~Lucy~ 

It was two in the afternoon. I was having my break and meeting Natsu at the cafe down the road from the hospital. I took off my doctors jacket and hanged it up on the hook and took my blue sleeveless jacket with golden trim and put it on. I put my hair in pig tails as it had been in a messy bun all day from running around. I left my office moving through the hospital waving and saying hi or bye to many people I knew from the town. My mind on the meeting I had later today. A unknown virus had popped up in Era.

It is worrying many as it is being thought of a weapon bio attack. I already saw most of the notes as my mind had been thinking on it all day. I was lucky there wasn't any big motion as you need a clear head in a sugary room. Before I could leave I heard the back ambulance doors burst opening someone calling for a doctor right away. "Sorry Natsu" I muttered turning around and rushing to the sound as some doctors and nurses were there. They soon saw me with worried looks on their faces as I noticed who was on the gurney.

Romeo Conbolt a member of Fairy Tail and a good friend of mine and Natsu's. Romeo was only sixteen years of age. "I want IV ready, let us get this boy to the surgery room" I spoke as the others nodded as I moved along with the gurney as I saw he had been shot in the side. I was worried on how as Romeo never went out of the city for missions and normally Natsu's younger sister Wendy was with him. We all got into the surgery room as I grabbed a hanging up doctors jacket putting it over my clothes.

I didn't have time to change. Romeo's skin was turning paler by the second as I rushed over putting on gloves and a medical mask in case of infections. "Alright the bullet didn't go all the way through to the other side, we need to get that out first" I spoke getting the nurses and two other doctors to nod as we started working on poor Romeo. I knew this was another reason Natsu wouldn't let me fully join the mafia group until we was married and he could protect me with that.  He always worried about my safety.

I kept everything out my head or as trying to as it took us at lest half an hour to get the bullet out without causing to much damage to Romeo. He was bleeding on the inside as I was getting the nurses to rush around for supplies fast. I had to do stitches. I had no choice. I kept going as Romeo wasn't looking so good. "Should we get the defibrillators ready?" a doctor soon asked as I shook my head my eyes on the stitching. "Nearly done, someone get Type B- blood type for him fast, he will need it" I then ordered.

I heard a nurse nod and rush off as I finished the last inside stitching. 

Meanwhile, Natsu's Pov, 

When I heard Romeo was shot I rushed to the hospital to see his father, Macao and one of our best members Mirajane in the waiting room. "Natsu" Mira spoke looking toward me worried as I got over to them. "What we know?" I asked as she looked toward the ground. No one was saying nothing. I went to the desk to hear Macao and Mira follow. Mirajane liked her friends and family to call her Mira. "What doctor is with Romeo Conbolt?" I asked the front desk who looked toward me with fear.

Mostly my tone as it was pretty harsh and deep. "M-Miss Heartfilla was the one to take over the case" the nurse answered as me, Macao and Mira all let out sighs of relief. We all knew how good of a doctor Lucy was. I turned my head to hear Lucy's voice ordering Nurses to get a blood transfusion to Romeo's room as Macao started to go pale and more worried as Mira was helping him stay focused. Doors from the surgery ward opened as Romeo was being pushed through into ICU. "Lucy" I called getting her to turn her head and stop before going in.

"Those nurses are not there by the time I am done talking they are fired is that understood?" Lucy nearly shouted into ICU before rushing over as she had some blood on her doctors coat. "Lucy is he ok?" Macao asked moving in front of Lucy looking toward her in pure fear. "Fine, we got a bullet out of his side that nearly broke his rib, he seems to also been beaten while the bullet was inside being why he was so weak for his system to work and be so low on blood already" Lucy explained.

I saw the bloodlust of revenge on Macao's face as my mind clicked. "Was Wendy with him? He was with Wendy" I asked worried as Lucy had a worried look on her face. "All they found was Romeo in an ally" Lucy answered as my heart was speeding up. "Macao we will make these fucks pay" I then muttered as he nodded as Lucy walked to the desk getting a clip board from there. "Romeo will be in here for at lest a week minimum, after that he will need bed rest. He will also need pysho-therapy" Lucy then informed Macao who nodded.

"Natsu this was a pro job, it was only because Romeo had the strength to call 999 before blacking out anyone found him, please be careful dealing with these guys" Lucy spoke before rushing back to Romeo as she was worried for me and the others like normal. "Mira get the group ready, someone has my sister and hurt Romeo. They are going to pay" I then ordered as Mira was basically my right hand when came to the Fairy Tail group as while working in my father's old family company making me so rich.

Mira was also my second hand in that. Mira pulled out her phone walking off to be outside as my own phone was going off. I pulled it out answering it. "Salamander" I heard an annoying male voice being cocky as I could sense the smirk through the phone. "Sting..." I muttered annoyed.
