Moon

All of us Princesses rushed to the infirmary. We pushed past hundreds of students who watched us in sheer confusement.

I didn't care. Clearsight, the only female dragon I knew that had the same powers as me, was ill. I had to help her.

I burst through the door.

Everyone inside turned to look at me but I didn't care. "Where is Clearsight?" I demanded the nearest nurse.

"Sorry, but nobody is-"

"I am the Princess of the NightWings, take me to Clearsight."

They let all of us go

Clearsight was laying on her a cot at the very far back.

All of us clustered around her.

"Clearsight!" I said.

"She's not waking up, no matter what we say," Fathom said glumly.

I frowned at Clearsight, then I realized something then turned to Fathom.

"Can you uh, shift for a second?" I asked.

Everyone turned to look at me.

"Shift? In this place?" Fathom shook his head. "I can, but it's too packed."

"Why do you want him to shift?" Deathbringer asked.

I shrug. "Just a hunch."

Fathom (because he was sooooo focused on obeying a royal's orders) stood up and went to a sort of clearer place. He then shifted into a dragon.

His tail knocked over Riptide and apparently Tsunami thought that was the funniest thing in the world.

"Lift your wings," I said to him. "Please."

Fathom lifted his wings and my intuition was correct. "You're a royal dragon," I said to him.

Tsunami and Turtle bust through Qibli and Sunny. 

"Wot?" Tsunami demanded.

"Which queen are you related to?" I asked him.

"Queen Lagoon," he said, confused. "She's my aunt, and then later Queen Pearl, my sister."

A sharp needle poked my brain. "And you're an animus," I said.

Turtle made a happy noise.

"BUDDY," he said. "SO AM I,"

"BUDDYYY," Fathom and Turtle bounced in a circle for a straight up minute. 

Everyone got out of their way shooting weird looks at them.

Darkstalker gave the two bros a look of sincere concern.

"But who's Lagoon and Pearl?" Glory asked.

We all turned to look at Fathom, who was chatting away with Turtle being bros and such like.

"As much as I would hate to interrupt your family reunion," Winter said without much guilt. "We have a bigger problem on our hands."

I clearly saw his eyes go to the nurse's wastebasket.

Seriously. What was going on inside his head?

Alright fine I could see his thoughts but I'm not mean. Only a mean person would do that.

"Is this normal?" Sunny asked. "For Clearsight to collapse like this?"

"Not exactly," Darkstalker said, his face in his hands. "It has happened before, but this time she hit the ground pretty hard."

I frowned. "How high was she?"

"On one of those counter tall chairs," Fathom said.

"I need at least HALF OF YOU to GET OUT OF HERE," the doctor roared at us, Crag, if I remembered correctly. A SkyWing.

"The princesses will stay," Glory told him firmly.

"I'm not leaving!" Kinkajou yelped.

Qibli, Turtle, Riptide, Deathbringer, Sora, Garnet, Anemone, Prism, and then reluctantly, Kinkajou all left. Prism went to check on the other IceWings here.

"What-" Alligator started but was interrupted by Darkstalker.

"You all did this," he growled.

"Darkstalker," Fathom warned.

"You all cursed that room," Darkstalker snarled.

"Respectfully, what?" Sunny asked.

"Disrespectfully, what?" Glory asked.

"Confuzzled, what?" Ember asked.

"Rudely, what?" Winter asked

"Sincerely, what?" Tsunami demanded.

"Sorry, what?" Alligator asked.

"Stop it with the whats!" Someone yelled from the other side of the room.

"No, what?" I asked
