Sira's pov
After a night of scanning codes and learning what we can to try to succeed in this world. We came out today with some basic level spells that we quickly found were weaker due to our own magic. We could only hope that no one would notice. Soon people began to wake up and we headed down to the great hall for the breakfast feast. I ate quickly whereas error barely ate some bacon as we headed off to our first class of the year. I stepped into the classroom seeing a tabby cat with a triangle over each eye. I take a seat next to error when the cat leaps fron the desk and transforms into the woman from yesterday and i smile" good morning professer um?" She smiled strictly saying" McGonagall, professor McGonagall." I nod and she says" and good morning as well to you and Erratum, i should warn you that i am strict about Gryfindors standards of bravery and courage." I nod" though i don't think anyone has ever made the hat shudder before, must've had some really bad memories for that." I spoke up quickly" my family and i have been orphans for life, erratum and John are the eldest of my family, though i don't know where my other 4 siblings are." She nods" that explains it, orphans lead tough lives. Though if i knew all thier names it would help." I nod and i take my quill and write down all our names that made us seem human, handing it to mcgonagall." Thats all of us though i would like to ask, can we stay at hogwarts during the summer? We don't want to go back to the muggle world like this." She nods" i'll talk to dumbledore about this alright? I will let you know what i can about it." I nod in thanks and error next to me sighs in relief as she walks away." I thought that she would pry a bit more." I nod" thats why i did the story and asking about staying during the holidays, it'd make it easier on us to handle it." He nods. Well it was time to see what this school had in store for us.
Some time later
It turns out there was alot to worry about. Potions was easy, charms was torture since our spellcasting is less than average. Transfiguration wasn't too challenging yet, herbology shouldn't be too bad since it had no worry of spellcasting. Those were the main classes we had. There was one more that no other student had" Beginners Training by Dumbledor." Both error and i knew something was up with that and we both swore never to tell anyone about it. We had just finished lunch and were walking up to where dumbledors office was and i read my schedule." Error it says that the password is lemon pops i think?" He nods and goes up to an eagle" lemon pop." The eagle suddenly shifted and swirled upwards, exposing a staircase. We hopped on and it stopped at a door. I slowly turned the knob and we both gasped at the strange beauty of it all. Errors disguise melted as we walked in, but we wouldn't know for awhile. Small footsteps rang out in the silence as i heard small flaps of wings above us. My head flicked to the sound and saw a wizard with a long white beard that reminded me of old friends and older times." Ah there you two are, i was just about to send Fawkes after you two, it seemed i casted the right enchantment for your friend there. He looks to be his normal self." I turned to error in suprise to find him his usual height in skeletal form, his voice glitched as he spoke once more" wHy dId yOU sEt uP aN eXcLuSsIvE ClAss fOr jUsT uS? We cAn hAnDle oURsElvEs." Dumbledor chuckles" i had a feeling about you two being different from the rest. Nobody, not even orphans can make that hat shudder when you appear to be so young. Should've thought about that before talking about it." I shake my head" it wasn't foolproof, but it seems you've outted us in day 1." He nods" really great attempt though,i almost believed it myself before watching you in charms. You stuttered too much for someone who would've had to be confident on the streets, the spells were weak, nearly harmless. So i shall teach you about our magic, and you teach me about yours and your family, i want to help any way i can." We both nod" we accept dumbledor. Though on the condition we can stay here for the summer and winter holidays." He nods" deal then." I hold out a hand and he shakes it. Things seemed strange but hopefully they could get easier with time.
