Your POV

Garroth showed me around the village. I was surprised that he didn't notice me being a Shadow Knight. Maybe it was my cloak that covered my clothes. He took me to the safe hold in the tree house.

"You should probably get dressed out of those clothes." He said. "Cadenza can probably get you some new clothes." Then he left down the stairs. I noticed a girl across the room with fire-like orange hair. She waved at me so I walked over to her.

"Um, hello! Are you Cadenza? Garroth told me that you could get me some clothes." I said to her.

"Yes, I'm Cadenza. It's very nice to meat you! Are you new?" She asked.

"Yes. It's quite a long story." I said.

"Hm, okay. I can get you some clothes. For now you can wear this." Said Cadenza as she handed me a short (F/C) dress.

"Wow thanks! I'll put it on." I said as I walked over to the other side of the room to change into the small dress. When I finished I walked over to Cadenza.

"Wow it looks gorgeous on you! I'll let you keep it." She said.

"Really? Thanks, again." I replied. She smiled. Then I explained how I wanted to have my cloths to be. She nodded and said she would get to work. I waved goodbye and started to walk away.

"Wait! What's your name?" She asked.

"Huh? Oh, my name is (Y/N)." I said to her.

"Huh, that's a very pretty name you have! It's quite unique too." She said. I smiled and climbed down the ladder. When I got to the bottom I ran into a different guard. I fell down from running into him.

"Oh no! I'm so sorry." Said the guard as he reached out a hand to help me up.

"Oh, it's nothing!" I said.

"That's good. Are you new in the village? I've never seen that beautiful face of yours here before." He said. I blushed and smiled.

"Y-Yes. I'm new here." I said.

"What is your name? My name is Laurence." Said the guard.

"L-Laurence? That names seems kind of familiar. M-My name is (Y/N)." I said.

"Hm, I know what you mean. That name sounds familiar to me too." He said.

"What's weird because I've been in the Nether- ... I mean...it's nothing!" I said nervously.

"Wait, did you say Nether? A-Are you a-" I cut him off.

"N-No! I'm not! I was just going to say uh..." I started.

"Hmm, wait, I remember you!" He said. What? How did he know me? Maybe he's a Shadow Knight too. Oh no he knows my secret! I thought.

"W-What? N-No you don't! No one should know me!" I said. Then I punched him across the face and he was knocked out. "Oops." I said. "W-Well maybe his memory is wiped now. Heh..." Then I ran down the path and ran into a woman.

"Huh? O-Oh i'm sorry! Are you okay? You look like your in a hurry." Said the woman.

"H-Huh? What do you mean? I'm fine." I said.

"Okay? Oh, my the way, my name's Aphmau." She said and shook my hand.

"Um, hi. My name is (Y/N)." I said.

"Are you new?" She asked me.

"Y-Yes." I answered her.

"Well it's nice to meat you. Where are you from?" She asked.

"Oh..j-just some place far away." I said.

"Hmm, okay! How is your stay so far?" She asked.

"Oh it's pretty good. I've already met Cadenza and two guards." I said to her.

"You mean Laurence and Garroth? Yeah I love those two." She said.

"Y-You mean like in love?" I asked. She blushed.

"What? N-No! I mean i'm just really close with them! I'm not really looking for love right now." She said.

"O-Okay that's good." I said.

"How is that good?" She asked.

"What? N-No it's nothing." I said.

"Okay. Well, I hope you like it here." She said. I nodded. Then she walked up the steps to the safe hold. I sighed and walked around the village. What am I feeling? I thought.
