This is Toronto, right? It's inside Brookfield Place (which has been long known as BCE Place) on 30 Yonge Street, and it could be a portal, it just feels like a portal to Drake's world for me.
Drake? He's just a musician, you might say, and maybe you're right. But in the same way Toronto shaped him, he also shaped this city, put it on the map, and perhaps this has always been God's plan: A Toronto that feels like Drake, and a man and musician Drake who feels like the crystalline winter air of Toronto. That's why I love Toronto, and that's why I love Drake, and I just can't help it: It's like this door standing there like the monolith in Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey", just an undeniable fact.
