Hello, my loves~♡ I apologize for this update being so late.😔🥺 I've had a lot on my mind and a lot to do over the weekends.😂🤣 Although, I'm not complaining.:3 Life just gets to be too much and sometimes I have to take a step back, especially since I've quit taking my antidepressants. For reasons I do not wish to share just yet (just in case I am wrong), I needed to quit taking them for now. After riding the Wild Eagle, the Mystery Mine, Thunderhead, Daredevil Falls, Tennessee Tornado, and the Lightning Rod Taehyung had had enough with the rides. His head was hurting far worse than earlier that day and he was starting to feel a wave of nausea crash over him. Although he forced that feeling back down to proceed to have fun with Jungkook, even though he was advised to take it easy only two days prior. When Taehyung stumbled over his own feet out of the Lightning Rod and bumped into wall after wall, Jungkook knew something wasn't right with Taehyung and decided they should sit down for lunch. Jungkook was getting hungry himself and Taehyung wasn't looking too good the longer he stayed out in the sun and riding the thrill rides with him. It was best for everyone if they sat down and took a little break to get food in their stomachs.

Jungkook hastily stood to his feet once Taehyung sat down, trying to order and pay for their food since Taehyung paid for the park tickets. Only for a tight grip on Jungkook's wrist to stop him in his tracks completely. "Where do you think you're going, love?" Taehyung inquired calculatedly, knowing exactly what Jungkook was trying to do without the younger even realizing it. Jungkook stammered hastily over his words as he tried to come up with an excuse. Any excuse that would get him out of telling the truth but he could tell Taehyung knew. "I- I was going to buy our food since you bought the tickets," Jungkook mumbled incoherently as Taehyung chuckled softly. He didn't even have to hear Jungkook to know what the younger had been thinking. "No, you are not," Taehyung responded blatantly, pulling Jungkook back into his seat before he stood to his feet. "This is my item on my bucket list so let me pay for this date and anything involving this date, will you?" Taehyung implored impatiently as Jungkook smiled up at Taehyung and nodded. "Fine," Jungkook chuckled softly, covering his mouth with his hand. "If it's really that important to you then I'll allow you to pay for me," Jungkook added with a soft laugh, watching as Taehyung smirked triumphantly and waltzed his way up to the counter in that same triumphant fashion. Jungkook couldn't help bursting into laughter when the thought of Taehyung reminding him of a strutting peacock approaching the counter crossed his mind.

Taehyung shot a glance over his shoulder, wondering what was so funny while he ordered their food. After he'd received the food that he'd ordered, Taehyung walked back over towards Jungkook and sat down next to him. "What was so funny a moment ago?" Taehyung asked curiously, handing Jungkook his bacon cheeseburger, fries, and coke. Jungkook smiled teasingly as he unwrapped the foil from his burger. "That's a secret," he whispered playfully, biting into his burger so that Taehyung couldn't keep pressing him for an answer. Taehyung mumbled incoherently under his breath in annoyance before biting into his cheeseburger as well, trying not to show how anxious he was that Jungkook wouldn't share that information with him. Once they took that first bite, they ate in silence until they were both done with their meals. "Thank you for lunch, Tae Tae," Jungkook cooed softly, snuggling up to Taehyung before kissing his cheek tenderly. "It was delicious," Jungkook added as Taehyung smiled in his usual boxy fashion. "I'm glad that you enjoyed it. Do you want to ride more rides now? Or would you rather wait for our stomachs to settle?" Taehyung asked out of consideration, wondering what they'd do to pass the time if they chose to wait though.

Jungkook was silent for several moments, thinking about which option he'd rather choose. He didn't know what they'd do to wait out their food digesting but he also didn't want to lose his lunch either. "Why don't we wait until our stomachs have settled? I really don't feel like losing my lunch," Jungkook suggested as Taehyung nodded firmly in agreement. "What do you want to do while we wait? There's a ton of those mini carnival games if you want to play those while we wait," Taehyung suggested thoughtfully, wondering what else there was to do to pass time. "Or there are those showings they do in intervals around the park," Taehyung added deliberately, checking his park map to ensure that he was correct. "Or they have shopping," Taehyung added intently, waiting for Jungkook to pick an option before the younger smiled. "You know what I want to do?" Jungkook asked thoughtfully, smiling softly as Taehyung nodded firmly for an answer. "I just want to sit here and remain in your company. Tell me about the other places you visited and afterward, we can ride a few more rides until the evening. Then, I want to ride the Ferris wheel with you," Jungkook explained his plans in thorough detail, smiling all the while Taehyung flushed out of embarrassment. "Y- You remembered the Ferris wheel thing?" Taehyung asked incredulously as Jungkook nodded hastily. "Of course! I couldn't forget something so important to you that quickly," Jungkook teased playfully as he eased closer to Taehyung, his hand relaxing on top of Taehyung's thigh. "Now, I'd love for you to tell me about the other states you visited," Jungkook encouraged softly, leaning in closer as Taehyung began to speak animatedly.

After some time of Taehyung telling Jungkook about his previously traveled states and riding more rides, the sun had set upon the horizon- casting a blanket of stars in the navy blue, evening sky. Lights from all the rides illuminated the night sky and brightened the atmosphere closer to them into a light blue. Jungkook hastily pulled on Taehyung's arm, attempting to lead him towards the Ferris Wheel. Although Taehyung had written it on his bucket list, he shyly strived to decline. Taehyung didn't want Jungkook feeling like he had to do those things because he'd shown him his bucket list. If Taehyung knew Jungkook would make this much of a concerted effort to fulfill his bucket list, he would have never shown him.

Jungkook pulled Taehyung closer to him with a steady smile, holding Taehyung's arm firmly to his chest. "Please? I want to ride the Ferris wheel too," Jungkook declared softly, practically begging Taehyung as the elder buckled under Jungkook's pleading tone. With a soft sigh of resignation, Taehyung trotted along behind Jungkook anxiously. Jungkook kept glancing at his watch before he'd glance back up at the evening sky until they arrived in front of the Ferris wheel. When they reached the Ferris wheel, Jungkook spoke to the operator of the ride for a brief moment before pulling Taehyung into the pale green cart that would safely contain them. Jungkook hastily sat down and pulled Taehyung down onto the seat next to him with a pleasant smile, all the while Taehyung was still confused as to why Jungkook needed to speak to the operator.

The ride deliberately took them up and over while Jungkook held Taehyung's hand firmly the entire first loop. Jungkook was anxious about being this high off the ground at any given time, but he wanted tonight to be special for Taehyung. Taehyung had already done so much to make this date special, Jungkook was just attempting to return the favor. When the second loop came along, Jungkook finally released his tight grip on Taehyung's hand as the carriage gradually climbed up once more until the ride slowed to a stop to allow more people on. Although it didn't immediately commence turning again, since Jungkook had convinced the operator otherwise.

Before people had noticed how long the Ferris wheel had been paused, the evening sky lit up in a blaze of pink, blue, green, red, and yellow lights. Taehyung flinched at the sound of the first loud boom that echoed all around the park until he realized that they were the park's fireworks. They must have come at a time when they were doing firework celebrations as Taehyung turned towards Jungkook with wide eyes. The younger male smiled brightly at him as Taehyung hastily hugged him, finding this to be the perfect end to their first official date. Before Taehyung could pull away from the hug to thank Jungkook, the younger male nuzzled his face into Taehyung's and pressed their lips together in a passionate kiss. Taehyung was slightly taken aback by the actions of Jungkook, although he dared not move either. Jungkook's lips were soft and sweet against his own, the younger moving his lips in sync with Taehyung as Jungkook's fingers burrowed into Taehyung's hair. Although Taehyung didn't mind at all as Jungkook's hand held Taehyung's head steady. The fireworks still burst all around them as Jungkook nudged Taehyung into the wall with the passion from his kiss.

Taehyung's hands gripped Jungkook's hips for support as his head reeled, even though he didn't want this to vanish. This had been a dream of Taehyung's since he was young and Jungkook was fulfilling it for him without ever realizing how deep this resonated within Taehyung. Although when Taehyung felt Jungkook's hand venture lower, he finally broke the kiss. Both of them were panting heavily as Taehyung gave Jungkook a wary glance. "P- People c- can see us," Taehyung finally managed to breathe out, Jungkook chuckling breathing in response. "If we're quiet, no one will even know what we're doing," Jungkook whispered encouragingly, his hand resting on Taehyung's lower stomach now. Before Taehyung could say anything more though, Jungkook caressed his face with his free hand and kissed him heatedly once more. Taehyung didn't protest anymore as Jungkook's lips melded with his perfectly, sending shivers of pleasure up Taehyung's spine. Jungkook's tongue experimentally poked around Taehyung's lower lip but the elder parted his lips and allowed Jungkook access. Both their tongues were in a heated battle of dominance as Jungkook's hand sunk even lower than Taehyung's stomach, forcing Jungkook to swallow Taehyung's soft moan.

Jungkook cautiously slid his hand into Taehyung's pants, palming Taehyung's length teasingly until he decided to grip his cock firmly. Did I?" Jungkook asked playfully in retort, kissing Taehyung once more before they reached the bottom again. Jungkook and Taehyung hastily climbed out of the carriage, making an immediate getaway back to their hotel before anyone could tell security about what had transpired on the Ferris wheel. Taehyung honestly didn't want to be kicked out of and prohibited admission to a place he considered coming back to one day.
