I'm beautiful,

in my own way.

My laugh,

is amazing to some.

Happiness in me,

grows with love.

Anger is dim,

but it's never too far within'.

Sorrow and pain,

are no longer seeable.

You may see this,

you may not.

But the ones who see,

know that I've a purpose to live.

To truly find myself,

to be happy as I am.

It's to find a family,

a man to love,

have children to care for.

Then grandbabies,

to spoil rotten.

Nieces and nephews,

to tease and haunt.

But to know and love myself,

to accept and be true.

To come into my own being,

to know that I'm perfect as I am.

For if you love yourself,

you can love all.
