Hello, my loves~♡ I hope that you all are doing well~♡ I work earlier than normal today and I'm not looking forward to it.😔 Which is why I'm releasing this chapter now.:3 I won't have time later on.🤣😂 It took some time to get back on track but I finally know what I want to do with this story and I now continue to write at least one chapter every few days.:3 There's lots more still to come with a lot of lovey moments.:3 So I hope you all will continue to look forward to this work~♡ I have been working hard to catch up on it now while also working on a secondary story as well but this is my main focus.:3 I hope that you'll continue to support this work of mine as I will try my best to keep it entertaining~♡ Have a great day, you beautiful souls and I hope that you'll enjoy this new installment~♡

The next few days were filled with visiting places around Kentucky and sightseeing. Things Jungkook never would have imagined he'd be doing in his lifetime. He was always working and doing things with friends, he never thought he'd have enough money to ever be able to do this. Although, he was also beside the world's most amazing man in his eyes and he couldn't ask for a better turn of events in his life.

Taehyung had decided that a trip to a farm in Oldham county would be ideal because they were allowed to ride horses there. Taehyung had never ridden a horse before and was excited to try. Jungkook, while anxious about being on an animal that could easily stomp him to death, wanted to ride a horse too. Just to be beside Taehyung and watch him enjoy the experience. They'd just pulled into the access road, where their taxi dropped them off. Taehyung quickly paid their cab driver and hastily climbed out of the car with Jungkook. "Can you believe it? The scenery is gorgeous," Taehyung commented excitedly, spreading his arms out and spinning amongst the red, orange, and yellow leaves. Taehyung loved fall and the country scene with all the trees that unfolded before his eyes was all he needed beside Jungkook. This alone was enough to suffice his mood.

Jungkook couldn't focus on anything other than Taehyung, who was obviously already enjoying himself. Although, Jungkook pulled out Taehyung's camera and snapped a picture of the elder spinning amongst the fall colors, a smile breaking out across his face as he jogged to catch up to Taehyung. The picture looked magnificent with Taehyung in the middle of random colored leaves dancing in the wind around him. Jungkook couldn't believe that such a sight existed, even after witnessing it. Jungkook hurriedly caught up to Taehyung to show him the polaroid that he'd seized an opportunity to snap. Taehyung's eyes widened slightly at the skill behind Jungkook's own photography craft before smiling and planting a tender kiss upon the younger male's lips. Jungkook smiled back at Taehyung before kissing him once again and plucking the photo out of his hand while he was distracted. Jungkook pulled away with a sly smirk before tucking the photo carefully in his back pocket, determined to have memories that involved his travels with Taehyung.

Jungkook once again jogged slightly to catch up to Taehyung, grabbing his hand and intertwining their fingers together as they approached the barn. Once there, they explained to the farmer on duty that they'd seen that they could ride horses here and wondered how much it would cost. The farmer simply smiled at them and shook his head, informing them that it was free with the purchase of a ticket for the farm tours. Taehyung thought for a moment before looking at Jungkook, both of them stepping away to make a sound decision. "Do you want to tour the farm as well? Apparently, there are 11 farms to tour," Taehyung explained softly, determined to do what Jungkook wanted to do instead of what he desired. Jungkook glanced up at Taehyung with a soft smile. He could tell that Taehyung really wanted to experience riding a horse but that he was making sure that Jungkook was happy with the decision they made as well.

Jungkook gave an encouraging squeeze to Taehyung's hand, beaming Taehyung with a bunny smile. "Let's tour the farms and ride some horses," Jungkook insisted excitedly, trying to show as much enthusiasm as Taehyung had earlier. Although he was anxious, Jungkook didn't want to ruin this experience for Taehyung. Taehyung raised an eyebrow at Jungkook, sensing the underlying anxiety from the younger. "Are you sure that's what you want to do?" Taehyung asked as Jungkook giggled softly at his reassurance. "Yes, I want to experience this with you," Jungkook confirmed sternly, clasping Taehyung's hands in his as Taehyung nodded. They walked back over to the farmer and agreed to purchase tour tickets from him. They followed the tours of the farms first, such as the tickets required them to do. All the while, Taehyung and Jungkook we're holding hands and silently sneaking off now and then to make out rather than listen to the boring tour guide.

After an hour and a half had passed, they were finally done with the tours and Jungkook watched as Taehyung made a hasty beeline for the horse stalls. Jungkook couldn't help but laugh as he strived to catch up to his over-enthusiastic boyfriend. Taehyung had picked a beautiful light brown and cream-colored steed with bright blue eyes before Jungkook could even enter the barn. Jungkook stared at the horse Taehyung had picked, overly entranced by the beauty of this horse before realizing if Taehyung were a horse, he would be that one. The farmer informed Taehyung that his horse's name was Bell and waited for Jungkook to pick his horse. Jungkook stared up at a jet-black horse with deep, dark brown eyes before the farmer informed him that his horse's name was Nyx.

Taehyung unsteadily mounted the horse, wobbling as he tried to gain his ground and grab hold of the reins. Jungkook had an easier time gaining his ground as he glanced over at Taehyung, offering an encouraging smile when he noticed Taehyung's enthusiasm slipping into anxiety. "It's going to be fun," Jungkook encouraged softly, the farmer pulling the reins slightly to guide them toward the field they'd be riding. Before he allowed them to leave, he showed them what they needed to know on how to stop, slow down, speed up, or turn the horses. With an encouraging smile, the farmer dropped the reins and allowed them to have control of the horses. Jungkook glanced over at Taehyung before Taehyung glanced over at Jungkook. "I'll race you," Jungkook teased playfully, snapping the reins loudly as Taehyung followed suit hastily.

Both horses took off with thundering hoofbeats, Taehyung leaning forward against his horse to try and maintain his balance that way. "What happens if I win?" Taehyung called loudly over the thundering hooves beneath them. Jungkook laughed loudly in response to Taehyung's question, confident that his horse had more speed. "You mean, what'll happen if I win?" Jungkook inquired playfully as the horses sped forward through the open fields. The yellowing grass swayed lithely in the wind as they raced through the fields, Taehyung finally feeling the wind through his hair. He'd never felt so free before and it was exhilarating, especially with Jungkook right beside him. Both had yet to come to terms with what the other would want if they won but they were having fun and that was all that mattered to them in this moment.

After some time, they both slowed their horses to a gallop as they trotted along beside each other. "So do we call that a draw?" Taehyung asked skeptically as Jungkook laughed playfully, breathing a sigh of relief. Jungkook hadn't felt so alive before, finally breaking completely away from the mundane life he'd been leading before ever receiving that first letter from Taehyung. The letter that had set everything in motion for them. Jungkook tilted his head back to look up at the sky as his horse continued to trot alongside Taehyung's horse before Jungkook turned his eyes towards Taehyung. "I think you won. You were just slightly ahead of me," Jungkook gladly lied, smiling to cover up his lie as Nyx trotted happily along. "So what would you like as a prize since you won?" Jungkook asked softly, watching as Taehyung pondered a moment. "Are you sure? I'm pretty sure you were ahead of me slightly," Taehyung pointed out, watching as Jungkook shook his head.

"Nope. You saw wrong, love," Jungkook reassured sternly, even though he was aware he was lying to Taehyung. Jungkook had wanted to let Taehyung win but his competitive spirit didn't allow it so he figured he'd convince himself that Taehyung won. "Now, your prize," Jungkook insisted hastily, swinging one arm out towards Taehyung to gesture for him to speak. Taehyung laughed softly as he stared at Jungkook lovingly, comprehending that the younger was allowing him victory. Without another word, Taehyung hastily pulled Jungkook from off of Nyx and into his lap. "This will be my prize," Taehyung whispered tenderly in Jungkook's ear, earning a shiver from the younger. Jungkook was caged between Taehyung's arms, leaning back into Taehyung as the elder continued to keep Bell at a steady trot.

Jungkook's chin was lifted and tipped to the side for Taehyung to plant a tender kiss upon Jungkook's lips, that hand now wrapped around Jungkook's slim waist as the younger melted into Taehyung's touch. Jungkook was held flush against Taehyung's chest as they continued to trot along with Jungkook leaning into Taehyung and the elder holding him steady. Jungkook could feel a semi hard-on from Taehyung the more they rode together like that, although Jungkook said nothing and just enjoyed the sensation it was causing him. Jungkook leaned his head back on Taehyung's shoulder, watching the fluffy, white cotton candy clouds drift lazily overhead until Jungkook felt Taehyung bite down on the shell of his ear. A soft moan slipped past Jungkook's lips as the younger glanced over at Taehyung through full lashes. "You're such a tease, Tae," Jungkook whined softly, earning a soft and breathy chuckle from Taehyung. "That's just payback for when you teased me while you were at the hospital. Now we're even," Taehyung admitted playfully, earning a soft groan and languid giggle from Jungkook. "Fine. I won't try to get you back for that either," Jungkook declared with a light-hearted giggle, earning a tender squeeze to his waist.

They continued to ride with Jungkook saddled in Taehyung's lap, Jungkook grabbing Nyx's reins to guide him along with them as they trotted across the field. "When do you think we should head back?" Jungkook asked curiously, glancing over his shoulder to look up at Taehyung. Taehyung snuggled his head into the crook of Jungkook's neck, sending a wave of sensations down Jungkook's spine as goosebumps prickled and dispersed across his skin. "I wish we could stay like this forever," Taehyung mumbled into the side of Jungkook's neck before placing a tender kiss on that exact spot. Again, goosebumps covered the entirety of Jungkook's skin as he shivered in Taehyung's grasp. Suddenly Jungkook wasn't feeling the horseback riding anymore. He wanted to return to the hotel and ravish Taehyung for all his teasing. Jungkook moaned softly from the waves of tingles that washed over him and down his body as he found his fingers grasping Bell's mane tightly. "Are you still teasing me?" Jungkook breathed out softly, releasing the horse's mane when he felt Taehyung's hand tighten around his waist.

Taehyung leaned close to Jungkook's ear with a soft smirk tugging at his lips. "Maybe," Taehyung whispered playfully, earning a soft groan from Jungkook and an uneasy shift. "I thought you said we were even earlier?" Jungkook asked with a whiny tone, feeling the anguish of indeterminate suffering. "I lied," Taehyung added in a whisper, caressing Jungkook's ear with his fingertip. "You didn't stop teasing me when I was practically begging," Taehyung continued with a soft snicker, watching as the goosebumps spread across Jungkook's shoulders. After several moments of Taehyung caressing various parts of Jungkook's body, the elder pulled away and grasped the reins once more. With one hand still holding Jungkook's waist tightly, they slowly made their way back towards the barn at a slow gallop. Taehyung was in no hurry to give up his position with Jungkook, relishing every moment that Jungkook remained riding in his lap. The journey back towards the barn was deliberate and peaceful, Jungkook finally relaxing into Taehyung again.

They watched the sun set in the west, the sky dyed in orange, pink, light blue, and purple as Jungkook sighed peacefully. This was the first time they'd actually watched the sun set together. Where they were actually paying attention to their surroundings rather than the rides that had captivated them at the amusement park. Jungkook couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful the countryside could be as he sighed with contentment, wondering if they'd settle down in a place like this together. Jungkook would like to hope that the place they decide to live together would be this tranquil. Although Jungkook knew once they got back to the hotel, they would be packing their belongings for their next destination.
