Wolf groaned. "Sorry Lap, I gotta go to the Healer's den." She stumbled into the connection tunnel, and followed it into StreamTrickle's fairly large den, with an entire vine-thorn-and-bramble wall, stocked with herbs, moss, spiderwebs, and sticks. A/N: yes, I know this sounds like Warriors, but wolves can heal themselves in similar ways without being a clan. The small brook that the Pack had dug when they moved to this place wound it's way through the den. "Wolf." She said, her voice as strong as a goddess' always was.
"Lay down in your bed we'll be with you in a second." Lily, PoppySeed's Pack-beloved Half-Grown, ordered her.
"Thank you." She told her. PoppySeed glanced up from where she was massaging Yap, one of the Pup's, throat.
"I know you hate it." She murmured to her, but if you don't eat the FurrowFruit, you won't get better." "Okay." The Pup whimpered, tears of pain in her eyes. She was an only pup, and with no littermates, she spent all her time trying to leave the Pack-the area where wolf cared for wolf. There were no Battles wherever Wolf was- they were civilized. PoppySeed turned to Wolf, and clawed at a chunk of moss to pull it down. After dunking the moss in the stream, she handed to Wolf. "Drink." Wolf lapped at the water, and attempted to prepare for what was coming. She gave a hacking cough, and her eyes glowed green. She spoke, but while her voice was usually young and strong, now it cracked with age:

One is coming with a role to play

From Man to Wolf and back again

And although a Strawberry

Is little to hide

One must keep safe to fight the Snake

Or else dead will be all our hides,

For a Sour Strawberry

Shall save the day"

Wolf's eyes closed, not reopening for several minutes- prophecies always gave her massive headaches.
"What'd I say?" Groaned the Older. "Umm Wolf?" Lily began, "What was that?"
"That was a prophecy." PoppySeed explained.
"Was it the The One?" Wolf wanted to know.
"Yes." The Doctor replied, "The one you've saying for 5000 years."
