25th of March, 2000
Brooklyn is 34, Janet is 33, and Michael is 41

Brandon: Janet stared lovingly at our two baby girls.

"What are we gonna name them, mommy?" Katie asked taking a seat on the bed next to her mother.

"I don't know, Katie... Do you have any ideas?" Janet said.

Katie shook her head.

"I have an idea," I smiled, looking down at our younger twin. "What if we name her Ebony?"

I had a strong feeling these girls would get Janet's eyes, unlike Kate, who got mine. Those beautiful, deep, brown eyes I loved looking into. And it fit her perfectly.

"That's good daddy, but we need another name."

"Jaliyah. I want to name her Jaliyah." my wife told us, and caressed our older twin's black hair.

I hugged her tightly.

That was the most intense thing I've been through. The twins are definitely the last ones.

"Janet!" Katherine suddenly knocked on the door. "Everyone's here!"

The entire family flooded into the room, fast.

"Uncle Jackie, look! That's Jaliyah, and that's Ebony." Katie said, pulling Jackie by his hand and pointing at each one of the small babies.

"They're beautiful, just like their mother." he commented. Then he asked to hold them, making all of Janet's siblings gather around the bed.

~

Michael: Not long after we got to the hotel, Brandon called to say the girls were born.

Brooke looked happy yet disappointed. I knew how much she wanted to be there for Janet.

"I can't believe I wasn't there for her. After everything she did for me, I missed it." she sighed when I put the phone down.

"She'll forgive you, babe. Once she sees Kammy she'll be happier than ever." I said, sitting next to her and Kamron on the bed.

He was fully awake, and looked at us curiously, probably wondering who we are.

"I like that nickname," Brooklyn bit her bottom lip. "What about you, Kammy? Does that sound good?"

He let out a small squeal and smiled.

I was in love again, just like when Prince and Paris were born.

My wife brought him up to her face, giving his nose a kiss. Her cheeks were still stained from the happy tears she cried.

I grinned at the thought of how much she loved him.

"We love you so much, Kamron." I whispered.

Brooke looked at me, then placed a kiss on my lips.

Unfortunately, I had to pull away when my phone rang.

I furrowed my eyebrows when I saw Lisa Marie's name on the screen. Deciding to ignore her call, I pressed the red button.

"Who was that?" my wife question.

"No one."

~

Kamron looked up at me with his big brown eyes as I fed him.

I heard my phone ring, again. Since I knew it was Lisa Marie calling, I left it somewhere it wouldn't disturb me.

"Babe, your phone won't stop ringing!" Brooklyn said from the suite kitchen. "It's driving me crazy!"

"Don't pick up, I'll call them later." I told her.

The ringing stopped, making me sigh in relief.
As long as Brooke doesn't see who's calling, I'm good.

"This is ridiculous, Michael, you have thirteen missed calls." she said, walking into the bedroom with my phone in her hands.

"I wonder who they're fro-" the small smile she had on faded. Her face expression changed from amused to annoyed.

"Why is that fake bitch calling you?"

"I really don't know," I sighed, putting Kamron's bottle down and putting his small self against my shoulder. "And I wasn't gonna answer."

I got up and started patting his little back gently.

My wife stared at the phone before it started ringing again.

"Don't answer, Brooke." I said sternly.

Of course, she didn't listen to me. She flipped open the phone and pushed the green button.

She never listens.

~

Brooklyn: I put Michael's phone to my ear, waiting for Lisa Marie to answer.

"Michael, are you there?"

"No, but I am." I said.

I heard Michael groan behind me, but I ignored him.

"Brooke," she cleared her throat. "It's good to hear from you."

"Cut the bullshit, Lisa, and tell me why you're calling my husband." I growled.

"I called because I wanted to tell him that Nicolas proposed. He said I should be the one to tell you guys, even though I told him about what I did. And I also want to make amends."

"Look, I forgave you once and you broke my trust. Our trust. But forgiving you again is not something to consider."

I closed my eyes and breathed in, "I'll tell Michael, but don't call again."

I shut the phone, turning back to my husband.

"Her and Nicolas are getting married. She just wanted you to know."

I put the device in his hand and took Kamron from him.

"Why don't you ever listen to me?" Michael asked while shaking his head.

"Sorry. I couldn't let her talk to you." I apologized.

He rolled his eyes and put the phone in his pocket.

"Is there anything else she said?"

"She wanted to make amends."

He snickered. "She wishes. No way."

I looked down at Kamron, scrunching my nose.

Michael doesn't know it, but secretly I wished Lisa Marie and I were still friends. I had so much fun with her. And she understood me.

I wanted to forgive her, but after what she and La Toya did, I just couldn't. My husband was too hurt from what they did, and I was, too.

"You want to forgive her." Michael stated.

"Yeah," I nodded. "But I can't. It wouldn't be fair to you if I did. You knew something was up, and I didn't believe you."

"That belongs in the past, baby. And it isn't even your fault. La Toya is the one to blame."

He walked closer to me, and put a finger underneath my chin, making me look at him.

My husband leaned down before placing a tender kiss on my lips.

"I'm gonna go arrange a plane to take us home tonight." he gave me another small kiss.

"By the way," he said. "I won't be mad if you do decide to forgive Lisa. After all, she was a good friend, right?"

I shrugged, although I knew she was a very good friend to me.

Michael chuckled lowly as walked through the door, "Give her a call soon."

26th of March, 2000
Brooklyn is 34, Janet is 33, and Michael is 41

Michael: "Paris, mommy and daddy are home!" Prince yelled excitedly.

I closed the door behind me after Brooke walked inside with Kamron in her arms.

"Da-da!" Paris exclaimed when she saw me, and ran to me with her little feet.

"Hey, baby girl!" I smiled, picking her up.

"Where is he? Where is my baby brother?" my eldest son asked.

"He's right here," Brooklyn told him. "But you have to be really quiet, baby, he just fell asleep."

She leaned down to show him Kamron. He gasped, "He's really cute, mommy. What's his name?"

"Kamron. Or Kammy, that's the nickname your daddy gave him."

"I like that name."

"Okay, who wants to go see auntie Janet at the hospital?" I questioned.

"I do!" Prince raised his hand.

Brooke followed his actions. "Me too."

~

We left Kamron at home with the nanny, and got into the car.

Brooke sat next to me, playing with her fingers.

"She wants to see you," I assured her. "We'll have to tell her about Kammy, though."

"I guess we do, or else she'll kill us." she sighed.

"Yeah, and I am not ready to die just yet. Especially in the hands of my little sister." I joked.

My wife cracked a smile, "You're awful."

I placed a kiss on her sweet lips, earning a groan from our son.

"Daddy, no! Mommy only kisses me!" Prince said.

"Here we go again. I had so much fun kissing you all I want without interruption from these two." I whispered in her ear so our kids wouldn't hear.

"You are seriously imitated by a 3-year-old," Brooklyn laughed. "Prince, honey, can I give daddy a kiss?"

He nodded slightly. "But not too much!"

She smirked before giving me a small peck.

"See? All you gotta do is ask."

I rolled my eyes. "Prince, can I kiss mommy?"

"You got enough, daddy." he mumbled.

I snorted, and Brooklyn was only laughing loudly, praising Prince for being a cute little boy.

~

Janet: "Knock knock." I heard Michael from outside the door.

It opened, revealing him and Brooke, along with Prince and Paris.

"We're so sorry we had to miss it." my brother whispered as he hugged me.

I hugged him back and sighed.

"At least you have a good reason." I told him.

"Brandon!" Brooke scoffed. "You promised!"

"It was either that or she'd kill me! She had her nails in my skin, what was I supposed to do?" Brandon defended himself.

"Not tell her!"

"Everyone, out," I ordered. "I wanna talk to Brooke, alone."

They all did as I said, except for Brooklyn who stayed put.

"I want an explanation for why you didn't tell me about something as big as adopting a baby." I crossed my arms, scoffing.

"Well, when we started the process, Michael suggested we wouldn't tell you, because it wasn't a good time for you to deal with this... And he was right. Later on, we decided this should be kept a secret, until we introduce him to the entire family, all together." she said.

"Him? It's a boy?"

"Yeah, and a very beautiful one. His name is Kamron."

The smile spread across my face, "How come I don't get to meet him, then?"

My best friend smiled and attacked me in a hug.

"I promise you'll meet him with the rest of the family," she said into my shoulder. "How was Brandon? Did he faint?"

"Almost." I giggled.

"Girls, we're coming in, and we have two babies with us!" Brandon knocked on the door.

Brooke walked to it, gasping when it opened.

"Jan, they are beautiful!" she exclaimed and took Jaliyah from Brandon. Michael was holding Ebony, smiling down at her.

3rd of April, 2000
Brooklyn is 34, Janet is 33, and Michael is 41

Brooklyn: "Mommy! Daddy! Wake up, it's Paris's birthday!" Prince banged on our bedroom door loudly.

I stretched, smiling at Michael who was fully awake as he held Kamron.

"Are you getting up? Everyone's gonna be here soon." he smiled.

"But I'm so tired..." I whined and his my face in the pillows. "Kammy, why couldn't you be a good boy and sleep?"

"Ma-ma!" I suddenly heard.

I jumped up.
"Was that Paris?" I gasped.

"I think it was." Michael said, standing up.

I dashed out of bed to open the door for my two kids.

"Say that again!" I ordered Paris and scooped her up in my arms.

"Ma-ma." she whispered. She took my face in her tiny hands, placing a kiss on my lips.

"You said 'ma-ma'!" I chirped while the tears were flowing down my cheeks.

~

Michael: I pulled Jermaine into a tight hug, then told him to go sit with the rest of the family in the living room, where Prince and the other kids were helping Parks open her presents.

"Where's Brooke?" he asked.

"She'll come down soon, we have a little surprise for you all." I answered.

"Did you get her pregnant again, Mike?"

"It's something like that."

"She has a bump and everything, right? God, I don't see you for less than two months, and you got her pregnant?!"

I rolled my eyes, a slight smirk on my face. "Would you please go to the living room and wish your niece a happy birthday?"

He hugged me again, and made his way to the rest of the family.

I hurried upstairs where Brooke was putting clothes on our baby boy.

"Ready, babe?" I offered her a hand.

"Is everyone here?" she questioned, fixing her hair.

"Yeah, Jermaine was the last one to come. Now let's go, they're all waiting for us." I said.

She took my offered hand. We went downstairs quietly.

My wife waited with Kamron outside the living room, as I went to greet everyone.

The giant Jackson family spread out around the room. "Da-da! Wook!" Paris squealed, and showed me a new dress she got from one of her aunties.

"That's beautiful, Princess. Now, can you please gather up all your presents, and put them nicely in the corner? We want to introduce your baby brother." I whispered in her ear.

She nodded, then ran over to her cousins.

"Excuse me, everyone," I called. "Brooke and I have something to tell you."

"He got her pregnant, I'm telling ya!" Jermaine barged in.

"Again, Mikey? With all these babies you'll be as big as our family!" Randy chuckled.

I saw Janet and Brandon grin at me, while holding their new baby girls.

"No, Brooke's not pregnant," I told them. "But we did bring a new member into our family. Babe?"

Brooklyn walked into the living room, Kammy in her arms, "We would like to introduce Kamron Joshua Jackson."

"What? You adopted a baby?" mother questioned.

"We adopted a baby." I said happily.

Joseph stood up to see him.
"That's- that's amazing, son."

"Thank you, Joseph."

"You named him after me." Joshua sniffled.

"Of course we did, daddy." Brooklyn laughed and gave him Kamron.

"He's absolutely perfect, sweetheart."

"I have a baby brother, and now I don't only have a girl to play with!" Prince came to his grandpa.

"That sounds awesome, buddy." Jackie pulled him onto his lap.

"I can't believe you didn't tell me about something as big as adopting a baby!" my mother crossed her arms over her chest, looking hurt.

"Mother, it was meant to be a surprise." I explained.

"You can't surprise me with a baby!"

"But I just did."

Mother scoffed and looked away.

"Oh, come on, Kate. This is another grandson we're talking about, where's your excitement?" Joseph said.

"I think I deserve to know if my child is having another baby, adopted or not." she looked at me.

"I'm sorry, mother," I hugged her. "We'll let you know next time."

She smacked my shoulder while giggling.

"You better."

We got more congratulations from our entire family, and I couldn't keep the smile off my face.
