13. Falling Spices

Pulling up at Louis' house with his car, Harry rang the bell and then waited for Louis to come out, drumming his fingers nervously on the steering wheel. Coming up with a date plan in less than a day hasn't been easy but it was his own fault for being too bloody impatient to wait much longer to take Louis out officially and right things between them for good. Because even though Louis had accepted his apology and had told him more about his past, he still had the nagging feeling to have to prove himself. To prove that he was actually serious about this. To prove he wasn't lying. That feeling made him nervous but not in an entirely bad way. He was excited to see Louis again and that made him nervous in a good way, his entire body longing to kiss him again, which ... yeah.

Distantly, he heard some keys dangling and the next second, Louis stepped out of his gate and in that perfectly fitting winter coat of his, making him look so adorably cuddly. His fringe was peaking out from underneath a dark blue beanie and Harry's heart jumped oddly in his chest just at the sight alone. Maybe his friends have been right. He has been smitten for quite some time.

"Hey," Harry greeted him when Louis climbed into his car.

"Hi" Louis greeted him back, his cheeks tinted pink from the cold. A part of him hoped selfishly that it was because of him, too.

"I hope you dressed warm enough for this" Harry let his eyes wander over Louis' form for a moment, mainly in concern that he might freeze. "It's gonna be cold for a while".

"So you've said" Louis reminded him that he had warned him of the cold nature of their date. "I'm prepared, Haz".

"Are you also prepared to probably catch me every few seconds? My sense of balance is non-existent" Harry grinned sheepishly.

"We could've done something different, you know" Louis raised an eyebrow at him amusedly, so Harry only shrugged. "But I think I can manage to not let you hurt yourself too much, Haz. My sense of balance exists. Or at least, it should".

"Very comforting" Harry replied dryly, a stifled laugh wanting to bubble out of his throat desperately.

"Again, you chose this" Louis told him again cheekily.

Rolling his eyes at him, Harry started the car and backed out of the driveway. "I thought it was a nice idea, not so cliché".

"And it is, don't worry" Louis sent him a warm smile, taking his unnecessary worries away. "I'm also very curious to find out what you meant with there is more afterwards".

"Patience, Lou" Harry grinned to himself but then he thought about something. "What about Alexa though? Is she alright a ...?".

"You're cute" Louis chuckled sweetly, his cheeks definitely not red from the cold. "Aria comes over later to take her out for a walk. The wedding she was supposed to cover got cancelled. Someone cheated or something".

"Ouch" Harry couldn't help but think back to his own wedding. He hadn't even thought about that possibility, too in love. "That's tough but at least Alexa gets something out of this".

"Life seems to be on her side" Louis looked out of the window but then his phone vibrated and he took it out, glancing at a new text. "My sister".

"Which one?" Harry tried to ask cheekily but got no reaction. Louis only kept staring at his phone. "Everything alright?".

"Yeah, she's just been at the doctor's and sent me a new picture" Louis answered a bit absent-mindedly, confusing Harry but apparently realising just that, judging by his face. "She's pregnant and it freaks me out. I don't want anything to go wrong".

"But that's amazing, Lou" Harry felt genuine joy wash over him at the prospect of a baby. "How far along is she?".

"Not far. Around two months? She wasn't even supposed to tell me yet but she couldn't wait. It's her first child" Louis locked his phone and faced him while he parked the car at their destination. "Sophia is the first of us to have a baby and it's nerve-wracking".

"I can imagine" Harry turned the car off.

"I shouldn't freak out over a simple picture, where you can't even see anything but I can't help it. She's my little sister and this is huge for her, for all of us really" Louis played with the phone in his hands, visibly still nervous. "This isn't even the first pregnancy I'm experiencing. I don't know why I'm so anxious all the time".

"She's your sister. That's reason enough" Harry reached out to grab his hand, stilling his nervous fidgeting.

"I just need everything to go well" Louis stared down at their hands, taking a deep breath. "Remember Archie?".

"Aria's brother, yes" Harry definitely remembered him. His birthday cake dilemma had brought them back to each other.

"When his wife Jesy was pregnant with their first child, it was ... her pregnancy wasn't smooth sailing. A lot of unexpected and scary complications occurred, even though it had looked alright at the beginning and ... Their daughter is fine now and the second pregnancy went well but ... it did scare me and I can't stop ... I can't help but be terrified for her" Louis let him in on a story he hadn't expected to hear today. He felt honoured. "I was never this nervous when my mum was pregnant. Maybe I was too young".

"Maybe. You were probably just overly excited to meet your sisters" Harry's mind pictured a younger Louis pampering his pregnant mother. It sounded like something he would've done. "But I get why you're so nervous and it's totally valid, Lou".

"You think so?" Louis bit the inside of his cheek, looking up.

"I know so. You're a caring and protective older brother. You only want her to be fine. Nothing's wrong with that" Harry squeezed his hand comfortingly. "But it's mostly just exciting, right?".

"Yeah, it is, isn't it?" Louis seemed to be happy about him trying to focus on the positive side.

"It is" Harry felt himself starting to beam uncontrollably. "She's gonna have a baby, Lou. Man, I love babies".

"Yeah?" Louis tilted his head aside in curiosity.

Humming in confirmation, Harry just looked at him and waited. He could see the obvious question clearly in his blue eyes but he wasn't asking. "You can ask, Lou. It's fine".

"Are you sure? I don't wanna overstep" the hesitation was so clear in his voice.

"If I don't wanna talk about something, I'll let you know" Harry squeezed his hand again. "But this right here is okay".

Seemingly collecting his thoughts and choosing his words wisely, Louis locked eyes with him. "How come you don't have any?".

The rest of his thought process and question was written all over his face and Harry loved how little he was hiding from him, not shying away from being honest all the time. So, Harry chose to be just as honest. "Phil didn't want any".

"Oh".

"Yeah, it was one of the things we should've talked about more before getting married and in the end, it was part of the reason we broke up. Mainly my own fault for thinking it could change with time because we were so young when we met but it never did".

Now he was the one staring at their hands, safely resting in Louis' lap. If he was being honest, he hadn't let himself think much about this in the last couple of years, still too painful in a way. A part of him wondered sometimes if they wouldn't have gotten a divorce if Phil had had a change of mind. He hated himself for that question alone but he couldn't help it. What-ifs were his thing.

"Whatever. I shouldn't have expected him to change his mind just because we were married for so long. I knew he wasn't big on kids and should've taken that more seriously but I was naïve and a big dreamer. My own fault" Harry tore himself out of his thoughts about former dreams of a big family. This wasn't the right place and time. It wasn't fair to Louis. This was their first date.

"I'm sorry" Louis caressed his hand, not telling him that he was wrong because he obviously wasn't and they both knew that. But Louis was still here and showing him support and comfort. He was truly amazing. Honest and caring all the same.

Giving Louis' hand one last squeeze, Harry let out a heavy sigh to clear his head. "It doesn't really matter. It's been years and I'm a different person now. I'm the person, who's supposed to take you ice-skating now, if I remember correctly".

The whiplash from his sudden and very obvious change of topic was reflected on Louis' face but he didn't address it. He let him deflect for now and Harry was thankful for that. "I'm not sure you should with those Bambi legs of yours. Doesn't look safe".

"Because it really isn't" Harry made fun of himself to get rid of that heavy feeling pooling in his stomach. This was about him and Louis, not his past. The past was in the past. Over and done with.

"Great".

Getting out of the car, Harry fetched them the old skates from his trunk that he had packed earlier. Side by side, they walked into the snowy park and towards the frozen lake. The entire time, his hand was itching to hold Louis' hand but he resisted, not sure he would even want that in public. Maybe it would trigger him.

Arriving at the lake, it wasn't too crowded due to it being still early in the afternoon, just barely past 1 pm. Thanking his lucky star for that, he led them over to a bench right by the lake. It has been built just like the wooden railing around the lake ages ago. The railing covered three-quarters of the lake to make it harder for kids to fall inside and drown in summer and easier to skate on it in winter when it was cold enough. It was perfect and so cute.

With their skates on, they stumbled onto the ice. A lot steadier on his skates, Louis offered his hands for Harry to take, promising to steady him and not let him fall too much. Even though their hands were covered in gloves, his fingers tingled from holding Louis' hand, although it was only for safety reasons. Steady hand in shaky hand, they managed two rounds around the lake without crashing into any of the other skating families around them before Harry's legs decided to be difficult. They started to get wobbly and got tangled in each other, making him stagger helplessly.

"Woah, careful, Haz" Louis stopped them by grabbing Harry by his shoulders, the spot tingling automatically. "Hi".

"Hi" Harry smiled dopily. "Thank you for catching me".

"Any time" Louis moved his hands to his neck, caressing it. "Do you ... Would you ...Can I ...?".

"Yes" Harry's heart was beating out of his throat but then he remembered where they were. "But what about ...?".

"I don't care" Louis pulled them closer together. "Do you?".

"No" Harry wrapped his arms around Louis' waist, absolutely loving to do that. That was something new that he was obsessed with. "Please, Lou".

Smiling happily, Louis connected their lips in a gentle kiss right here on the ice, not caring about who saw them and it made his heart flutter. Louis' lips were thinner than his but so soft despite the cold and oh-so addictive that he never wanted to stop again. Kissing Louis was his new favourite thing and it felt amazing. He would've never guessed that he had no experience with this and that his last kiss had been ages ago. It wasn't noticeable at all. At least not to him. They just fit perfectly. It was scary but great.

"Mh, it's unfair how good you taste" Harry mumbled against his lips when they broke away for some air.

"Haz" Louis whined adorably, his already red cheeks getting even redder with that blush creeping up his face. "What am I supposed to say to that?".

"Nothing" Harry nudged his nose with his own like a cat.

"You're gonna be the death of me" Louis' cheeks were glowing.

"I hope not. Don't feel like kissing a corpse" Harry joked just to see Louis laugh. It was a beautiful sight.

"Your jokes are the worst but somehow so endearing. I don't know how you do it" Louis sighed dreamily, caressing his neck.

"It comes naturally to me" Harry grinned proudly, his feet going numb but he didn't care. It was so worth it.

"I believe that, Darling" Louis smirked up at him before kissing him again, taking him by surprise with this forwardness.

Holding onto Louis' waist for dear life, he let him take control of their kiss, loving this side of him. Most of the time, Louis came off as rather insecure and hesitant but still somehow sure of himself, which was the cutest thing ever. But Harry had also seen the more confident side of Louis and it was bloody sexy. He really was the perfect mix of everything. It was messing with his head.

When Louis nibbled on his bottom lip teasingly, Harry had to suppress an excited moan and pushed his tongue into Louis' mouth instead, deepening their kiss for a moment before breaking away breathlessly, his chest heaving just like Louis'. "Wow".

"Yeah," Louis trailed with his finger over Harry's bottom lip, seemingly in a bit of a trance. Harry could relate. "Skate now?".

"You have to hold my hands. My legs feel like jelly" Harry could never skate on his own now. Not after that kiss.

"It's my pleasure, Sweetheart" Louis grinned wickedly, taking both of Harry's hands into his own. "Oh, and I get it now. You taste divine, Darling".

"Louis!" Harry was the one full-on blushing now, definitely screeching loud enough for the entire park to hear. "Shh".

Instead of having mercy, Louis just laughed loudly at his reaction. "I'm just stating facts, not my fault you taste delicious".

"I hate you right now" Harry pouted exaggeratedly.

"Aww" Louis booped his nose before taking his hand again and skating backwards in front of him. "Too bad. I still like you".

His entire face was flaming but he just had to say something. "I really like this side of you".

"What do you mean?" Louis looked adorably confused.

"This confident side of you, Lou. I've seen it peak through every now and then but it was there a lot more yesterday and especially today and I really like it" Harry exposed himself but stopped before he could say something stupid like how Louis knowing his worth and taking what he wanted was bloody sexy. It was bad enough that he was thinking it. He didn't need to give Louis the chance to tease him for his thoughts, no matter how right they were. "It looks really good on you. Confidence that is".

"Oh," Louis was definitely taken aback by his words. "I mean, I was never not confident but I have my insecure moments. I think most people do but ... I just never know what to expect and that makes me nervous, especially when it comes to this".

"Dating?" Harry guessed carefully.

"Yeah," Louis nodded lightly, licking his lips. "Or even meeting new people in general. My team destroyed most of my natural confidence but I'm working on rebuilding it, which doesn't mean my insecure moments will never happen".

"Of course not, Lou. Everyone has them. I didn't mean to say it was something bad or ...".

"I know, Haz" Louis pecked his lips to shut him up; succeeding.

After kissing three more times, they were finally able to separate long enough to actually skate some more but they did end up sneaking in kisses all the bloody time. And if they weren't kissing, they were laughing about everything and nothing, just enjoying their time together. It was the most perfect day he had had in a long time and it wasn't even over yet.

When they were about to freeze to death, they got off the ice and headed back to Harry's car to warm up. Inside, they exchanged some more quick kisses with chattering teeth but huge smiles on their cold faces. He felt so young again.

Turning on the heat, Harry wanted to start driving when Louis shoved a letter lightly into his face. "This yours? I swear it hasn't been there three minutes ago but it almost fell to the ground".

"Oh, um ..." Harry took the obviously magic letter and started the car, backing out of the parking lot. "Thanks, I've been looking for it. I could've sworn I put it in here but couldn't find it earlier".

"It's here now" Louis sounded unconvinced but didn't ask.

"How would you feel about an early dinner?" Harry focused on the road ahead of him instead of Louis' questioning eyes.

"Always a good idea. I'm starving" Louis seemed genuinely excited at the prospect of food at the end of the road.

"Good, me too. I might have prepared something I only need to finish up. Mine okay?" Harry took a right turn to his street.

"Fine with me. I might see Coco again" Louis rubbed his hands to warm them up faster. "She didn't greet me yesterday".

"Aw, don't take it personally. She likes to hide and be alone most of the time" Harry cooed at his adorable pout.

"Then why was she even down at the bakery?" Louis wondered rightfully. That obviously made no sense to him.

"She has her moments" Harry shrugged helplessly.

Accepting that answer, Louis looked like he just remembered something. "Oh, by the way. I wanted to ask if you have an issue with tattoos. At our first baking session, I thought I saw one on you but then it was gone when I glanced at the same spot again. So, it was probably only chocolate but it reminded me that some people don't like tattoos and I have some, so ...".

That question almost made him crash his car but he tried to act nonchalant and collected. Somehow, Louis had seen his little witch mark, which shouldn't be possible. Well, it wasn't impossible but most non-wizards never noticed the tiny marks on their wrists. Only if you told them about it did they finally see it. That Louis had seen it on his own made him nervous. He wouldn't lie to him if he explicitly asked about it but he wouldn't bring it up on his own yet.

"I don't have an issue with tattoos, Lou" Harry answered him a bit too belated. "I might don't have any of my own but I like them on others. Actually, I've thought about getting one for years but I never did. He ... He wasn't too fond of them, so I never thought about it again because it wasn't that important to me but I'd like to see yours someday".

"They're nothing special. Just some smaller ones on my upper arms and shoulders. Well, and in the elbow area and one on my collarbones that is a bit bigger technically ...".

"I'd love to see them, Lou" Harry cut his rambling off in a soft voice. "Whenever the occasion arises".

"Okay" Louis seemed to like that answer.

"Would you look at that?! We're already here" Harry gasped as if he didn't know the way was this short.

"Insufferable".

Getting out of the car, Harry collected the skates from the trunk before opening the front door for them. As soon as they stepped inside his flat, Coco made herself known by meowing loudly, which was pretty odd. She has never done that before. But Louis was loving it and immediately went over to her. Harry's normal alarm bells went off in his head but then he remembered that she liked Louis and hadn't attacked him the last time.

"Hi, Lovely" Louis petted her head as if this was normal for her.

Studying his cat closely, Harry realised that she was simply mirroring what he was feeling deep inside. She seemed a bit more restless than usual but excited at the same time and she visibly adored Louis. If that was only because Harry was doing the same or because Louis was just made to be adored, he couldn't tell. It also didn't matter. He just really needed to calm down. But the fact that Louis had apparently noticed some suspicious things without Harry realising it made him nervous again.

"Get comfortable, okay? I'll be in the kitchen right over there to prepare our dinner and ...".

"Can I help?" Louis looked up at him in sync with Coco. "Or at least watch to pick up some tricks to improve my cooking?".

"Be my guest" Harry invited him into his kitchen. He should have known Coco would follow him. She was his shadow now. "I prepared everything I could for bangers and mash. That okay?".

"Love it. I'm that British" Louis grinned sunnily.

"You definitely are" Harry could confirm that with certainty. "But I need more salt. Mine's empty. Could you get me some from the pantry? It should be right on the first shelf".

"Sure thing. I know what salt looks like" Louis opened the door to his built-in pantry, Coco right on his heels.

"Don't bring back sugar" Harry joked mainly to calm down his own nerves but also because he had seen his lack of knowledge.

"Fuck off".

Laughing to himself, Harry got out the ingredients he had prepared earlier and wanted to start but got startled by a noise coming from the pantry. "Are you alright? It sounded like ...".

"Something fell down?" Louis completed his sentence, stepping out of the pantry with Coco, who looked oddly alarmed. "Because it did but it wasn't me, Haz. I'd just taken the salt when I saw something move on a higher shelf and the next second, these two little piles of spices fell out of it. I barely caught it in time but ... I ... um ... I've never heard of these spices before. What are they?".

Frozen to his spot, Harry stared at the veils in Louis' hand, two very unique and very magic spices that he obviously couldn't know even if he had any cooking experience. Harry could never play this off with a joke about his cooking skills. It would be wrong and he knew that. "Um ...".

"It was so weird. What is going on, Haz?" Louis asked after all.

Deciding enough was enough, Harry chose to be honest. He wanted Louis to stay in his life. Lying to him would lead to the exact opposite. So, he faced him completely and braced himself for a bad reaction. "Lou, I'm a witch".

"Nice one" Louis obviously didn't believe him right away.

"I'm telling the truth. I'm a witch, Louis. These are magic spices I use for potions or special pastries and I'm not sure why they've fallen out of the shelf. Maybe because I was freaking out about you noticing stuff and my powers got crazy with it ...".

"You're being serious" Louis closed the pantry door and came closer. "You're actually serious right now".

"I am" Harry willed himself to keep the eye contact. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but not everyone is ready to hear this".

"It's okay. No need to be sorry. I'm just ..." Louis was definitely needing a moment to process this. "So, the letter earlier did really appear out of nowhere and I'm not going crazy".

"Yes," Harry confirmed shortly.

"Does that mean ... Do you have some kind of magic entrance in your bakery?" Louis asked something he didn't expect, making him stare dumbly. "There was this one time when both Niall and Sarah said you were out for some deliveries but then you came out of the back as if ... and when we met in front of the bakery once, Niall was surprised you didn't come out of the back. I was wondering what this was about. I thought I was being paranoid".

"No, just very attentive, as it seems" Harry couldn't believe what he had just heard. Louis was incredible. "There is a portal in the backroom for my magic deliveries".

"So, does this mean your weird names for some pastries are actually true?" Louis put the last pieces together quicker than expected. "They really make you happy or relaxed?".

"They do" Harry nodded a bit scared. "I know how this could look but I'm only trying to make life easier for people".

"I get that" Louis smiled shortly at him before he visibly sank deeper into his thoughts. "But how's this possible?".

"How about we sit down and I tell you everything you wanna know, mh?" Harry motioned towards his living room, needing to sit down for this. The dinner could wait a bit longer.

Following him wordlessly, Louis sat down on the couch with him, Coco curling up on his lap unexpectedly. "Are you the only one?".

"No, I'm not. There is an entire magic community out there" he started to tell him, trying to think of what was most important to know. "I'm half witch, half human. My mum is a witch but my dad is human. I mean, not magic. You get what I mean, right?".

"I do. He's like me" Louis' forehead was scrunched up in pure concentration and it was so cute that it was distracting.

"Exactly although you've noticed things he didn't until he was told by my mother" Harry had to let him know how special this was. "My sister also has powers and literally everyone on my mum's side of the family. But don't think it's some big thing. This is not Harry Potter. We don't have any wands or stuff. Just abilities".

"So, I can't crack inappropriate wand jokes?" Louis coked an eyebrow up suggestively.

"You could but they wouldn't make any sense, Lou" Harry felt himself blushing again but it made him relax. Louis wasn't running away and he didn't look too freaked out, only intrigued.

"Damn it".

"Anyway, there are little towns with only magic people out there for our magic supplies and to just be ourselves but they're off in the countryside mostly" Harry continued telling him about his magic world. "All through school, I went to a magic summer camp, where I learnt to use my magic. My mother taught me the rest at home and all magic kids could visit some special workshops one weekend per month. So, no Hogwarts or anything like it".

"That does make me feel better about being mundane" Louis clicked with his tongue funnily.

"You're anything but mundane, Lou" Harry nudged his knee, earning a glare from Coco for disturbing her peace. "Traitor".

"What about Coco? Is she part of this?" Louis looked down at the sleeping cat in his lap.

"In a way, yes. We bought her from another wizard and she is kinda connected to me. Like, our souls are synced up. She's my ... we don't really have a word for it but most witches or wizards have some kind of animal, a spirit pet. Humans referred to them as our familiars in literature but that word just isn't appropriate for them to use, even if that's kind of what she is to me" Harry tried to explain their connection but was missing the right words.

"I get what you mean" Louis seemed to understand him anyway. "That's pretty cool. A soulmate in animal form".

"In a way but also not" Harry chuckled at his enthusiasm.

"Whatever that means" Louis pulled a funny face.

"She's more an extension of me but still her own being. It's all a bit hard to explain" Harry watched the two of them cuddled up on his couch and didn't care anymore if he made any sense.

"Got it" Louis petted her head lovingly. "The thing I saw on your wrist wasn't chocolate, was it?".

"No, it wasn't. It's my witch mark, born with it. Most people don't see it at all, only if I actively tell them or if they're interested in magic like Àmbar" Harry presented his wrist to him, his mark fully on display now. It was formed like a little star if you squinted.

"I haven't even thought about that" Louis gasped suddenly. "Is everyone around you magic? Are you allowed to tell me?".

Smiling at his sudden concern, Harry leaned over to kiss his cheek, making him blush lightly. "Don't worry. I'm allowed to tell you. We don't really live in secret, it's just not common knowledge. And no, not everyone around me is magic. Only Sarah and some old friends of mine from school and summer camp. I know a few of my mother's friends, who have shops in town but other than that ...".

"Do all half-witches have shops somewhere?" Louis questioned with an adorable wrinkle on his forehead.

"No, not all but at least half of them. We like to use our abilities for something good, even if it's only making flowers last longer. But others have normal jobs like everyone else. We live just like you do or your friends. Nothing special about us" Harry let him know, thinking about his sister being off as a fashion photographer and seeing the world like any human being. Not magic at all.

"Everything about you is special, Haz. But not because you're magic" Louis complimented him with red cheeks. "And don't worry. I won't tell anyone. It's not my place to tell".

"It's okay. You can, if you want" Harry had no issue with Louis' loved ones knowing about him. "You can definitely tell Aria about this. I'm sure you tell her everything else".

"I do" Louis got that fond look on his face again when he thought about his friend. "Are you sure though? No one needs to know".

"I'm sure" Harry assured him softly. "Besides, if our friends are really hitting it off and it looked like it, it might be better to tell her because Àmbar knows and she would lie for me".

"You're amazing" Louis shook his head before grabbing his face and pulling him in for a kiss, which made Coco jump off of his lap.

Harry took that as his chance to replace her, crawling closer and climbing into Louis' lap as if he were a cat. "So, you're really fine with this?".

"More than fine" Louis mumbled into his mouth, pushing his tongue inside. And suddenly Harry felt like this had been an answer to a completely different question he didn't even ask yet.

Cupping Louis' face with both of his hands, their kiss intensified and deepened in seconds. Lust, desire and anticipation were all pumping through his veins and it made him rock his hips into Louis' lap on instinct. This time, he didn't tense up but roamed with his hands over Harry's clothed back, stopping at his waist. A part of Harry was hoping they'd take this further but he didn't want to make Louis feel like this was all he wanted from him. Then again, Louis didn't seem to be bothered by their making out.

"Haz" Louis panted into his mouth shakily and that's when he felt it. Louis was definitely hard in his pants with Harry rocking down on his dick with every push of his hips.

"You wanna stop?" Harry locked eyes with him, seeing that Louis' pupils were blown wide and almost completely black.

"No" Louis caressed his waist but his hands were shaking.

"We don't need to ..." Harry bit down on his tongue, not keen on ruining this by assuming anything again. Louis did say he didn't want to stop but he looked lost anyway. Understandably so but Harry didn't want to make this a big deal all over again. He shouldn't, so he wouldn't. "You wanna come?".

"I ..." Louis looked highly confused by his question but then he seemed to be able to read Harry's face effortlessly. "Yes".

"Want me to help?" Harry tried to ease him into this without freaking out himself. This was a precious moment. A fragile one.

At that, Louis' eyes seemed to get even darker. "Yes".

"Do you trust me?" Harry had to ask, no matter how risky this question actually was. "With this? With you, right now?".

"I do" Louis nodded dazedly but his expression was clear and sure.

That's all he needed to set his plan into motion. First, he started by kissing Louis again, getting him to relax completely. Then, he let his lips wander down to Louis' throat, sucking on his neck to make him squirm in his seat. "Good?".

With his eyes closed, Louis only hummed in enjoyment. Without any protest from Louis, Harry crawled backwards off of Louis' lap and the couch and knelt down in front of it with Louis' big eyes now definitely fixed on him. Caressing his thighs to take away his nerves and the tension in his bones, Harry looked up at him when his hand stopped right at his waistband, silently asking for permission to open his pants. Swallowing visibly, Louis nodded at him and leaned further into the couch, spreading his legs a little to let Harry settle in between them, which sent Harry's mind into overdrive. Louis was way too sexy, even nervous.

Opening his pants, Harry tugged them down with Louis' help before examining the bulge in Louis' boxers. Feeling his throat going dry at the sight, Harry reached out to touch him through his boxers, making Louis moan with his head thrown back. Over the boxers, Harry stroked him for a few moments, getting a feel for the size and letting Louis get used to this. When he could see how wet the tip was already through the boxers, Harry stopped his movements to make Louis look back down at him.

"You're still with me?" Harry asked to be sure. Aroused, Louis nodded at him again. "Okay if I take these off?".

"Yeah, go for it" Louis gave him permission to undress him.

With even more anticipation rushing through him, Harry took off Louis' boxers and freed his dick, his mouth watering at the sight. It was impressive and big and Harry already loved it without even tasting it. He couldn't help it. He loved cock and especially sucking it, so that's what he did. Slowly, he leaned over Louis' great dick and took the tip into his mouth, earning a sexy sound from Louis in return. Carefully, he took him deeper in until the tip was hitting the back of his throat. Knowing Louis would come pretty fast due to this being his first blowjob, Harry chose against teasing him a little or dragging this out. Louis was already holding on longer than he had thought. It was so damn sexy.

Feeling his own dick straining in his pants, Harry started to bop his while simultaneously opening his own pants and taking himself into his hand, stroking lightly to take the edge off. With Louis moaning and squirming on his couch right above him, he could feel himself getting close way quicker than usual. Picking up his pace, he focused only on getting Louis off. Glancing up at him, Harry was hit with how beautiful and sinful Louis looked just from being sucked off on this couch. It made him dizzy.

"Haz, I'm ..." Louis tried to warn him but he couldn't get the words out, only broken and choked up pants and moans.

"I got you, Lou. Let go" Harry mumbled against his dick before going back to sucking, bobbing his head as fast as he could.

Only a moment later, Louis came down his throat with a broken cry of Harry's name. Eagerly, Harry swallowed all of it and sucked him through his orgasm, stroking himself faster at the sight of it all. When Louis fell further into the back of the couch, Harry released his dick and got himself off in seconds, coming into his hand and moaning out Louis' name while face-planting onto his thigh. Panting heavily, he could feel Louis stroking his head.

"Did you just ...? I could have done ..." Louis sounded way too alarmed to be allowed right now. Probably thinking the worst. The frown was noticeable in his voice.

"You can whenever you want but right now, I was way too close from watching you. You're just way too sexy" Harry didn't let him doubt himself any longer. He hadn't done anything wrong. "Don't frown, Lou. Everything's fine".

Studying his face for a moment, Louis seemed to relax again, going back to scratching Harry's head. "This was great".

"It was" Harry agreed with him dopily, having enjoyed this quite a lot. "And I was right earlier".

"Right with what?" Louis tilted his head aside like a curious cat.

"You taste amazing" Harry wiggled his eyebrows funnily.

"Idiot" Louis snorted laughingly, slapping his chest. "Dinner now? I'm quite literally starving and you already prepared everything".

Grinning up at him broadly, Harry kissed his knee. "Dinner sounds perfect".
