Ariel scribbled something in Arielle and smiled to herself . Arielle is Ariel's pen friend . Since the day Ariel got diagnosed with brain tumor , she wrote her innermost feelings in a diary which she named Arielle . The name Arielle is a synonym of Ariel .

Ariel kept Arielle aside . Then she called a nurse and asked her  to call Aiden . The nurse went away to bring Aiden . After a while Aiden came to Ariel's room with  nurse's assistance .

Today Aiden looked pale and weak. Ariel asked Aiden,"Hey buddy what's wrong , are you alright ?". Aiden smiled weakly and he replied ," My countdown has begun , I won't survive longer , treatments are not helping much".

Ariel felt a string of her heart pulled , she controlled her tears and said," Hey mate chill , we both are sailing in the same boat leading to the final destination , you are not alone Aiden". A nod came from Aiden in reply. Ariel then said," Hey Aiden you can too make a wish list and fulfill it . Fulfilling wishes is just so satisfactory , you will forget all your pain when you will fulfill your wishes .

Aiden replied ," I wish  to stay happy till my last breath. Whenever I make you laugh or I help you in fulfilling your wish, I feel my heart filled with pure happiness ". Ariel's eyes moistened listening to selfless Aiden .

Ariel said wiping her tears, " If it is so then Aiden help me in fulfilling my next wish ". Aiden gave a huge grin in response . Ariel then said ," My next wish is to be a HOPE and save a life !". Aiden questioned  , " Ariel how can you be  a hope and  save a life , I mean you and I are also dying ". Ariel replied ," We can't save our life but we can definitely save other  life by becoming someone's  HOPE". Aiden nodded and he said ,"I too would like to save one life with my efforts. Saving a life will give me so much peace ".

For next one hour Aiden and Ariel thought of how  could they save a life respectively . Aiden's  face lit up as an idea strike his mind . Aiden then exclaimed ," I will write a vlog regarding the early symptoms of Pancreatic cancer, it's treatment and how to deal with cancer specially when  it is terminal ". Ariel replied
" That's  a great idea, Aiden go for it ".

Ariel was still unable to think of an idea by which she could save a life . Aiden then suggested," You could go for Organ donation Ariel this would save a life ". Ariel looked Aiden with a sad face and replied ,"Malignant Cancer patient can't donate organs ". Aiden then replied hopefully  ," Don't worry Ariel , you will definitely get a way to save a life ". Ariel nodded her head . At this very instant Rayan came to Ariel's  room .

Rayan was beaming with happiness and he had his laptop in his hands. Ariel asked ,"Hey bro what's up ? ". Rayan replied ,"Ariel congratulations you have a million subscribers  for  your you tube channel , people are liking the videos we posted and we have got thousands of comments for each video  . Ariel's eyes became the size of saucer in astonishment . Rayan then showed Ariel the comments and likes which ARIEL channel was gaining on you tube .

Ariel laughed at a few comments .Rayan asked," Sissy which comment made you laugh ? . Ariel pointed towards the comment and Rayan read it aloud .

Sleeping Beauty : Hey Ariel! You look cute with bald head , you are lucky to attend your parent's wedding . I have an annoying brother like yours but your brother Rayan is kinda handsome , can I date him?.

After reading this comment Rayan looked irritated and he exclaimed ," I am ain't annoying , secondly I am ain't single!". Ariel and Aiden laughed together at Rayan's cute adorable reaction. Ariel's eyes then caught a comment and her eyes beamed with joy . Rayan then read this comment aloud .

Lucifer 111: Hello Ariel ! You are a strong girl . I feel happy when I see your videos . Recently I got diagnosed with clinical depression . I suffer with  anxiety and I have constant suicidal thoughts .I request you to make a video on how to fight depression , anxiety and be happy in every difficult situation of life as this would help a lot of people like me to get hope to live.

Ariel then exclaimed " Yes bro I will make a video on how to cope up with difficult times of life . I will name this video as HOPE and through this video I would probably help people by  giving  them hope to live because  now I  know how important life is ".

Aiden said,"Yeah Ariel this way you might save a life too and fulfill your next wish !". Rayan looked at Ariel in amusement as he thought the wish to save a life is just so noble specially when the wish maker is herself dying .

The next moment Rayan set up the handy cam and as the video recorder started , Ariel spoke up" Hello everyone ! I am Ariel Stuart . Thanks a lot for supporting my channel and showering love on it . So, this video of today is a part of my next wish . Today I will talk  about sadness, anxiety , stress , depression and suicidal thoughts. Even if one life is saved through this video I will be more than happy because my next wish is to save a life .

So, I am an eighteen  year old teen who is suffering with terminal brain tumor . Doctor told me that I won't live  more than 60 days . I was shocked to the core , angry with god that he gave me a deadly disease , I soaked my pillow in tears thinking that I deserved to live more .

Now only 30 days are left for me to live . But I am still happy thinking that I have a month to live because now I have understood the value of life much better .

Before the diagnosis I used to undermine the gift of life by crying on silly things , I used to  quarrel with my bro for pizzas or I used to argue with my mom or dad on small things  . Now I realise that I have spent 90% of my life in regretting about  what I did not get in my life instead of thanking God for what  I had in my life. 

I don't know  what exactly clinical depression is . Depression is a deep word which can't be explained in simple words . When I got diagnosed with last stage tumor , I felt angry , sad and then lonely . I felt like God was  punishing me . Negative thoughts were   not leaving me making me suffocated , I felt like I was drowning in my own emotions of despair . I wanted a  relief from my pain , a getaway from this situation .

I got constant thoughts of ending my life within the first week of my diagnosis because I wanted escape the dreadful cancer , I just could not imagine myself without hair or me getting injections and stuff like that . I dreaded the word hospital . But then I realised that I was only  escaping my fear .

I wondered what will happen  if I commit suicide then a scenario ran through my head that my dad would be miserable , my mom would curse herself and blame herself for my death , my bro would question himself  for not being a  good bro to  his one and only  sissy , my best friends would have felt  guilty for not being with me when I felt depressed or sad . This whole scenario in my mind shook me up and I vowed to live instead of giving up.

I request to all those people who are feeling empty, alone and depressed to  not  end their life because life is precious . Millions of people aspire to live happily but their life is cut short by destiny. It is easy to think of ending life but have you ever imagined how much pain a mother tolerates to give birth to her baby .Just because you saw failures in life does not give you right to end your precious dear life . Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem .

Ending your  life will not at all  make you free from your life problems instead you will  never find peace even after ending your life because your dear ones will  suffer the pain and loss of your death . If  you  end your life by suicide then you might die once but your loved ones will die everyday thinking about your sudden end and imagining  if they could save you anyhow . Everyone faces sadness , anxiety and depression in their life at some point , the only difference lies on how each one of us deal with these  kind of hard times .

Some people kneel down infront of problems and surrender themselves to death by their own hands , some fight life's hardship and ultimately enjoy gift of life . Those who surrender their life are seen as quitter and those who face challenges of life are labelled as fighters . So, now it is up to you if you want to be remembered as a quitter or as a fighter by the world ". The video ended after this by a brief  glimpse of  Ariel's signature dimpled smile .

Rayan uploaded this video with the tittle  Hope . Aiden  saw  Ariel  who now  looked dazed  . Then Rayan filled a glass of water and  as he was about to give water , Ariel's eyes averted backwards . Rayan screamed while Aiden looked Ariel with horror and concern lacing his face . Doctors checked up  Ariel and they  found that  Ariel  got a dangerous seizure which left her body completely  paralyzed .

Rayan wept listening about the paralysis , Aiden comforted Rayan while Ariel's parents were numb to react . Rayan said, " My sissy is dying and I can't do anything , I just feel so helpless ". Aiden said, "Bro your sissy is a brave girl don't weep for her ,just be proud of Ariel ". Rayan wiped his tears and he nodded his head in agreement . Next 10 days were difficult for Ariel as she lost her consciousness due  to  a  neural damage .

Rayan prayed to God crying like he was again a 4 year old  to grant consciousness to Ariel in her last days . Miraculously ,Ariel gained conscious . Rayan happily said ,"Sissy your sixth wish got fulfilled ! You have  saved many lives . There was a girl who wanted to end her life because she lost her family in an accident and she herself became a amputee due to that accident . But your video Hope stopped her from ending her life as she understood the value of life by your video . There was a man who got bankrupt and he  wanted to end his life but that man got the strength to live through his  hardships by watching your video . Ariel!  there are hundreds of people who got saved from depression and suicide by just watching your video .

Ariel could not smile due to paralysis but her happy tears showed how much elated  Ariel felt hearing Rayan . Aiden too felt happy and he clapped lying on the  other bed adjacent to Ariel.

Aiden's  health has  got deteriorated fast in the past few days  making him unable to move even on a wheel chair so, Rayan thought to put Aiden's bed next to Ariel so that both friends don't feel lonely and be happy in each other's  company . The clock of life  is now  ticking faster for Ariel   with only 20 days of Ariel's life left behind .
