Jay started to walk out of the room and I followed. Maybe he has something that he needs to tell me, I know that he does have something on his mind, my horse can sense it. When I finally clear my head from my thoughts, I run into Jasper who ran into Jay.

"Jas! Watch where you're going!" Jay snapped at his younger brother.

"Sorry, that was my fault." I said apologetically.

"No it wasn't Sandi, it was this little butthead!" Jay said pointing to Jasper who all of a sudden punched his older brother right in the mouth. A little bit of blood leaked out of Jay's mouth and onto the grass, already a bruise was starting to show. Jasper pulled back to land another punch to Jay's face but then was stopped when Jay kicked him in the stomach.

"Stop!" I scream running over to check the boys out. When I get over there, I notice that both of the boys eyes are back to their normal colour instead of the amber that had been there about thirty seconds in advance.

"Sorry Sandi," Jay said looking away. I nod, he isn't forgiven yet.

"C'mon, we have to keep going." I say moving alongside Jasper and his brother to keep them from fighting. After a while, we get to a tree that is twisted around another tree, when I get closer, I notice that in he middle of the tree is a small glowing heart. With each step that I take, the heart seems to glow brighter.

"Sandi, come over here please. " Jay said waving me over towards the tree. When I get over to him, he kneels and takes my hand. Pulling out a ring box he smiles.

"Sandi Sara West, you have been there at the times when I was in doubt, you are my rock and I love you so much. I couldn't imagine a life without you and I want you to be with me until the day that I die, will you marry me?" Jay's asked, I thought I could melt into a puddle right then and there!

"Yes!" I say planting a sweet little kiss on his lips. When we broke apart, he slid the ring onto my finger, it was a heart shaped diamond on a white gold band. The fit was perfect and it was the best ring that I could have ever imagined.
 
We walked back to the Pack House to find my father and Gwen kissing each other across the table. Excuse me EWWWW! Gross!

"Ahem..." I say clearing my throat and Gwen looks at me shyly before returning to Father and her room.

"Oh sorry darling we didn't think-" Dad started.

"Save it Dad, Jay and I are engaged!" I squeal happily. I show Dad the ring and lean into Jay. I can't imagine my life getting any better. I can till the wedding, I already know who I want for my maid of honour. Someone very dear to me, her name is Evonne and her sister Elena is going to be a bridesmaid.

"Congrats baby girl," Dad says still blushing from the earlier encounter.

"Thanks Dad, have you seen Evonne anywhere? I want her to be my maid of honour. " I say. After explaining what she looked like, we started to look for her in the large 'herd' that Dad has.
