I woke up this morning with a bad feeling. I have something I need to do today. What was it?
Oh yea. Today was the day of the scientist's test. To see if I can find and kill Edith. I'm nervous, even though it won't be me, I just know it. I don't think it's even possible to take down Edith. Though we don't have much time.
We all feel Edith's power in our bones every now and then. It's coming. Her return.
I got out of bed a walked very slowly to my dresser. I already had my clothes picked out for this day. My testing day. I put on my clothes and went downstairs. People are not supposed to eat before the test, just in case it messes with our brains. I told Mom that I going.
"Good luck." she responded. Then I left.
At the scientist building (that every one calls Testing building), I walked in and told them I was ready for my test. They led me in my room. My testing room. The room that could possibly change my life. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach. I closed my eyes and took deep breathes.
"Hello Ashleigh. So, as you know, you'll be taking your test today." a doctor said.
"I know." I mumbled.
"So, this is what we are going to do. We are going to ask you a series of questions. Questions that have to do with smarts, combat, and honesty. Are you ready now?"
I nodded.
"Alrighty then. Let's start."

"Well, you have completed your test, Ashleigh. Now we have to add up your results."
It was two minutes of awkward silence until they were done with my results.
"Well?" I asked.
"You are the one we have been looking for." he said with a slight smile.
