"Madam" Jacobs is a gentle and kind person at heart, but can get rambunctious and fierce when the time calls for it.  After the discovery of a bone disorder in her leg forced her to give up her dreams of an athletic career, she instead turned towards painting to fill up her free time (and her bank account).  In the "Honeycomb" timeline, she continues her newfound hobby and later learns how to work digital art so she could make backgrounds for cartoons and a few video games her best friend programs.

In the canon timeline, Madam is drowned in a lake by two unknown assailants.  Despite this, she chooses to just move on from her death in Heaven and continues painting as if her life never ended.

Madam has no close family members.  Her friend group consisted of Eve, Addam, and Steve, Eve being her ex-girlfriend and Steve being her best friend.

Madam is lesbian and is also trans fem.  Madam isn't what she changed her name to, but is rather a nickname she uses because her trans awakening was when a cashier at a store mistakenly called her Madam and it got her questioning her life choices.
