Will teleport you to the spot you want just put numbers where the ~ are

Look at gamerule commands to know how to find the correct numbers 

/to @s username

Will teleport you to the player with the username

Put this command in a command block of you want to teleport to a high place without worrying about ladders

/tp @e @s

Will teleport all jobs and animals to you which is not a good idea

/tp @a @s 

Will teleport all players to you

/tp username ~ ~-40 ~

If you type those numbers don't chang the ~ it will teleport that player under the world
