Garroth's POV
We ran down to the front of the castle. Four Shadow Knights took us on. I fought on on my own. It have me a cut on my right arm.
"Gah!" I yelled as I killed it. I clutched onto my arm where the sword hit. Cora ran over.
"You okay?" She asked sweetly.
"Yeah...I am. It was just a cut." I said. She giggled. "What?"
"Your adorable!" She said smiling. Then she walked away and helped Laurence fight. Adorable? Oh no... I thought. I hope Cora doesn't like me.
"Alright, let's head inside." Said Laurence. We ran inside and ran up the stairs about seven or eight Shadow a Knights chased us!
"Uh oh...go now! I'll hold them back!" Said Laurence.
"Laurence no!" Yelled Cora. I stayed back a distance and watched them. Laurence traded to fight but without a sword he was no good. Cora helped him a lot. Laurence struggled the he groaned.
"Ugh! Screw this!" He yelled. Then he turned. I was shocked to see that he did after what he said earlier.
"Laurence?" Asked Cora. With this was the other Laurence.
"Stay back! I will not let you hurt my (Y/N)!!" He yelled in a demonic voice. Cora turned to me.
"Garroth go! Save (Y/N)! We will hold them back." She said. I ran up the stairs without hesitation. I could still hear them fighting from below. I came across the top of the castle. There was jail cells and rooms.
"(Y/N)?" I called out. There was no answer. I tried to look in all the rooms. But there was a bigger room at the end. I burst opened the door. (Y/N) was inside.
"GARROTH!" She yelled excitedly. She ran up and hugged me.
"Laurence and Cora are fighting off Shadow Knights. We need to get out of here!" I shouted. She nodded.
"There's a secret exit over there!" She said and pointed. We ran down a secret stairway. There was a path at the bottom. At the end it ended up back at the portal.
"Wait, what about them?" I asked.
"We should get out of here Garroth." She said. I nodded slightly. We ran into the portal back to the over world. I sighed with relief.
"Well...that was kinda close." Said (Y/N). I saw snowflakes hit the ground gracefully. It was snowing once again. I looked back at (Y/N). She was smiling bright. She looks so beautiful in the snow! I started to blush.
"Uh...(Y-Y/N)?" I asked nervously.
"Yes, Garroth?" She asked.
"I should just tell you this..." I started. I blushed nervously. "I...I think I love you!" I said and ran up and placed my hands on her cheeks. Then I kissed her. And she kissed me back.
