He immediately jumped out of bed and throwed his t-shirt which he was wearing on floor.

His family got shocked seeing the large white bandage covering his half stomach with little red at center which was because of blood and little yellow because of ointment at corner.

His mother, asked worriedly" What is this Krish? What happened to you? Are you alright?"

Krish didn't said anything and closed his eyes and slowly removed bandage from corner. He didn't felt any pain so he opened his eyes and find corner below bandage clean and got little shocked.

He removed whole bandage and got stunned. He was shock beyond any words.

He turned to Sona," This! How! See!"

He was not able to form words in shock. Sona moved forward and he hold her hand and put it on his stomach where he was wounded.

Krish," See! Nothing is here! You saw it last night. This is"

She took her hand back and looked down confusingly.

Krish," What? Say something."

Sona slowly said,"I don't know. It's shocking."

Krish," Yes it is."

Krish's father loudly," Be quiet both of you. Stop your drama. Sonalika this was not expected from you. I haven't expected you will take part in his stupid games. It's his habit to make silly excuses and annoy. But you are intelligent and wise. Do not behave childish like him in future."

She nodded.

Sona held his hand and nodded in no.

His father," You don't say anything. You have already wasted my time. I am getting late and Mohini breakfast time has already passed so give him bottle guard(Loki) juice only and make bitter gourds (karele) for him in lunch today and Sona make sure he eats it. Krish cuts her," a witch! I know she's cruel."

Krish," You don't ask that traitor!" He rolled his eyes with a disappointed pout.

Sona," Haww! Traitor? Me? You are calling me a traitor? Don't talk to me. I am going."

She started to go out but Krish pulled her by her arm and hold her waist.

Krish," Don't behave like typical girlfriend. (He mimicked her)I am going! Don't talk!"

She hit hard on his shoulder and picked the knife. Krish stepped back.

Krish," What are you doing? Keep that down."

Sona," No!"

Krish," Sweetheart! Keep that down."

Sona gritted her teeth," I am not your sweetheart!"

Krish," Okay! Okay! Buddy! My friend! Keep that down."

Sona," Hold your ear and say sorry."

Krish," Why? I should be angry not you."

Sona kept knife on his neck.

Sona," You called me a traitor! I am your childhood friend. All those things which I said to your family were to save you. I am your well wisher. I l..I want you not to get in any trouble. Last night also you said things to me which were not appreciable but I overlooked them but I will not ignore this time."

She stepped back.

Krish," I am very sorry Sona."

Sona," Hold your ears."

He hold his ear and again said sorry.

Sona," Hmm!"

She kept the knife at side.

Krish," How was making me look like a lier was supposed to help me? I only got punishment instead."

Sona," So what had you thought that you will tell them you sneaked out yesterday and got yourself attacked in jungle will get you a reward? You would have got a harder punishment instead. Uncle will surely forget till evening.

He would have asked you that in first place why did you go out without informing anyone then what was the need to use that way which passes from jungle?"

Krish," It's a shortcut! I lied yesterday that coaching is off because Ma'am had to go somewhere urgently because I was not in mood to listen to her boring lecture. Listening same thing in college is not enough for dad that's why he makes me go to coaching. Then Darsh called me. He took me to watch a movie. He's my only friend after you. She again picked the knife.

He got a hard smack on his arm.

Sona said angrily," Just shut up! Nothing of such sort is going on. She's like my sister you rotten minded man."

Krish laughed," I was just joking. So, what's your experiment?"

Sona," I have a theory."

Krish," About what?"

Sona," About you. Do you trust me?"

Krish," What sort of question is this? Isn't it obvious in all these years that I do."

Sona looked in his eyes,"Then give me your hand."

Krish nodded and gave his hand. He was looking at her face.

Sona," Look into my eyes. I am really sorry for it."

She cut his hand with a knife a little.

Krish,"Aaahh!"

Sona got tears," I am sorry but it was important."

Krish," What are you doing?"

Sona sniffed a little," Testing my theory. Look down."

Krish looked down and got shocked as that cut disappeared. He got healed.

Sona," You are healed. You healed last night yourself that's why there was no wound when you showed to your family."

Krish was shocked.

Krish," How is this possible?"

Sona," It indeed is. We have proof here. You can try again."

Krish," I cannot cut myself. It hurts. You do it."

Sona," It hurts me too to hurt you."

He wiped her tears.

Krish," Do it!"

She nodded and again cut his hand and it again got healed.

Krish sat on bed holding his head," What the hell is wrong with me?"

Sona," I think all this is happening because of wolf's bite."
