Konoha streets had always been noisy and busy, but today, Hinata didn't notice anything. Without having a real destination, she walked around the village street, with only one word stuck in her mind. Pregnant.

Since she had heard Shizune say that word, she went through different emotional levels. First, misunderstanding then joy, but now she had left the hospital, reality quickly calmed her down. Is it really a good time to have a child? Yes. Everything goes well with Naruto-kun, but are we really ready to become parents now? The only way to know is to tell Naruto-kun. But how can I do that? And when?

Without noticing, Hinata had walked into the village park. She sat on a swing, the same one where she was sitting when she hadn't managed to confess her love to Naruto, right before Toneri tried to kidnap her. And now, I am pregnant.

Unfortunately, she didn't know what Naruto was thinking about that matter since, as newlyweds, they hadn't had this conversation yet, guessing they would've had time to do so.

As the day went by, Hinata stayed at the park, amazed by every child playing on the different games, until a little girl caught her attention.

"Mom, Dad. I want to hold both your hands."

"You can take your mom's right hand and I'll take your left hand." tha dad said. "It's sharing."

"I don't like sharing you. Your mine. Just knowing that other men can think they can have you, piss me off." Naruto murmured as he kissed her. "You're the only family I have left so please, don't leave me."

While recalling his words, tears appeared at the corner of Hinata's eyes. What if Naruto-kun really meant what he said? What can I do? She looked around her.

The atmosphere was so calming and loving that her doubts disappeared. Why would it be different for us? I love Naruto-kun, he loves me and I'm sure we will love the baby. She put her hands on her belly, her eyes filled with determination and love for this being she didn't know yet. That's the result of our love. A love we both share between us two and soon it'll be between the three of us.

More determined than ever, Hinatya stood up, tears of joy rolling down her cheeks.

Before the war, the Land of Fire frontier was always guarded by hundreds of shinobi. Now with the Allies, less guards were sent to the frontiers of the different countries. Therefore, Naruto easily walked from the Land of Fire to the Land of Sand. He knew that from here he must wait for further instruction from his friends who should be here any minutes now. Still hidden underneath his hood, he sat under a tree and took his water bottle to drink.

Suddenly, leaves slightly moved above him. "For once you're early."

"Well welcome to you too, Sasuke." Naruto said before looking at his friends.

The black-haired shinobi landed in front of his friend without a noise. His black cloak slowly landed behind him before he stood up. His hair was longer than before. Naruto couldn't see his left eye anymore and it was the only thing that changed about Sasuke. "Are you alone?"

"Of course I am. No need to ask-"

"Good. Follow me." He demanded.

Pinching his lips, Naruto quickly jumped on his feet, a finger pointing at his friend's back who was ready to leave. "Don't start giving me orders!"

Heaving the blonde already complaining, Sasuke couldn't help but smile. "I missed you too Naruto. Now, come on. Sakura's waiting for us."

Sitting on the floor, Hinata joined her hands and silently prayed before opening her eyes again. "Good morning Neji-nii-san. I'm sorry. Today I haven't had time to buy flowers since my visit is a bit unplanned." She caressed Neji's name carved in the stone. "So much happened today... It's so hard to believe it, even for me."

Once sure no one was listening to her, she looked back at the grave before whispering.

"Guess what? I'm pregnant. It's really weird to say it out loud. I shall practice to not hesitate before Naruto-kun... I know what you are going to say... No, he doesn't know yet. I didn't until this morning either. I can't really say how I feel, but it's good to feel like that."

She let a small laugh escape her lips.

"So now you're the second person to know. I keep it a secret until I tell it to Naruto-kun. I would rather avoid him learning it from some else's mouth but... Well, maybe you'll think I'm crazy, but I fear what he's going to say about it... or rather, how he's going to react... I know what you'll say: 'Despite being dense and overprotective, Naruto is responsible.' and you're right. I also know that the love of a child is so much different because they give you as much as they take and... I know Naruto-kun has a lot of love to give."

Then tears appeared.

"I would've loved for you to get to know our baby and for our baby to know you as well. I miss you so much, nii-chan. Hanabi and Father miss you too. I promise next time, I'll come with them."

She sighed to take back her composure then wiped away her tears.

"Anyway. I think I'll go ask some advice to Kurenai-sensei. I'm almost feeling excited now. I can't wait to see the girls' faces when I'll tell them the news."

She paused.

"I have to think about how I am going to tell it to Sakura-san. Nobody knows how to contact her and Sasuke-kun. Except Hokage-sama, of course."

Once again, she caressed the cold grave before getting up.

"I have to go home before Naruto-kun's return. But, next time, he'll come too and I'll let him tell you how the announcement went.

When Sasuke pushed the last branch out of the way, Naruto discovered a camping tent next to a stream. They hadn't walked for long, but they had turned so much in the forest that he didn't know where they were anymore and he suspected his friend took this way to prevent someone from following them.

"Sakura is inside the tent." Sasuke said. "Go, I'll go check around one last time before rejoining you both."

Naruto nobbed then saw his friend jump on a tree. He's really cautious. I guess it mustn't be easy everyday. Then he stepped inside the tent.

"AHH!"

Reflex. Naruto bended down soon enough to avoid the kunai aiming for his shoulder. Feeling vulnerable before the punch he was about to get, he took his hood off.

"Naruto?"

"Hey, Sakura-chan."

"You idiot!" She screamed. "You could've said something before appearing like that."

"But, there's nothing to-"

"Sasuke-kun always calls out my name. You could've made at least a sound!" she yelled.

"Ok, Ok. I'm sorry." Naruto apologised, afraid to take a real hit from Sakura. "But it's-"

Suddenly quiet, he stared at his friend. Something was wrong. He scratched his chin, frowning.

"What?!" Sakura asked as she pulled on her dress. "Why're you looking at me like that?"

Unlike Sasuke, Sakura had changed. Her pink hair was longer, her features looked a bit tired, but mostly, she seemed to be squeezed in her large dress. "Did you gain weight?"

She clenched her fist, "You fucking-"

"Sakura!" Once in the tent, Sasuke's presence calmed her down right away. "We need Naruto in one piece to give Kakashi the scroll. And you know very well that you shouldn't lose your temper like that anymore"

"You're right. I shouldn't have." Her cheeks now covered with a light blush. "I'm sorry."

For the pouting Naruto in the corner, it sounded more like Sakura was apologising to Sasuke and not to him. But what happened to her?

"You know Naruto's not really smart-" The Uchiha continued.

"Sasuke! What's your problem?" It was Naruto's turn to yell.

Breathing sharply through his nose, he glared daggers at his rival while he was taking off his cloak as if nothing had happened. "By the way, Ino says 'hi'. I went to her shop before leaving Konoha." Naruto said to Sakura, but he was still upset.

"Ino's shop? I hope it was for Hinata, right?" Sakura asked her hands on her hips.

"What for Hinata?" He asked, confused.

"The flowers, baka!"

"Oh! Yes." Naruto laughed, embarrassed. "I brought her a bouquet." He scratched the back of his head.

"I hope you take good care of her. It's not because I'm not in Konoha anymore that you don't have to do your best." she poked the Uzumaki with her finger.

"Of course. I'm really responsible."

Sakura smiled at his answer. "It looks like it finally got into your head, right Naruto?" She then hugged him.

"Damn Sakura-chan, too tight." Naruto had thought he was finally able to understand women, but Sakura's changing mood confused him so much.

"Oh come on. We don't see each other enough for you to complain about it."

As she was laughing, Naruto and Sasuke smiled. As always, after the screaming, there were laughters.
