Chapter 50 | Hormonal Teens

Spring break, you either do nothing or do so much that you need another break to regain your energy. I knew sleep was the last thing I was going to get so I thought of sleeping as much as I could before we reached our destination. Since our school was to some ski resort that I couldn't go to because of my leg, we decided to spend spring break camping in the woods. Someone some our circle apparently had a cabin but decided to camp out in tents close by to get the proper experience. We piled into several cars and drove down a long boring road. I called shotgun and Bellamy was driving. The backseat had two idiotic siblings that were being awfully annoying today. I was sure it was all a plan to not make me get some sleep.

I turned down the volume of the music and turned my head towards them. "What the hell are you fighting over?"

"I was just reminding Natty how she peed in the tent this one time we went camping." Keith chuckled to himself while Natasha glared at him.

"So what?" I gave him a confused look. "Every kid has done that. I remember your mom telling me embarrassing stories of you from your childhood."

"She was fifteen!" He shouted.

"Was not! He's lying! Blake he's a liar!"

"You know it's the truth and even if you don't admit I'm sure Samantha would love to talk about it. You were sharing that tent with her." Keith was cruel but hilarious and I couldn't help it, until of course Natasha swatted my head with hand.

"Ouch!" I winced and rubbed the spot.

"Stop guys or both of you aren't going to survive this car ride." She warned.

"Luckily not much of it is left." Bellamy mused.

"Wait, are you talking about the nerdy Samantha?" I asked.

Natasha nodded her head. "That's the one." She sighed. "She even reported it as bullying and since nobody believed in a fifteen year old having a weak bladder, I got suspended."

"I still have that letter saved." Keith said, earning another slap from his sister. I bit down a laugh and move away from the backseat. It didn't help how she wasn't wearing her seat belt. "Wait till I put it on your wedding Montage. It'll definitely be a day to remember sis."

"You bet it will because I'm going to make sure that the only grandchildren our parents have are from me. You toad sacking wimp." I lost count of how many times she hit him and Keith didn't made the harmless blows at all since he kept laughing to piss her off more.

I turned to Bellamy. "You better not be a toad sucking wimp to Rosy." I warned as I pointed a finger at him.

"How the fuck do we set this up?" Bellamy generally asked the question as we gathered around the equipment we brought to the camp site. If only the cabin was big enough to fit us all.

"Oh come on you guys, we've been taught this. Don't you guys ever pay attention to anything?" Brianna scolded us as she picked up the tents, quite frankly, I didn't even know what that stuff was called.

I shared a look with Chris who was equally confused by what my twin had just said but it seemed like cheerleaders knew this stuff because Eliza and Mandy came to her aid. Derek, Keith and Chris joined them in setting up. Veronica, Harry and Bellamy left to find firewood. Which left Luke, Natasha and me to check inventory and hide away some marshmallows for later.

By the time everything was set up and we could finally huddle around the campfire, it was dark. Every now and then we would hear some weird sound from deep into the woods which had me believe that we would be eaten alive here.

Small talk erupted between us and I hopped between Natasha and Eliza in hopes to get my mind off of the dangers that lurked here.

"On a scale of one to ten, how scared are you of letting all of this go?" Eliza drunkenly asked.

I looked at Natasha who was staring at her bottle of beer. "As much as I love everything about this place, I can't wait to be free and discover the world on my own. I mean, Keith's always been my shadow but I know this time he won't follow me. He'll do his thing and I'll be free to do mine." She answered thoughtfully.

"You didn't say a number." I pointed out.

"Five."

Eliza then looked at me for an answer. "I'm going to say a solid ten. I'm going to be the furthest from everybody."

Eliza rested her head on my shoulder. "That's true but you're going to New York." She stressed. "I can't even imagine how many opportunities you'll get and how incredible your experience will be."

"She's really just going to miss Bellamy. I honestly feel bad for you. With Mandy back in the picture, I can see why you're stressed about this." Natasha took a long sip of her beer as I stared at her and then at Mandy who was swinging her head to whatever song Derek was singing.

"What do you mean?" Mandy may have been going to the same college as Bellamy but that didn't mean anything. Brianna would make sure that her friend wouldn't make a move on him but how much told she control? I nudged Natasha so she would reply. "Did you see something happen between them?"

She quickly shook her head, "I was just talking about how they frequently talk to each other in the hallways now. Blake, she really can't compete with you." She reassured.

"Relax," Eliza exclaimed. "We all know you two will last. I think Mandy is harmless. You haven't seen the look Bellamy gives you. He's so whipped for you Blake. You could tell him to set a house on fire and he would do it."

"Okay, I think you've had enough to drink." I stood up from the log we were sitting on and stretched my hands out for Eliza to take. "Where's your tent?"

She pouted but stood up a second later, pointing at the blue one that was hers. I helped her there and she asked me to get Harry just before I left. I nodded my head and told him as I made way to the tent I was sharing with Bellamy.

We spread out a blankets to make it cozy and comfortable. After a car ride from hell, setting up something I was clueless about and then roasting marshmallows and making smores, I was ready to call it a day. Of course, after Bellamy got here.

I wasn't surprised when I saw him get in quickly. My suggestive looks worked like a charm. I grinned at him as he sat down next to me. I was lying on my side with my elbow propping my head up.

"You know the rules, no shirts." He waved his index finger at me before taking off his. A cheesy grin on his face that was making me hot all over.

"Really?" I drawled. "I think the deal was no clothes." I bit my lip to prevent myself from laughing. Bellamy chuckled however.

"Babe, just shut up and let me get to work."

I barely inhaled as he pressed his lips to mine. His hands cupped my cheeks and he thumb grazed my cheekbones. His roamed over and under clothes and I felt dedicated under his touch. There was a roughness to his fingers that ignited the fire in me even more. I was moaning from his teasing and when he finally returned to my lips, I bit down on the lower one so he couldn't escape. I rolled him over so I was straddling him and teasing rubbed other hips together.

"I love you." I told him, pressing light kisses on his cheek, all the way down his neck.

"I love you too." He took one of my hands in his and brought it to his lips. I watched as he placed a hard kiss to my palm.

He was giving me a look, I was unfamiliar with it because I had rarely ever seen it but it didn't give me a good feeling. Something felt off and when he moved me away from him, I could only imagine the worst. We were sitting opposite to each other.

"Blake, I have to tell you something." My heart dropped just by registering the tone of his voice. He quickly held both of my hands which had an awful lot of sweat on them. I tried to free them but his only held them tighter. "It's not about that. Gosh, I would never do that to you Janie. It's about something else. I've been thinking about it a lot and I think you need to know this."

"So you're not breaking up with me?" I asked for reassurance.

"No! I couldn't do that." Relief washed over me as he said that. My body immediately relaxed and I cursed at myself for being this dumb. He scooted closer to me and absent-mindedly traced circles on my leg with his finger. "I, I—"

Someone loudly cleared their throat right outside our tent and our heads snapped towards the shadow we could see.

"Bellamy, are you in there?" Mandy's squeaky voice asked.

I rolled my eyes and groaned. "You don't need to respond, what were you telling me now?"

Bellamy sighed and ran a hair through his hair and over his face, looking defeated. He shook his head at me. "What do you want?" He asked her in the coldest tone ever which made me slightly happy.

"I just need to talk to you, in private. I'm sure Blake won't mind." She said.

"In fact, I do mind." I shouted.

"Bellamy, just come outside. It's important."

I gave him a look which clearly meant that he couldn't even move but he didn't comply. Instead he tugged his shirt over his head and got out of the tent. I was bemused by what happened but I quickly became angry. I put on my clothes and walked out of the tent. My eyes searched for Bellamy but he was already walking towards the dense forest with Mandy next to him. Veronica and Natasha were staying in the cabin so I decided to crash on the couch that was in there tonight. I knew I was acting jealous but I couldn't help it.

I wasn't going to entertain Mandy around Bellamy and I wished he would push her away too instead of striking a conversation with her.

A/N:

Promised frequent updates and here's a chapter. Shoutout to aggelicoula for being one of those people who voted on each chapter and spammed my notifications. I really appreciate it, thank you.

I published a new story that's also teen fiction. It's going to be short and sweet unlike this monster of a story. I've also kinda planned that out so it'll be a smoother ride. I even started a cover shop so check that out if you wanna. You know what they say, always plug.
