Uzi ran out of the bunker, and towards the abandoned factory. When she got there, she ran into the storage room. There she sat down against the door, and sat there. Eventually, she heard a voice.

"Oh, you're here too, huh?"

Oh great, him again... Oh well, here goes nothing...

"Hello N, why are you here?"

N gave a weak smile, "I got stuck here, as uh... It's day, and I can't go out in the sun."

"Why not?"

N sighed, "It kills us."

"Oh."

"What's school like?"

Uzi nearly had a core-attack when she heard that, but shock quickly turned to anger. "How did you even know I go to school!?"

N raised his hands in defence, "I just saw it through your eyes, no need to get mad!"

"What else did you see!?"

"Nothing I swe-"

Uzi rushed forwards and pulled N down to his knees.

"What. Else. Did. You. See?"

N tried to pull Uzi off without hurting her, but to no avail, "All I saw was a classroom and the teacher teaching! What else do you want from me!?"

Uzi took a deep breath, and let him go, "I just... I'm sorry N..."

N couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement when she grabbed him, something about it was just so exhilarating. He could also feel her anger. Was it the bond? Probably... He could also feel her calm down, into a more passive state.

N felt his core pump faster as he examined her face. Her lavender eyes, and her purple hair, she was... familiar beautiful.

"Dude, quit staring."

N jolted back, "S-sorry, I can't help it... You're strange adorable" Adorable!? N WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!? She'll hate you now, if she didn't already!

Uzi felt her core heat up. Adorable? Did he seriously think that? She analyzed his face, it showed no sign of lies. Could he lie? He seemed too pure for that... NO! BAD UZI BAD! He's a killer! He'll kill her-

Wait, something was off. Uzi saw N's face become sad, almost as if he could tell what she was thinking. Instead of making her mad, this only made her sad. She did remember hearing somewhere that you and your soulmate could feel each other's emotions.
