*Sirius' P.O.V. This takes place on October 30th in Sirius Orion Black, Remus John Lupin, James Potter, Peter Pettigrew, and Lily Evans 7th and last year at Hogwarts. Sirius and Remus have feeling for each other but haven't expressed it yet.*

Halloween Ball is in a few weeks and I decided to be one of the people who sing. I was going to confess my love to my crush since second year... Remus John Lupin... I started practicing since September 20th with James, Peter, and Lily. I was a good singer to myself and sometimes Remy would say you have wonderful singing. One of the songs I'm going to sing is one from one of his favorite bands, The Offspring. Tomorrow was the day...

~Next Day~

James, Peter, Lily and I were talking until I notice Remus. He looked so handsome. James looked behind him spotting why I froze and turned red. "Hey guys." Remus said. He had a grey shirt on with a black overcoat, a dark grey tie and some black pants with his normal shoes, the ones I got him earlier that month. We all talked and Remus went to get himself a drink, James, Peter, Lily, and I declined his offer. McGonagall came and told us to wait backstage until it was are turn. I didn't want to leave all of a sudden leaving Remus all alone. But we had to.

I kept looking out on the dance floor seeing Remus surprised that his friends left him all alone. He looked sad, I could see tears in his eyes when he sat down listening to the music others played. After a hour and a half, Remus stood up about to leave then, Dumbledore called out it was my turn to sing. He stopped and looked up at us shocked. Then he looked upset. 

*Remus' mind* 'Why didn't they invite me to help...? They probably like me as a friend anymore since I'm just a monster... I guess I'll stay anyways...'

"This is to the moon my my stars. This first song is from one of his favorite bands." and I wink at Remy. He turns a shade of red and stands up tall to watch us.

Everyone yelled, Woohoo! Everyone clapped, unlike the other people that performed, even those people cheered on. "Boys and Ms. Evans, do you four have another song to sing because the last person couldn't make it." I remembered that Remus and I would sing the duet sometimes. "Can Remus come up here? He knows one with me Ma'am." I asked quickly. "Alright. Now hurry on."

"Remus Lupin, can you come up on stage please?" I ask out into the crowd. I see him coming up confused wiping his tears. "McGonagall wanted us to sing one more song and we sometimes sing the duet, so would sing it with me?" I question him. He becomes red in the face thinking for a moment. "Fine..." he mumbled. "Thank you Moons, I'll get you extra chocolate as a thank you." I perked his head up when I said that. 

"Hogwarts people, Remus Lupin and I will be singing one last song for the night. It's duet that we've known since second year." I told Lily, Peter, and James what to do with the background music.

Everyone cheered, clapped, some were singing along and stopped when we did. I smiled at my friends... We were the Marauders... Even Lily. Her nickname is, James choose this, Beauty. I always rolled my eyes when James or Peter called her, her Marauder name. "We are, the Marauders!" I yelled out to the crowd that cheered louder. We all smiled to each other. "One more! One more!" the crowd cheered. I look at McGonagall. She nods. "One more guys... We can do it. James, Peter, Lily, we're all singing this one, McGonagall can enhance the interments." I said to Prongs, Wormtail, Beauty, I rolled my eyes there, and Moons. "Alright, alright, one more for the night. This one... is a Marauders' favorite." the others nod knowing which song it is.

After a moment of everyone cheering, all the other Marauders hugged me. "Guys? Why are y'all just hugging me?" I question. "Because Pads... You made this happen. You had this idea, you asked us for help, and here we are." Lil says to me looking at me straight in my grey eyes with her emerald green ones. I heard Moony whisper something to Prongs and Wormtail, then to Lily. What was he talking about? Then he grabbed my wrist and pulled me out to the Great Lawn. "M-moony!? W-what's going o-on!?" I actually got kinda scared. "Remy! Stop you making me scared!" I yelled. He stops catching me from falling. "Sorry... Just have to hurry with this..." he mumbled. I cock an eyebrow. "With what?" I ask. "Sirius... those songs you sang... You were confessing were you? It seemed like it." he asked look in my eyes. I felt heat rise in my body and my eyes widen a little. "Y-yes..." I choked out. Then, I feel the slightly taller boy kiss me; I start to kiss back. 

That's when... Remus John Lupin and Sirius Orion Black became more than best mates or brothers...
