It was only two moons ago since the gathering and ash flower and finch flower where at the moonstone well wolf star was asleep he had dream from star clan and dawn star told him that stone and rock will meet in battle and black will rule the forest wolf star was wondering what it meant.with the rogues scar was in the barn sleeping but then he woke up and stretched and went outside he saw maple and tiger talking to each other on top of the barn.Scar sighed as if he thought tiger would cheat on dapple for maple but today  Scar was going to ask blizzard claw and snow fur two former mist clan cats but that are now rogues and he was going to ask them if they wanted to join his group once Scar got to snow pelts and  blizzard claws den he saw blizzard claw and snow pelt eatting some prey and  he stepped in "blizzard claw snow pelt are ready to tell me your offer for joining my group" he meowed  snow claw gulped down the last of his bird " our answer is yes" snow pelt answer snow pelt and blizzard claw stood up after blizzard claw was done eatting his vole and they walked off toward the barn. Wolf star yawned and stepped out of his den and dawn dawn paw recovering from her wounds fast then leopard claw and dawn paw ran out of camp then he heard tiger heart organizing the dawn patrol "I will lead the dawn patrol I will take moon flower silver fur snow claw badger fang and fox tail and cedar paw and wolf paw and flame pelt and white paw" wolf star heard tiger heart meow then the dawn patrol went into the patrol and with a flick of tiger hearts tail he lead his patrol out of camp wolf star went over to the fresh-kill pile and he saw finch flower grab a bird from the pile and she took it for ash flower and then she slipped back into the medicine cats den not waiting for wolf star to say hi to her then wolf star grabbed a vole for himself and went beside a bush to eat it.after wolf star ate he got up and stretched his back and went to the high ledge and he laid on it and watched the clan.with night clan tiger star heard a yowling coming from his clan mates and he saw his clan mates running toward bushes to hide and then he looked up and saw a hawk and he ran to his den and hid in his den because he had cover from his den. Tiger star saw the hawk gone so he went outside and told his clan it's ok to come out his clan mates came out "when will this clan catch a hawk or a owl for the fresh-kill pile one day" gray heart complained " I wanna taste hawk and owl!" Gray heart growled " hawks and owls will be to dangerous to catch" black claw growled to gray heart. Wolf star led his border patrol around the border in his patrol was dawnpaw and leopard claw,moon flower,silver fur,blue stream and red stripe wolf claw sat down on rock "red stripe,bluestream and silver fur you check the thunder path border" the three cats nodded and ran off to the thunder path "moon flower,leopard claw and dawn paw go to check the border by twolegplace and I will check the border by the great  sycamore we will meet back here to report the news" they nodded and left wolf star sniffed the border by the great sycamore he smelled an old,fox scent he scratched the tree to mark the border he left his own scent and ran off he waited for the patrol to return they shared their news and ran to camp and went to eat. The apprentices where gathering around each other with prey to eat and share news "I had to remove ticks from storm claws pelt today and oh he was a grump he was like keep your claws sheathed you apprentice oh make that itching stop! And I was all like my claws are sheathed and I stopped the itching!" Cedar paw  grumbled " i went on patrol with my mother and my mentor and my father wolf star was leading but he  put me in a group with moon flower and leopard claw and we smelt a new dog scent!" Dawn paw meowed " wow! I had to get new moss for the nursery and make new nests for it with silver furs new kits on the way that's what I had to do" wolf paw hissed " I got to do a training session with my mentor about how to stalk a vole then after I learned that he made do a hunting mission and he said I did great!" White paw mewed " I got to help finch flower and ash flower with stocking up on herbs for leaf-bare" moon paw said quietly ash flower and finch flower were sitting together " finch flower I have to to tell you something" ash flower said quietly "what is it ash flower" finch flower said through a piece of vole "well soon I have to move to the elders" ash flower meowed " what?!?" Finch flower meowed alarmed "I have to I am to old" ash flower mewed "I-i understand"finch flower said quietly " you are a great medicine cat finch flower" ash flower meowed ash flower got up and stretched "I might as well join them now" ash flower said in a old voice "ok I under stand" finch flower said nicely ash flower padded over to wolf star and told him the news and he nodded and jumped onto  the high ledge "let all cats old enough to run in the mist  please gather under the high ledge for a clan meeting" wolf star yowled the cats went and sat in the clearing " we have a new cat joining the elders today" he began "that cat is our former medicine cat ash flower" he continued "ash flower you have helped and servered your clan well but now you shall join the elders" he went on ash flower bowed her head and walked to join the elders "clan dismissed" wolf star meowed the cats got up and walked off. The elders were in their den fighting  "ok  storm claw how many times do I have to tell that mouse you ate was my mouse!" Small claws snapped "no I claimed it first small claws" hissed storm claw ash flower was tired of small claws and storm claw fighting over a mouse "don't worry ash flower we fight all the time" snow fang meowed "I can tell" ash flower meowed "hey you two stop fighting we have a new elder we mustn't fight in front of her " snow dang yowled "fine" storm claw meowed angrily "ok" small claws hissed madly. Finch flower sighed as she sorted herbs she went out to get more herbs then she noticed clouds in the sky a snow flake landed on finch flowers nose if she was going to get herbs for leaf-bare she would have to do it fast she ran and found moss by the stream she grabbed it and soaked the moss in water then found some cobwebs she grabbed them she found all the herbs she needed and took them back to the camp finch flower got into camp the hunting patrol ran into camp moon flower had a bird silver fur had a vole badger fang had a  fish and flame pelt had a mouse and snow claw had a bird and  fox tail had a vole and shadow pelt had a vole and red stripe had a water vole and last but not least blue stream had a bird they put their fresh-kill on the pile then left to their warrior duties moon flower sat and groomed herself and then a howl came from on top of the high ledge and wolf star was calling a meeting finch flower ran to her den put the herbs down and ran to the meeting she sat down and listened "cats of mistclan"he began "I have thought long and hard and now I make my decision we shall start tunneling I make this choice so my warrior ancestors can hear and approve my decision" wolf star meowed the cats yowled their agreements and then wolf star silenced them "I will choose who should be my tunnels tonight" he mewed "clan dismissed" he finished.  The cats went back to their normal duties and dawn paw picked up a bird from the fresh-kill pile and took it for the elders once she got to the elders den she heard voices inside "I am telling you storm fur wolf star should not have chose tunnelling for clan!" She heard small claws hiss "but remember how dawnstar complained about no tunnels under the thunder path?" Snow fang laughed "I know but I remember how lion fur died due to tunnelling" storm fur growled "but still it could be useful" ash flower pointed out. Dawn paw  walked inside  the elders den and put the bird down "I brought this bird for you guys" she meowed "thanks dawn paw" ash flower mewed. Dawn paw saw tiger fur organizing the evening patrol "flame pelt will lead the evening patrol with badgerfang,moonflower,snow claw,silver fur,bluestream,red stripe,shadow pelt" she heard tiger heart meow. Once Dawn paw got to the apprentices den she saw  Wolf paw and White paw wrestling outside the apprentices den she slipped inside the den and laid in her nest and curled her tail around her paws and White paw and Wolf paw came inside and went into their nest and fell asleep. The kittypets were on their fence and Ash was expecting Skylars kits she was so happy to tell Skylar she went up to Skylar "hey Skylar!" Ash meowed "hey Ash!" Skylar mewed "Guess what Skylar" she meowed "what?" Skylar mewed "I am expecting your kits" Ash meowed happily "WHAT?!?" Skylar meowed in alarm "yep" ash mewed "I am going to be a dad!" Skylar meowed. In the morning once the evening patrol got back tiger heart started organizing the dawn patrol "leopard claw will lead the dawn patrol with mistheart,dawnpaw,Whitepaw,Wolf paw,silver fur,cedar paw and I will come to" he meowed leopard paw nodded and gathered his patrol and lead his patrol out of camp. Wolf star waited for the patrol to get back because he was making cedar paw,wolf paw,White paw and moon paw warriors today" once the patrol got back wolf star hoped onto the high ledge and called a clan meeting the cats came and sat in the clearing "today we make four apprentices warriors wolfpaw,cedar paw,white paw and moon paw please step forward" he began the four apprentices stepped forward "i wolf star leader of mist clan call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices the have worked hard to learn the ways of your noble code Wolf paw do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect the clan even if it's the cost of your life?" Wolf star meowed "I do" Wolf paw mewed "then by the powers of star clan I give you your warrior name you shall now be known as wolf fur " wolf star coutined "cedar paw do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect the clan even if it's the cost of your life?" He mewed "I do" Cedar paw meowed happy "then by the powers of star clan I give you your warrior name you shall now be known as cedar claw" he finished "moon paw do your promise to uphold the warrior code and protect the clan even if it's the cost of your life?" He countied "I do" she mewed "then by the powers of star clan you shall be known as moon heart" he mewed "white paw do you promise to up hold the warrior code and protect the clan even if it's the cost of your life?" He finished "I do" she mewed "then by the powers of star clan I give you warrior name you shall now be known as white claw" wolf star finished the clan chanted their new names

Wolf star dismissed the clan and the cats went back to their duties. As. Night fell white claw,wolf fur,cedar claw and moon heart went to sit their vigil for the night.
