3rd Person POV:

School has always seemed to drag on, even more so when you're immortal. Though finally the last class of the day, Biology, was going to start. It was also when all the drama with Edwerido would start. Since Jasper and Evelyn had shared their memories Jasper knew all about the Twilight series and movies. -Thank whatever God is out there that the stories from that other Earth aren't accurate. Having the pixie boy as a mate would have been hell...- Just the thought of it makes Jasper feel sick and that shouldn't be possible with him being a vampire. -Well the stories could have been worse and made the immortal virgin your mate...- Evelyn couldn't help letting out the laugh she was trying to hold back out. At the utter look of disgust that Jasper had at the thought of that. -If you think that's bad, then you don't want to know of some of the crazier fanfictions out there and the pairings they have.- -If there are worse pairing than the pixie or mind rapist in these fanfictions I don't want to know. I may not be able to sleep, but that's nightmare inducing.- Jasper felt a shiver of disgust run down his spine at the thought. Then shook his head to get rid of those horrible thoughts and turned to his mate, who was laughing at him.

"Darling, it ain't nice to be laughing at my expense. Maybe I should give you an actual reason to laugh..." Jasper said, reaching out to her sides. Evelyn shook her head and before she could voice her disagreement. Jasper's hands were upon her sides tickling her. A high pitched squeal escaped Evelyn's lips as she tried to move away from his wandering hands, with no success. "I will stop if you say Jasper is one of the most handsome men in the world and I will go on a date with him." Jasper chuckled out as he kept tickling Evelyn. "Okay 'giggles' Jasper is one of the most handsome men in the world 'giggles' yes I will go out on a date with you Jasper." Evelyn giggled out. Jasper stopped with a smug look on his face, especially with the upset look Mike Newton had when she agreed to go on a date with him.

The final bell rang, signaling that it was time for the class to start. Bella and Emmett had just walked in. "Mr. Banner, this is Bella Swan." Emmett introduced Bella to Mr. Banner, while Bella handed the form her teachers needed to sign. -I'm glad we are always early to class, I may not be shy, but I hate being the center of attention... Well even more so than I already am.- Jasper couldn't help, but agree. -It's even worse with it being the attention of teenagers.- "Welcome to Biology, Ms. Swan. You can sit at the desk next to Mr. Emmett Cullen's desk where Mr. Edward Cullen sits. Here is your biology book for class and just try to follow along with the lesson. If you need help understanding anything you can come to me for help, but I'm sure either Mr. Cullens would help you as well." Mr. Banner said to Bella as he handed her a biology book and pointed towards Edward's desk at the empty seat next to him.

-It's starting...- Evelyn nodded her head towards the front where Bella stood in front of the fan. The scent of strawberries and freesia floods the room. Evelyn and Jasper have a clear view of what's about to happen. Jasper was glad that Evelyn made it to where he was incomplete control of his empathetic ability. If not he would be going crazy with the bloodlust Edward was feeling when Bella's scent finally reached him. -I can see why in the story from the other world I lost my shit when she got a papercut in front of the Cullens... Bloodlust from a blood singer is no joke, even with it being muted it's quite strong. Darling I'm so grateful you helped me with my gift.- Jasper couldn't help, but to project how grateful he felt to Evelyn. -No need to thank me cowboy, you are stronger than you or the Cullens think.- Evelyn smiled reassuringly at Jasper and gave his hand a squeeze under the table.

Their moment was shattered by the scrapping of Edwierdo's chair as he tried to get as far as he possibly could from Bella once she sat at their shared desk. Evelyn and Jasper shared a look; they both knew what was going to happen and with Evelyn's abilities they could hear the thoughts of the soon to be toxic relationship. -How dare she try to tempt me with her blood!- Edward shouted in his mind blaming Bella like it was her choice to be his blood singer. While Bella's thoughts were completely different then Edward's. -Why is Edward making that face like he just smelled something horrible. It can't be me I showered this morning... 'sniff' My hair smells like my strawberry shampoo...-

-Poor Bella I really hope Edward is just a phase and isn't really her mate. That this is one of the things the story from the other earth got wrong... I never understood what Bella found appealing about Edward in the story. Sure he's a pretty boy, but who wants a pretty boy when there are ruggedly handsome cowboys around.- Evelyn gave Jasper her sly smile and a wink at the end of her thought, as she filled in the answers to her worksheet. Jasper couldn't help, but to smirk at her casual flirting. Chuckling under his breath causing Edward to snap his gaze towards Jasper. "You think this is funny!" Edward said in his vampire whisper shout, thinking Jasper was chuckling at his misfortune. "Eddie, you better cool it or the humans will notice you acting strange. Well stranger than usual." Emmett jokingly whispered out trying to break the tension and figure out what was going on with Edward. "Shut up, Emmett! This is serious, Bella is my blood singer! I could lose control and end up killing everyone here!" Edward said in vampire speed. Glaring at Jasper for a moment before he went back to holding his breath and glaring at Bella again.

Once Jasper heard the words I could lose control and end up killing everyone here coming out of Edward's mouth he became completely serious. No longer was Jasper laughing at the fact his mate didn't find Edward appealing and was being flirty with him. -He is a threat to our mate, we must END HIM!- The Major growled out, not realizing he did so in their mental link with their mate. -Calm yourself Major... You both have to stay calm and in control if you want to protect me right now and not expose us to the humans.- Evelyn said through their link in a soothing voice. While taking a hold of Jasper's hand under their desk and flooding his sense of smell with her intoxicating scent calming both the Major and Jasper. Taking in a deep breath of his mate's scent that only he has had the privilege to breathe in. Jasper opened his eyes that were mostly black with a small ring of gold, showing how close he was to letting the Major out. He glared in Edward's direction. "Boy, if you know what's good for you. You will keep calm and not be a threat to my mate's life like you're implying... For if you are, I will end you no matter how much your death would hurt the rest of the family. My mate comes first." Jasper growled out in a tone no human would be able to hear. -Just because none of the humans around us can hear our conversation doesn't make my threat to Edward any less intimidating...- Jasper thought to himself as he saw how Edward seemed to cow down when he realized the mistake he made. -Oh shit!!! Edward really fucked up this time. He should know better. You never threaten another male's mate unless you want to fight to the death. I'm not saving his ass from the Major, I don't have a death wish... Besides I would be the same if my Rosie was threatened.- Emmett decided to stay silent for once, not wanting Jasper's wrath on him as well.

When Edward faced Jasper as he spoke to him. Edward noticed the color Jasper's eyes had become, the sharp & dangerous tone his voice had taken, and how Jasper now sat ramrod straight in his seat. -I shouldn't have said that... Jasper looks like a predator ready to pounce on his prey, me, and the only thing holding Jasper back is the comforting hand his mate has on his arm. It's only thanks to Evelyn and the fact we are in public I'm still alive...- Edward paled when he realized the huge mistake he made that could have had him meet his end at the Major's hands. For in Edward's eyes it seemed as if Evelyn, the "human" mate, must have thought Jasper wasn't feeling well and was trying to comfort him. When in reality she knew exactly what was happening and was keeping her mate calm with her touch.

"I'm sorry for implying that Jasper. It is just hard for me to think clearly right now with Bella being my blood singer." Edward apologized to Jasper. While he unconsciously bared his neck, showing his submission to Jasper. -Good he knows his place! That boy better learn his lesson now for there won't be a next time...- This unconscious act of submission seemed to satisfy the alpha male in Jasper. "Don't let it happen again for I won't be so merciful if it ever happens again...If you can't handle being around Bella then tell the teacher you don't feel well and ask to be excused to the nurse's office." Jasper told Edward, causing Edward to give a subtle nod in return. "For the record Edward I wasn't laughing at you. Evelyn had done something that made me laugh. My attention was on my mate, not you." Jasper said and then went back to his assignment and talked to his mate as if nothing had ever happened.

Edward had followed Jasper's advice and went to the front of the class with his backpack. Handing in his completed assignment to Mr. Banner and he asked if he could be excused because he wasn't feeling well. Mr. Banner saw how Edward looked to be in pain and even paler than usual. He gave Edward a hall pass and told him to go see the nurse. As soon as Edward had the hall pass in his hands he left the class as fast as humanly possible. -Poor Bella looks like a kicked puppy. I get that she's his blood singer, but did Edward really have to be so... Edward.- Emmett couldn't help, but to think to himself while looking towards Bella. Who was looking at the classroom doorway with a frown upon her face. As if she kept looking to where she last saw Edward hard enough that he would magically reappear there. "Sorry about Eddie, Bella. His stomach has been bugging him since lunch. If he smells any food it makes him want to puke his guts out. Even though I think your fruity smelling perfume smells good, it probably turned his stomach more. Though he shouldn't have been such a dick about it." Emmett told Bella, trying to make her feel better and cover up Edward's screw up.

"It's ok Emmett, you don't need to apologize to me for your brother's behavior. Really it's ok." Bella said awkwardly. -Even with all the hard work I put into building up her confidence... Bella is still so awkward and shy when it comes to having someone's attention on her.- -Sometimes it can't be helped and her being the new kid in a small town school probably doesn't help it.- -True, but thankfully she doesn't trip over air constantly like she did in the story. Thank you for standing up for me to Edward. ~My cowboy.~- Evelyn said in elvish in their link at the end, knowing Jasper would understand. Sense he now knew how to speak the elvish language from sharing their memories.

"Come Darling, the bell is about to ring and we have another class to get to." Jasper said, while grabbing both their bags in one hand and stretching out his other to Evelyn. Both smiling at one another once their fingers entwined together and started heading to the door as the bell rang.

Evelyn's POV:

It was finally the end of the school day and I was glad I no longer had to deal with nosy or horny teenagers' constant looks, murmurs and thoughts. Though with Jasper always being at my side at school, none dare approach me. Though now that school was over we would have to split ways to head to our homes soon. Some of them would see this as an opportunity to speak to me without my new bodyguard. As some of the jealous boys started to call him behind our backs, not knowing we could hear them with our sup hearing.

Jasper & Emmett walked me and Bella to the office to turn in our teachers' signed forms. Jasper, being the southern gentleman he is, opening the office door for us. Though we all stopped in the doorway at the sight before us, Edward tried to sweet talk his way out of biology class. "There must be something open. Physics, biochem?" Edward asked Mrs. Cope. "I'm sorry, but every class is full." She responded. "Just a minute, dears." Mrs. Cope said once she noticed us all at the door. We all could tell when Edward noticed us entering, especially Bella. As he stiffened when the breeze from the door opening brought Bella's scent towards him. "I'm afraid you will have to stay in biology." Mrs. Cope told Edward. "Fine, I will just have to endure it..." Edward said with a look of disgust on his face. As he walked past us quickly, I had to move Bella and I out the way so he wouldn't collide into us.

"Your brother better get that stick he has up his ass out on his own soon. If not I will shove it and my heel so far up his ass he will be choking on them both..." I said in my deadly serious voice, as I glared at his retreating back. I knew he heard me when he stopped in his tracks for a mere moment then continued walking towards his car. "He's just a jerk Evelyn, ignore him..." Bella said, trying to calm me down. Knowing very well I would go mama bear mode on Edward for her and not care if I got in trouble doing so. "Fiiiinnnne..." I groaned out and got Bella to giggle, Jasper to chuckle and Emmett to release one of his booming laughs. Which was what I was going for to break the previous tension. "Hey, are you sure your brother is straight?" I asked the boys as I looked at the ugly Volvo. "I'm pretty sure he is straight, even though he's a virgin. Why?" Emmett asked, tilling his head like a curious puppy would. "You sure because what straight teenage boy, that comes from a family with money... Everyone here can tell your family has money with the cars and brand name clothes you'll wear. Which isn't surprising with your guys' dad being a well known doctor. Chooses an ugly, but expensive soccer mom type car. Instead of a car, a guy our age would get. Like a sports car, muscle car, or something he could go off-roading in a place like Forks like a jeep or truck." I replied to Emmett, causing the guys to chuckle at this and me getting an "Evelyn!" from Bella. "I get what you are saying, but Tyler gots a soccer mom type car too with that minivan." Emmett told me, pointing at said van. "Yeah, but his minivan is a hand me down car he most likely got from his parents. I can tell you right now that if his family had the money to get him any car he wanted it wouldn't be a minivan or that ugly ass Volvo. I got nothing against Volvos, but out of all of them he had to choose the soccer mom one... " I said, while saying ugly ass Volvo, in disgust.

As we left our signed forms in the office, the guys just laughed off my comment. While Bella kept lecturing me about not saying mean things about other people, even if it is about a jerk like Edward. -I can't wait to tell Rosie that Short Stack thinks Edward's car is an old lady car too.- Emmett thought to himself after saying his goodbyes to Bella & I and headed to the other Cullens that were waiting on him and Jasper. "Well I guess I will be seeing you young ladies tomorrow, I better get going my siblings must be waiting for me. It was nice meeting you Bella and it was really nice meeting you, Darling. I can't wait to take you on that date." Jasper said, then kissed the back of my palm again. -I will see you later tonight Darling and don't think I forgot about getting you back for teasing me last night.- While he gave me a sly smirk and wink when he saw that he made me blush again. -Oh Merlin, what did I just get myself into...- I thought to myself as he projected mischief and lust to me as he walked away. When I turned to tell Bella I would meet her at the diner for our dinner with Charlie. I stopped at the face she was giving me. "What? Why are you making that face?" I asked her. "Oh nothing, I just didn't think you would get a boyfriend on our first day here." She replied. "He's not my boyfriend Bells." the "yet" went unsaid, but we both knew it was implied. "I wonder how Charlie and everyone else will react to this news..." Bella said, with a sly smirk starting to form on her face. As she ran as fast as she could without falling back to Big Red, her truck.

I don't know if all of you had seen my post on my profile, but the reason I hadn't updated my story in so long is just that I've been having some hard times.

I'm finally back and starting to write again. I haven't dropped this story or anything.
