Jen's pov

"Ok I want to know how the heck you can wield a sword like that without loosing balance!", exclaimed Laurence. Pat, Lizzie, and I just stood there not knowing how to answer the question. "Laurence, calm down they've probably been through a lot.", said Aphmau in response. "I know, but those swords are huge, plus they have power surging from them and I can feel it.", said Laurence. "You mean Jen and mine's swords. Honestly I don't even know and we've used them a lot in battle.", answered Pat. "I know!", exclaimed Lizzie. "You do!?", I asked. "Yes I do, I studied mine and my friends and figured out that they adjust their weight to the current wielder and remain at the same power level.", said Lizzie. "Well that answers my question, but it's not safe out here we should get to somewhere safer.", said Laurence. One question answered many more to go.

Aphmau's pov

Laurence and I led the group to Phoniex Drop so we could be safe. I just couldn't believe that one of my closest friends could wield a sword like that or Pat and Jen too! I just have so many questions to ask about what was going on. After walking for a little bit we arrived at the gate of Phoniex Drop and entered. I decided the first thing to do was take them to meet Dante, then Levin. Before going in I told Pat, Jen, and Lizzie to put their swords away as I knew that there could be some suspicions about that. After telling them to do so I led them straight to Dante as I felt that he should know about this then Levin. "Wow! This place is beautiful!", exclaimed Stacy. "It sure is.", I replied. In the distance I could see Laurence talking to Dante, probably about the large group of people entering Phoniex Drop and the shadow souls. They then walked up and Dante started to talk. "I am ok with the people you brought here as they don't seem to be a threat to the safety of Phoniex Drop, but I'm concerned about all those shadow souls back there. So many of them, well at least we may be closer to the source of where they may be.", said Dante. "I have a question! What are shadow souls? I know that they are those ghost like things that attacked us earlier, but I have never heard of them before today.", asked Jen. "Of course you probably never heard of shadow souls before today.", said Laurence. "Why not? I've gone on many adventures but have never heard f them.", said Jen in response. "The only people who know about them are advanced scholars and... shadow knights.", said Laurence. I knew this was a touchy subject for him being a shadow knight and all, but I know that the others must be curious. They must have many questions and only few have been answered.

Pat's pov

Today I have learned a lot! Like for example how my royal guardian sword works. I never thought of that especially since I have used it in battle many times and the question never crossed my mind before today. But one thing now has me wondering, what exactly are shadow souls and shadow knights?
