For some of the commands in this book you will need a command block. (The block on the cover of this book) you can put commands in the block and use redstone to activate it. You will need to have cheats enabled on your world to do any commands and you need operator status from the world owner of be the world owner.

To get command blocks type in the chat /give @s command_block 64 and that will give you a stack of command blocks.
