I headcanon Moon as straight.  She sometimes has crushes on fictional characters, and rarely has an actual crush.  In fact, Qibli was her first crush!

Moon's dream date would be staying up late on a warm summer's night with a cool breeze, stargazing.

Moon would probably have 1-3 dragonets and would always be super proud of them at the smallest things and make sure to give them plenty of attention (even when they don't want it).
