Epilogue
Love definitely without a doubt is an enigma. It overwhelms you but it can make you bleed at the same time. It makes you do choices that are shouldn't be chosen. It makes you understand things that are made to be difficult. It makes you appreciate things you supposedly hate.
At first, I thought love will bring you all the joy you can have. Never have I ever thought that love will bring you to the darkest sides of pure pain and sadness. And with that, you'll be able to surmise what choices you'll have to choose and what should not be.
“Do you, Precious Snow Villegas, take Phil Dominick Caballeros as your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?” wika ni Father Vicente.
A simple question that will change your world. A question that will make you risk everything; your life and your soul.
But the only question I've been waiting for.
I smiled at Pildo who was holding my hands tight. We're both facing each other. On my face is a veil covering a part of me from him. On our hands are golden rings that will seal our love, our pains, our sacrifices... our life as couple.
“I do, Father,” I answered.
I held the ring on my hand and put it on his left ring finger. I could even feel my fingers shaking in too much emotion.
I can hear the cries of my parents and Persy at the back. Even Phira's cries are heard.
“Do you, Phil Dominick Caballeros, take Precious Snow Villegas, as your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?” muling wika ni Father Vicente.
Even amidst the veil that covers my face, I could still see Pildo smile softly at me as he held my hand with care, and put the ring on me.
“Yes, I do, Father,” sagot niya.
“And with the power vested in me, I now pronounce you, husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride,” ani Father Vicente.
I answered him with a smile. Looking at him now, I can't believe he's already mine... forever.
He pulled me closer to him as softly as he could, placed his huge hands on my cheeks and before he could even kiss me, he whispered, “Finally, Misis Caballeros.”
And then kissed me on my lips hastily, sealing our marriage.
“B-Babe, w-wala na ang Precy natin, babe. K-Kinuha na siya sa atin,” I could hear my Dad crying.
Gusto kong matawa. Bakit naman kinuha, Dad? Buhay pa ako? Kinasal lang ako.
“Kuya Pildo, b-bitawan mo ang Ate ko,” I could hear Persy's choking voice.
Pildo chuckled on my lips as he let go of my face and finished the kiss.
My Mom was hugging my Dad as he cried on her neck. Persy is snaking his huge arms on my Mom's tiny ones.
I chuckled and felt my eyes blurry.
They both clicked on their cameras. Parehas pa na may flash. Ang sakit sa mata.
“Okay na?” tanong ko habang nakangiti.
“Hindi! Kiss muna, kiss muna. Kukuhanan ko,” saad ni Phira.
Bumuntong-hininga ako. Mabilis akong humarap kay Pildo. He leaned closer to me and kissed me on my lips like what the photographers wanted.
Phira immediately hugged me the moment she's done taking photos.
“Bakit naman nauna ka, 'te?! Hindi mo ako hinintay!” she said.
I chuckled.
“Bakit? May jowa ka ba?”
Ngumuso siya saka umirap sa akin. “Oo, 'te! Hindi ko sinabi sayo para surprise! Magugulat ka na lang, ikakasal na ako!”
Ngumisi ako. “Talaga? Sino iyan? Gwapo? Koreano? Pilipino? Hapon? Ano? Sabihin mo!” Pangungulit ko.
Ngumisi siya pabalik. “Secret! Wala akong sasabihin! Para magulat ka talaga!”
“Precy!”
Napalingon kami ng sabay kay Phoemi. Lumuluha rin siyang tumakbo palapit sa amin.
Mabilis niya akong niyakap nang makalapit siya. “You're married na, girl! Sana all! Congratulations!” Bumaling siya kay Pildo. “Congratulations, Pildo!”
“Thank you, Phoemi. Ikaw naman sunod.”
Ngumuso siya agad saka sumimangot. “Wala! Ayoko na mag-asawa! Pare-parehas lang naman kayong mga lalaki, eh!”
Napataas ang kilay namin ni Phira. “Bakit, 'te? Anyare sayo?” saad ni Phira.
Umirap si Phoemi ulit. “Huwag mo nang itanong! Ah, basta, congratulations na lang! Hindi niyo ako mapipilit magpakasal!”
“Wala namang namimilit sayo, 'te,” ani Phira. “Broken ka ba?”
Humalukipkip si Phoemi saka sumimangot. “Hindi! Talagang ayoko lang sa lalaki! Ayoko sa kanilang lahat!”
“Nadamay pa ako diyan sa galit mo, Phoemi, ah,” Tito Santino went towards us, beside him is Tita Ayen.
They're both smiling at us lovingly.
I smiled at her. She hugged me so I hugged her back.
“Thank you, Tita Ayen!” wika ko.
She looked at Pildo and smiled. “Congratulations, hijo.”
I nodded and smiled. “Aw, thank you po!”
“Oh, picture muna tayo.
“Congratulations, Precy! Aw, you were still so little back then. Now, look at you!
“Thank you so much, Tita!”
She let go of me and looked at Pildo. “And look at you, Pildo! You're so big na rin! Sobrang bilis talaga ng time! Congratulations to you both.”
Ngumiti pabalik si Pildo sa kanya. “Thank you po, Tita.”
Tito Philip just smiled at us. “Congratulations to you.”
And we both answered 'thank you'.
Enna and Code congratulated us as well. Then called Phira to take photos of us.
“Phira, baby, picture-ran mo kami with the newly weds,” saad ni Tita Phaebe.
Ngumiwi si Phira. “Bakit kayo lang? Hindi ba ako part sa family?”
“Come here. Let's take a picture together,” tawag ni Tito Philip sa kanya saka sinenyasan siyang lumipas.
“Asahi!
“Okay, 1,2,3, smile!” ani Asahi.
A lot of people congratulated us and took photos of us. Even the Lareho family, Tito Evs and his family, Tito Eros too, and some more people I am not that close with but close to my parents.
I smiled wide and hugged her tight. “No crying, Mom. Kinasal lang po ako. Hindi mawawala.”
She sniffed and nodded on my arms. Then she let go.
She looked at us both. “Congratulations, my darlings. I'm so happy for the both you. I'm so excited to have grandchildren already!”
“Babe naman! Nang-aasar ka ba? Nasasaktan na nga iyong tao rito, oh,” my crying Dad went to me and hugged me as tight as he could.
I chuckled and hugged him back. “Dad, why are you crying?
I smiled at him. “Come here.
“My two cry babies,” bulong ko sa kanila. “Stop crying.
I heard Pildo chuckled beside me.
I chuckled and nodded.
“Harap kayo rito, and smile!”
Agad namang humarap sina Tita Dahlia at Tito Paul, kasama si Pildo, ang nag-iisa nilang baby. Then Phira told us to take pictures together with my whole family and Pildo's too.
After we took photos, they immediately helped us towards the car. May driver na ni-hire si Dad for us.
Then he told the driver to get going.
He leaned closer to me and whispered.
We were holding hands when we arrived at the venue. People are already there, waiting for us. The place is so wonderful that it makes my heart cry.
I can't believe I'll be this happy. The feeling is too much.
“I love you, babe,” bulong sa akin ni Pildo.
I smiled and looked at him. “Mahal na mahal rin kita.”
“Alright, newly weds! Kindly come here at the front. It's time for the throwing bouquet and garter!” wika ni Phira na siyang MC ng venue.
“Alright, women, you may line up at the back of the bride,” wika ni Phira. “Make sure not to get hurt, everyone. Mrs. Caballeros, kindly prepare your bouquet.”
Sumunod naman ako. I held the bouquet with both of my hands as I waited for Phira to start counting.
“Alright. In one, two, three, throw!” aniya.
I then turned around to see who had the bouquet.
I laughed when I saw that Phoemi has it. Nakasimangot pa siya dahil nga ayaw niyang magpakasal.
“Alright! Sa gentlemen naman tayo. Women, kindly, take your seats. Gentlemen, kindly line up behind our groom. Groom, prepare to throw the garter,” wika ni Phira.
“Okay, and in the count of three, one, two, three, throw it!” wika ni Phira.
Then Phira announced for Asahi and Phoemi to come in front. Asahi will put the garter on Phoemi's thigh which owned a huge cheer from the crowd.
Except for that one guy who doesn't look happy watching, holding a wine on his hand, wearing a white button-down long sleeved polo, with his other hand on his pocket, looking ready to kill—which I don't want to mention who.
Pildo held my back as we sat on the sofa at the front.
In the middle of the venue is a microphone, where all the people who wants to share their messages for us will talk.
Of course, our parents are the first ones to give their message. First from my Mom.
“Precy, honey, and Pildo, dear, congratulations! At first, I was shipping you both. I didn't know you'd really end up together,” she smiled softly. “Precy, my baby, you're a grown up now. I don't have doubts about you. I trusted you since the very moment you started your first walk. And seeing you married that good man beside you, made me trust you more. I love you, honey.”
I mouthed 'I love you' back.
“Pildo, I know you're a good man. I had always trusted you for my Precy. All I wanna ask now is for you to take care of her, and love her until you both grow old together. Don't hurt my baby, or I will really smack you,” she chuckled making Pildo chuckle as well. “You'd probably face so many conflicts in the future as married couples, but the strongest weapon for any problem, is to always stay by each other's side. Again, congratulations to the both you! I love you both!”
Sumunod naman si Daddy. He looks calm now.
“I'm so proud of you, princess. Seeing you married now made me realize how much I've grown older. Seeing you married also scares me, princess. But I trust you with everything now. Know that even if you already changed your surname, you'll always be open to hug your old man.”
I smiled as my heart tugged. Si Daddy talaga!
“And Pildo, hijo. Again, congratulations!”
I felt Pildo's hand on my hand tightened. He then whispered, “Hindi kita isasauli.”
Mahina akong natawa saka kinurot siya. “Baka marinig ka.”
“Okay, next message will be from Perseus Sarem Villegas,” wika ni Phira.
“Good day, everyone,” bati niya.
Agad akong nag-iwas ng tingin at nagpigil ng tawa. I had an eye-to-eye with Phira who was also looking away, pinipigilan rin ang tawa.
“Wohoo!
Pero nagsisigaw naman sina Code, Harri, Evros, and so on and so forth.
“Go, friendship!
“Ate, Kuya, congrats. That's all, thank you.”
And after all the messages we received, everyone started eating.
Pildo, kept on whispering to me that he already want to go out and rest. But I kept on telling him to be calm for a moment.
And then, hours later, Pildo's wish was granted.
My Dad kept on repeating at Pildo not to touch me inappropriately or he will kill him, but of course Pildo is not Pildo if he would listen.
Because when we arrived at the island, and went to the cabin, Pildo immediately grabbed my body and kissed me in a torrid way like a hungry man.
I hugged his nape as he lifted my body and went to the bed. His hands are roaming around my tiny body, squeezing and pinching every part of me.
His kisses were deep and searing. Entering his tongue in my mouth, and playing his tongue with mine.
He nipped my tongue as I opened my mouth to give him permission to do what he wants. He lipped and lapped my lips and my tongue unstoppably.
I answered all his kisses, running my tiny fingers on his body. He's only wearing a white polo, so it was easy for me to unbutton it.
Once his buttons are out, I entered my tiny hands in his shirt, caressing his clad built chest, and rocky stomach.
We never let go from the hungry kisses. His hands ran to my thighs, caressing and squeezing it. Then it went higher, until it reached my still clothed womanhood, where he caressed it tardily, then played with the seam of my panty.
He started taking off my spaghetti strapped white dress while I nipped his lips. My hands are on his pants, unbuttoning it.
The moment my dress flew, he carried me in one swift, and put me on his lap, making me feel his hardened steel. Now, I'm topless in front of him.
His kisses went down to my neck, making me throw my head back, closed eyes. His hands squeezed my chest for a moment.
Then I felt his fingers played on the strap of my panty, pulling the tied straps, lefting me naked.
I hurriedly took off his polo and throw it away. His lips went back to my lips, lapping it again.
My hands caressed his steel hard manhood, before I unzipped his pants. He helped me took off his pants, together with his underwear.
Then he carried me, made me feel his hot body, as he pushed me on the bed. His other hand went to my nipple, playing it as he stared at me.
I bit my lower lip as I stared back at him, with desire, and love in between.
“P-Pildo,” I whispered.
He smiled softly before he kissed my lips once again, as I cupped his face to answer his hungry kisses. Then I felt his finger ran down to my womanhood, caressed it, then encircling it on my clitoris.
I moaned on his mouth as I felt the unexplainable pleasure. My legs are wide open, snaked around his body, while his finger is on my flower.
His mouth ran to my jaw, then down to my neck, nipping it, probably leaving red marks on it. I bit my lower lip when I felt him enter a finger on my flower, making me moan in pleasure and a glint of pain.
“Hmm...”
His fingers inside me started pushing and pulling, making me wetter. While his kisses went down to my chest, and entered one of my nipple on his mouth.
I grabbed a handful of his hair as I arched my back, bit my lower lip and moaned in pure pleasure.
“Hmm... hmm...”
His finger's pace went faster, until I felt something building up inside me. But he stopped playing, and pulled his finger out.
I felt his warm hands held both of my thigh, separated it widely.
He looked down on my nakedness, eyes hooded in lust, adoration, and love. He squeezed my thighs twice.
“You're so beautiful,” bulong niya.
“T-Thank you,” bulong ko. “You're handsome yourself.”
He smiled then moved his body a bit on top of me, making me feel his hard manhood poking on my wet entrance, as he crouched on me.
Then I felt his hot breath on my ear. “Precy, I'm gonna water you now,” bulong niya.
Then I moaned loud when I felt him fastly entered his huge manhood inside me, making me feel both searing pain and pleasure at the same time.
And as we danced among ourselves, pace faster, hard, and deep, the cabin we're in was filled with moans.
Love is a butterfly, they say. It makes you appreciate beauty upon the flaw. It is a flower that blooms unknowingly. But it can also be a thorn that can prick you and make you bleed from within.
I have found the love I once thought wouldn't find me. This is Precious Snow Villegas-Caballeros, sewing the red string that tied me towards unknown devotion.
