Ados is the only one of the counterparts to not be introduced at the same time as the others.  Instead, she was introduced much later as a way to mimic Soda, who also doesn't appear with the rest of the Main 5.

Ados, being Soda's counterpart, is a quiet and shy individual.  She wants as little to do with any trouble as possible, though that task is a bit difficult in the middle of an apocalypse. Being born blind doesn't help her either, but after almost being killed by a group of survivors, she is saved by two strangers and is invited to come to a safe space. There, she is able to give tons of medical advice from her years of being a med student and occasionally goes out for resources on the account that she doesn't leave her search group. She is still very close friends with the people who saved her.

Ados does not exist in the canon timeline.

Ados doesn't have any close family members. Her friends are Hpesoj and Alli, who she knows as Foxtrot and Bravo respectfully.

Ados is an asexual lesbian.  As mentioned earlier, she is also blind, specifically she can't see much because her vision is extremely blurry.
