he sat on the edge of the tiny balcony of cho hee's flat. above him the starry sky looked more beautiful than ever.

lost in his own thoughts jinwoo winced when he didn't notice the girl coming back.  in her hand she held two glasses of soda and handed him one.

what are you even doing here?  he wondered, but cho hee spoke up again. "what does it look like?"

"what?"

"the sky. tonight."

so he discribed it to her; with every shade of every color, every little shining light. when he finished he looked at the blind girl next to him. "but how do you know the colors?" 

"oh" she said quietly "when i was little i could still distinguish colors, before i went completly blind." a small tear rolled down her cheek and jinwoo felt the urge to wipe it away.

but he didn't, because he worried he might scare her.

jinwoo discribed her what the sky looked like and she completly melted over his voice. she felt as if she could really see it; touch it's outlines with her hand.

when she told him about how she always imagined the things, since she couldn't see it, he asked her to tell him about it.

as she went on, he fell asleep and when she checked the time, she noticed that they'd been talking for hours.

although it was a warm summer night she put a blanket over his body and whispered something in his ear, before she fell asleep herself.

"i could listen to your voice all night long"
