“I’ll see you in a little bit.” disappearing into the closet and making my way into the crawl space. Leaving his room now would cause a freaking riot to break out. Sliding the trap door just as he walked into the closet. It was a little funny cause I could still hear his thoughts.

~Holy hell she really did just disappear.~ sounding a little bewildered.

~Not possible, there is probably a trap door somewhere in here.~ Huffing at his wolfs stupidity

~Well I really don’t care how she did it, just as long as she does it again tomorrow night.~ Matias didn’t reply, but I could almost picture the smile he had on his face.
I made my way back into my room and backed out of the crawl space into my closet. I was completely taken by surprise when a low voice snapped at me.
    “And just what do you think your doing?” Holy hell who was that. Turning around slowly seeing…..Sam.

    “Sam!” I yelled happily running over and hugging him.
    “Hey sexy” bear hugging me. “did you think you were in trouble” Laughing and letting me go. I slapped his chest.
    “You’re a jackass, that scared the shit out of me.” frowning at him. He just laughed and made me as well.

    “Sneaking into another room I see.” Raising his eyebrows up and down.
    “Oh shut up” walking away.
    “Did you get marked.” Grinning like he had dirt on me.
    “No I did not, thank you very much.” turning the shower on and stepping back out.   
“Ummm” rubbing his chin.
    “What? Don’t umm me” pulling out new underwear, and a bra.
    “Your taking a shower….can’t image why”
    “You’re an ass, I'm dirty.” Shutting my mouth cause I just gave him more fuel for the fire.
    “Dirty you say. What kind of dirty are we talking about.” I blushed remembering what I was doing a few minutes ago.
    “Nothing.” Lying threw my teeth. He burst out laughing and flopped on my bed as I took a shower.

The shower didn’t take me to long and I slipped on my underwear and bra, stepping into my room drying my hair off. Sam was looking out the window when I walked in.
    “Feel clean!” smirking.
    “Shut up!” Tossing the towel at his head. He caught it and spun it around, then flashed me a smile.
    “No Sam…Don’t” Pointing my finger at him
    “Whatever do you mean?” Chasing me while trying to snap the towel at me.
    I ended up getting it from him and we fell on the floor laughing. We were acting like kids again. Sam has been my best friend for almost ever. I wouldn’t of been able to get where I am today without him. He’s always there when I need him most, and I love him for it.
    “You seem happy” He said leaning against the chair as we continued to sit on the floor.
    “Yea I guess I am.” laying flat back.
    “Good, I’m happy for you.”
    “Thanks Sam” turning my head to see him smiling. I felt something sad run threw me and Sam saw it.

    “What’s wrong?” I looked away.
    “Nothing…really” Looking at my fan.
    “You better tell me or else.” I looked over at him seeing his moving his fingers around like he was going to tickle me. Covering my stomach I laughed.
    “Its just….well if I do find my mate Sam, will you still be there to help me?” Sam took no time in answering me.
    “Luna!” Crawling over to me and looking down at my face. “Please tell me your kidding? I love you, your like my sister. I would never not help you. I don’t have any of my own siblings so to me your not just family you’re my sister. Just because you get a mate doesn’t mean I wont be there for you.” flicking my head.   
“Ouch, that hurt” rubbing the spot.
    “Well don’t ask stupid questions.” grinning.
    “I love you Sam, your always there when I need you.” Crying and wrapping my arms around him.
    “Geez Luna” hugging me and sitting us upright. I laughed and wiped my eyes of the tears.
    “I know I’m a baby” making fun of myself.
    “Shit if you’re a baby, who the hell was that at the Alpha meeting.?” He was all but brimming with curiously.

    “You heard about that?”
    “Yea…” Laughing. “Your father said you had every Alpha tripping and drooling over himself.” I blushed remembering the very skimpy outfit I wore.
    “You’re a hell of a woman, Luna.” Patting my head and helping me get up.
    “What do you mean?”
    “Well you might of bit your ass on that one”
    “Why?”
    “Well Donavon was there wasn’t he?” looking at me with a straight face.
    “Well yea, he’s an Alpha” Where’s he going with this.
    “Well don’t you think wearing something like that, might of made it so he wanted you more?” crossing his arms. I signed.
    “Maybe, but my money’s on Matias” walking over to a dresser.
    “Your falling for him!” My head spun around.
    “What! What would give you that idea?” Pulling out a shirt.
    “Because you smelled like him when you slithered out of the crawl space.” Evil bastard figured it out. Sam knew about the crawl space, but I didn’t think he knew where they all went. I was curious about something and wanted a second opinion.
    “Sam!”
    “Yea?”

    “Can I tell you a secret?”
    “Of course” making himself comfortable in a chair next to my bed.
    “Umm, well….I can sorta hear him.” He raised his eyebrow.
    “Hear who?”
    “Matias”
    “Umm yea I’m not catching on.”

Growling cause I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to spell it out to him.
    “I can hear him and his wolf talking” placing my hands on my hips.
    “Seriously?” Leaning forward in the chair.
    “Yea…is that bad?” Biting my lip.
    “Aww no….that’s freaking cool. Can he hear you?”
    “I don’t think so.” Pulling the shirt over my head, it was green, with a lily on the front.
    “Are you sure?” I nodded.
    “I tried a few times to get a reaction out of him, and got nothing.” Looking for a pair of jeans. I found a pair of Miss Me jeans in the bottom draw and slipped them on. Sam was quiet…to quiet.
    “Sam?” Zipping up.
    “I was just thinking, If you can hear him, doesn’t that mean he’s your mate?” I blushed harder then ever.

    “I don’t know.” getting mad, and putting on socks and cowboy boots.
    “Well I’m pretty sure he’s your mate if you can hear him, however if he can’t hear you….although” He stopped at the good part.
    “Although what Sam?” Throwing a different pair of socks at him. He didn’t even look up and caught them, its like he’s a ninja.
    “He is an Alpha, so he might be blocking you.” He had a sad look  on his face.
    “Blocking me?”
    “Yea, Alpha’s have a lot more power then you think, and they have the ability to block out certain things.” Tossing the sock back at me.
    “So, why would he do that?” my voice got low, and I could feel my wolf getting depressed.
    “He might just be waiting till after the match, or he doesn’t want to freak you out.” Some of that made sense.

    “Or he doesn’t want me” I whispered, Sam frowned.
    “I doubt that, you still have a hicky on your neck.” I freaked.
    “What where?” Running to the mirror.
    “hahah got yea” pointing and laughing at me.
    “Not cool Sam” glaring at him
    “Yea, but the fact that you thought it was there means you did things with him.” Grinning. Jerk he always knows how to get stuff out of me, without ever having to raise a finger. I finished doing a few things and added a little makeup, before Sam and I walked out of the room and headed to see everyone.
    “I am going to ask Marlene to marry me” He was turning red.
    “Holy hell, really, that’s wonderful Sam” hugging him.
    “Yea” He was nervous.
    “Are you scared?”

    “Ahh duh, stupid question” His hands were fidgeting.
    “When?” Trying to calm him.
“When things settle down around hear, and I know your going to be okay.” Smiling at me. I felt so bad, he was still putting me first.   
    “Sam, you need to ask her when your ready not when I’m okay. You need to have a life to Sam” Rubbing his back.
    “Yea but your family Luna”
    “And Marlene will be your family to, once you ask her.” He nodded, and kissed my forehead.
    “You’re the best” I laid my head on his shoulder as we walked the rest of the way to the stairs.
    “I got the ring” He whispered. And I stopped dead.
    “I wanna see” Jumping up and down. He laughed and pulled out his cell.
    I was confused till he went to his pictures and pulled up an image of a 2K diamond ring with turquoise stones surrounding the outside of the diamond. I took the phone.
    “Ohh Sam, its stunning. She’s gunna love it.” Handing him the phone back.
    “Are you sure?” Looking at the picture.

    “Hell yea, Heck I want one.” Grinning. He started to look a lot better and slipped the phone back in his pocket. It didn’t take us long to get down stairs and into the dinning hall. All the Alpha’s and my father were sitting around the rectangle table, eating and talking of business. When we walked in, they all stood up and bowed there heads to me.
    God I hate this shit, freaking drives me crazy. I faked a smile and walked over to my father side. I had no damn choice I had to sit next to Donavon. He was practically gleaming with joy. Sam sat at the way end, because he wasn’t an Alpha but was still part of are family. The talk was light, mostly about how a few rogues were becoming a problem. There was more talk about the business world and how to increase are profit and blah blah blah…I really could careless. As far as I was concerned this was pointless.

    I was eating peacefully when something touched my thigh. I felt sick, and looked over at Donavon who was grinning like a thief. Ohh you better remove your hand ass wipe. Wiping my mouth with a cream napkin I lowered down to his. Snatching it and squeezing it till I heard a popping sound. He cringed and I kept smiling. Tossing his hand back onto his lap. A few heads looked over at us and I pretended nothing happened. My father gave me a look as if to say ‘what was that’    I shook my head lightly and he dropped it. Sam was practically rolling on the floor, he knows me and knows you don’t touch me without my permission. Matias had almost dark black eyes and was trying to burn a hole threw Donavon. I caught his attention and licked the whip cream off the strawberry. His eyes lightened and turned a gold color, making me smile. Donavon noticed and growled, he stopped when I shot him a ‘I will fuck you up’ look.

    My father continued to speak. “As for the challenge, that will take place tonight.” Looking at me. I knew that would be brought up. Donavon took the chance to add in his unwanted two cents.
    “You know Alpha Matias, you can still back out, I wont judge you.” Yup clearly he’s a snake.

~Let just rip his head off know, and be done with this stupid challenge~ My wolf growled and I didn’t even stop her.

“I appreciate the offer Alpha Donavon, But I am very confident in my ability to beat you” Wiping his mouth, and leaning one elbow on the table grinning, and flashing me a smile. I felt my body go hot, he was not only good looking, but he could stop up assholes without breaking a sweat. Donavon growled and looked at me, and make a huge mistake. Grabbing my face and kissing me. Matias stood up slamming his hands on the table shaking it.

    I pulled away from Donavon and looked at Matias who was seething in red. I flashed my eyes at him, and he calmed sitting back slowly. My glaring eyes turned on Donavon.
    “That will be the last time you do that.” Grabbing a pot of hot coffee and dumping it in his lap. Getting up and huffing at him. He screamed in pain as the scolding hot coffee held onto his slacks. My father slapped his face and groaned, I nodded to Sam and he followed me. I was shaking when Sam finally came running to my side.

    “Holy shit.” Laughing up a storm.
    “I’ll kill him” I was seeing red, and shaking like a leaf.
    “That was crazy Luna, god Matias has no choice but to win now.” holding his hands behind his head and walking with me.
    “Kiss me will he” Slamming my door open. I didn’t hear a word Sam was saying. Heading into my closet and grabbing something.
    “What are you doing now?”
    “I’m loosing my fucking mind, is what I’m doing.” Coming out with a small container and a box of matches, and wearing black leather pants with strap black heels. A tight black lace top that was cropped to show all of my stomach. Sam blinked a few times.
    “What the hell is that?” Following me as I left my room and broke into Donavon’s room. It was trashed, clothes everywhere. Along with condoms, sick bastard.

    “Looks like he wasn’t alone either last night.” Looking around the room, Sam frowned.
    “Dead man” Raising my head and grabbing his clothes. Sam watched me toss everything out the baloney and onto the grass. Uncapping the small bottle and pouring it down at the clothes, I lit a match and watched it burn. Placing it half way in the box and watching the rest of the matches catch. Dropping the box and turning around, it hit the clothes and caught the liquid I poured. The Farbio wardrobe he had caught on blaze within seconds, Sam looked out the window at the fire.

    Black smoke billowed out of the pile, rising towards to the bluest sky. I strutted out of the room as the Alphas came walking up stairs. Pulling out a pair of sunglasses and walking towards them, Sam ran out following me. Matias looked confused and still a little angry. I grabbed his hand as I passed him, Sam grinned at him as we passed Donavon who was still covered in coffee. The tree of us were at the top of the stairs as he started coming up. I was still fuming and couldn’t help it. Pushing Matias up against the raining and French kissing him, right in front of Donavon.
    He growling was extreme, and I knew it wasn’t from the coffee. I smiled and made Matias moan under me. Pulling away from him and dragging him behind me, passing Donavon. Sam followed behind Matias and I. We hit the bottom step and walked outside. A loud scream and roar came from the top floor. I grinned and got into a sports car.

    “Where are we going?” Matias asked to trying to understand what was going on.
    “Anywhere but hear” Starting the engine as Donavan came flying out of the house screaming. Hitting the gas and flinging broken shells at him. Sticking my hand out window waving as he tried to catch me. Sam was sitting in the back seat dying of laughter. Matias looked out the side mirror at Donavon.
    “What did you do?” Turning to look at me. I was smiling so much it was hurting my face.
“Just a little house cleaning.” Sam laughed more. Matias turned around looking at Sam.
    “What did she do?” Sam waved at him trying to speak.
   
“She…..”Laughing more “Burnt…his….clothes” Laughing more. Matias’s face went pale.
    “You didn’t” Leanig to me. I grinned and turned on the radio lessoning to ‘miley cyrus we can’t stop’ and lip singing the song. Blasting the song and dancing in the car, while driving with my knees.

    “This is are house, this is are roof” Singing the song Matias just stared at me in disbelief.

Sam started singing with me.
    “Its are party we can say what we want.” I looked in the rearview mirror and smiled at Sam.

    “You both have lost your damn minds.” Rolling his arms while shaking his head. The song came to an end and I lowered the volume.
    “Not really, Sam never had his” Grinning.
    “Too shay Salesmen” He said in the British voice he could muster. The car rived down the road as we passed a few small places.
    “Where are we going?” Sam asked, leaning forward.
    “Where would you like to go?” Shifting the car.
    “Lets go there?” Pointing at a fair.
    “Okay” driving faster. Sam sat back and slipped his hands behind his head and relaxed as Matias grabbed the oh shit bar.

    “Don’t worry Matias, Luna is a killer driver.” Grinning white teeth.
    “That’s the part I’m afraid of.” Looking at the speed I was doing. I flashed him a smile, shifting again. We got to the fair in one piece, and I parked the car. I got out and let Sam out. Standing next to me Matias still was wearing a black jean jacket, and was drawing attention from all the woman.
“You need a shirt” Signing and walking to a small stand that sold t-shirts.
    “Yes may I help you?” The clerk asked.
    “Yes please can I have that one?” Pointing at a deep orange shirt with a tribal design on it. He handed me the shirt and I handed him a twenty.
    “Hear” Tossing him the shirt.
    “Orange?” Looking like he hated it.

    “Yea Orange, it will go good with your eyes when your pissed off.” Smiling and walking with Sam to the main gate. He put the shirt on and placed the jacket over top, catching up to us. I paid and handed him his ticket in. He growled at me paying, and I rolled my eyes.
    “Deal with it.” Pulling his jacket and walking into the fair. He started looking me up and down.
    “When did you put that on?” Turning red as a man looked me up and down.   
    “Before I left” Not looking at him. Sam smiled at him as he caught him glaring at another man. Moving so I was between Sam and Matias I interlocked my arms around theirs.
Music played as children laughed and ran around, as there parents told them to stay where they could see them. Men yelling “Come and get” and “Step right up” Caught my attention. The smell of Carmel popcorn filled my noise along with Smokey meats and cotton candy. The roller coaster screamed past us, the ferries wheel slowly went around.

    Games for tossing rings or shooting water into a clowns mouth won you a silly prize. My eyes lit up like a child, he watched me as if he had never seen me before.
    “Sam lets get some funnel cake.”  squealing like a child. He nodded and we went to go get some. Sitting at a small table Matias watched us, or more like me.
    “Two please” I said pointing at the powdered sugar. Sam ordered one as well with cinnamon. I grabbed two sodas and walked back to Matias. Placing one of each in front of him. He raised an eyebrow, and frowned at the food.

    “What?” ripping a piece off, stuffing it in my mouth.
    “Is that good?” grinning at the white powder around my lips. I nodded and popped open the soda. Leaning over to me and licking the sugar off my lips, I blushed.
    “Get a room” Sam said before taking a bite. Smiling at him Matias replied.
    “We have” I slapped him.
    “Don’t say that.” turning red and putting another piece in my mouth. They both laughed at me and he finally started eating the cake. The rest of the day Matias got dragged around as we wanted to ride almost everything. He complained a few times, till Sam wanted to go on the roller coaster. I shook my head.

    “What come on” Sam groaned.
    “Hell no, you two go.” Matias looked at me.
    “Fine, you wanna come Matias?” Sam asked.
He didn’t answer him, so Sam grabbed his jacket, pulling him away from me as I waved bye. Matias stopped in the line to the roller coaster and frowned.
    “Relax man, your not coming with me.” Sam grinned. He turned and gave a confused look. Sam laughed and patted him on the back.   

“Luna is afraid of roller coasters, always has been. She’s also afraid of thunder.” Winking at him.
    “Did you drag me over hear to tell me that?” frowning.
    “Not just that.” Lifting a finger. “Take her on the Ferris wheel.” moving his finger towards the ride.
    “Why?”
    “Seriously? Its like the most romantic ride in this place.” mumbling at his stupidity.
    “She likes that stuff?” paying more attention to Sam.
    “Dude, she is a woman. Just because Luna is a little more…tomboyish doesn’t mean she doesn’t like to me wooed.” He dragged the last part out and used his hand to make it seem longer. Matias nodded and went to walk away.
    “Hey”
    “Yea”

    “Don’t hurt her, or I’ll find a way to kill you” Frowning at him.
    “I hadn’t planned on it.” Stepping away from him. He looked around for me and found me sitting on a bench by myself, looking like I’d just lost my best friend.
    “What’s wrong?” I was startled.
    “Huh, oh nothing. Why aren’t you riding the roller coaster?” Getting up.
    “Not my deal” shrugging. I nodded I hate those things.
    “You wanna walk around?” I asked looking bored.
“Umm lets go ride that” Pointing at the ferris wheel. I looked at the lit up wheel as if slowly spun around. It was just starting to get dark.
    “Okay” Smiling as he took my hand and walked me over there.
    He got us each a ticket and we climbed into a green car. We made it half way up when it stopped. We could see quiet a bit from this height, and I looked around amazed. He watched me and I caught his eyes.
    “What?”

    “Your so beautiful” touching my face. I blushed and looked down. I wasn’t ready for this kind of attack in public.
    “Not fair” I mumbled.
He laughed and kissed my cheek sweetly, before we started moving again. At the very top we sat looking over everything, it was so small. The sun started to dissipate and cause the sky to turn shades of pink and purples. I watched loving the colors, it was stunning the way the clouds bounced the color all around.
    “So pretty” looking around.

    “Yes you are.” turning to face him, his eyes were glowing gold. Laying a soft kiss on my lips and taking my breath away. We stayed like this till the ride came to an end.
We were greeted by Sam who was all smiled. I rolled my eyes and walked past him heading to the car. We needed to head by for the challenge. Sam patted Matias on the back.
    “Told yea” He whispered and ran over to me, swinging his arm around my neck. Walking out of the fair and getting into the car. We were half way home when Matias started sniffing the air a lot more then usual.

“Stop the car.” He growled having his eyes change to a dark color.
    “What why?” Looking for answers.   
    “Stop the car” Glaring at me. I slammed on the breaks and watched as he unclipped the seat belt and pulled off his jacket and shirt.
    “Matias?” Leaning over the seat.
    “Go home Luna, straight home”
    “Matias what’s going on?”
    “Rogues” He said before taking off into the woods as a human. Sam crawled into the passenger seat and closed the door.

    “Go Luna, we need to warn your father.”
    “Right” Hitting the gas and flying us back home. The car peeled around the corner and threw the gates. The shells flew threw the air, and we rounded the fountain. Hitting the break and parking the car, we left the keys in and the doors open running inside.
    “Father” I screamed. The doors opened and Donavon grabbed me.   
    “You are in so much trouble” Growling at me.
    “Not not, there are rogues” Pushing him off me.
    “What!” Turning his eyes a different color.
    “Father” I screamed again leaving him. My father came down the stairs in a mad rush.
    “Luna? What’s the meaning of this?”
    “Father there are rogues” Half in tears.
    “What, not in my land.”
    “Matias went after them, please father” Now crying.
    “Calm yourself my dear.” He went silent as he mind linked with all the Alphas.
