For all the times that I forget to "Thank you,"
For all the special, little things you do,
For all the words that sometimes go unspoken,
I need to say, "I love you, mom... I do.

I love you for the way you stop and listen,
And for you kind support throughout the years,
For teaching me the meaning of compassion,
And sharing in my triumphs and my tears.

And, if at times, I may have seemed ungrateful,
I want to say, "I truly hope you see,
That nothing you have done has been forgotten,
And day by day you just mean more to me.

MOTHER
" M" -  is for the million things she gave me,
"O" -  means only that she's growing old,
"T" -  is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" -  is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" -  is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" -  means right, and right she'll always be, put them all together, they spell "MOTHER,"
A word that means the world to me. :)
