Y/N
My mind was clear.

Everything was quiet.

Warmth wrapped around me.

It was so peaceful.

Every stressful thing in my life left.

"Hey...Y/N" a soft voice whispered

I nuzzled in deeper into my blanket.

A scent wafted around me.

It made me more relaxed

"Little piggy" the husky voice whispered again

I mumbled a groan as I shuffled my body around

It was so hard to move, but it was so comfortable.

"Piggy. You're drooling on me" the hoarse voice whispered

I don't wanna get up yet...

Everything was heaven.

"Piggy..." He murmured in a soft voice.

I was on a soft fluffy cloud
"Get off. You're on my OW"

Suddenly my soft fluffy cloud jumped up.

Immediately my eyes opened

It was hard to keep my eyes open.

It was dark.

I was tired.

I had my head on...

NOT A PILLOW.

It was raising and slowly falling.

I could feel a heartbeat.

I looked up to see Jack.

He was underneath the blankets with me.

I had my arms tightly wrapped around him.

I had my leg on his abdomen, holding him back from getting up.

70% of my body was laying on him.

.....

...

I held back my screams and just rolled off him.

"S-sh*t I'm sorry!" I covered my face in embarrassment

"Jesus Christ. I stayed quiet for the first few hours and even fell asleep, but then you kept on rolling around and hitting me. Then you drooled on me and bit me" he sat up and ran his fingers thorough his brown strands of hair.

"I'm so sorry!" I stuttered

I couldn't look at him.

Wait

How did we end up here....?

Memories flashed through my brain.

Jack comforting me.

When I was almost on the edge of shattering.

A blush reddened my face.

He turned his head to me and arched an eyebrow.

"Are you okay?" He asked

NO.

"Yes. I'm fine!" I forced a laugh "What time is it?"

"7...Go back to bed. You need atleast 8 hours of sleep." He got off the bed and grabbed his mask from the nightstand.

He then proceeded to put on his black gloves.

I watched as he walked towards the door.

"Wait! Where are you going?" I was desperate.

I was wide awake now. What was the point of going back to sleep.

"I'm hungry."

My eyes widened

Was he going to kill someone?

"Jack..." I murmured as he took his hand and wrapped it around the door knob.

He turned his head to me.

He placed his mask on.

"Don't...kill anyone." I told him

He seemed surprised for a second before slowly nodding.

Then he turned and left.

He gently shut the door from the outside.

I could hear his footsteps leave the apartment.

I sighed.

A day had passed since Jack had left.

He left me feeling insecure again.

IT WAS CAUSE I DROOLED ON HIM ISNT IT.

I was at McDonalds.

Working.

I had missed so many shifts that my boss threatened to take away money from me.

It was exactly 6:59pm.

One more minute until my shift ended and I could go home.

7:00 pm.

IM FREE.

I got changed.

I hopped out of McDonald's and went to Midnight Cafe immediately.

It was another one of my favourite cafes.

I walked in slowly. My eyes wandered the cafe.

It was pretty empty.

I didn't recognize anyone.

Finally. A day without any drama.

I walked towards the cashier.

I already knew what I wanted.

"One creamy chocolate chill, vanilla mix cookies, red velvet cupcake, and a chocolate deluxe cheesecake" I asked with a smile.

Just imagining the taste of the foods made my mouth water.

"That will be 16 dollars" the cashier smiled

I reached into my bag and searched for my wallet.

Yummy cake yummy cake!~

Wait.

WUT

I couldn't find my wallet

I started to frantically search for it, but I couldn't find anything.

I sighed as I gave up.

A wave of disappointment smacked me

"Sorry I can find my wallet could you just cancel my or-" I was interrupted

"I'll pay" a voice said

I turned my head to see a man behind me.

I had never seen him in my life before

His hair was raven black. His eyes were a colour I couldn't describe.

He wore a black suit that looked like it was worth millions of dollars

However... what was strange was that he wore a bandana on his head.

He seemed around my age

I watched in astonishment as he walked towards the cashier and place down 16 dollars.

"Wait you don't have to!" I called out

But you can if you wanted to. I did want the food but I couldn't just be rude and take a strangers money!

"Don't worry about it" he smiled

His smile sent a warm feeling in me.

After a bit the workers handed the man a bag and a cup of the creamy
chocolate chill

He handed it to me before ordering his own things.

I waited for him to get his order.

"Sir. I'll give you back the money when I find my wallet!"

"It's okay Miss. Enjoy your cake." He chuckled before turning around and leaving the cafe.

My mouth widened

Who the heck is this guy?

BUT HEY.

Free food

Even though I felt guilty... I devoured the food in minutes.

I knew that nearby customers were watching me with disgust, but f*ck them.

When I was finished the sky had turned dark.

I walked out with a bloated feeling.

Food is the love of my life.

Love.

My mind immediately flashed a photo of Jack.

I couldn't help but think about what he's done for me.

But...

What is he?

He wasn't human for sure...

But he wasn't a monster!

I slowly walked to my apartment.

I was thinking about everything that had happened

The man who paid for my food... Jack... ....Jake becoming evil......Chelsea become a strange friend

I hadn't even noticed the eery feeling that groomed around me.

When I had entered my apartment.

It was dark.

Quiet.

So silent.

I guess Jack wasn't here again.

I threw my jacket and stuff onto the couch as I turned on the lights.

My heart jumped.

I almost screamed

On the walls.

There was red painted on the walls.

It was a heart and a happy face with my name in the heart.

There were rose petals on the ground scattered everywhere. Leading to my room.

F*CK!

I ran to the kitchen to grab a knife.

NOT TODAY.

I armed my self.

F*cking hell! I need to call the police!

Then a smell made all the air from my lungs disappear.

Smoke.

I walked towards it.

It was in my room.

I slowly opened the door.

My eyes widened at the sight.

It was a big pile of trash.

Fire was bursting through the trash.

It was moving like a dragon as it whipped around left to right.

It was spreading rapidly

I ran and grabbed my phone.

I called the police immediately, but I dropped it when I noticed someone.

Jake stood there

JAKE

I screamed as I ran as fast as I could away from that maniac, but he caught up to me immediately.

He pounced onto me

He placed all his weight on me so I couldn't move.

I was pinned to the ground.

Just then Jake hit my knife right out of my hands, blocking me from defending myself. (-From CPDezziree :) ty CPD)

His face was in front of mine. He held my arms down

"Let's die together Y/N" he said

This time I could smell the alcohol.

It was strong.

What happened to you Jake?

A kind and nice boy....

You use to hug me to sleep.

Shower me with love on Valentine's Day.

Support me through my rough times.

Back me up against bullies.

"Why?" I cried

"After you broke up with me. Someone came into my house. They killed everyone... everyone in my family. Mom... dad... big brother...My little sister.... t-they..... raped her... Then... they left me to rot with wounds. After that.... I was alone. So alone. I drank and drank. I was so lonely... my mind felt like it was going to explode.  Some days the same man would come and beat me until  my body went numb.Then I realized..." his voice got more demonic by the second "when I was alone and left to die for.  Darkness was the only one who welcomed me when everyone else pushed me away..."

My eyes widened as i watched his eyes become black.

"Everyday is a nightmare  Every night I can't sleep. It's impossible. It's all your fault. If I hadn't met you... EVERYONE WOULDN'T HAVE DIED" his voice broke as he cried

His grip on me tightened

My eyes softened

"I can't..! I cant! Help me please! They tell me to do things I don't want to do...I don't want to hurt you..." his voice suddenly went back to normal...

Tears streamed down his face.

He went off of me.

Flames were now bursting through the hallways.

I could hear people chattering from outside with panic.

He covered his eyes.

"Go... Before you die. I don't even know who I am anymore" he sobbed

I got up.

My eyes saddened at the sight of him.

I had a weak spot for him even though he hurt me so much.

"I don't know what I am anymore" his voice was cracked and shaky.

"Jake... Come with me" I backed away as I felt the heat of the fire roast my skin.

"No. I want to go... I want to see dad, mommy, lil sis and big bro again." He raised his face from his hands.

His eyes were back to normal.

He forced a smile as he cried.

"Y/N!!" Someone shouted from the outside of my door.

I ran over to open it.

It was my neighbors.

They grabbed my arm and pulled me out.

"Wait there's someone back there!" I screamed as they pulled me down the stairs.

They didn't listen.

They were too scared.

They forced me outside.

There were tons of people outside.

They watched in horror as the building was engulfed in fire.

"Everyone is out right?!" A police officer shouted

"Yes! This is everyone!" A man shouted back

No...

But...

Jake...

"Jesus Christ what in the world happened??" A woman whispered

Fire trucks arrived.

I watched.

I was paralyzed

"Wow I leave for one day and someone lights the building on fire"

Burger F*cking Man.

He stood there.

With..

A HOOMAN FACE!!

His eyes weren't bleeding and he didn't have his mask on.

I tried my best to take a memory photographic of his face.

He held a Starbucks Frappuccino in his hand and silently slurped it as he watched the fire.

I smacked him on the arm.

"Jack! WHERE  WERE  YOU?? Something happened and I don't know how to explain it and and-"

Jack never turned his eyes away from the fire.

"Everyone. I suggest you evacuate this area!" A fireman said

"So pretty" Jack said in awe

"What?" I coughed

"Not you. The fire. It's beautiful." He said softly.

The fire was completely destroying the building.

It sent smoke up into the cloudy night.

"Jack listen! I saw Jake! He was all crazy and he set the fire as well... and his eyes were black. He talked about darkness welcoming him or Something and andddd-"

"Why are we talking about the guy who was probably a crazy stalker trying to kidnap you?"

"No! He was saying he was being forced"

I didn't know why I was defending him.

"Welcomed by darkness? You sure that's what he said because that sounds a bit like it came out from a cheap movie." He slurped his Starbucks slowly.

"Jack!" I whined

"OKAY.  According to what information you've given me. He probably left himself out vulnerable for something to easily get him." Jack shrugged

"What am I going to do??" I cried.

"Hey I'm hungry do you want to go eat Burger King with me."

"JACK THIS ISNT A JOKE"

Smh once again I don't feel that good about this chapter -.-
