Laurence's POV
I struggled to ran after Y/N into the forest. I half limped, half ran. But where was she going!? Did she just forget about us and leave or something?
"W-Wait! Stop! Y/N come back!" I yelled. She didn't respond. It looked like she was chasing someone. Could it be Zane? About five minutes passed of us running. She quickly stopped and looked around. What was going on?
Your POV
Shoot! I lost him! Zane was gone! Where was he going? Soon I herd someone running from behind me. I quickly turned and saw Laurence running after me!
"Y/N! Where are you going?" He asked.
"I saw Zane run off into the forest! But now I lost him! Ugh!" I said. I continued to run. Laurence ran with me.

"Oh Y/N.... Glad you came." I herd Zane's voice echo in the forest. Then I found where he was! He was by the Irene portal? But why? Laurence growled. 

"Zane! You coward! Why would you run from a war!?" I asked.

"Look, I brought you here. I was going to kill you to open the portal." He said.

"But why me!? You could have used an O'kasis guard or someone! Why me!?" I asked.

"You're special Y/N. You can't just kill some random person to open it! You need the right person to sacrifice. Now I guess I have to do my job to kill you." He said.

"DON'T YOU DARE LAY A FINGER ON HER ZANE!!" Yelled Laurence. He jumped in front of me. 

"Oh, so I guess you brought you little lover boy. Well, isn't that sweet? But I'm afraid both your lives should end now." Said Zane.

"I will sacrifice myself for her anytime! Just don't hurt her!" Yelled Laurence. 

"Hm, I see. Looks like I'll have to take her from you!" Said Zane. Then he started to yell and there was a bright. I squinted my eyes to see. The bright flash went away and I looked over at Zane. He had completely changed! His eyes were a bright white color and his skin was completely black!
"HAHAHAHA! Well, what a coincidence? Hm, now that I think of it, why don't you join me Laurence? You can become a part of the Jury Of Nine! It will be fun!" Said Zane.

"NO! I will never join you! Not after I saw what you did to Garroth!" Said Laurence
Zane laughed in a corrupted Voice. He smacked Laurence out of the way and he fell to the ground in pain. "I should now take my prize! Y/N, come. It's time for you to join your parents!" 

"Wait....no....y-you killed them!?" I asked. Tears filled my eyes once again. 

"I did indeed! Now, like I said, time for you to join them! Come on!" He said.

"Wait...why do you need to open the portal anyways?" I asked.

"T-That's none of your business!" He yelled. 

"Zane...I will...murder you! Don't hurt her or i'll!" Said Laurence. He sounded hurt. 

He lifted his sword up. He struck once but I blocked it. But then he smashed my sword out of my hands and it fell about five feet behind me. I fell to the ground from the knock back. 

"NOW TIME TO DIE Y/N!" He yelled. He lifted the long black sword above his head once again to strike. I screamed and curled up in a ball. I covered my face hoping for it to all end soon. But then I herd his sword clang against another sword. I look up slowly in shock. Laurence...defended me!? And...holy crap! Zane's sword broke in half! 

"Ever have those times when everything goes right then suddenly everything changes and goes the opposite direction? Well, I guess today is one of those days." Said Laurence grinning. Then he stabbed Zane near the heart. He gagged and fell to the floor dead. My jaw dropped. Laurence turned to me.

"Y/N! Are you okay!" Asked Laurence. He dropped his sword and held a hand to me. I took it and he helped me up off the ground. 

"Y-Yeah. I'm fine now. Laurence...you just killed....Zane." I say. Then he drops to his knees. I guess he was still hurt. I sat on the ground in front of him. 

"I know...I just...don't know how to feel...but let's not focus on that." He says. 

"Hey...Laurence...y-you love me....right?" I asks. He smiles.

"Yes, I love you very much. " He said, "You are a very beautiful girl with a very beautiful singing voice. "

"R-Really? You think i'm all those things?" I ask nervously.

"It's the person you are on the outside, it's the person you are on the inside. And that is what I love you for. Also, I herd you singing in the tree on the island the other day. Oh, and by the way, what did you mean by "I was praying that you and me might end up together"?" He asks. I blush.

"U-Umm...." I sigh, "Well uhh....I guess it's time I confess." I said blushing. I look at the ground and back up at him. He blushes a light shade of pink. "Laurence....ever sense I met you,  I-I always felt a weird a feeling around you. I didn't understand it a first. But...now....I realize that it's love...Laurence....I...I love you." I say.  He gasps.

"Y/N....you do? I-I never knew....I-I--" He starts. Then I take off my helm and he looks into my eyes. Then I kiss him. He kisses back and the moonlight shines down. We stop kissing.

"S-Sorry...I just...." I stutter.

"It's fine Y/N!" He he says nervously. I blush again. Then he places his hand on mine, "Y/N....will you b-be my girlfriend? And stay with me until the end?" He asked smiling. 

"Y-Yes Laurence...I will." I said. 

A drop in the ocean,
A change in the weather,
I was praying that you and me might end up together
It's like wishing for rain as I stand in the desert
I'm holding you closer then most 'cause you are my heaven

"I love you Y/N...with all my heart." Said Laurence.

"Yes,  I do too ." I smiled and hugged him tight. Then he kisses me again. I kiss back. Then we walk back to Phoenix Drop holding hands, Within The Woods.

*Cry as if someone died* AAAGGHHHH! OH THE CUTENESS! I CANT TAKE IT! *blows nose* NOOOO! Book is over now. But check out the other endings! They are all a little different from each other. You can come up with your own theories of why Zane wanted to go to the Irene dimension. Hope you all enjoyed! I really liked writing it so I hope you liked reading it.
