Neiv's POV:

I was sitting in the living room sofa with mad anger boiling within me!!!
I didn't want to think anything!
It can't be Chaahat...But that hoodie.. Amay's talks... then the girl looked so much similar to her...
Whom to ask...
What should I do...
I wanted to pull my hair... I kept moving to and fro in the same sitting position! I was behaving like I was possessed!!!
I clenched my fingers digging my nails into my own hands!!!
Just then I heard Amay's footsteps...
He saw me and said...

'Neiv..man...good... finally you are here...'

I passed fiery glare at him...
'My grandfather's house this is!!! Where do you expect me to be' I roared and he raised his eyebrows and kept a hand on my shoulder...
I felt like someone placed a fireball on my shoulder. In one go I swatted his hand and stood up with my red teary eyes shot at him!!!

'Neiv bro... All ok?'

'I saw you at the lotus pond with'

And next minute he nervously walked towards me... and pulled me closer...
'Bro...bro please...no ...Maa ...Maa doesn't know please...I don't know how she'll react... and come on...it's not our first secret...even before this we have'

And before he could complete words I pulled him towards me and caught him by his collar...

And now he looked angry and took a step back and yelled...
'Dont tell me you also think it's wrong! I thought you'll understand man...I need her yaar... please ...you must understand...I lost her years ago...but not anymore...she is my need...my want...my everything... I love Chah'

And my anger reached its peak limit and I punched him hard on his jaws such that he fell on floor and he lost his canine teeth!!! His mouth bleeded non stop...but he fell on the glass table shattering the glass

He got up and looked at me wiping his bleeding mouth...
'Dare you utter a word...I will kill you.. what did you think this is like any other girl we shared'

'Exactly bro... she's not... that's why I want her'

And this time I punched him on his nose and he fell on the antique brass pot that made a hell lot of noise...

I pulled him by his collar and was going to smash his head into the wall while I heard a loud yell...

'What the hell is happening here'

And I see Chaahat standing behind me my eyes poured recalling that moment I saw few minutes back but my mouth didn't utter a word...it's like my throat was blocked!!!

'Why are you behaving like dogs' she said trying to touch my shoulder but that moment still fresh in my eyes and I nudged my shoulder. She looked at me in shock

I turned around and asked her...
'Very fast you are... where is your black hoodie...huhh?'

'Why will I need it in Jaipur?'

To which I heard Amay shout...
'Chaahat...give him some treatment yaar... your husband is mad Chaahat...he has lost it...he began punching me...not necessary right everything can happen according to his wish... He probably saw me near the pond and since then...'

He pulled my collar saying...' What's wrong man...yes I kissed her...I like her...I want to marry her...I will keep her happy'

'Shutup Amay...she is married'

'So what... There is something called a divorce to break unwanted marriages...when husband is unfit to be called husband and instead is...a dog..why should she suffer through...'

While I heard Chaahat saying...
'He is right Neiv... Even I wanted to talk to you because I know only you can convince Helisha aunty'

And I looked at her in utter shock 🥺😳
'You want it too?' I asked...

'Ofcourse man Neiv...I'm serious about her' Amay added

And I collapsed on the sofa like my world ended...

I looked at Chaahat and asked...
'Your every promise was a lie again? If this was the truth then what was'

She gave me a confused look and came closer to me...
I roared like a mad man
'Dont touch me Chaahat...I can't understand you!!!' and she flinched in fear and said...
'Why are you reacting like this? He's in love Neiv... Amay wants to marry Chaandni'

And my eyes widened in shock 😳

'Chaa...Chaaa ... Chaandni???'

'Yes.... Chaandni...Rani Jayanti Devi's elder daughter...who is married to a drunkard...he abuses her...has extra marital affairs... but Chaandni is suffering this since years... She has now finally agreed to divorce her husband as she has finally realised her love for Amay but there is a lot of pressure from the would be king Chaandni's brother who is going to take over from Rani Jayanti Devi...we must talk to Helisha aunty and Rani Jayanti Devi' Chaahat said it all in one breath and I was shocked.

While Amay got up and said...
'And Neiv if you or mom try to stop me saying palace, heir and shit... believe me... Chaandni is above everything! I will leave everything and go to live a simple life with her. I'm also an MBA. I will get a job anywhere!!!'

And before he could blabber more I pulled him into a bone crushing hug breaking down badly...
'Im sorry Amay...I was... really scared...you kept telling Chaah..I went mad...then I saw you kissing by the pond ...then you argued... Chaahat argued so I thought...no I couldn't even think..I misunderstood...I...I don't know how I...'

While I heard a voice from behind me...
'You thought I was cheating upon you with your brother? Am I right Mr Neiv Kapoor?'

And I broke the hug from Amay and moved back looking down...I couldn't face her now...

While Amay was also shocked 😳
'Bhai...she is like my sister... did you really think?'

'You...you kept calling her Chaah'

'And how will I know your nickname for your wife Neiv??? This is absurd!'

While I saw Chaahat taking one by one steps behind and her back hit the living room sofa and she held it tightly holding the cushion and crushing it while shivering 🥺

I took a step ahead...
'Chaah...I....I didn't...you... weren't in room... then Amay's Chah then the ki....ki'

And before I could complete the statement...
I was slapped hard on my left cheek by her...
I lifted my head up to see Chaahat who's eyes were glistening with fresh tears...I was ashamed that I actually thought something this disgusting!!!

She didn't utter a word 🥺 and ran from there.

While on the way to her room she passed me a last glance and her tears spoke volumes!!! I felt like a criminal!

Helisha aunty probably heard everything and walked down the stairs while trying to stop Chaahat. When aunty asked Chaahat...
'Chaahat please... just listen'

'A person can live without food, money and happiness but not without self respect!!! I'm sorry aunty'

I was broken 💔

I wanted to apologise to her but she left without a reason!!! Overnight !!! All alone...Infront of my own eyes and I stood there like an idiot shivering!!!
While she walked out of the palace I limped and tried running trying to stop her but....
She left!!!

I didn't feel like staying back there. .I left to Bangalore. I was now scared on what will I answer Maa dad...

I tried calling back Australia and keep me posted if Chaah had reached...
I used my contacts to know if she boarded any flight to Australia but no luck!!!

While I entered the mansion back I saw a lot of decorations were done for Musky and Dishani's wedding...
Lightings, chandelier, every where...
Mom looked really excited...

I didn't know what should I tell mom...

Chaahat left 🥺 I was broken beyond the limits!!!

I am sorry Chaahat... please come back...your Neiv is an asshole... please baby 🥺

While mom said...
'Ohooo Mr Junior Kapoor too early huh?'

I was speechless...

While I heard Dishani...
'Come on Maa... Bhai is love smitten...he can't stay a day without Bhai...'

And my heart was pounding badly and next second I heard...I put my head down...

'Bhabhi see how much Bhai loves you...not even a day he's here'

And next second my eyes widened 😳 and I lifted my head up to see Chaahat coming out of the kitchen with a plate full of sweets 🥺

And my heart felt like it actually started beating again 🥺

My teary eyes met her angry ones...
I wanted to kiss her so much and beg her an apology but I knew this time isn't going to be easy...

I've hurt her beyond limits!!!
