Wolf's ex shows up to cause more drama for Diane and Wolf...

Wolf woke up yawning and got out of bed and went downstairs to see Diane who was working on something at the table.

''What are you doing beautiful?'' Wolf leans over behind her kissing her cheek.

''Working as usual.'' She said.

''Hm, I thought you were going to go into the office today.'' He said getting some coffee.

''Yeah, well they are working on adding a new floor to the building and its right above my office, and that will be a problem in case the ceiling collapses and too much noise so I'm working from here.'' She said.

''Lucky.'' Wolf said.

''So, are you, since I'm off and here at home you are relieved of your bodyguard duties until I go back.'' She said.

''Hm, your right. That means you're stuck with me.'' Wolf said rubbing her shoulders.

''Your stuck with me Diane.'' He kisses her neck to her cheek and to her lips.

She kisses back her paw going behind his head and pulled away.

''Wolf, please I have to work.'' She said hating to say that.

''I know. That means I have nothing to do.'' He whined.

''You know I haven't had any breakfast, how about you go to our favorite diner and get us some breakfast please.'' She asked standing up with her arms around his neck staring at him with a innocent smile.

''Oh, you're good.'' He dipped and kissed her again; she kisses back only for him to pull away.

''Ok, I'll get you some breakfast.'' He said as he left.

Diane smiles and got back to work.

Wolf got into his car and went downtown. He parked his car a block away from the diner and went in waiting in line.

''Well, well look who it is.'' Wolf turned and saw non other then his ex.

''Ahh Mia, I thought hookers only came out at night?'' He insulted.

''True, they usually do, but I'm not one of them.'' She said waiting behind him.

He got up to the counter and ordered his and Diane's usual, paying and waited to the side.

''Aww, you bought me breakfast how sweet of you.'' Mia flirted standing next to Wolf her finger on his arm.

''Sorry, but I'm on a job and it's for-'' He started.

''Oh, that slutty vixen? Why you still with her, she not even your type.'' Mia said frowning.

''And how would you know who my type is?'' He asked turning to look at her.

''Because we use to date, you like a crazy, no rule, type of girl and she is the opposite of that.'' Mia said eyeing him.

''Oh? How would you know? You just showed up here after years of no talking all because you saw on the news that me and Diane were dating, there is more to her then meets the eye.'' He said.

''Come on Wolf.'' She said in a whiny voice.

''Why are you still here?''

''Look you go on this breakup date with me tonight and I'll leave and never come back.'' She said.

''Fat chance, because knowing you, you'll be trying to win me back, spike my drink and after a night together, tell me your pregnant and that won't happen so no.'' He said looking away.

''Fine.'' She turned and left.

Wolf shook his head annoyed. Mia wasn't done yet as she took a cab, she was going to pay someone a visit.

Diane was working on papers when she heard a ring at the doorbell. She answered it and saw Mia crying.

''Oh, you what do you want?'' Asked Diane glaring.

''I-I need to talk to you.'' She said crying.

''Speak.'' Diane said not moving from the doorway.

''Well, I was coming to talk to Wolf, but some robber stole my purse and he ran to the basement.'' She said worried.

''Well, call the cops.'' Diane said.

''You're the Governor I was hoping you could make him give it back and I won't press charges.'' Mia said.

Diane nodded shutting and locking the door as they went to the basement. ''How tall is he?''

''About 5'2.'' Mia said.

They got to the basement and Diane opened the door only to be hit in the back of the leg by something hard and she fell down the stairs and landed on the ground with a thud and her world went dark

Diane groaned opening her eyes, wincing in pain in the back of her leg and felt herself with a big headach and touched the back of her head to see blood on her paw and on the floor, she was in pain and couldn't move looking around to see she was in a basement on the cold floor she saw a poster pinned to the wall.

HE'S MINE!

She was worried and knew who was behind it and hoped Wolf would come looking for her as she froze and couldn't get up.

Meanwhile Wolf got back to the apartment and went to their level and entered their apartment.

''Hey Di, I'm back.'' He said.

''Diane?'' He looked around.

''Oh, Wolf your here.'' He turned and growls trying to hide his annoyance.

''Mia, get out. And where is Diane?'' He asked.

''Um, I don't know, she left.'' Mia said.

Red flags went up as he got suspicious. ''Left? With you in the place?''

''Yeah, she said it was important and she would be back.'' Mia said sitting in the chair looking over the paperwork.

Wolf went over and yanked Mia up and shoved her away from the table. ''That is private stuff Mia, jailtime for that. Besides she would never leave in the middle of work or leave you here.'' He growled.

''How else did I get in?'' She asked batting her eyelashes.

''Where did she say she was going?'' He asked pulling out his phone.

''Not sure, but since its just you and me now, we can have the date until she gets back.'' Mia said.

Wolf got Diane's voicemail, and he tracked her phone to see it was in the basement? He placed it in his pocket.

He found himself pushed against the wall. ''Now it's just you and me Wolfy.'' She grins and leans into kiss him.

Wolf had an idea and kissed back only his paws wrapped around her waist and he rolled them on the ground with her on her stomach.

''No more games, where is Diane? I know she didn't leave.'' He growls his knee in her back.

''Who cares, all I want is for you and me to get away from here. I'm better then her.'' Mia said.

''I swear if you did anything to her.'' Wolf threatened.

''Take it easy.'' She said.

He took out his phone.

''Who are you calling?'' She asked.

''The police.'' He said.

Meanwhile Diane was on the ground trying to move but was cold, weak and losing blood, she couldn't move. ''Help!'' She called in a weak voice.

She tried to crawl to the stairs, but couldn't she had to stay awake, she tried to think of her and Wolf and the good guys. 'Hurry Wolf.' She begged.

She pulled out her cell phone and saw no service.

Chief Misty arrived with another cop. ''Her phone location in the basement.'' Wolf said.

''Let's go!'' Chief said as the other officer had Mia cuffed.

They ran to the basement and opened the door.

''DIANE!'' Called Wolf as he went down and stopped when he saw his beautiful vixen on the ground, he lifted her up and pulled his hand from her head to see blood.

''Oh god, she's bleeding!'' He shouted.

Chief called an ambulance. Diane looked and saw a blurry wolf.

''W-Wolf...''

''Shh, take it easy I'm here.'' Wolf said his voice trying not to crack.

Diane saw her world go black.

''Beep, Beep, Beep.'' Was what Diane heard as she groaned and opened her eyes, getting blinded by a light.

Diane opened her eyes and saw she was staring at the face of Wolf.

''Wolf?'' She asked.

''Yeah, I'm here honey.'' He said cupping her face.

''What happened to Mia?'' Diane asked.

''She was arrested and thrown in jail for now.'' He said kissing her cheek.

''How bad am I?'' She asked.

''You have a broken leg, you'll be on crutches, and you had a concussion.'' Wolf said.

''I shouldn't have listened to her.'' Diane said.

''Hey, its ok. Its over now.'' He said hugging her.

She hugged back. ''Thank you for finding me.''

''There is only one girl for me and that is you, Diane Foxington.''

She smiled. ''You're the only one for me too Wolf.''

They shared a kiss and hugged each other.
