow."

Blair leaned her head against her lap. "Thank you."

Eleanor stroked her hair worriedly in concern.

Day Four

Morning - Constance/St. Jude's School - Courtyard

The mean girls were talking.

"Who's up for a Barney's drive by?" Penelope asked.

Isabel and Kati walked closer. "Me."

"Ooh, followed by hot sake at Decibel," Hazel suggested.

Isabel chuckled. "I don't think so."

"Yeah, she made out with the bartender last time," Kati explained. "Now he thinks she loves him."

The girls chuckled.

"What about you, Little J?" Hazel asked.

"Oh, I can't," Jenny told them. "I have to return these books to the library."

Penelope looked at the new girl. "Elise will take them for you. Won't you, E?"

"Yeah, sure," Elise answered.

"It's okay," Jenny told them. "I can do it."

"The question isn't if you can do it, Jenny," Penelope told her. "It's if you should have to."

"I'm going there anyway," Elise told her.

Jenny seemed to like this. "Okay."

"Let me know if you need anything else," Elise told her, walking away.

The girls started to leave.

Penelope turned back to Jenny. "You coming?" Jenny looked at Elise for a moment, following the other girls. "Props to Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra. They trained you well."

Jenny looked back toward Elise. They waved to each other before Jenny left.

Rufus was working.

Bex walked in. "Hi. Don't act so surprised to see me. How could I not stop by after all those pitiful messages you left?"

"Oh, for the record, I'm really sorry for what happened the other night," Rufus told her.

"So am I," Bex agreed.

"Look, Bex, I was married for almost 20 years, and before that, I was a somewhat successful musician, and I wouldn't really call what I was doing dating," Rufus explained.

"What was it then?" Bex asked.

"A succession of women, groupies, mostly, who chose me," Rufus answered. "I really don't have any experience with real honest to goodness dating."

Bex chuckled. "Despite your worst efforts, I am completely charmed by you, Rufus Humphrey."

"Thanks, I think," Rufus told her.

Bex smiled. "Okay, here's where we are Dating 101, lesson 1. In two days, you're gonna call me and thank me for forgiving you of your dating faux pas. You'll ask me out to dinner, someplace elegant but intimate and we are going to have a fabulous time. You got all that?"

Rufus nodded. "Absolutely."

"Good," Bex told him. "Talk to you in two days."

Rufus pointed at her. "Two days."

Bex turned to leave. "Okay." Rufus pulled out his phone to call her. Bex saw that he was calling, amused, answering. "Hello?"

"I never was good at following rules," Rufus told her.

They looked at each other, smiling.

Humphrey Loft - Living Room

Dan was studying. Serena walked in.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Dan asked.

"I need to know why you love me," Serena answered.

"Because I do," Dan answered.

"I really want to trust you when you say those words, Dan, so maybe if I knew why, I'd stop being so scared of hearing them and afraid to say them," Serena told him.

Dan nodded in agreement. "Okay. Well, if you want to talk about why--"

"It has to do with my mom and her many marriages," Serena explained.

Dan stood. "There. That's why. Because I actually like it when you interrupt me, which is often, by the way. I love you because you make no apologizes about being exactly who you are. Beautiful, smart, sexy as hell."

Serena smiled. "Now you're embarrassing me."

"That's another reason," Dan told her. "You're completely unaware of your effect on me. You're also completely unaware that you laugh like a 4 year old." Serena laughed, giggling. "Just like that. And I love you because you can be with someone like me and still be best friends with people like Blair, Brooklyn and Thyra."

"Yeah, well, I tried to be," Serena told him.

"I know you do, and that's not easy, but you never give up on them," Dan told her. "That is how amazing you are."

"Well, you're amazing too, for being able to say all of those things," Serena told him. "You just are. And I love you."

They started to kiss passionately.

Night - Airport

(Song:) Happily Never After - Nicole Scherzinger

Wyatt and Thyra took a cab to the airport, getting out of the car, running to their sister. "Blair."

"What?" Blair asked. "You two want a lift to J.F.K?"

"Mom said you were going to France tonight," Wyatt told her.

"She has a big mouth," Blair remarked.

"Blair, you're our sister," Wyatt told her. "She was shocked we didn't know."

"Well, now you do," Blair told them.

"What I know is how you felt when Serena left without telling you goodbye, and she's just your best friend, not your actual sister, and then you go and do the same thing to me and Wyatt, your actual brother and your adoptive sister," Thyra told her.

"Is there a reason why you two came here?" Blair asked.

"Stay," Thyra told her. "Don't let some stupid scandal make you run away like it did to Serena, like it does to everyone in our world."

Blair was on the verge of crying. "Everything's horrible. My whole life is falling apart."

"So rebuild it," Wyatt told her. "We're Waldorfs, remember? People don't tell us who we are. We tell them. Stay and fight. Thyra and I will fight with you."

Blair started to cry. "I'm so embarrassed." I'm so..."

"So what?" Thyra asked. "Start over. It can be done. We'll get through this together."

"Promise?" Blair asked.

Wyatt nodded. "Promise."

"Promise," Thyra agreed.

Wyatt put out his hand, doing their usual salute from childhood. "Remember, you got me."

Thyra put out her hand on Wyatt's. "And you got me."

Wyatt and Thyra looked at Blair.

Smiling and giving in, Blair put out her hand on Thyra's. "And you both got me."

"But most importantly of all..." Wyatt trailed off.

"We all have each other," they finished together, smiling.

Wyatt, Thyra and Blair embraced, holding each other close, near tears, finally pulling away.

Blair looked at the workers. "Stop, guys. I'm going home."

Wyatt, Thyra and Blair smiled.

Gossip Girl: (voice over) "One good scandal deserves another. Wonder who's going down next? Everybody, if Blair and Wyatt Waldorf and Thyra Diamond have anything to say about it. You know you love me. XOXO, Gossip Girl."
