She comes- a bullet train
Slicing, Cutting and Destroying with unstoppable force
An unwelcome guest (not unlike me)
Invading my fragile limbs in stages
As if taking control is child's play

She enters as a ripple
Shuddering down cords of my arms
Followed closely by Shortness of Breath-
Bubbles rising in a lake, unfettered

Then comes Coursing Blood
Racing- a sprinter, heart to wrists
and my body trembles, the Oak-
Torn by a tempest

Then the Other arives-
Intertwining with his lover
The ever-present Depression
sits, a heavy black rock in my belly
It cackles, laughter amisdt the madness

Then the torrents arrive,
Firey rain running down my face
Burning swaths that flay my skin
Forcing me to the edge of my mind
Toes poking over the edge

Then I fall
Surrendering to Aniexty
Giving it my all
One drop of poisoned blood
At a time
