Hey everyone! Sorry for the wait!!! Didn't mean to leave y'all hanging for like EVER long, but here's the next chapter! :) BTW, plz don't criticize me for the timeline errors that I have made. I have changed the timeline for the sake of the story. Also I suck at timelining hahaha.
Also i know i said that I don't swear, but I put that out years ago and I've changed so it'll probably just be light swearing, not too much, not too extreme words.

*Winter Spider's POV*
"Spider, Master Cadieux has a mission for you. Be in her office in five minutes. Prepare." A familiar voice came over the speakers. It was Agents Summers. I nodded, put on my red and black suit that matched the one I got when I was little, and equipped myself with as many weapons as possible. I ate the stale bread that was provided for me, though it didn't seem stale to me, since I'd lived off of it for as long as I could remember.
Once it was time, I headed over to my Master's office for my mission directions. After two sharp knocks, I was beckoned inside, like always. The black haired lady sitting behind her desk(played by Angelina Jolie) gave a venomous grin. "This will be your most important mission. As you know, our very own Winter Soldier was taken from us by the enemy. The Avengers believe that they are protecting the Earth, but they are only destroying it. Your mission is to eliminate all of the Avengers and apprehend the Winter Soldier again. If you cannot bring him back to us alive, just kill him. You have 72 hours. Dismissed," she said sharply. I only nodded before heading towards the landing pad to swing to America.
I hitched a ride onto a boat that was going to Rhode Island (rhode islaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand!!!! if any of y'all get this reference, I officially love you). I jumped off the boat right before it docked and went straight for the Avengers Compound. I stayed a mile out to scout the area and make sure at least SOMEONE was home so that my mission wasn't a bust.
*Pepper's POV*
I had been watching Brooklyn 99 on TV when FRIDAY paused the show and interrupted. "Mrs. Stark, there appears to be an intruder about a mile out. It does not seem to be any of the Avengers or SHIELD workers. It's armed." she said. I froze. "FRI, put the building on lock-down. Call Tony, Natasha, and Steve." "Of course, Mrs. Stark. The figure is just circling the perimeter, it seems to be scouting." FRIDAY responded.
Tony and the two rogues arrived almost immediately. They'd been on their way back from a mission in Peru with a Kree explosive in the trunk, but they completely forgot about it once they got to base and saw the intruder. "I saw a black and red... thing circling the area. Pep, go to the safe room." My husband told me sternly, worried about my safety. But I didn't want to hide. Not while he was out there. Not while the rebels were out there. I don't want to be the coward hiding while they're fighting for possibly their lives and mine.
"No." I said resolutely, thinking of some way that I'd be able to fight whatever adversary would be coming. Tony was less than happy to hear that answer, but that's no surprise. "Pepper, please. I don't want you to get hurt." He took my hand and started to rub small circles into my palm, something he knew calmed me down. But I didn't want that right now. I didn't need that. "Tony, let me help you guys. I know you have a suit that fits me. Please. You don't have to do this on your own." I swear to God if he was gonna tell me to sit on the damn sidelines one more time, he was gonna get a slap across the face. All I wanted to do was help.
It was obvious that Tony could see the warning in my eyes, because after a few moments, he gave a sigh of surrender. "Go gear up. But stay out of trouble as long as possible." As if that wasn't my goal everyday. I'm not like him, looking for trouble every which way. "The intruder appears to be closing in on the building." FRIDAY said simply. I ran down to Tony's lab and got into a suit QUICK, before coming back up. Whoever this person was, if they were asking for a fight, they weren't getting out unscathed.
*Winter Spider's POV*
From what I could tell, the Winter Soldier wasn't in the building. But that wasn't the only part of my mission. It would definitely be easier if I could cross them off a few at a time instead of fighting all of them at once. Just Tony Stark, Captain America, the Black Widow, and some other lady? Oh this would be too easy. Maybe I could ask Mr. America where the Soldat is, though he'd probably not tell the truth, if anything.
As I swung myself from web to web, towards the large building, I already knew that they'd seen me coming. Based off of everyone there getting suited up, including the woman, who wasn't in the file, and all the windows being slowly covered by large slabs of metal. Most likely vibranium. But what intrigued me the most was the redhead. She wasn't a part of the mission, but she was already a witness. Who was she?
I landed myself on top of the building, just looking for the air ducts. The Avengers were smart enough to put the whole building on lock down, but they needed air still. The alarms were sounding at every corner of the building, but that doesn't matter. I was raised tall and lean, so it wasn't too hard (that's what she said) to squeeze into the air vents. Once in, I closed my eyes and just listened, to try and locate my next victims.
*Third Person*
"The intruder is in the building." FRIDAY informed, locking the Avengers into the lounge, hoping to block whoever it was from getting to them. "It's humanoid. Most likely just in a supersuit." She added. (HONEY. WHERE IS MY SUPA SUIT??) Natasha already had her two guns out, each one facing a different door. Tony was keeping his eye on the other two doors, with Steve analyzing the floors above them and Pepper on the floors below. They weren't gonna get taken by surprise if they had any say in the matter. But naturally, they didn't, and the threat jumped from a vent that was near the floor on the south wall. rookie move. No one had even noticed him silently taking out the screws, so as soon as he had it just open enough, he attacked. He used his webs and flung Black Widow into Rogers, though she was agile enough to land safely. Steve wasn't so fortunate and got slammed into the wall. "Oú est le soldat?" (Where is the Soldier?) He asked, though he wasn't given an answer.
"Who the hell are you?" Tony asked, while waiting to FRIDAY to hurry up and give him the English translation to whatever had been said. As soon as he got the results, he rolled his eyes. Both him and his wife and their repulsors aimed at the French person, not afraid of what they might need to do. "He's HYDRA. Looking for Barnes." Couldn't they get a cool, unique villain once in a while? Like one of those crystal loving people gone insane to get more? Or some guy's head turning into a burning skull. That kind of thing would be cool. Not this. Over. And over. And over.
"Winter Spider." He snapped, French accent definitely prevalent. "And no shit I'm from Hydra." The spider symbol on his chest was literally if the octopus logo became a spider. "But this is the end of you." He smiled underneath his mask and mentally profiled each one. The other woman, the one that wasn't an Avenger, she wasn't used to this. The whole iron man suit and stuff. Good weakness. Captain Rogers relied too heavily on his shield protecting his upper body, so his legs would be the best vantage point. Master had already given him a phrase that would shock Black Widow into freezing for a split second, long enough for him to snap her neck. Mr. Tony Stark, oh that would be easy. There were water pipes right above this room, if he just flooded it, water would get in his system, short circuiting the whole suit. That would work with the rookie too. Or.... Spider sent an electric web at the two metal figures, smiling when they both cried out. He finally released the two and they fell to the floor. Chances were that he'd have about two minutes to take the other two out before they'd be getting back up.
He wanted to have some fun first, though. So he just casually walked up to Ms. Romanoff, honestly excited to get under her skin. She was all ready to attack him, and wouldn't hesitate if he made a move. "The real war was fought here, in the shadows." He whispered, but he knew she heard him. Only Natasha and Dreykov knew about that. How did he know about that. Dreykov was dead right? They killed him.. right? Her eyes widened as dozens of thoughts ran through her head. The foreigner took that chance and knocked her to the ground. He was just beating her up a bit to weaken her out, taking advantage of her shock, but he arms were soon pinned behind him and he was pulled off of her. Steve had taken control over the villain, and ripped off his mask, exposing his curly brown hair, doe eyes, and soft, childish features.
In less than a second, the boy had dislocated his shoulder to break out of Mr. America's grip, and popped it back in. Not a single person fought him though. Everyone was just staring. He honestly didn't care less about the mask, since the only people here would be dying, so it wouldn't do much damage for them to see their killer. Though it apparently did some mental damage to every one of his victims. "Holy shit..."
