Mr. Lester sits in his chair, eyebrows scrunched as if he was lost in his thoughts. Vinny was trying to answer Felix's questions while Jack and I sat in the two spare chairs in his office.

"Does anyone have any idea who's behind all of this?" Mr. Lester asks slowly.

"If we did," Jack says, wincing. "We wouldn't be here now would we?"

"Sorry.. Sorry. Was just asking." Mr. Lester sighs. "And no one knows if Ken is okay or not?" I shake my head. "When was the last time you said you saw him?"

"It was right before my power went out. That was the last time I saw him."

"Mark suddenly disappeared from the screen as his power went out and then everyone else disappeared as well." Jack rubs his head as if he has a headache. "That was the last time I saw him."

I lean my head back and close my eyes. Any thoughts Dark? You're being awfully quiet.

I'm just trying to piece the story together. There's too many holes but not enough puzzle pieces.

"Jack? Are you okay?" I open my eyes when Felix asks the question. Jack was holding his head with his hands.

"Yes," he replies through gritted teeth. "Just have a really bad headache."

"Okay. I still want to know how Vinny over there got into our world." Vinny, hearing her name, shrugs.

"I know about as much as you. One second I was in the game, the next second I'm standing in this office." A knock on the door causes everyone but Mr. Lester to jump.

"Come in!" The door opens as Mr. Howell enters the room. Mr. Lester smiles faintly.

"Hey Dan." Mr. Howell returns his smile briefly, giving us a small hello smile. There was a couple small square sheets of paper in his hands.

"So, we have a problem." Mr. Howell sets a blurred photo down on the desk. All we can see is golden hair. Jack's face pales.

"But I killed her!" He exclaims. I rest my hand on his shoulder.

"I honestly think that's someone else Jack." I continue to stare. "There's no way that she can be alive and in this world."

"Remember your friend Ken?" We all nod.

"Of course! We could never forget Ken! He's our friend along with the others!" Felix said. Mr. Howell sighs as he lays another photo down. We all look at it. Ken, who apparently had been hit in the side of the head because there was blood, followed someone in a mask.

"Oh my god!" Vinny shouts. I thought Felix was going to break out in a song.

"Cry!" Was all he could scream.

Wait, if those two are here, and god knows how they got here, does that mean Anti is too?

I shrug, still staring at Cry who was leading Ken somewhere where it was dark. I couldn't see exactly where they were because the surroundings were blending in with the dark background. Mr. Howell puts another photo down. A demon type creature was stalking someone from the shadows.

"What does this mean though?" Mr. Lester asks. Mr. Howell puts the last photo down, showing another creature.

"It means whoever is behind this, is a crazy ass mofo." Jack says rubbing the back of his neck. Vinny giggles.

"That, and they have some seriously wicked powers if I am standing here in front of you guys."

"Yes but," Mr. Howell says. "If your here along with Cry, I'm just going to be straight forward, then someone must be merging the dimensions between reality and video games."

If they do that successfully, you guys are screwed. I roll my eyes.

Gee, no, ya think?

I was just voicing my own thoughts. No need to have that much salt in your attitude. Dark remarks before falling silent like everyone else.

"Okay," Jack says slowly. "If they really are merging the dimensions, how do we stop them?" Bother Mr. Lester and Mr. Howell shrugs. Vinny, on the other hand, spoke up.

"Well this isn't your first rodeo is it?" We all nod, saying yes it wasn't. Vinny smiles. "Well then its obvious don't you think? You play their sick game, except this time without having to go into a game."

"But from the way our planet works, if we get stabbed or anything on that nature we die instantly," Felix says sadly. "In this world you only get one chance, you don't have a health bar." Vinny smirks.

"Then don't get stabbed in the chest."
