(Soren POV)

Another day out here in Dallas, TX. I am wandering around the city with Anya to enjoy my time off since everything has been quiet lately. I am not complaining at all. I need a break! Superheroes are cool and all. But it's a lot of work. I'm giving Anya a piggyback ride, she got tired of walking. People wander around and kept mistaken Anya as my kid for some parent reason. Do we really look like a father and daughter kind of thing.

Day Time

Anya: Pa-I mean Mister Azure, I'm hungry.

Soren: Okay. Let's go somewhere to eat.

Anya: 'Mmmm. I wish Mister Azure was my papa. I like hanging around with him. Wait....if Mister Azure adopted me, does that mean all those ladies he's being lovey dovey become my Mama's'?

Soren: Huh? Nepgear?

Anya: ?

We saw Nepgear sitting down on a bench nearby. Wasn't for sure it's her, don't want to accidentally mistake her for a cosplayer.

Soren: 'She looks like Nepgear. Something off though. Then again I'm overthinking it'. Yo, Nepgear!

(Conquest Nepgear POV)

I sat down to relax after I took a stroll around this unknown city. I've stayed in my Basilicom for a long time so I've done some recon from different cities to learn about this new world and search for the stones in order to speed up the progress and hope he keeps his end of the bargain. At the same time.... I have a guy feeling he might stab me in the back. Suddenly I heard somebody called out to me.

Man???: Yo, Nepgear!

Conquest Nepgear: Huh?

I look to see a man carrying a little on his back might be his daughter. Not sure who he is. He seems to know me. Did find out there's another variant of myself in this. My guess is he must've mistaken me of her. He walked toward me and greeted me with a smile.

Soren: Hey, Gear. Didn't know you were dropping by.

Conquest Nepgear: Ummm..... 'What should I do? Should I just ignore him? Don't want to be rude. I have things to do. I'm not his Nepgear. I need to find the other Infinity Stones for Ultron Sigma'.

(3rd POV)

Anya read the unknown Nepgear mind finding out that she is not the Nepgear they knew and works for Ultron Sigma!

Anya: 'She's a bad guy of Miss Nepgear! Should I do?! I need to tell him'!

*Stomach growling sfx*

Conquest Nepgear covers her stomach feeling embarrassed from being hungry as Soren chuckled.

Soren: How about you join us? Anya and I are gonna get something to eat. I'm sure Anya would be happy to have you tag along. Right, Anya?

Anya: Nope!

Soren (🤨): Huh? Why not?

Anya: Ummm.... I want to spend time...with you! Just us!

Soren: Oookay? Doesn't hurt to have Nepgear tag along. 'That was weird of Anya. What's up with her'?

Anya: 'I'll have to keep an eye on her to make sure Mister Soren is safe'.

Conquest Nepgear: A-are you sure? I don't want to intrude.

Soren (kind smile): Nonsense. Besides I like having you around.

Conquest Nepgear (Blush): O-okay. 'He's so nice'!

Anya, Conquest Nepgear and Soren headed to a diner to have lunch together. They sat at one of the tables. Anya is sitting across the table while Conquest Nepgear and Soren are next to each other.

Conquest Nepgear: 'Why I'm feeling nervous? He's just a random guy. Probably my variant friend or boyfriend? I need to find out or it'll be suspicious'.

Soren: Is something wrong?

Conquest Nepgear: O-oh. No. I'm alright.

She smiled nervously.

Anya: Hnngh. 'I am watching you faker'!

Soren a bit of food on her left cheek. Uses his napkin to wipe off the food as Conquest Nepgear blush.

Conquest Nepgear: Thank you.

Soren: No problem. Here. Say aww.

Has bit of food on his fork next to her.

Conquest Nepgear: U-uh. What are you doing?

Soren: What does it look like I'm doing? We've done this multiple times. We are boyfriend and girlfriend.

Conquest Nepgear: Eh? Ah. Right. We're b-boyfriend and girlfriend.

Soren: Are you okay? Your acting strange.

Conquest Nepgear: N-no! I am not acting weird at all!

Soren: Hmmm...okay. 'I have a gut feeling that something definitely off with her'.

Nepgear can feel the intense glare from Anya. It didn't bother her too much because she used to be glared at by everyone from her dimension during her reign.

hey walk around the city together going to a couple of stores. Soren and Conquest Nepgear held each other, the alternate version of Nepgear was hesitant of course but decided to keep up the act for now. Part of her did like this because she hasn't done something like before nor hung out with anyone in an extremely long time. Conquest Nepgear felt really happy and her heart began to beat faster. She feels at ease when she's around him. They're in front of the apartment about to go inside.

Conquest Nepgear: Listen..  I got to get going.

Soren: Oh, okay. Guess I'll see you later then. Tell Nep I said hi.

Nepgear looked down with an image of her big sister appearing in her head.

Conquest Nepgear: 'Neptune'.

Soren: Are you okay?

Conquest Nepgear lifted her head up and fake smile not to worry Soren.

Conquest Nepgear: Yes. I'll see you later.

Soren: Later. Have a safe trip back.

Conquest Nepgear: I will. Goodbye.

She transformed into her HDD with the Conquest Nepgear old processor unit as the goddess flew away leaving Anya and confused Soren because that kiss felt very different to him.

Soren: 'Wait, The kiss felt different than usual. Come to think of it she's been acting strange all day'. No. She couldn't be-

*Ring x3*

Soren answered his video chat from his smartphone seeing the actual Nepgear calling him.

Nepgear: Hey. I'm just video chatting to see if- What? Is something the matter?

Soren's eyes widened of shock with his jaws dropped realizing the Nepgear he was with just a minute ago is not the Nepgear he knows.

Soren: 'If this is my Nepgear... Who was the other one that Anya and I were with the entire time'?!

Anya: 'The other Miss Nepgear was so sad a moment ago. Why though'?
