After the meltdown, he then slipped into the bed, relying on his sheets as a form of comfort. It had been so long since he longed for such. Glancing over to his side, he began to think.

He had looked back at the times of when his beloved gave such an assuring smile, and the times of when he would chuckle at the poor Kuroko.

The tears simply escaped without his consent as he thought about the moments that would never come back, no matter who he fell in love with.

But it might...

No... he shook his head. No. It will never happen, it's not the one whom he loved but the only one that broke the two apart. He even vowed to never fall for one ever. At least, not so soon.

"Sei...juro..." His broken whispers filled the quiet room as he tried so hard to forget it all again. The tears came back, but at least this time, he would fall asleep.
~time skip~

"Everyone, this is Mienna Seirui. Be good to her okay?" She takes a small bow and smiles.

"Hi!" Everyone greets her and Kuroko takes a short sigh and takes her to her seat.

I do hope you take care of the kid.

A small flashback flashed in his mind as shock hit him unexpectedly. 'Does that mean that's his kid?' Thoughts rolled around in his head as he couldn't help but think about what might be the possible answer. Lost in his train of thought, he hadn't noticed his new student asking him about today's lesson.

"Kuroko-sensei?" He blinked ever so slightly, processing what she had just said.

"E-eh?" He chuckled silently. "R-right... you may have a bit of free time while sensei thinks of something okay?" A bright smile covered his dark frown as he then remembered about the night before.

He had kissed him. His warm soft familiar lips that brought him into a comfortable embrace, yet it was so different.

But why? Why would he do something so?

Because you're just a toy...

'No! Stop don't think about this now.' He shakes his head and asks the adult in the room to watch the kids as he takes a small break.

"Are you okay?" Kuroko nods.

"I'm fine, just slightly lightheaded." He opens the door then walks out.

Thinking some fresh air might help, he takes a step outside to the front of the school where he breathed in the sweet scent of early Autumn. However, an unfamiliar scent was mixed in with it. A somewhat charred smell. Looking at where it came from, he saw a redhead taking in a smoke.

Akashi.

Who knew?

Both made subtle eye contact as Kuroko broke it, rushing in the building, hoping all that he saw was a mistake. He sure was having bad luck lately huh?

"Tetsuya, halt." He stopped out of fear. Then he stepped forward once, only to realize that it was simply one of his biggest mistakes.

One.

A possessive grasp held him from behind. It was rough and too much. His bittersweet scent filled him entirely. He pushed him away.

"No... stop...! You, you can't!" His grip only tightened. "Akashi-kun! Stop!"

"Am I only a stranger to you Tetsuya?" He stopped.

What?

He didn't answer.

"Answer me." Those words felt icy and cold. Commanding as usual huh? Mustering up all his courage, he hesitantly answered back.

"Who... who are you?"

"Akashi. Akashi Seijuro. Your former captain, and former lover." It was just... disappointing. He looked down, full of frustration, confusion, hell even irritation.

"Lover? Lover! You liar! Never once had I thought of someone like you as my lover!" He turned his head to face him, eyes showing no mercy. "You were never my lover, he was." He then focused his gaze on the ground again. Akashi, wanting something more but accepted what was given to him, let the phantom go and turned around.

"Good answer I'd say." His amber and red showed another familiar feeling to it, something he hadn't felt in a long time.

Lust.

He tensed up. Don't look into his eyes he told himself, don't look.

"Interesting day wasn't it? Te-tsu-ya..." a smirk formed on his lips as he disappeared into the light. Quite ironic wouldn't you think? When gone from his sight, Kuroko sighed in relief, exhaustion overtaking his mind. Taking another deep breathe, his head felt more woozy as it then started to hurt more and more.

The next thing he knew, his mind blanked.

A/n I UPDATED FINALLY!!! I'm so sorry for such a short chapter and for updating so late. I had a big project coming up that due and man I could barely finish this chapter. I have another big project coming up so I'm not too sure when I will post the next chapter T^T but I WILL UPDATE!!!
