I tell Charlotte everything.

"Wow, so this all links in with the running and stuff?" she asks, almost In shock.

"Yeah I guess," I say, trying to sound casual.

"I can show you if you want..." I say. She almost chokes on her drink "really?!"

"Sure" I say.

"But can you?" She asks.

"Well I guess, but I have only transformed once and I didn't try to that time so I will see" I reply as I get her outside.

Well here it goes

I somehow get myself into wolf form. I hear Charlotte gasp. I let out a long, loud howl. She slowly goes down to pat me, and just because, I lick her face.

"ewww, Nat that's gross!" she screams, I really want to say something, is I change back.

I laugh.

"Ok but you have to promise that you will tell no one! Ok?"

"Ok." She says and I giggle.

"Oh Nat, cross country's on Monday!" she says and I smile, I always win cross country thanks to my tremendous speed.

And then I hear the sound of a car engine.
