Lizzie's pov

Stacy and I ran through Phoenix Drop, which during our time here we had come to admire. It was small and cozy. A perfect combo. As we ran throughout the village, I kept in mind the potion would wear off after an hour. We had probably fifty-five minuets left of it. We needed to find Aphmau and figure out her secret soon.

Stacy's pov

After a while of running around, Lizzie and I found her and Laurence talking outside a building. We listened in on their conversation hoping to figure our Aph's secret. "Laurence, I'm scared.", said Aphmau, what was she scared about I had no clue. "Is it about the prophecy?", asked Laurence. "Yes, I'm worried. What if it means he is coming? I don't want my friends and our new ones to see. We still haven't told them the full truth about me, and about you.", said Aphmau, so this secret involved both of them? Were they dating or somethin and didn't want anyone to find out? No. She'd obviously have told us something as big as that when we saw her. "Maybe we should have told them from the start.", said Laurence. "I know, but how would you react to finding out your best friend was a... Goddess. Much less, Lady Irene for that fact!", said Aphmau. Wait she what!? Why didn't she tell us this. 

Lizzie's pov

A million thoughts raced around my head. One of my best friends was a goddess? No bloody was this was true! Just then I felt my body start to change. The potion was wearing off. I looked at Stacy and saw the same thing was happening to her. We had to get out of here before Aph and Laurence saw us! Before we could even move we changed back, revealing ourselves. Aphmau and Laurence saw us. "How long were you guys here?", asked Aphmau. Oh boy, we were in for it.

Cliffhanger >:) so I'm thinking about finishing this book and I've got it thought out on how this will end. Put those pitchforks down first and let me explain. This book will get a sequel. When I don't know, but won't be till this book is finished. So I hoe you enjoyed,
